Oh my god, I don't know my dad's here.
You know what?
I did download today.
Does anyone know what the app's Java is?
Does anyone know what that app is?
I downloaded that today.
I really downloaded it because I wanted to see what my friends
were posting on it because they would always talk
about it in passing and I didn't have one.
So I wanted to like see, but it's like this,
it's like this app where you can record your exercises
and post them to your friend.
It's basically another one of those apps.
There's so many of those apps nowadays
where you just do something and then post it.
I've never heard of it.
It just records your runs and stuff
for your locks or other exercises.
I think it also has like late training and stuff
like that that you can record.
And then you just post it basically like,
I guess fit in a social media, but it's not for like the public.
It's more for like your close,
your like friends or whatever.
And then there's so many mini social media.
There's like the food one with the belly,
there's Strava, there's good reads if you're into reading.
Is there like a, I guess what would be like a music one?
Rate, rate, rate your music, I guess?
Rate your music also maybe count as one.
What's like, I don't think there's like a manga one.
Trying to facilitate the social pressure
and to work out, I know.
I don't know.
There's like, when you're like,
it's not necessarily that's like gamifying it.
But for some reason, I just like love to track what I do.
I love tracking what I do.
It's like fun, especially when like,
in that last defend,
wait, last defend, what is last defend?
Isn't this a scrollable thing?
But that's not really like tracking.
Like you can't leave reviews on last defend.
I feel like those sites are just selling their data
to train AI.
Yeah, never go up.
Also, it's like so rewarding
because your friends can see it.
And then they can like press the,
they can press the like button.
And they can tell you a good job.
And I'm like, thank you.
Yes, thank you, thank you.
Thank you for that.
You don't leave reviews on Strava.
Actually, you do.
My friend, she, the way that she posts on Strava,
she like posts it with pictures.
And she like, well, post her thoughts of like the run
or something like that.
It all depends on how you use it,
but you can post reviews technically.
Yeah.
Thanks to the dopamine girl who just
loves to be validated.
It's not even that.
I just like, I really like tracking things
for some reason.
So maybe it'll force me to like, actually stick to like,
being consistent.
Which I think I am consistent.
But the one thing I don't do is cardio,
because I really fucking hate cardio.
But maybe this will force me to get into it.
Especially where I'm moving has really good running trails.
So I really need to get into it.
Now that we get into the colder months
and the weather is like more bearable outside.
Like I mean to, I mean to.
I want to like, I don't know.
This is like such a silly bucket list thing.
But I really want to be able to like, run a 5K one day.
Like, I don't know, just to feel good about myself.
Like I just want to be able to.
Really hell yeah, I can do it.
I can do it.
You must train your heart.
I know I have no stamina.
I mean, I'll freaking stand in a man.
It's so hard.
It's so hard.
I don't like it.
I don't like it.
And also last time I trained,
I tried to like teach myself how to run.
I hurt my hip.
I hurt my hip.
Like I don't know if they just have bad running form
or like maybe my shoes were bad.
But I literally like hurt my hips so bad.
I also just like, I have weird hips or something.
I don't know.
I like long distance running either.
I know.
I've been super lazy.
Yeah, I know.
Well, I haven't been lazy.
The days that I was off from work,
I worked out like every day that I was off.
But I don't know.
I feel lazy when I'm like not working out for so reason.
Like I just feel like, my body is like,
my body yearns to move.
It's just addicted to movement.
Check out running, you're running cadence, maybe.
I don't know.
I think I have like an issue.
Like not necessarily an issue,
but like I can't square my hips.
I can't square off my hips.
I think it's because my hip flexors are really shit.
Ha, ha, ha, ha.
I can't square my flips of my hips.
Like genuinely I cannot.
There's like something with my knees,
where my knees like kind of always turn it inwards.
So, so stupid.
It's like, I don't know.
I'm like, I have a weird way, I guess, say something.
So that probably can trigger it.
To get more stamina to run longer,
you have to go out and run.
I know.
And then you have to like,
and then you have to be like,
ha, ha, ha, ha, you know.
She a duck, that might be something for a PT.
I would love to because whenever I do like a lunge,
like I can't like like my knees always go inwards
when I when I do a lunge, it's so weird.
Ha, ha, ha, ha.
It's so it's so annoying because my knees are like,
I like that though.
Running is fun.
You know, it's okay though, like guys,
like I don't know, I was like kind of like,
oh, it'd be such a bad runner though
if I got into running.
And I looked at my friends like posts.
And I guess like you can like see like your mile,
your minutes per mile.
And my friends,
minutes per mile is like four to two miles.
So I was like, okay, wait, nevermind.
Like I'm so used to like people like saying like,
oh yeah, like I run like eight minutes a mile.
So when I saw her like 14 minutes a mile,
I was like, okay, wait, maybe I can do this.
Ha, ha, ha, ha.
You think I can do this?
It's doable.
Ha, ha, ha, ha.
Ha, ha, ha.
Yeah, everybody starts somewhere.
And I'm just like, I'm so used to people
seeing like 10 minutes or less, you know what I mean?
So I thought like, I thought like,
you had to just be so good.
There's always burpees, jump ropes, jumping jacks,
deer climber,
or good old fashioned walking.
I, you know, the thing is, is like like a couple of days ago
or sometimes last week or like two weeks ago,
I, you keep messing up the, I can't.
Ha, ha, ha.
You're a character, you're a message,
and then you mess it up again.
Ha, ha, ha.
That's really funny.
That's really funny.
I'm sorry.
I was just really funny to witness.
Um, what was I saying?
Oh yeah.
What was I saying?
Don't be funny me.
I'm sorry.
It's okay.
It's just, it was just really funny to witness.
Ha, ha, ha.
What was I saying?
I don't remember.
But yeah.
Oh yeah, no.
Like, I think like last week or something,
I went out on a walk and I walked for like maybe a few miles.
But then I got bored.
Like that's the issue.
I had so bored when I walk.
I don't know.
That like, I feel like for me like running is like the most mentally stimulating thing,
I guess, because like, I don't know.
It's like, I'm forced to just focus on the run.
But like when I'm walking, I'm so fucking bored, man.
I'm like, oh, there's so much you can see.
I don't know.
It's, I get so bored walking.
Like, I don't know.
And I want to like a really popular like walking spot.
But I don't know.
Maybe if my visual area was more freaking stimulating.
I feel like it'd be nice if I like walked and I didn't have to like hear cars like zooming
past me.
That would be really, that would be really nice.
Find some more nice to walk.
There's not really nice places to walk in the area unless I want to get hit by a car.
Ha, ha, ha.
That's really it.
I like if I go to like the quote unquote like scenic place, there's still fucking,
sorry, I'm like, I keep tracing.
But there's still cars.
There's cars everywhere.
I always end up with my phone out the whole time.
There's no trails.
Ew.
I can't do the trails.
I can't say any, but I just can't do them.
There's too many bugs.
There's too many bugs on the trails.
I can't do, I can't do nature trails here.
They're actually like, they're so dangerous.
They're so dangerous.
You genuinely have to be like prox.
You have to be covered head to toe in mosquito repellent.
It's not good.
It's just bugs and disgusting ugly.
It's just, it's day geek.
It's so stinky.
It just smells like sulfur and it smells like garbage water.
There's dangerous animals and stuff.
Editor, the trails here are not that good.
The trails kinda suck.
Maybe some good noise cancelling heads don't be nice.
Although I'll be like walking distance from like a really, from like a plate, from like
a running trail when I move.
So I was gonna check that out.
I was gonna just like do that.
I was gonna check that out.
I don't know how long it is for.
I heard, it seems like a good one.
It's just like a loop but I think it's like a three mile loop or something like that.
Three or five miles.
Like that's really good, I would say.
The nicest place to walk here is still a car right away.
Oh yeah, no littleutes.
The nicest place to walk is like 30 minutes from me.
But yeah, I don't know.
It's just not me.
It's just, it's hard when you don't live somewhere walkable and you have to rely on driving
everywhere.
You know what I mean?
Or like if you wanted to like quote unquote walk somewhere like you'd still have to drive
over there to walk.
Yeah, yeah.
I'm lucky my city is a lot of good nature.
I'm lucky you.
I would feel so paranoid walking alone with noise cancelling.
Same.
Like why does someone kill us me?
I like, there's like, there's like another area I've been to before that is a lot more
walkable.
I don't know.
The people, the people, the walkable area has some like crazy tweakers.
They have some like crazy tweakers who are like you'll walk past them and they cuss you
out.
So it's like literally give or take ugly boring scenery or like nice like walkable scenery
with like people like tweak out on you.
Walked in the neighborhood with a grateful old lady is I'm gonna join the 65 plus walking
club.
Yeah, it steps in doing the groceries.
That's a dream.
I used to be really funny, they're even a drive.
Oh, so nice.
And they're pretty.
I'm so sure I'm sure they are.
It's nice to like, lively close to like the mountains and stuff.
I wish.
The power walkers.
I'm such a slow walker.
I really thought I'd get one of those walking treadmills.
Oh my god.
I'm actually, I do have a trucking treadmill.
Is it big?
But I'm like, I go on it occasionally.
But then it's like, I'm kind of like glued to like I'm, then I'm like stuck in the
truck to the treadmill.
I can't do anything else.
And also on those walking treadmills, I always fall on them.
Like I feel like watching a show and like I'll be scrolling through my phone and then
like if I'm not careful, I'll miss a step and then I fucking like fall off of them.
I've actually like broken parts.
I think I like broke a part of it walking treadmill because I fell.
Yeah, if you don't focus, you fall off it ever.
I don't know what makes them like so hard to stay balanced on.
Now, then I really broke something on it because I fell one time.
I can't do treadmills.
It makes it feel so tedious so I just get off.
Is it a tiny one?
It's like, it's like for your house.
Like it's not like, it's just a walking pad so it's smaller than a traditional treadmill.
But you're, I don't know.
A big treadmill is easier, oh yeah, for sure.
But for those smaller ones, it's like, you gotta be careful with here.
If you miss a step, you're done.
Also, my floor is carpeted.
My floor is carpeted.
