120 seconds before we kick this off. I thought what could I do to instead pivot the space to make it useful?
And we could go in, we could talk about the midterms. We certainly can go into those. We could talk about let's say
current events, current affairs, all those kind of things. But you know what we have not done enough of. And I truly do
probably once a week, maybe once every other week. I send a overly emotional and
it hits in the fields when I send them to Mr. Joanne, thanking her for absolutely everything that she does
on this application, not just in these rooms, but also assisting with the absolutely unstoppable Mr. Trutheller.
And I really, I don't know how she not only has the energy, the wherewithal, but the attentiveness.
Right? Because if I think about this, right? Well, if you're going to run one of these spaces for anybody that's listening,
if you've never done so, I mean, you got to be on the ball because people might come up at any given point in time.
They might load things up into the nest that are inappropriate. They might interrupt. They might be rude.
They might come up and derail the count. All these other kind of things. They also might just come in and ask
questions that if you're not following the the discourse, you could get completely kind of sidetracked if not caught off guard.
And I say it because of the at this point, Joanne, I'd have to go back and see how many spaces that we've done together,
I could not even fathom and I'm sure allegedly dank actually probably has the information.
And that info was actually probably shared in the packet that just to bring attention to another one of the
infinite number of ways that Joanne makes these spaces possible. She shared and worked with allegedly
dank to put together a genuine. It was almost like a pitch deck for the folks over at Tucker Carlson in our attempt to try and see if they would take us up on her offer to have a conversation.
So far, no bueno, but you know, this is perhaps one of those Hail Mary's that you know, you throw it out there.
Maybe we get something in some due amount of time, but I say it because whether it is the day to day spaces that we're doing,
whether it was the the work that she did to help put that together to send that out to communicate with all of these guests that we have,
many of which are not, let's say, very heavily on X. Right? So for example, with Mr. Kevin McDonald, who is one of my absolute
favorite guests that we've ever platformed on this space, a guy who he can't even get on to X because he is essentially IP band because they're so,
let's say, intimidated by what he might say. But even in that case, Joanne went out, was emailing doing all the correspondence to try and make that possible, even when he could not get on to X.
And so whether it's any of these side quests or the main effort that we take every day in these spaces, Joanne, I truly could, just like the song says,
I could not do it without you because every little thing that you do is certainly magical. You are the lifeblood of all of these spaces.
And so again, when I said to myself, well, we got three minutes, the first thing that popped into my head was the thing that I've had at the top of my list of the first time that we get an opportunity to do so.
I want to dot dot dot, I want to have a space thanking Miss Joanne, bringing everybody's attention to all the incredible work that she has done at this point.
For well over one, two, we're probably going on something like three years of this, which is just unbelievable to think this little program and everything that has become.
But like I said, I could not do it without you, Joanne. And so it's not going to be, we did the roast of Ian Malcolm.
And I tried, I rang the dinner bell for my detractors and well, they didn't really show up. But instead of a roast, it is going to be a toast for Miss Joanne,
who again, we could not do this without her. And so I thought I would kind of open up the panel. Let's have some fun. Right.
Come up, share your thoughts on Miss Joanne, share a funny story, share something that might be a little bit embarrassing, but in a positive sentiment or just come up and share anything about everything.
Right. Come up and talk about the midterms coming, talking about anything that you want, but we've got an open forum.
And I was remiss if I did not utilize this opportunity as simply a massive thank you for again, the lifeblood she is the heartbeat.
She is the battery of everything that we are doing without which I would not be the little puppy that occasionally fall asleep and is able to hold all these conversations.
So we have not been attacked by seagulls. There's been nothing else along those lines and it is because Joanne protects everybody.
She is the mother that we could all wish for here on this application. And so again, Joanne, I just wanted to use this since again, we had an impromptu opportunity as an immense thank you for everything that you've done.
So we'll maybe play some fun songs throughout this space various ways to say thank you for Miss Joanne.
But before we go to Joanne, who I'm sure is a little bit read in the cheeks, why don't we first go to Miss Mandy and get her thoughts because I'm sure she would double down on all the aforementioned sentiments.
There is nothing that I actually almost shared up a little bit to try to keep it together. This is so sweet. This is so wonderful. I'm so happy to see Joanne getting what she deserves. I'm going to cry.
It's wonderful. In this short amount of time, I haven't been on here that long, but she's been so kind to me and she's slowly become what I've told her is my best friend.
And she even I'll give you a funny story about her. She told me all about her dad and she said these videos of her cat and I said her videos of my cat.
And she told me about the story about her and her dad, her dad's like just a gem, but she said every morning, her dad texts her and says, how did you sleep?
And she says laying down and then they laugh about it like every day. And so the other day she messaged me and she goes, how did you sleep?
And I said, I like waited a minute and she said laying down.
That's so sweet. She just has such an open big heart and I'm so lucky to know her and we're all so lucky to have time with her and to have just when I think about Joanne, I think about obviously she's so committed and she's so knowledgeable.
But the number one thing that sticks out to me about Joanne is her spirit which is incomparable. It's absolutely incomparable.
She brings such a joy even when she's, you know, confronting Golden Genieus as Truth-Color calls him.
She has such a humor about her where she'll be like, okay, stop.
Where she'll say, you know, she'll go after him in such a way that is a super entertaining and somehow still kind.
And it's just wonderful. So just thank you to Joanne for everything that you give and everything that you are and thank you for everything that you've been to me and all that you've given to these spaces.
I told her before I said this would never be the same without you. You know, when I told her because she's like, oh, well, truth and Ian are geniuses though and I'm just, you know, I just help out.
No, it would not be the same without you. It wouldn't be the same because we need the balance.
Yes, Ian and Truth-Color might be geniuses. That's I agree. But without the levity and the warmth that Joanne brings,
it wouldn't be the same. It wouldn't travel as far. The message wouldn't be as it wouldn't be as easy to take. She's sort of like the sugar that makes the medicine go down.
And she just brings such levity and such such a warmth to all these spaces. But also so much knowledge that she has herself because she is Palestinian.
And so she has such a passion for this cause. And I've told her before I don't know how she doesn't like I, when I'm in Truth-Color spaces and I've started co-hosting, I tell her I don't know how you do this. You don't make any money on this platform. You also have to do your job every single day.
And you still give every single day to these people that you don't even know and that a lot of them are cruel to you. You know, we've seen the things online.
And she just keeps going. And that shows what a commitment that she has to this cause. And I don't think that she gets the flowers that she deserves. So I just couldn't be. I couldn't be more honored to be her friend.
And I couldn't I couldn't be more honored to be here. So thank you so much.
I know I love you guys. I want to cry. This is so wonderful. Thank you so much. And Mandy, I love you guys so much. And I'm shaking and I'm blushing. So I know I'm just so grateful for what you guys do. And it's my absolute honor to be part of this journey.
And I cannot. I literally want to cry. So I'll just shut up and I'm just so grateful. Thank you so much. I can't. Sorry. Thank you.
Well, how could we not and Mandy had echo all of those sentiments. And it really is. It's so wild because the
everybody on here, right, is essentially an avatar that from time to time changes. And Joanne has had a couple different iterations.
Whether it's the present or the Lego variety, and I'm pretty seated it, right? And if we go through, and I think about this, you know, it really is. It's just so strange because I've got the lived experience that I always refer to as Bruce Wayne.
And all the things that we do on here as Batman or the attempt to be such, right? To fight crime in the dark behind a mask essentially.
And in that endeavor, it can be a really lonely place, right? And for a long, long, long, long, long time. I found myself coming in here, trying to just make a difference.
And sharing a message that a lot of people hated. And it was very strange because I would come in and it was like, okay, I'm going to go share some more opinions that might not be very comfortable for some folks.
And then I'd log out of the thing. I'd come back in two or three days later. And in the inbox, there might be 10 messages from accounts that I'd never seen before. And I was like, oh, this will be interesting because it lets me realize it's fun to have some kind of connectivity in the ether.
Right? It's kind of exciting about that. It's like back in the day, especially when you're new to this application. It's like back in the day, you might have got an email. You're like, oh, that's novel. Right? And so I say it because in those days,
9 out of 10, if not a whopping 10 out of 10 of those messages would basically just be, why are you the most hateful big and I've ever listened to?
Just respond. I feel like I promise. Not that at all. I just see the world maybe through either more accurate or maybe more critical. Or maybe just through the eyes of a crazy person.
But either way, I was pretty confident that the message that we were trying to take. And by way, it was anybody that would even listen, frankly, in those days.
But coming across, Mandy, coming across Joanne, coming across Truth Teller, coming across David Nietzsche and Rabbi. I mean, I could go on and on and on and list so many names. And it is so weird because in this kind of alter ego that is that man, I feel like to stick with the analogy.
This is the digital Gotham and there's so many villains. There's so much crime. Right? The city is falling apart in this digital landscape, which is a microcosm for the world that we find ourselves in.
Right? And then I look around the panel and like these are the superheroes that we are building this allegiance or alliance with. Right? This is the Avengers, if you will. We're going out and we're fighting crime. And the strangest part is to the villains.
You know, I suppose Captain America or Batman, yeah, they probably do look like hateful people, right? Because they look at the people committing the crimes and those people then look over and they're like, oh, here comes the big green guy and the guy with a shield. They're going to beat me up. I don't like that. Right? But that's what we're basically doing is to make the world right. And in a weird way, the bigger our voices get the more connections that we have.
Joanne was mentioning this earlier today because we're talking about the fact that what we should bring attention to the fact that Dan Bill, Zarian is going to be doing his own major podcast. He's starting his own thing, which I think is really exciting because I mean, that's a man who can get a whole lot of very prominent guests to talk about this stuff with.
And I don't know who's going to be willing to come in and talk as bluntly as he might about these subjects, but it's kind of exciting to see something like that. And so Joanne was saying, look at the fact that these are people that we have direct lines of communication with.
You know, that are now out there able to connect us and connect our voices and share these ideas and all this. And so it really is in a weird way like we are the crime fighters. Right? That are going out and we're picking up the digital trash that are all these the generate people.
The generate people pushing all this awful rhetoric and what a weird reality that we find ourselves in that a couple years ago when you know I would go into any space that I could talk to when we're somebody would just say, okay, maybe that guy's worth listening to, right?
And to think that we now have some of the big and either us directly or the people that we're very close with like Mr. Truth Teller, Godfroy, right, or others that are literal celebrities like Dan Bill Zarian that we can speak with.
Right? And that we can share these ideas and we are in a small way. We're kind of picking up the city. We're picking up the trash and essentially Joanne is the wonder of woman, right?
She's continuously like like Mandy was saying she's putting out positivity continuously just reassuring that we're going to make it. And I got to say at times it can be really challenging right to just pick up another day and in spite of all the demoralization.
And to just say I'm going to grab the boulder and keep pushing like Sisyphus right and Joanne is right there with all of us every single day.
And she's like we got this guys and the.
