What's up, Astro? Bro, I had the space going. I was in here talking to Uncle Scrooge and then I walked in my house and it switched my phone switch from, you know what I'm saying, from like 5G to Wi-Fi and it just shut it down and now I'm like, damn, what's up, damn man? What financial crisis? Bro, I think, alright, so this is my whole theory, bro. The last time we see an interest rates like this, right? Over 5.25, 10 years, 2007 in June. We had a liquidity crisis in September of 2007, that's three months. Great financial crisis peaked in 2008. Bitcoin was founded in 2009. Genesis life. The chancellor is on the break of bailing out the banks, right? So, you know what that doesn't mean? It's going to happen now. It's a different world. Yeah. It's a different world. But I mean, it's a different world, but the same son that Rose Dan is the same son that rises now. So, like, you had things have changed, but a lot of things have stayed the same. I don't know. I was younger, but back then, like, I remember, you got the hold of you. So I'm 36, right? Well, so you know, the young, yeah, I remember, yeah, there was, I remember like, my parents were like going to get a second house and they were going to flip this and I remember like the college, the college opened up like a realtor program because of like the real ators, the job of the future. Everybody was like, well, you know what? Hold on a second. Yeah, I'm sorry. We kind of do have that. Now, but the fact that it was like poor lending, it was like low quality lending. Now it's fractional lending. It's like hypothecated lending, you know, so either way, like the repaint, like the, the parking isn't there. We sort of have it with AI to be honest. Bro, it started like in a different way, though, because they're just given money to the bank companies, just given money to this and that and the other. He had to create a more competition, right? So when you have more competition, the price goes up just in anything, you know what I mean? Like if you have a lot of buyers, the part, if you have a lot of people that you can lend money to, you can charge the lent, you can charge them more to lend it. And that's what we're seeing. We're seeing demand from eight, we seen like one point something trillion in AI demand, right? And then the problem is all the loans are back are fractional back. So it was like all this money is owed by the banks, all this money is owned by the government and it's no way to actually, it's no, it's no collateral, you know what I mean? Because it's lent out to like five different people the same money. So what I'm thinking is like, bro, like the last time we seen race like this was 2007, Bitcoin was created directly after that financial crisis. This is the time that Bitcoin is made for, bro. I was just looking on on Google and just looking up some stats and some facts and stuff, right? For every home that's lent out, right? There is a lent out, I'm sorry, home loan, right? So basically the home loan is lent out to the, you know, the buyer. And then the bank has the right has a lien on the title. So for every dollar in home value that banks have a lien on, they don't, well, so for every dollar that they have loaned out, they have about 12 cent in lien value. So basically there's like 10 times their amount of home loans out there per dollar value of homes that are on the books. You see what I'm saying? So banks own about 10% of all the houses, but they own them all. You know what I mean? So it's like this hyper fractionalized lending, right? And I'm going to tell you what's really about to happen, bro, with tokenization is coming, right? But it's not tokenized. Nobody, we already, basically all the stocks are already tokenized. They're already tokenized. You know what I mean? Like, it's a big. They're really good to tokenization things. So like if you got, if you got a car, so this is the thing about tokenization, so tokenization is really trash. The only use case for tokenization. Well yeah, it's like a technology that will make what we already do a little faster, a little better, a little cheaper. But other than that, you, it's the best use case for tokenization is to transfer fiat currency into digital assets. So it's basically tether USD tether USDC. It's basically stable coins. That's like the best use case for tokenization. And if you look at the numbers, that's the most tokenized asset is the dollar. Now NFTs, it might sound crazy, but NFTs, bro, is really the future. And the reason being is because the titles, it's going to be titles, titles encrypted in NFTs. And those titles will be used to back loans, bro. We're going to democritize lending. So we're going to democritize lending where intermediary for a whole day title in a contract, right? In like an Ethereum contract or whatnot. And then you have like lenders, anybody can pretty much lend to these open protocols and you'll lend out against that title. You know what I mean? And then that buyer is obligated to pay back that loan to have that title returned to them or that title is liquid data. So this is going to be the new home loan thing, bro. All right. Ashtray, have you heard of USD AI, USD. AI? No. I want you to look up this, well, I want you to look up this protocol, bro. It's a, have you heard of permium? Let me see how this is going to be. Permium. No. All right. So let me see. I think I'm saying the wrong. Permium tokenization. What is it tokenization? Yeah. Permium. So hold up. So essentially, right? There's this protocol called USD AI. That's actually a stable coin. It was a name of the protocol, but it's also the name of the stable coin is backed by PayPal. And the whole point is you give PayPal your money and they issue you these stable coins and they back them by there. They have PayPal has a stable coin, which is, which owns treasuries, which they're paying like 4.5% or something like that. But they're not actually giving it to the stable coin owners. But what they're doing is this, bro. I'm trying to get you the name of this company so you can look it up. But it's a pretty good. I already bored. Oh, no. All right. This is what happened, right? You're going to love this next part. You're an AI guy, right? I'm already bored. Bro, you got this. You know, you're going to get you're not going to be bored in a second. All right. So this is open. USD AI is the name of the protocol. It's backed by a company out of New York that tokenizes titles for GPU chips. Right? They have relationships with Nvidia. They have relationships with PayPal and it's democratizing the lending. They are lending now. They have over $650 million. It's lent out, which isn't a time, but they have it all lent out for GPU financing. So a company might borrow money for GPUs or buy GPUs. They get the title. The company in New York gets the title. They put it into an NFT or tokenize it. You know, I don't really know the difference between those two terms. So essentially they tokenize it in a contract. And then everyday people can go into this protocol and stake their USD to lend that company money against that title. You see what I'm saying? And then, okay, listen, so any money that's sitting in the protocol that's not lent to the, that's not lent out against these GPUs is paid into, is put into 4.5% year treasuries backed by PayPal. You know, so they have an agreement with PayPal to do all this. So you get either 4.5% or you're lending out to the treasuries. I mean, you're lending out to the data centers to buy these GPUs. So I was looking to just us USD.ai. Sounds like a bad idea. You gotta check it out, man. You gotta check it out, right? No, so I mean, in theory, so basically it's just like it's democratizing this AI build out. You know, it's democratizing this massive demand for capital to build these data centers. How do we know what's on a misuse of capital that's just being flushed on the toilet? Well, I mean, you got the companies that are actually building these CPUs. Like, you're probably familiar with these companies. No, I know, but like, that doesn't mean that it's useful to the economy. You know what I mean? So you know, like the problem I have with all of it is I work in this space and like I use it. And if I had to be completely honest, there's something that happened today. I don't really, I don't really think it's that I have agents that, man, I have agents that do stuff for me. We have teams that use cloud and this and all this shit. I have to say, I don't really think I don't really know if it's that. I don't really use cases actual. I don't really see it being that much of a productivity driver to be quite honest. In the long run. Well, I know I know where you're on. I've heard you say that a lot. You know, it appears to be like you view it. Like when you're working on it, you feel like it is. Yeah. It's like an illusion. But like what I'm finding is we have a lot of people building a lot of stuff. We're building a lot of stuff. We shouldn't be building. It's a wasting time. People that are don't know what they're doing will build stuff. And then I have to spend like day figuring it out and getting rid of it and talking to them. I've had a literally block a lot. There's only in my team. There's only two people I can touch production stuff know because it was just a gemest. And then when we dive deeper, we notice that like actually it kind of lied about this. All right. Well, I have to redo a bunch of stuff now this entire week. And then I have agents to answer my emails and provide them in tons of contacts and it's in that and they can't seem to fucking just respond to a fucking email. I don't know why and then it accepted a job that I got a job offer and like why did you do that? But I want to tell the information about it. You did that too. Don't just accept it. Hit the work. Do the job for me. And then it's like I just the lower this goes on, the more you work with it. And I work with it across a variety of things, jobs, work. I have a consulting thing. I just feel like it's still kind of socks. Well, I just wonder. And I don't even I don't see any other thing. The other thing about it is why aren't small cap, the small caps are in a fucking bear market. Like I just don't think that people are not saying they won't and I'm not saying it's a waste. But at this point, I don't really see any anything. Again, it looks like it, it's an illusion. It looks like it is. The fun thing I agree with you is that it often it does a lot of repeat work where if you just tell it to do one thing, it'll do it even before you can say go. And then you'll be like, oh, I need to change this. So you know, it just has to redo it, redo it. So you might you might get like five products before you finish product. And there's a lot of wasted energy there in comp. So it's like it's not it almost needs to be able to like come up with a plan for what it's going to do and then execute the plan. But also it does, it's just it's still actually built stuff pretty shittily, which is it really doesn't build good software. Like I only I only bit start noticing this as time goes on after like dig into shit when it's broken and I'm like, man, it's actually shockingly not good. I'm just being honest. The more I go along and what I see, I'm just I get so bearish. I was like, and I have agents that have all my info that still use yet. Yeah. No, but what's the name was saying that like Fred was coming out saying like it's been like freaking. But Fred also thinks that like Fred also thinks that like the thing, coding agents are good. And I get why he does because if you work, if you work on your own stuff and you can define it really clearly, I think it's good.
