you know, community for his content. And I remember he didn't know to full times now, like two. I think we got two in there. But one of them was a quote tweet with a little black heart. That's all I got, but I got a character. And from coming from Kanye West, that was pretty interesting. And it goes to show what it is that we are doing on this application and the degree of impact that we can have it. And I remember at the time when I saw that, I was like, wow, I suppose one of the most famous entertainers literally on the planet, the fact that he was on a phone somewhere and he just sees something by this guy. And he's like, that looks like Jeff Goldblum. And he really shares something about that. It is pretty wild. And I remember the specific comment was because he had released his extremely controversial song. And I had shared that, but when I shared it, I of course made the comment to the black community. I said, have you guys realized what Kanye has realized about who was behind the slave trade or something to that extent? And the fact that he shared that, to think that Kanye somewhere in the world, wherever he might have been, because it's pretty reasonable to suggest he could have probably been anywhere, right? On a private jet. And then he sees this and is like, so he looked at it. And he was like, yes, I do know that it was Jews who were disproportionately behind the slave trade. And I just find that wild. And I say that not as the feather in my cap solely, but rather to suggest that all of us have the ability on this application to take our ideas, throw them out into this little digital what would you call it? It's not even an echo chamber because from time to time, we like the pebble landing in the middle of the ocean create ripples, right? And so regardless of your follower count, right? That you can have a massive amount of impact on here that Kanye saw something that I shared or that anybody can share something and can have that seen by hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of eyeballs. And Mandy is a wonderful example of that who we all, of course now, I think she goes by rabbi, Mandy at this point, right? The fact that some of her posts, and I've never had something that's gotten into, what would that even be? Eight digits, right? That she had 20 million plus impressions. I know rabbi Jeff has similarly kind of cracked that code, right? And so it just goes to show that we can all make immense differences and I encourage everybody to just keep that in mind. You know, you're putting something out there and you probably at times feel a little bit discouraged. I know I certainly do because of the censorship and the suppression. But like I've said many, many times in many ways, the smaller handles have a way easier time getting to that kind of critical mass and audience and to kind of break into that virality because you don't have all of the weight of the suppression and the censorship and the flags and the labels and all of the other things that they utilize to keep our voices down. And so in a sense, in a space where we're going to be talking about the mind, the body, I'm very excited to hear about the muscle, right? How some of that, and in fact, when I shared this post, I saw somebody respond and they said, I've been doing weight training for 25 years. And one of the most overlooked aspects of it, they said, were the differences that it has in my mindset, my mentality and my mental wellness, right? And so I'm using this conversation with Rob who's an absolute guru when it comes to the mind, the body, and the soul. He's been incredible. We've talked about COVID. We talked about the vaccines. We've talked about all these various illnesses. We've talked about the ways in which individuals can essentially increase and enhance their body through some of the strangest of things. Some that I would expect, like perhaps Sona's and Steam Rooms, which Rob's a big fan of, which I've been incorporating into my, I can't say my day to day, but into my week to week, let's say, as well as, for example, the power of the Kiwi, which we're not just suggesting to speak with individuals, maybe from down under that might refer to themselves as Kiwis, but the literal fruit itself, right? And so we've had some of these incredible conversations in in them. Rob has always been very welcoming. We did an entire space one time that was basically an ask the guru anything. People came in, they asked about things with their, let's say, their skin with toothpaste. I remember I asked him about the benefit of a walk in the woods, right? And any of these subjects, he was able to masterfully provide some incredible wisdom. And so I said to him, because I know he's got an additional talk track that we're going to go into, but I just asked if he could bring for this, his thoughts on both kind of strength training, what it does not just for your muscles and kind of the biomechanics thereof, but also what are some of the other benefits that we might not necessarily think or talk a lot about as a society? And I think it's really important that we do this because right now, in my opinion anyway, strength training and muscles and all this other stuff, it's getting lumped into this ludicrous vein, hedonistic idea of looks maxim. Right? It is a feminine, it is weak, it is insecurity, run rampant with all of these petulant little individuals that are following in the footsteps of clavicular who presents himself as some kind of ladies man as he showcases his unbridled insecurity and vanity by chopping up his face, getting his ears pinned back. Guys, in case you haven't realized, there's nothing that is more repulsive to women than rampant insecurity. And nothing showcases that more than going to a doctor to have them chop up your face, especially when forward is worth, you are already a reasonably good looking guy to begin with, which I think that it's probably safe to say that he was. Right? And so I say this because we should instead of looking at muscle and strength training and all these other things, as merely something that you can then utilize to signal your sexuality, let's say, to the opposite gender. Right? Instead of just thinking of it as something deflux in the mirror for yourself, like some kind of goon, right? That instead, that there are a whole, what would you call them? An entire, let's say a closet worth of benefits that are tied to, not only the act of going through the process to develop the, let's say the mindset and the discipline. I think that's actually one of the biggest pieces. Right? If you think of why do women find strong men attractive? Well, obviously it's a signal of genetics. It's also a signal of discipline because you got to get up every day and go and repeat this process. Right? But for the most part, I also believe that the muscles that women find attractive are the ones that you end up utilizing. So it is strength training for a purpose. Because once upon a time you needed to be strong to be able to protect women. It's actually why in my own little crazy world that I find myself in, I'm convinced that that is why women find, for example, the physique of a soccer player more attractive than of a bulky body builder. Right? Because if you think about a primitive man and woman dynamics out in the wilderness, which of those two is going to be more beneficial for, for example, collecting resources for providing for somebody, and ultimately for being able to live amongst the lions, the diggers, and the bears. Oh my, obviously it would be the soccer player that doesn't require four, five or six thousand calories and is focused more on endurance, on running, on, let's say all of those other pieces of stamina that you would need to be able to fend off both predators and also to chase down things. Of interest, right? Again, this is kind of going off into a little bit of the weeds in terms of maybe the sexual signaling side of things, but I am going to be curious for Rob's thoughts, right? Because whether it is others perceptions of you, your perception of yourself, all of these play into ultimately individuals mindset, their mentality, their security, their confidence, their conviction. And what I really sincerely hope is that the spaces that we are providing are not only opening our eyes to the commonality behind that, which frankly, I believe, demoralizes, it downtroddens, and it detriments our souls, our bodies, our finances, our everything. Right? But I also want to make sure that in addition to pointing to those problems, there were also presenting solutions. Right? And so I think it's really important that we understand what are all of the biomechanics that are negatively influenced by the world that we live in in terms of our food, our media, our culture. How do we combat some of that with productive and positive conversations? And I think Rob has done a wonderful job of that historically. I'm excited for this one. Like I said, there's another talk track that we're also going to interject into this, but I really like this idea. Right? That everybody, my hope is, by the end of this conversation and presentation from the wonderful Rob, that you will not only understand the importance of, for example, exercise and strength training, that you will understand the significance that it has on more than just the physique, right? What are the overall benefits? And that in the process, we'll also get direct calls to action, things that all of us could be doing. And it's not going to be a 1000-step process, so that you can look like the rock tomorrow, because let's be real. That's not going to happen. Right? But we can provide tangible benefits, so everybody leaves with a little bit more intellect on this subject, maybe with a little bit of motivation to get up and to go the extra mile each and every day, the stronger, better, faster. Right? And so that in that process, not only can we, all of us that are in here, a month from now, a year from now, can we be a better version of ourselves than we are today, but that we also have the information that we can go out to our community, to share it with others, to encourage them to do exactly the same, so that we can continue to build a community of strong-minded individuals, strong-bodied and capable individuals that can go the extra mile. Right? There's going to be a lot in front of us that's going to try and detriment our ability to impart a change on this world. And our hecklers are going to attack us with flurs. They're going to come after our character and make all kinds of accusations. And so what's the best thing that we can do is to arm ourselves with information and to present ourselves as professionally, as honestly, and let's say impressively as we possibly can. And that requires that we get up, that we educate, that we, in my case, that we pray, that we look for the better tomorrow, we look for the brighter future, we look to the big man upstairs, or whatever is your northern star, and that we make ourselves as competent in every asset and facet, as we possibly can. And so with that, I want to go to the incredible assets to this movement that our Miss Joanne, Mr. Christopher Wood, talk about two unbelievable individuals, Joanne, with more energy than anybody I have ever come across on this platform. And Mr. Christopher Wood, who has all of the confidence and the charisma of the strongest man in any room. And I know that because he was the one that in the middle of town squares, and in the middle of some of those, let's say, public buildings and facilities with legislators, he was willing to stand up in front of everybody. And say, guys, if you notice these weird patterns of COVID, and the leadership of all of these companies, and I can tell you, it's one final thing, that takes more confidence, encourage, than the strongest of bodybuilders might possess. If you want to talk about a muscle that takes unbelievable, let's say, training, diligence, it is nothing bigger than the muscle that is the courage to stand up and try to make a change. And so Mr. Christopher Wood, always so excited to have you with us. So anybody that does want to come up, certainly feel free to request a mic. We will bring up everybody. We'll go through this wonderful presentation again from Rob from Down Under. And then we will, of course, open it to questions to comments. Please, if you have anything that you would like to add, especially when it comes to commentary and questions on your well-being, your physicality, right? Certainly come up and request to speak with Rob. He's just an absolute brilliant individual. So with that being said, let's go to Mr. Joanne and Mr. Christopher. Hey, and thank you so much for hosting. I'm a great intro. Christopher, always an absolute pleasure having you. So go host, Rob, I love your spaces. Farty, everybody, thank you guys so much for being here. Guys, please repost this space. And if you guys got with it, I will also repost it. Also, bookmark it. It helps so much with the algorithm. Malcolm's spaces here on eggs. And now also on TikTok and Instagram. And he is the absolute greatest. So no, thank you so much. I don't work out that much. I don't like women with muscles. So I do a little bit of weights, but mostly I can in legs and butts and just core. But yeah. Yeah, no, but thank you. And I cannot wait to learn more. So thank you so much for having me. Chris, how are you? Howdy, howdy. I'm blessed as always. Thank you so much for having me on the program. Once again, it's a lovely to co-host with both you, Joanne and Ian and I'm very blessed to be on your program. Today is an interesting diversion from usual topics. However, I have a inkling that it always will go back to certain topics every once in a while. But this is a very important conversation. No doubt about it because what's being said so far is absolutely accurate. You know, the physical health is linked to mental health. So the more that
