Let's behave like it's 2023.
Can you throw some emojis, hearts and thumbs-ups and claps?
Been a while since I've asked people to do that.
I used to pretend that when I was asking people to do that,
like that used to feed the algorithm,
which made us more discoverable, which was absolutely...
You ended up finding out that wasn't a thing.
Yeah!
I was like, God, people...
Spam me.
Spam me.
Alright, let me see. I see Simon in.
I see him too. Let's bring him up.
See what we've got.
Let's check the tech.
Simon!
Hello.
There he is. How you doing, man?
Doing very well and super excited to be here today
as we have so much to go through.
Dude, I've been going back through our messages,
through Zebeck's posts.
I've been going back through everything that's been going on the space
and looking at...
I mean, we had a decent one a couple of weeks ago, obviously, with our guests.
But this is a really, really exciting one, man, to bring people up to date,
because you guys have been looking at Zebeck.
Really, really exciting.
So let's kick straight off. Welcome back.
Yeah, welcome back everybody to a Zebeck community spaces.
We like to do these every few weeks in between our other kind of more...
The spaces we run with lots of guests and other platforms, etc.
Where we learn what the wider ecosystems up to.
There is a lot to get through today from new chains.
I want to talk about the Zebeck cards.
I'd like to know where you're at with that enterprise product.
What's going on with Stella?
ZBCN updates?
Well, actually, I saw there's a big community milestone.
Simon's joining us, obviously. Welcome Simon.
Thank you. Thank you for coming in.
I'm going to jump straight into it.
You've just been to New York.
So I want to know what was on the agenda?
What have you been doing?
Who have you been meeting and how did it go?
Well, when a month has been to think it's already the end of Q3.
I spent the past few weeks traveling the country from New York to San Francisco.
We met with many of our clients and partners.
And I had the pleasure of attending Avalanche's annual conference in New York.
And I was extremely impressed to see such great turn up this year from Wall Street.
Hoconization, as we know, is in full swing across the financial industry.
And New York is the epicenter.
We're seeing more and more funds bringing their assets on chain.
And that is great news for platforms like Zebeck as it gives both our enterprise clients
and our payroll users more options to earn yield from regulated funds
without needing to move money out of our ecosystem.
So I was thrilled to see that.
And I think we're only going to be building on the momentum through the end of the year.
Love that.
And Sebus is live at the moment.
Right?
I seem to just throwing my mind back about a year ago.
Sebus, Zebeck, we're at that conference, right?
Are you attending this year?
What's going on there?
Absolutely.
Sebus is one of our favorite conferences with a lot of good representations in the banking industry,
the payments industry.
We've been going for the past few years now.
And we do have a few team members on the ground.
So if you are over there, please drop us a line or a happy-discedular meeting.
Love that.
I love that.
All of the Zebeck global team will tease me because I always say I love that.
Okay.
But particular interesting real-world use case that you were talking to me about,
the last time we ran one of these community spaces, that I want to double-click on.
And I think you've had enough time now to be developing that out.
The German government benefits program coming on chain.
I remember you introducing it as a concept.
Where are we up to?
Like, what more can you tell us at this stage?
Well, this is really one of the most exciting use cases that I personally seen using Zebeck rails
and stablecoins to unlock government-defined benefits in the German market.
So as I'm sure many of our community members remember, one year ago, roughly the same time,
we actually officially partnered with Deutsche Bank and its all-unity Euro-Stablecoin.
We've been working on this program and had with all-unity for the better part of the past year.
And after passing all the compliance and regulatory hurdles,
we did finally go live with our first enterprise clients on the solar blockchain,
which makes sense, given the solar is a leader really in micro-payments and remittance.
We have money ground plugged in here as well.
And now we've opened up hundreds of German employees really to the power of being able to cash out their benefits
in real-time at locations across the country.
So, Garner the days of waiting months to get your benefit payments to clear,
with Zebeck, they're handled in real-time on-chain and they're fully auditable.
And this is all done at a cost far less to employers when you take into account the HR team time
and the bank fees that would typically have to be paid for traditional transfers.
With Zebeck, it's all done on-chain, all automated and processing pays are paid automatically in ZVCN.
So a really exciting use case and something that we're going to see scale to more and more enterprises
throughout the German market.
That's massive. It's absolutely massive.
And I guess an economy and a powerhouse like the German government is a really, really good trust signal as well for the space.
Are you finding that that is rippling out from that perspective?
Absolutely. I mean, it's really a huge vote of confidence in the technology that Zebeck has built on the security of our system.
And it's something that's only going to scale really beyond the German market into other countries in Europe and abroad.
Huge, huge, huge. Right. Next on my agenda, Robin Hoodchain, which in the last, what are we saying?
Three months has become one of, in my opinion, the most interesting new pieces of infrastructure to watch.
I've seen a lot of people playing around doing a lot of things on that chain, a lot of them making a lot of money,
a lot of them losing a little bit of money, but all in all, it seems to be really interesting tech,
particularly when we're talking about like tokenized assets and bringing traditional finance or traditional finance kind of mechanisms on chain.
So question for me is is it is a back doing anything with Robin Hoodchain?
What does that look like? And why would a chain like Robin Hood be strategically interesting for what you're doing at Zebeck?
Well, it's a good question. And Robin Hoodchain has seen real retail interests since it launched, and it's been a priority roadmap item for us as a back now for the past few months.
And last week, we did launch Robin Hoodchain integration on the card side and will be adding more Robin Hood assets with.
However, what's most interesting is really the breadth and depth of tokenized stocks that are available on Robin Hood on chain.
And this is a huge draw for both our retail payroll users, our super app users, and it gives them access to all these different investment options on chain to reinvest their payroll proceeds and put their idle balances to work.
Now, the payroll integration piece of Robin Hood will be coming later this year, and the opportunities with that are really endless from automating DCA to letting agents direct your investment management, the super app and the payroll wallet really will become your personal trading assistant and wealth manager,
with this integration. So you can definitely demo it now on cards and stay tuned for the broader announcement on payroll and super app.
And okay, so payroll absolutely get that. Like does it also open up lots of opportunities around tokenized asset holding as well or assets generally like,
like can we combine that with what's going on and that from a payment perspective?
Absolutely, well, through our partnership with Paxos and its USDGS, which is the leading stablecoin on Robin Hood chain, we're now able to offer direct trading pairs into over 300 different tokenized stock assets alone on Robin Hood, and that represents some are north of 150 million in tokenized stock value.
And if we continue to see the current rates of growth on Robin Hood chain, this can go into the billions and it's really too large of a market for his effect to ignore given our core focus on the US where Robin Hood is based.
Yeah, absolutely. Really, really interesting stuff, man. I can't wait to see that unfold.
Okay, next on my docket cards. What how is it looking with cards? We were speaking about them last time any new features and any new chains. What else is happening with the Zebit card ecosystem?
Well, in short, a lot and we're going to be publishing our Q4 road map for the best cards later this week, but so much is coming this fall and it's all going to be available within the super app as we roll out these new features.
So starting off, we have USDT coming back by popular demand USDT is coming on select chains and we're going to be also launching reloadable euro and pound cards under the carbon card product, meaning that you can now have carbon cards in three different currencies.
And as you can imagine, so going to be extremely popular with a lot of our German users and enterprises that are currently getting paid by a euro AU.
Now Robin Hood, of course, was a major chain announcement for us last week and that puts us at 22 different chains supported on Zabak cards and again, back by popular demand, particularly on the international side, we have drawn chain coming later this year.
From there, we're going to see more privacy tokens added throughout the year, coinciding with the relaunch of the flagship Zabak Black product in the month of November.
The man has said Black card, that is the product that gets me most interested, it most excited. Talk to me about it, Black card is back. What has changed? What's going on?
Absolutely, well, it's long overdue. I know it was an extremely popular product amongst our user base and it is still going to be our highest limit, fully reloadable card.
And it's going to be unlocked with a minimum ZVCN balance held within the super app and all fees on the product will be paid in ZVCN.
This card is going to be offered in multiple currencies, it's going to be available to a global audience in north of a hundred different countries and all done via the super app.
Even better, we're coming out with a rewards program later in the year tied to this product along with a whole slew of other perks. So stay tuned for more announcements and the reveal on the Black card design very soon.
I love that. I remember higher limits were also mentioned. So maybe another question then is, who is the new Black card aimed at?
Because that kind of like limit pieces is something that really kind of like peaked my interest.
Well, this is going to be one of the highest limit crypto cards available on the market today with the daily limit of $50,000 US dollars equivalent.
It's going to be the only crypto card that supports 22 different blockchains in multiple fee occurrences as we've mentioned.
And a simple transparent fee structure of one and a half percent on all loads paid in ZVCN.
We have a weightless coming students for this product and we're going to be offering it initially to our highest here clients and holders.
For most of them are international citizens who travel frequently. They don't like to keep their funds, domicile to a single jurisdiction.
And in the future, we're also going to be offering direct loads from tokenized money market funds held on shame in enterprise payroll or the super.
Now in a world where interest rates are north of 5% and just going up, you can imagine how compelling that is for high network users, which is exactly what we're going for with this card product.
Amazing. That was one of my favorite things is one of the things that kind of introduced me to ZVCN.
Exactly. So I'm really looking forward to it.
Let's talk about the corporate offering. It was something we touched on last time.
I want to double click to see where you are. We spoke about enterprise payroll and I know we very briefly skipped over a corporate card coming along. Where are you out with those things?
Corporate cards are really the next logical progression of our product and they tie in very well to enterprise payroll and treasury.
So our long term vision is really to bring all corporate spending on chain.
We've already onboarded hundreds of enterprises to the world of stablecoins via our payable product. And now with these stablecoin balances growing on chain, a corporate card is really the most seamless way to actually spend those funds and manager expenses across your team.
So just like the black card product, this is going to be a limited release product for our existing corporate users and it will require a ZVCN balanced on lock and then it will be rolled out more broadly to the rest of our client base.
Okay. Interesting, then. So is that is some of that to do that kind of enterprise piece? Is that why we're seeing this upward price action on ZBC?
I know I don't usually ask you about price action, but I can't help but notice what I can notice it. Do you think those two things are correlated?
Well, look, I can't speak to any specific movements in the token price, but it is important to remember that our enterprise users, they do have to hold ZBCN to access products and pay fees.
And as we onboard larger and larger enterprises that fly wheel should only accelerate from here. So I'll leave it at that.
Love that. I like, I like a little bit of cryptic, a little bit of, I won't push you any hard on it. Don't worry. Okay.
Let me think. Right. One of the more interesting things on the roadmap actually is this on chain treasury product too. That's like a new addition.
So that's going to bring balances, bank balances, payroll and cards all together. Right. Can you can you talk to me a bit more about that? What exactly is that it's on chain treasury product going to look like what?
What problem does it solve for like a CFO or a finance team, for example?
Well, yes, this is a new one for us. And I think it's important to go into a little bit of context here to set the stage.
So everyone right now is talking about tokenize assets and treasury, particularly in crypto, but there are very few companies that actually have the enterprise relationships and the real world stablecoin adoption likes it back.
And that makes us the perfect launch pad for many corporate users as they actually pilot on chain treasury programs for the first time.
You need to understand that 99% of global enterprises, they don't currently have stablecoin infrastructure in place.
But that is starting to change very fast as these pilot programs that we're running on the pipe, the payroll side are showing.
So what the infrastructure in place coming from is a big role.
