rant a little bit. We'll try to keep the ranting down to to a minimum. We have like direct questions for the guests that would be cool. Monologuing on about whatever, whatever's got a hair across your ass. Isn't great for time management. But once the show's over the space will keep going and then it will be. Perm I usual spaces a fucking free for all. And I can't say it doesn't feel good to be back it does. Um, hey, uh, where is this mother fuck at? He's gonna come in and he's gonna say he's fashionably late. Oh, I see some, some awesome people down there. Andrew Anna lady. Zeus Frank. Great Scott. What's up, bro? Mary Ryan, Beritas. Winona. My wife is here. No, I'm kidding. She'll fucking kill me. Winona. What's going on? Hey, hey, hey, hey, everybody. Invite my dear. Okay. It's good to see you, sweetie. Good to see you, sir. And I'm so glad you open. Um, having your critical critical mass back open again. I am excited for this show tonight with, uh, chat. If his ass ever gets in here. All right, just send them a text. All right. Uh, if you guys would not mind sharing out the space right now and then, um, Winona, when we get going, um, like usual, would you mind putting the live link up in the nest for people to share out? Thank you. Winona is solid people if you aren't following or following or a follower, damn it. Thank you, Rob. I tried my best. I am normally just quiet there. But, you know, I'm getting used to everything and, um, in social media. So yeah, I love it. But thank you all for joining us tonight. Social media sucks. It's been challenging. I'll tell you it has. You know, I, I have been trying real hard to stay opposite social media. I mean, you guys see like I usually just post like I get up, have my coffee, get on the, get on the throne. And that says not as least gross as I can say it. Make my one post of the day. Be a shithead. And then I'm off doing other things. And then I get like text messages. Rob, did you see this? No, I didn't get phone calls. Rob, you see what's going. No, I didn't nor do I care because it's the fucking internet. But there is something that I do care about. And, you know, it's the reason why I'm having this show tonight because I think it's fucking important. And, um, yeah, I don't want to ruin it for the show, but, uh, oh, hey, it would be great if I can change the title. Uh, it's been a long time since I've done this, man. I, you guys are going to have to just fucking bear with me. It's so much better when they had a producer that could do all the stuff in the background. So I don't have to fuck away about it. Um, tonight's show is entitled Why vote? And I didn't put a question mark or a, um, exclamation point Chad. What's going on, bro? What's happening? Can you guys hear Chad? Have an echo. You have a echo. Yeah. Well, significant echo. He says, how about now? Check. Yep. Just on my side. Not yours. How about now? Check. Yep. Well, she it. All right. Hold on one second. You know, I can't. How about now? Check. Yep. Can you guys hear Chad? Yes, we can. Um, if the audience would give us a thumbs up on Chad, do you hear Chad? Yes. Chad, can you hear them? I hear somebody. You hear the space. Okay. Yeah. All right. Was that wine on? Yes. Yes, sir. Hey, Chad. Hey girl, what's happening? All right. It should be gone now. Check. Yep. It's going. And they can hear you. All right. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. That's good. Because I got shit to say. Oh shit. Here we go. All right. I'm going to get to, I'm going to get the same fucking fired up. I'm going to get the live show going. And I can figure out how to do this. How did I do my hair correctly? It's not much of it to do, bro. All right. We are going live. Yeah. It is in the nest. What is up, everybody? Welcome back to critical mass after all this time. It's been about, I don't know, I think seven months or so. And I am, yes. Thank you, Sue. That is a song I've been working on for like a year now. And I still can't get it done because I just have zero freaking time. And I was hoping to release it at the beginning of the year. Went down to DC on January 6th and filmed some stuff for the video for it. And still haven't gotten the song done. But I guess I'll use a portion of it for the intro to the go now. So I want to talk about something that's important to me. I see a lot of divisive bullshit on the internet on the inner webs lately. And I think it's it is definitely a conversation that we need to have. There's a lot of people that are saying they're not going to vote. And because they're pissed off about ABC all the way to Z and trust me, I'm with you on that. There's a lot of things I'm pissed off about right now. A lot of things that I honestly truly feel that I didn't vote for. But then at the same time, a lot of things I did vote for happened. And I see your Reno. And for me, one big issue for me, a big issue and everybody knows is the second amendment that is a huge, huge issue. And Trump ran on saying that he's going to be the most pro-second amendment administration in the history of this country. And that is something he has not bailed on that he's come through in spades. And in terms of the NFA, which was 92 years of subjugating our second amendment, this is unprecedented, what happened in the last couple of months. And it started with the big beautiful bill. We did have a Senate parliamentarian who was basically a piece of shit and a show for every town and all the gun groups. And but we still managed to get the NFA tax to zero. Now based upon the fact that the NFA was only allowed to happen because it was a tax. It wasn't a restriction. It was a tax on a registration on the tax, not even the firearm. It turned that way after Chevron Deference, but that's another story for another time. We're not going to get into those weeds right now. But the thing the thing is once it was set set to zero, there was no legal leg that it could stand on in a judge in Texas. After listening to firearms policy coalition, going on as a of America, a silent for shop and Paul mental state armory said that yeah, then this is the short barrel rifles, short barrel, outcomes, any other weapons and suppressors are not going to be a threat. The officers are now not you don't have to register them anymore because there's no tax. So again, it was levied as a tax. It went to the Supreme Court back in 1936, 35 or 36. They tried to fight it. They said, well, no, it's not a restriction on the guns. It's just attacks on the on the weapons on these certain weapons. Trump said to the DOJ directly to the DOJ and to Robert cicada, the HTF director, you will not be going after people for having short barrel rifles, short barrel shotguns, you know, W's and suppressors that are bought on just a 44 73, which is the form that you go when you go into a gun store as your federal background check, which is still unconstitutional. But we're getting there, man, we've made so many great strides. And all it would take is for all the people that are pissed off. This is where my mind's at. All of the all it would take is all the people that are pissed off the armed voting. This I'm sitting this one out. Fuck the shit for the house and the Senate to get an overwhelming majority and a veto proof majority for them to now set that tax at whatever the hell they could set it at a penny. And then all of a sudden, you have 40 to 50 immediate overnight, federal felons. And I'm not willing to risk that. Yes, there's a lot of problems in our government. There's a lot of problems with our supposed representation. But I'm not willing to throw the baby out with the bathwater as harsh as a statement as that is. And I have my buddy, good friend here tonight with me to talk about this. If you are on the fence about voting, if you're pissed off like I am, and it feels like you're you're chewing a sandwich made of rusty fucking nails and you're trying to swallow it without anything to watch it down when you go into that voting booth. I empathize with you. I feel every bit of pain that you were feeling right now. And as articulate about things that I am when it comes to this. I have to have to say that Chad is much more about this. I'm a fucking hammer. And sometimes my message gets a little lost in hyperbole. And I've heard Chad talk about this. And I'm bringing him on right now. Everybody. Chad, I'm fucking fired up.
