times. I hope I mean, look, the time, you know, of the space matters, but in terms of like
when you put the bundle out, I think it doesn't have to be strict, you know. How are you feeling?
What's happening?
I'm glad to be here. It's great to be with all of you, you know. We are so excited about
this launch. And we just want to say thanks for having us and we're about to go live, but
I'll just give the floor to all the speakers. Thank you.
Yeah, I'll ask you questions about the bundle. All the speakers for now, it's me and
Kuti, by the way. Let's say hi to Kuti first. What's up, Kuti? How are you, man? And
how did you find out about Mosh? I'm curious.
Okay. Alpha, I'm good. I'm good. I didn't get what you asked. Please, if you could recap.
How did you find out about Mosh or do you know anything about Mosh and the good coins we're
talking about here today? No, I didn't know about Mosh. I think I saw it post on my timeline
about it, but I didn't know much about it.
All right. Do you have any question yourself about Mosh or do you just like want to hang out,
find out what's happening and so on?
Okay. Not probably not really bad. And I just hope as this space goes on, I will have more
questions to ask to clarify my curiosity.
Okay, sir, if you do, please do raise your hand. I'll come to you if you have questions along
the way and what we're going to talk about. So let's kick it off with the bundle from my
memory, Kate. I know you guys and you have been in the Mosh community for a while right now.
You've been waiting. The first question I have for you because I know this was something that was
being worked on in the past is the amount of bun that you're looking to raise. So you're looking
to launch a bundle that's paired with bun. What's the amount of bun that you're looking to raise?
Thank you so much for that. We have the feedback from our community, you know, speaking with
Steven, the guys at Mosh, you know, we discovered that we didn't need to raise much. We just needed
to tolerate according to what our community could raise. And so we came around the magical number
of 200,000 burn tokens, which is roughly about $8,000 at the current market price.
And how much supply is that going to snipe and bundle for you, do you know?
Yes, so we have 70.8% ready to be snipe. So when the bundle goes live, which will be very, very
soon during this space, that should cover that. So we should have at least 70% with the AI agent.
And the rest of it will go to the team share. So 222,000 bun and that's going to snipe 71%.
It's going to leave some money with the agents as well. It's kind of the recommended threshold
for Mosh tokens, as far as I know, the 70% plus percent bundle. And then if you have some money
on the side to capitalize the agents with that's even better. How about the fee structure?
I think this is something that a lot of people who know about Mosh and who know a little bit about
bundles are going to be curious about what are the fees looking like. I think you're on mute if
you're trying to speak, but if not, thank you so much. That was a great one.
Okay, so I was on mute. So what we weren't waiting was we had our partners, we came together to
discuss and because we need the fees to power both to what we call the stake house and the lottery
game itself, we are going 25% team share of which 0.3% is going to 0.3% is going to ponds, of course,
0.34 and another 0.34% is going to the Mosh team, another 0.3% is going to...
Let me back track on this because I think we need to start with what's the total trading fee on the token?
The total trading fee is at 2% total trading fee.
Yes, 2%. Okay, so I want people to understand this as well because I've seen some confusion
when it came to other bundles. When you say 25% team share, that is not like 25%
trade it's all right, the trading fee is 2%. So 25% team share means that whatever the bundle
earns, so now we're going to explain to you guys how this works and it works the same for all Mosh tokens.
So it's a good educational moment as well. Whatever the bundle earns, the team share comes out
of that. So it's 25% of what the bundle earns and in this case, at 2% total trading fee,
with the numbers that you said, I think Mosh's sides and Ponds's sides come together somewhere around
0.6, 0.65 and then you're left with another 1.3%, 1.35% for the bundle. And out of that, the team share
is 25%. So if you look at that, then the team share is about maybe 0.2% of the trading fees. That's
how I understand everything so far. Now I know you look at the bundle and you look at that as the
mechanism that's going to power everything that you do because it's coming from the fees. And this
is kind of the beauty of designing a Mosh bundle when you're thinking about, what are the fees,
how much money will the bundle get at 1 million, at 5 million, at 10 million. What do we do with that
money? How do we redistribute that depending on what we want to create a different fly will
capitalize the agents, pay back the funders of the bundle, put the money back into a poll and so on.
So how does it work for you? You have 2% trading fees, let's take a side what motion and Ponds are
getting. Let's say that's 0.6, I think it's 0.6 or 0.65, you're left with 1.35, you're getting 25%
of that yourself. Let's say there's 1% left. What happens with those fees? How does it work? What's
me market all about? Okay, so while I'm showing the numbers around, okay, basically you're very right.
Many people when you're talking about bonds, you're standing to confuse this thing so it's a good
educational moment. So basically, Ponds is earning 0.3% and March, 0.3%, we are just earning also 0.34%.
And the back has anyone who comes on to back the bundle will be earning 1% of the creative fees.
So from that 0.3%, for every $1,000 we earn, we are going to send a significant amount of that,
which is about 60% into the gaming fees. At first, we're going to send most of it into the gaming
fees, but we want to debut what we call our DeFi Steakhouse. And these two designs are basically
what powers the flywheel mechanism we're trying to introduce. So we're starting with the simple,
the biggest lottery game ever, which is All Stars, is currently live. So what we want to do is we
want to ensure that while people trade arcade, these fees go straight into the money game.
And the beauty about it is like you're playing a national lottery. The larger the lottery, the more
incentivized people want to spend some of their bond, the want to use some of their bond. And
the risk to reward ratio or offering is so large, it's just 20 cents. We just 20 cents in bond,
at any time you play, you have a chance to win the entire accumulated fees in the contract.
So that is the incentive behind it. And we structured in such a way that when players play,
these fees feed the price, the feed, the same price, but just like trading fees feed to the games,
price, but the lottery, these fees feed that. But also a portion of these fees also goes to Steakhouse.
So that's why the flywheel engine is very important to us. And I'm just about to post that and pin it
in this space so that people understand that when players play, even as the game continues and
as players play, Steakhouse are going to be earning from the bond that has been sent, as well as the
price point growing. So I think I pinned one of the posts you have, which is about the game,
so people can check it out, they checked it out myself as well, which is kind of at the heart of
this. And I think what is important to say right now at this point before we move forward,
and we explain a little bit more about what can people do once the token is live,
like how can they go about it and what's going to happen is just to wrap up the fees aspect of it.
So when you say 1% of the fees goes back to the bundle funders, this is like the key with
when we're talking about bundles launching, the people who invest into these bundles are the
funders. And depending on how the fees are structured, these people are going to get their money
pack and obviously make profits as well, depending on the volume of the token forever.
And before we jump into the mechanics of the game and before I ask you about that, I want to know
who your funders are going to be because we all know on most you can either open it up to the
public so anyone can pitch in, you can whiterly swallow it, so you can really customize this process
the way you want to. So I'm curious, how does it work for you? You're looking to raise 222,000
bond, that's around $8,000, who can fund this bundle? Oh great, that's a great question.
And now when we started, what we wanted was we wanted to make it exclusive. So some of our community
members, we had already had 190K confirmed from our community members, so we didn't want to
open it up to the public. But then we had to consider all the things. First of all, after the
announcement, we had reached out to our community members and only a few were able to send their wallets,
somewhere to be reluctant sending their wallets to us and some others haven't been online since.
So launching today, it would be a little bit unfair to whitelist just those that responded.
Then we looked at the space. The goal of the evils we have in making this flywheel is that
we want more people to notice bond, we want more people to notice the Mosh ecosystem,
the scarcity of the tokens, what the AI market makers are doing, it's all about building our awareness
and utility around bond. And we know the space like this will have people who are native bond holders,
you know, people who come from our communities, as well as people outside this communities.
So we didn't also want to basically keep the IBO from them, from people who hear about the concept,
want to be part of the flywheel, want to buy some bond, want to get involved in an IBO for the first
time and they won't be able to do that. So for this reason, we said the best thing would be to
inform our community as early as possible that the IBO is live but kick it open for all so that everyone
can have access. Oops, I was speaking on mute. So it's going to be a public one. I'm really happy to
hear that. I know I was talking with you and I think especially for bond pair assets, having a
public race is actually better. This is not a small race. Okay, raising $8,000 to launch a coin is
not easy. That's why it doesn't usually happen with the traditional launchpad model you have,
you know, I've seen it today, the stats were absolutely insane. 2.1 million tokens, I think launched
on pump fund out of which 186 out of over $1 million market cap. So like that's what I want people
to understand first and foremost, right? The way the initial bundle offering, the way that Justin
called it in his article, is this barrier to entry to launching coins which of course when you think
about it does, you know, has a very important function which reduces the dilution of coins and makes
it a lot more important of a decision when you're trying to launch a token, right? And you have obviously
a different mechanic behind it that sure is going to look a lot better and so on. So let me ask you
moving forward from this. Now, I know this is public. So when it's going to go live, if you want to
pitch in, you can go on mosh.trade, you can see the bundle in the funding stage and you can
deposit bond in order to get the percentage out of that bundle. Is there a maximum? How are you
looking at the amounts of money? Because you're going to be looking again to raise 222,000 bonds. So is
there a maximum someone can bid or how does that work? Okay, so we are actually raising 200 bond
and then with the charge from mosh, that's actually 200 and that's actually 190 bond.
And the thousand bond is the total race. Yes, it's a total race. So as we speak, I'm about
launching the bundle. I made a promise to my community that I would launch it in the space so it
would be more like a live event. So the goal now is, I think I lost track of the question.
I think one thing is that I remember that. So why we, the thing is we discovered that we can
apply caps to white lists, where we can have some of the different individuals can have different
caps, but caveat with that is that because version one is an out, the most thing let me know that
