iBarbie and John Strand on the Constitution

It's kind of like my thing now. It's going to be really hard to change. Well, and now we've got the brewings of an actual insurrection developing here. So it's becoming relevant again. Yeah, I feel like these days, there's nothing more relevant than that sadly. I'm going to pull up what I was going to talk about. I don't know if anybody else wants to say hello for a minute, but I got a little bit lost in my face. Get yourself together. This is still your space with this way. If for some reason you drop, you just hop in and out. It's not a big deal. When I drop sadly. Yeah. I'm looking forward to this space tonight. I've been looking forward to it all week. Barbies have been having, well, I think, yeah, John, actually. He has the notes from for tonight, too. It's going to be a really good space. She's been doing a lot of research on this topic. And just like we had woke left people trying to redefine terms like woman and man and mother and father on the left. These woke right people who really, there are no different than the left. They're trying to redefine terms like liberty. And they're trying to redefine our founding to gaslight the people that know truth and then to brainwash this next generation into thinking that freedom is something different than what it truly is. And it's really dangerous. When you look at how the left was effective, at least for people that didn't know better at redefining words, we got to be careful that we don't let freedom and liberty and the Constitution and our founding be redefined by these people who truthfully just want to bring authoritarianism, like a theocratic authoritarianism and on the right. And that's what we see happening. And the more you shine a light on it, the more belligerent these people get. So hopefully they'll just crash out like the left. Maybe I shouldn't say that because then they'll be more careful. But when you look at these type of people, they fit it. They fit an archetype. You know, I think inevitably they're going to crash out. And we just going to make sure we educate people in the process. Go ahead, Barbara. I mean, sorry, I'm voting. Oh, I just wanted to remind everybody to repose the space so people can see us. This is the most important space. And I think that Barbie and John do the huge, huge amount of research. It will be interesting to hear. Thank you. Yes, this is a new space. The other space had like 85 people that are planning to go to it. It crashed. So we had to reopen. But I think people will find their way in here. And we'll keep it recorded too. But yes, if you can, repost the space. Appreciate it. So John, I mean, not to get too deep into your story, but you said you started writing the book in prison. How much of your prison life did you cover in that book? All of it. So the accounting is detailed and pretty comprehensive. In fact, one of my core arguments, kind of a thesis point of my book, is, and it ties to what we're talking about tonight, is that we get in a lot of discord and frustration and unproductive arguments, because a lot of times we are not remembering or certain people are not willing to start with defining terms and kind of aligning a uniform starting point. So an argument that I make is that we're constantly battling in the middle of something without going back to the beginning of whatever the argument or concept was. So when I tell my story, I go all the way to the beginning of the very, when I was born and even briefly cover my parents upbringing as far as the kind of people that they were so that you could get to know who I am as a person, because the story is my testimony of what happened to me in my life. But I use that as a vehicle, like I said, to describe and defend the American story and the American experiment. And the American experiment is built on a foundation of defined terms. The founders, I think, were quite remarkable people, because they had a clear-eyed understanding of their history and philosophy and terminology and theology. So they were well-read on these subjects, and they conversed and debated, you know, heartily about them as they pursued a certain set of ideas and ideals and then clashed amongst each other in sorting out how to pursue those in a communal setting. I'm looking forward to listening to Barbie, gave me a couple books this week to listen to, and I've gotten through one of them and started the second. Some people then give you book recommendations and you just kind of blow it off, but she's got really good book recommendations. Oh, I bet. Yeah, she recommended a couple this week. You should check them out, also on you the links. Barbie, it looked like you mighted up before I started rambling. Yeah, I am ready to go. I think I'm going to start with, I'm going to read a part of a speech and then I'm going to read it first, and then I will explain where it's from. But I feel like some things you just have to hear for yourself to believe. This would be one of them for me. Okay, thus Nazism was conceived as a political defense mechanism against Communism, and was ushered into existence as a result of Communism. Communism itself was regarded by the rising generation of Germans as a product not of Russia, but of a group of Jews who dominated the destinies of Russians. Did these Germans have the facts as they said to substantiate this belief in their minds? Official information, animating from, I'm sorry, this is really hard to read because it's like from the 1930s. Animating from... So real quick, just for content. Are you reading a speech that you agree with? I'm reading a speech. No, I'm reading a speech, but I don't want to say anything about it until you guys hear it. Okay. It's one of those things that if I lay the foundation, it's too easy. I need everybody to process it as if it's the first time they're hearing it. Like, imagine you're just hearing it, and like I need that kind of processing, because that's going to be more effective in my opinion. Yeah, it's where I'm at, sorry. Uncontradictable evidence gleaned from the writings and the policies of Lenin proved indisputably that the government of the Soviet Republic was predominantly anti-Christian and definitely anti-national. More than that, the 1917 list of those who with Lenin ruled many of the activities of the Soviet Republic disclosed that of the 25 cabinet members, 24 were Jews, whose names I have before me published by Nazis and distributed throughout Germany. This list, a German list, not my list, will be published in the pamphlet, which I will gladly distribute to all who requests a copy after this address. It must be emphasized that the Jews were not religious Jews. They were haters of God and haters of religion. Thus throughout Germany, apathy towards the Jews grew rapidly. It increased year by year, and particularly in 1935, when the official disclosure made manifest that the Central Committee of the Communist Party operating in Russia consisted of 59 members among whom were 56 Jews, and that the three remaining non-Jews were married to Jews. The litany of these names too long to read in a radio broadcast will also be printed in a pamphlet for distribution to anyone who requests it. I speak these words, certainly holding no brief for Germany, or Nazis, and simply as a student of history, I am endeavoring to analyze the reason for the growth of the idea in the minds of the Nazi party, that communism and Judaism were closely woven for the national, uh, were closely woven for the national health of Germany. Nor do I speak these words to defend the atheistic international Jews and Gentiles throughout the world who follow the footsteps of Lenin and advocate for the principles of Marx. I June asked, however, that an insane world will distinguish between the innocent Jews and the guilty Jews as much as I would, uh, of a, of a sane world for them to distinguish between the innocent and the guilty Gentiles. Believe me, my friends, it is all charity that I speak these words as I seek to discover the causes that produce the effect known as Nazism, Nazism, which was evidenced as an act of defense against incursions of communism. Let us not forget the object of this discussion. My purpose is to contribute a worthwhile suggestion and to explain to you the reason for this persecution. Thus, while we are concerned with destroying the causes which forget persecution from the civilization of ours, let us profit, let us profit at this occasion when the attention of our country has been called to this international immorality, particularly on the occasion of $400 fine being levied against 600,000 Jews. I ask you should not all good men, Jew and Gentile Catholic and Protestant Christian and non-Christian should not all good men coordinate their forces to restore sanity, peace and justice to an era which for its ferocity is barbarism and its hatred has outpaced every other era in the world. I was thrilled to hear that the most intellectual Archbishop of San Francisco reminds of us, his compatriots, that the universal surge of sympathy whose waters are now about to wash clean the impure emotions of a materialistic America. I was thrilled and so were you to hear him state that at long last, the press and the radio of this nation are being played for their part in arousing a dormant people to the other injustices and persecutions of our civilization. I'm going to skip to the last part. This is like a very long speech that I'm not going to read all of it because you guys will be bored, but it's super important in my opinion. Today it is Nazism in Berlin. Tomorrow, tomorrow, it'll be some other reason in New York, but always it will be orchestrated by prosecution. It would be wrong for Christians at this hour to cloak themselves in the vast silence on the subject of Nazism or Communism, the latter from which cesspool their originated Nazism, and it would be ignorance for us to raise our voice and defense of persecution and not raise our voice to defend the 600,000 Jews of Germany. However, it is my opinion that Nazism, the effect of Communism, cannot be liquidated in its persecution until the religious people in high places in synagogue and in finance and in radio and in press and all of the errors that spread throughout the world because of Communism, rise up together to support the destruction of it. My fellow citizens, I am not ignorant of Jewish history. I know it's glories. I am acquainted with the glorious sons. I am aware of the keen intellectuality which has characterized its progress in commerce, in finance, in the arts and sciences, particularly in the field of communications. But I am also aware that every nation from this time in moral has been lifted in its hands the last of persecution to strike back of the Jewry. From Minerva to Berlin, from ancient to modern times, a constant load of suffering has been raised from the weeping wall. Those structures have encompassed the entire world. Portugal and Spain, France and Germany, England and Northern countries, Italy and Russia all have taken turn at the pillar of persecution to wield the lash at the shoulders of the Jews. For what reason, I need not detail at this moment. I will satisfy myself simply by drawing to your attention that since the time of Christ, Jewish persecution only followed. Only followed after Christians were first persecuted, persecuted by whether by exploits within their own ranks or by the enemies from without our ranks. Many histories in fact a vast majority of them maintained that the Jews were persecuted because of their social philosophy. And parallel with their persecution has been the persecution of Christians, not for their social philosophy as historians point out but for their religion. Relative to Christian persecution in our day, in this is not in the lighten day of the 20th century, we are witnessing persecutions on the rise again. Basically the speech ended with I'm looking for the last paragraph because it was just that, wow. Perhaps persecution is the only last straw which has broken the back of this generation's patience. So this was a speech that was done by Father Cogland who was a prolific propagandist of the 1930s. He helped create something called the Christian Front which was like a very, I don't know, it was like a paramilitary organization or at least he tried to be. But it was basically like the Crusades. I mean imagine the Crusades in the modern era, except without you know, actual, they just, with that within FBI who was monitoring them and without like the weapons and the means to make it happen. But yeah, they were limited to radios so they didn't have the ability to scale but with technology today, right? That's why we're bringing more attention to this. Go ahead. But what I really wanted to get across is the way in which the speech was written. I don't know if anybody else. So today was the first time I actually heard it because I went through the speeches of Father Cogland. In my opinion, the way that he frames his rhetoric is very similar to Tucker Carlson because one of the biggest criticism people get who criticized Tucker Carlson is, well, what do you mean? He's not an answer. He didn't say there were Jew. He didn't say anything about Jewish people. He said something that specifically was Israel. There's a lot of that going around. And so when I was looking at the rhetoric that was used by Father Cogland, who was by the way extremely persuasive and very well liked. And his popularity only grew and what started as discussions about like super hidden power culminated in speeches like that. And so what really struck me here was the love.
