Yeah, I'm doing pretty good We are actually experiencing a little weather here as well Which is weird for this time of year But I have a feeling we're going to have a lot of weather This year, California is going to get pounded by an El Nino this year So we won't get as much as California But we will get some of the bleed over So California is going to get a lot of rain If you guys aren't paying attention, there's a super El Nino We haven't had one for, I don't know, 40 to 50 years So we'll see what happens But anyways, other than that, yeah, on this topic It's an interesting topic I don't know if we're going to decline or not yet I mean because there's been times in our history When we've become the superpower, when we've gone up and down I think as a people, we could be in a decline And what's going to, and we'll see what happens with that as time goes on But America as of now is still strong We are still, I wouldn't say an empire, but the superpower And yeah, I'm curious to see what everyone else has to say And we can definitely jump in All right, I'm going to go to Lily And this real quick, real quick, Tucky Cheese does suck And the reason why Dave and Buster is as better learned Is because there's more abundance of alcohol there And you can drown out the noise, thank you I literally was going to buy beer, but they don't sell alcohol I was like, I need it That's exactly why they do this as better Because you definitely need an adult beverage But you get a glass What, Chris? I first have to say that my entire sense of time is off Because of you, because of you, I'm getting curious today So look at this space, and I was like, why are they having a space on Sunday? And then I realized that it is Tuesday So this is going to be me for the next couple of weeks Because we have an entire Jewish holiday calendar that's going to drive the bonkers But I'm very appreciative for it, very exciting I don't think America is an empire or a country in decline I think that people have to define what it means to be an empire And what it means to be the biggest superpower on the planet, which is what we are And at the end of the day, America is just getting stronger And sometimes in the transition period, you get things that don't look as good But I don't see any indications Just because our economy is having a little bit of a trouble right now because of gas prices Which end up hitting the cost of every other thing, and we've got AI transitory period But America always snaps back, we thought we were a mess in 2008 America just has this ability to always come out and always win, and that's what we do No matter where Americans live, whether they live here or abroad It's just like a unique thing It's not even fully tangible America is the greatest country in the world It's not going anywhere, it's not getting less It's just going to keep getting better Here's my thing though, the British Empire said that And so did the Romans, the Greeks, and pretty much every empire They said, well, it's hegemony, whatever you want to call it They've all said the same thing, they said we're too big to fall, we're too big to fail But they all did And by fall, I don't think most people would think anybody would take America over It would mean more that we would just not have the influence that we have now in the world But this is all stuff that has happened before So why would America be different just because what? We say it that way I mean, there's got to be something more like our debt is absolutely astounding And there is no plan to address any of the reasons why we have the debt So how can we not be in some kind of a decline because that is an issue that there is no fix for That I've heard from anybody, any politician or anybody in any space The debt is there, it is the one million pound gorilla What are we going to do with it? Because we can't continue to ignore that debt like it's not there But go ahead I mean, I'm not an economist, so I have no clue how we all entrust the debt And it's a very big concern I mean, we have not had any ruling party that's been economically conservative I don't know, I don't know when we ever have Like I don't know when the last one was, like definitely wasn't the life for it But wasn't Bill Clinton maybe? Maybe Clinton? Because the Congress, yeah Guys, can I just say the difference is we aren't a monarchy And that's a huge difference here How good? How good? We're a republic and there's never been a... Bill, yeah, Bill, yeah Okay, sorry No, no, I'm with you, but I don't want you to go too far That we're still people though All that other stuff doesn't mean anything The issues that we have are still there We can have a republic, we can be whatever But the same thing happened to all of these places And I love America, and I think America is great But that's not a reason for the empire, the country, whatever you want to call it That's not going to save us though Those things are slogans and they sound great But that's not going to deal with anything Because the empire's tend to commit suicide But they don't tend to die from homicide So it's about choices that we make as a country going forward I think we'll be the telltale whether we survive or not Go ahead, Christian, and we'll get to Mike So yeah, I think there's a lot of things to be said here So I do agree with Julie, I think for America to die it's going to be from within And our enemies know that, so that's why they influence us socially So much, that's why they're involved in our elections That's why they're so integrated because trying to destroy the United States from an outward inward Outwards is not working We still have, and the debt is huge, but we have the ability to protect that debt as of now Because of our military and our bond market And as long as those are strong people will continue to invest in the United States Being the world's reserve currency also is a nice little addition And that's a lot of what we've been fighting for geographically for a long time Is to maintain that power There are threats, bricks is a current threat How big of a frame? People forget there was a bricks alliance in the 70s And it looked bad when the US was in, you know, spiraling You think oil prices are bad now is worse than per capita So there are threats Can we maintain it? Can we fall? Yes, absolutely Any empire slash edgimon slash super power can fall Do I think we're there yet right now? No But if we keep making decisions That will detriment us like education Like the social aspect of this country Because our country was founded on certain principles Then yes, we can We're not going to fall in the next 15 to 20 years But by the time I pass or Nathan passes If we don't start addressing some of these issues Then yes, we could be weaker So if you want my direct answer, no It's a yes and no thing I think we're at the ability to survive along your But it's going to be up to the people And we'll see what happens without it I was so depressing, what am I going to do if I lose my boomer friends? Russia and China They're basically, you know, the biggest country You know, dictatorships to the full degree Who are not even in the league of the United States right now And yet, United States can be gradually declining in terms of, in a lot of different ways But I think primarily that there's just my opinion It began after the Soviet Union collapsed And the United States
