All right it's another time for our internship series for Putzkaan Party Concerts Tech Rush. I always look forward to this because alongside listeners I also get to learn so much from our experts because and we're starting things tonight with products managers, projects managers and business managers and tonight's session is particularly important because you know we're going to be exploring these three seemingly similar professions and you're going to be able to understand what exactly they do, how they contribute to the tech team, where they come in you know the similarities differences and just the right information that can help you to know where exactly you've seen. Would I, okay thank you for our compliments I must say. All right good evening everyone. I'm Ulu from Ebinga, the new guy and I'm a project manager as well as a product manager and we'll have some data on these skills as well. So what would I say a lot of things are what can let me just make it brief. So let me just once again I'm excited to be here at the particularly glad we have in this conversation because I know a lot of times there's always a confusion among people who have seen a lot of people were like oh I'm not about tech I want to convince we can take I want to do these I want to do that and this particular three combination of skills that we are debate that we are actually talking on today the product manager the project manager business and at least is majorly what they want to do because they tell you oh I don't like coding I don't like this and I don't like that so I always make them understand talking about these three things they are so so wonderful and if we are talk of who a product manager is I always say you know is someone who identifies a pain points who tries to like okay sees from my hand with that okay in this particular place there's this thing there that's a big easy for them so you have seen that pain that they are going through you've seen that okay this is it and you already have a solution you want to prefer so as a product manager you make sure you understand the problem you are trying to solve if all it's fight then you know prefer solution understand the users and your design product vision you prioritize features and a lot of things you know that's about a product manager a lot of things though but I just add to brief it now here comes the project manager what would the project manager do the project manager just make sure it brings the you know this idea this vision that the product manager have make sure it brings it to life by coordinating the people activities you know the timelines for the content of our product manager
