Now, and what how do we know that? We know that based on prior data around certain other crises and critical moments in history. Namely, if we're looking at what we're looking now, we are looking at the 2008 financial crisis. Yes, yes, Grant Cardone is exactly right when he says that the mortgage rates right now in the residential not to really be so worried about because they're holding steady at 4% those mortgages literally, you know, some of them have in summer or 15 years, some are 20 years. Usually it's a 30 year, usually it's 30 year fixed and mortgages are for 30 years even if they got a 15 year or 20 year mortgage, it's safe to assume that those mortgages are not what we're looking at that is not what is going to be affected. What will be affected, however, are the CREs, the commercial real estate loans because those are the loans that have a five to seven year term. They might be amortarized on 30 years, but essentially they're coming to term right now. Now, most of those terms for those loans were also at 3%, 3.5%, 4.25%. We are now looking at commercial real estate loans that are pushing upwards perhaps from seven to eight to nine percent depending. Now, will that double somebody's payment? No, but what has to happen is you either resurface the loan which means going through the application all over again, you have to find another lender, you have to get it underwritten. You have to make sure that a lot of these commercial real estate properties that you finance at 3, 4 and 5% or whatever it is are still being able to be refinanced. Here's the elephant in the room that people have not been talking about. A lot of these loans, there are a lot of lenders that will now not resurface these loans based on the macro conditions of the economy and the interest rates and the fact that there's so much inventory out there. That's kind of like the elephant in the room that nobody's even mentioned thus far. Now, with that being said, you still have the issue of these commercial real estate loans that need to be resurfaced. Grant Cardone was absolutely right. He is, it is, but, but, but, Anthem, yes, you're right, but those are a little bit more secure and where, where I'm? Yes, section eight, yes, and that's what Jack keeps talking about and he's correct and you're correct and Grant Cardone is correct because this is the key thing that he said. You either paid down the loan or you refinance and a lot of people. I mean, it's what we did because we saw this coming, right? Correct. And we took it and I paid my mortgage off before.
