AI 内容摘要
Ian, Joanne, Forty and Mulberry in a Twitter Spaces advocate rejecting Musk's cyber cab dystopia and building self-reliant food and farming systems.
- The "cyber cab" path leads to an Orwellian, controlled future; the alternative is the "red dirt road" of local, self-built systems, even if it's rockier and lacks Starlink or Musk's approval.
- True independence means farming your own land, conducting commerce on your own terms, and using nature's resources to escape corporate health and surveillance systems.
- Forty stresses the need for solution-oriented, uplifting conversations with people who risk their lives and finances to show that a better, alternative system is possible.
- Food is the most effective bridge to bring mainstream people into these discussions, because everyone eats and knows something is wrong with our food.
- Concrete first steps include growing a simple garden, growing sprouts in windows, shopping at farmers markets, and using apps that connect you directly to local farmers.
- Mulberry introduces her farm-to-fork recipe app where you buy ingredients straight from local farmers; it's free, farmer/family-owned, and doesn't sell your data.
- The group urges listeners to repost, bookmark, and follow the panelists to boost reach and keep building this alternative community.
Conclusion: Start this week by growing something edible or buying directly from a local farm—small acts that move money and power away from the broken system.

point and other nonsense.
Right, you can see where all of this is inevitably going.
Now, if we don't get into the cyber cab,
if instead we may be brave the rain,
knowing that it's a good thing
and we go down that red dirt road
as Brooks and Doug had done one saying.
Right, we go down that path.
It's a little rockier.
It might not be as clean cut in Elon Musk.
He might not approve if we go there.
His star link might not power our internet there.
But perhaps we would have the ability
to build something of our own.
That is free of the bugs and the pod and the cyber cab.
Maybe the ability for us to farm until our own land,
to commit, let's say commerce within our own fashion
where we have some control over what that might be,
to take advantage of all the things
that Mother Nature offers so that we can live
independent of the Orwellian hands,
health scape, that the cyber cab is taking us down.
That is what focus on in this space.
That is what we are going to try and provide
as an alternative to.
Did you just cut out or is it me?
Oh, yeah, she did.
I was typing.
I thought it was me and I was about to recycle myself.
OK, while Ian comes back,
guys, please repost this space.
And if you guys go to it, I will also repost it
and follow Ian, and Mulberry, and Forty, and Farmer.
And for the first, this is going
to be such a great space.
I'm really excited.
So thank you so much for being here, everyone.
And also help the bookmark helps so much with the algorithm.
So please also bookmark it, guys.
And Forty would you like to add anything in, well,
while Ian comes back?
Oh, no!
OK, come on.
The host is having connection issues.
So he will open, write, backup,
and put your notifications on so that you guys can join us again.
He was having such a great rant.
OK, I'm going to message him.
And Forty, go for it.
Yeah, I'm super excited for this.
I really appreciate Ian and Joanne putting the space on here.
And Farmer, Mulberry, Food First, everybody
who's coming up here to join the panel,
I think it's going to be amazing.
And I think it's really important to have
these kind of uplifting, you know, solution-oriented kind
of spaces where we can talk to and hear from people
who are actually, you know, doing what we're all talking about
and making a difference.
And putting some of the lives in line,
putting their finances on the line, risking it to show us
that there is a better way and that we can all be a part of it
and we can all accomplish this.
So I think it's really important to have
these alternative finances, alternative societies,
and learning to work outside of their system
and build an alternative system, because we have the power,
we have the knowledge, and we certainly have the people.
So I think it's really important to highlight folks who are
doing that and learn from them, learn how we can be a part of it
and learn what we can do in our everyday lives.
And that's why I focus on food a lot
because a lot of these conversations we have are hard, right?
A lot of them can even be a little bit disheartening in a way, right?
When we talk about all the evil in the world,
the one way to bridge that and to get normies in on this conversation
is by talking about food.
Everybody eats food, pretty much everybody,
no matter who they are or what their politics are,
know that the food is not good right now.
They know there's something wrong with the food,
they know that we're being poisoned,
they know that we're being manipulated,
and it's an easy way to bridge that gap to start empowering them,
to start talking about some of these maybe tougher conversations
to bring up, and then it's something that can uplift them
because everybody can grow a simple garden,
or even if you have don't have a yard or something,
you can be growing stuff in your windows,
you can be growing sprouts,
you can be participating in farmers markets,
and you can be using mob areas amazing app,
and connecting with local farmers in your area,
and supporting them, taking money out of this system
that is just enslaving us.
So I'm really grateful for everybody being here.
I'm super excited for the conversation,
and I can't wait for it all to happen.
I thank you so much for Deanna.
I think Ian saved it.
Deanna, are you there?
Can you hear him?
Ian, we cannot hear you.
Nope.
All right, let's go to Mulberry,
and I'll keep messaging Ian.
I think he can hear us, but I don't think he will.
I can hear him.
Okay, go for it, Mulberry.
Hey everybody, thanks for having me on.
I'm excited, farmer and I are connected already.
He's absolutely amazing, and I'm super excited
for this conversation.
My name's Fran Cine, everyone calls me Mulberry here on here.
We're the first farm to fork recipe app
where you can buy all your ingredients
straight from local farmers or through Instagram,
all within the app.
It's free to use.
It's on Google and Apple.
We are farmer owned and family owned.
We don't have any weird investors.
We don't sell your data.
We're not like all these other crappy tech row.
We don't vibe code.
We really want to protect your data.
We are trying to get more decentralized as much as possible.
Help us scale up, share our app with your family,
your friends, try to onboard farmers in your area.
I can post the link to our website in the purple till.
Come and download us.
It's on Google and Apple.
It's free to use.
We have awesome recipes.
We have courses.
You can learn how to cook for the first time if you want to.
We have delectable doubles.
So I'm not asking people to give up their favorite foods.
You can make it at home.
We have amazing Oreo recipes.
We have amazing burger king-like recipes.
We can do better.
We can exit the system.
I like eating my sweets too,
but I don't like eating the sweets at the store
because they have 55 ingredients.
And I don't know what the hell is in it.
And so I make cookies at home with my kids.
And we let people sell on our app
without any listing fees.
Come join us.
Thank you.
And Joanne, is this working or no?
Yes, welcome back.
OK, I don't know when it cut out.
Because I thought I'd finish something up.
And I said, let's turn things to Joanne
and all of a sudden I heard 40 speaking.
I was like, I don't know if, I don't know what's going on.
But really glad I did hear his overview as well as the one
from Mulberry, who obviously we did a space on in the past.
We will put that into the purple pill.
Make sure to bookmark that one in the event
that you did not previously listen to it.
Absolutely wonderful stuff there.
40.
I know that we also have a couple other individuals.
We've got farmer up here, food first.
Anybody else that you would want to introduce
and give some backdrop on?
I'd love to drop over to farmer and let him give his introduction.
But I know that there are a number of other people who
said they were coming at Buebe Dr. Simon,
who said he's going to join us as well as the Gondje Queen.
So yeah, let's jump over to farmer and check in with him
and we'll get it going.
Good evening.
Glad to be here.
Always looking to help.
If food first wants to go ahead, I got a lot to go.
So I'd like to hear what they have to say to first.
Hi, yeah, thanks for having us.
I'm Will Henry on the Director of Food First Initiative.
You can find us at foodfirst.us.
And we have taken on the approach to look
at the nutritional value of federally legal hemp.
We know that hemp has been legal since 2018.
But we don't have a nutritional profile
for the whole plant biomass.
We only have nutritional profiles
for part of the biomass, which is the whole seeds.
So we've taken the approach to take a nutritional look
at the plant material to see what nutritional values
are available in that material.
And the first initial view that we took
was really enlightening.
It showed us that there was a lot of nutritional availability
in the plant material by itself outside of the seeds showing
that this could be incorporated and added to foods
and staples that we already eat like pastas
and enrich other foods with some of the availability
that was in the plant.
And that's from fats to protein to edible fibers
and calcium and potassium and a number of other things
that we showed through this first initial study.
So it's really enlightening if you want to go look
at the study foodfirst.us slash study.
And this year we're planning to do an additional expanded study
on the same strain.
And we're going to have all of the amino fatty acids,
all of the essential amino acids and the essential fatty acids
outlined that the plant material has by itself as well.
So this is the first study of its kind
to take this approach to take the nutritional value
of that plant and be able to place it into facts
to be able to help advocacy and help farmers get protections
on this plant to be able to mass grow it
and incorporate this into our food, which contains those omegas.
It contains those nutrients that we need so much
for heart and brain health.
And that's fascinating.
I'm going to thank you so much for coming.
Because I know there is correlation is always causation,
but I know that back when we had hemp seed
in the diet of not only ourselves,
but all of our livestock, we didn't have a lot
of these same chronic diseases that we have today.
And that the body does have a cannabinoid system
that actually acts almost like a second immune system.
And that when we're lacking these nutrients,
our body just does not process.
It doesn't handle itself as well.
And these are nutrients that have been,
or it's a plant that's been demonized.
And I think in large part because of that,
because it was, it is such a,
it does offer so many important nutrients
that when your body is lacking,
you're more susceptible to disease.
And then we all know that when we're susceptible to disease,
then you become a profit margin for other people.
So now I appreciate coming up here,
and I look forward to hearing from you more throughout the space.
Thank you so much for the first
and really nice meeting you.
Farmer, would you like to do your presentation?
And also nice meeting you.
Can you hear me?
Yeah, can you?
I know Farmer sometimes has issues with his mic.
Oh, there you go.
Oh, hey, go for it.
Welcome.
It's okay.
I usually have a leg.
I'm on the side of the mountain
in the middle of the Missouri Ozark Mountains.
For the past 15 years,
I've been growing food and delivering it
to pretty much the suburbs of St. Louis,
directly from our backyard,
and planning communities,
planning a way out of the nest up system
that most spaces are in there talking about, right?
We can literally point out all the crime
because they don't even hide it anymore.
So I basically narrowed down the six major things
that they took on us,
most of them through convenience,
and created a system that are rules
that we all agree to, but there's no rulers.
And our community can provide the six things
that we're taking away from us
much easier than if you go about it trying to do it yourself.
And I'm gonna break them down real quick for you.
I don't really, we're already doing this.
You can come see, you can participate,
you can come visit.
We are selling land.
We're building a handful of different kinds
of natural homes, and I can break all that stuff down later.
But right now grocery stores don't sell food.
So the main thing that I focused on
for the last 20 plus years was growing
the most nutritional, healthy, vibrant, mineral rich food.
I didn't care about the weight, okay?
Right now the food that you guys buy from the grocery stores,
it's basically sold by weight,
so that gives the farmers the incentive
to make it as juice stuff,
as whether that excess water through injection,
whether that's extra nitrogen, all kinds of things, okay?
And the only way that you can get decent food
is to either find the farmers that are growing it,
get it directly from them,
or through apps similar to what mulberries got going on.
And the more farmers that we get involved
with apps like mulberries,
the easier it will be for the average person
to find farmers in their area.
Water's the next one, okay?
Water unfortunately is only really graded
through your water treatment facilities for clarity.
I'll say that again.
All they care about is that it's clear
so that it runs through your tap
and you see clear water and think nothing about it.
Unfortunately, your neighbors, they probably flush
some meds down the toilet every now and then.
They also piss them out after they've taken them.
And there's no filters for that.
Not one single water treatment facility plant
in the world filters for that.
They also don't filter for heavy metals
and a handful of other things
that are no good for your system.
While at the same time, they get paid
to put things that are no neurotoxins
like fluoride into the water system.
Now, in the last five or so years,
the public has come to be aware of that a little more,
but here's the reality, okay?
It sucks to drink that water.
It sucks to have to cook with that water.
But when you bathe in that water, it is 100 times worse.
When you shower in that water,
it is 100 times worse.
Your skin is your largest organ.
It's also the first one that's connected to your glands,
which are your filters.
