the penis from the phone companies for members of Congress, did you? You hit that from the
court, isn't that correct? We did not say who the subpoenas were for when we sought
a non-disclosure order. That's exactly right. Yeah, exactly right. I mean, here's your
deposition before the house when you were asked when you sought these orders that judge
didn't know it was a member of Congresses, that correct. And you said, I don't think we
identified that. So when you trampled on those, sir, and you did so in a way that arguably
makes what Richard Nixon did in Watergate look like a Sunday picnic. Do you define toll records
to include geolocation data? I would have to look at the subpoena. My understanding of what was
most relevant to us would be the two and from and duration. I haven't looked at one of those
subpoenas in a long time. Again, like the preservation requests, I think the information
request that is pretty standard in those subpoenas, I'm just not, I don't recall as I sit here,
whether there are other things, what I focused on was the two from and I get it. I'm out of time.
My point is this, even without that bill and deo fairness becoming law, it's not yet law,
it needs to become law. There's still, we're all kinds of limitations, even separate,
and apart from the speech of debate clause, spring court precedent involving Jones,
carpenter, more recently, chartery recognizes that the fourth amendment, especially in so
far as you're seeking things like geolocation data, you can get such an exquisite view into someone's
life by tracking them. That, if, when you request it this way with new technology, that implicates
the fourth amendment in a very direct way, in a very direct way that often requires compliance,
not only with the fourth amendment's probable cause requirement, but also with the particularity
requirement. The American revolution was fought and won because of the flagrant abuse by the Crown
and Parliament of those privacy protections, which have their origins in many centuries of
Anglo-American legal precedent and tradition prior to the American revolution prior to the
Constitution. You trampled not those, sir, and you did so in a way that arguably makes what Richard
Nixon did in Watergate look like a Sunday picnic. I do not recall because I've not seen those
subpoenas in a very long time, but I'm happy all in all. Look, look, I get you want to dance and
avoid the questions. I understand it because you can't answer a simple straightforward question.
All in all, you issued 197 subpoenas to 34 individuals at least in 163 businesses and you
sought records on at least 430 Republican individuals and entities. Is that right? And you're going to
say no, remember? Is that correct? I do not recall those numbers. I understand. You know, if you look
at the list, there is one thing that is consistent. Every name on it is a Republican. Is it your
views that are crime to be a Republican? Absolutely not, sir. Is it a crime to write a check to
Republicans? It is not and I'm happy to explain why we issued these subpoenas if you'd like.
Sure, briefly. We had to conduct an investigation about whether any person or entity violated the
law with respect to the attempt to block the peaceful transfer of power to make that decision.
Yes, I understand and you use that as an excuse to engage in a massive fishing expedition targeting
over 400 Republicans and it was disgraceful. Let's just talk about the United States Senate.
Whether you're a scout leader who wants to reserve a campsite at a national park, a senior citizen
trying to choose a Medicare plan or an American veteran trying to get the benefits that you've
earned and so justly deserve. American.gov will be there to help and to help you accurately and
quickly. And with this, nobody can any longer complain about providing proof of citizenship or
a variety. There are always things too complicated to complicate. It's not complicated anymore.
They'll come up with some other reasons because they don't want to have you. They don't want to
have it easy but it is easy because you can get everything now that you need in just one simple
swipe. So nobody will have any excuses we must pass and now can pass in theory very easily
to say the American Act because it takes the number one excuse away from you.
This thing Bobby really really bothers me because when people say that they care about Medicare,
they're trying to protect social security, they're trying to protect Medicaid.
Keep me a break. If you are encouraging illegal aliens to sign up from social security and
steal social security benefits, you're not protecting social security, you're destroying it.
So cut that shit out and be honest about your intentions. It's about giving benefits to the
legal aliens. It's not about saving the program. This thing. Good morning.
Thanks, Kajel. Good morning, Peter. Good morning, Bishop.
Taking that co-host. Taz, how are you doing today?
I'm good, Bishop Harrio. All right. It's lots going on. Lots to talk about today.
Margot. What are you doing?
What happened? Wait.
I was trying to be funny.
Wait a minute. Hold on a second. I think you were trying to do that thing from what was it
screen with the radio footage?
No, that was the cartoon. What's that cartoon called?
See how it ended.
Look, I got you guys talking. That's what the goal was.
Hey, does it look like you guys seen that comedy with Jim Carey and
Kimmer, the other blonde hair lady, but it was fun with Dick and Jane, where he becomes
a patty. And then the whole company, everything, all the blame, all the fraud fell on his
shoulders so that they lost everything. Did you guys ever watch that? It's actually very funny.
It's very funny. But that's what my Google is talking about.
That's what Jack Smith is. That joke is a patty. He was just a postured child.
Hey, Jack, go down there and do this.
And I'm still stuck on the senators that are self-serving right now.
Right. I never heard. I never heard that there was
subpoenas issued to the people that cut Trump checks. What is his pack called?
No, no, no, no, that's not what happened. The subpoenas were issued broadly. They said
people who contributed to support Trump.
Oh, I just got the number of 5,000 people.
Yep. But what is his pack? America pack or what is that one called? I don't know what the one
that Trump has. But yeah, it's what when did the Senate become police officers?
Why? Wait, wait, why do you think their police officers, when I think what they're doing,
is letting people know what they don't know. Like a lot of people you included didn't know until
yesterday, all the things he did to break the law. I'm sorry, I don't, I'm not a co-host, but I want
to say this. No, I see, I see what I'm saying is that they can bring awareness. But
the light sentence of three months, I mean, what do we, what's the objection? Well, so, so
reason I'm saying this is because I'm sitting here being indicted by the Said and the
Mike Rogers campaign. And they're both saying what they're going to do for Michigan, right?
And I'm like, what? You guys don't do nothing for Michigan. You guys are going to be in there
voting right and voting left. What are these the Senate race? What are they going? How are they
dot? How are they just, I don't know what's the word? It's like a deception. They're not at the
local level. That's the whole thing. The whole thing is a deception. I think we've really turned
the corner because you just said the magic. You know, the federal government can do whatever the
hell they want. I include the, you know, the legislative branch of the federal government.
The impact really is local. And the fact that you, you, Bishop, have said that, you know,
starting to dawn on people. I think COVID and what we've seen in the ineptness of our legislators
at the federal level, people are like, go up there and do your circus and clam show. I'm done with it.
We need to focus on local politics because that's where real change comes for me. Yeah. So,
and what if you all have been following me or don't understand, I was, I'm, I'm ex-military.
My, my, my eyes were forward. We weren't looking down for discharge on the ground,
strapping all who was just eyes forward. I wasn't super political. My parents weren't real political.
And that's why I love Margot. I love Chad. I love all of them because it's an education
every time they speak when it comes to politics. And I'm not, I'm not, like I'm saying, I'm not very,
I, I'm, I guess, political savvy, right? Every day I'm learning something. But the point is,
when I, when I, I mean, I should have started collecting them. I just been tossing them.
Even got a door hanger. I was upset that I missed the actual doorbell ring
from my garageers group because they actually put a door hanger on the, on the, on the door.
And I would like to converse with it. It's probably dinnering the doorbell. They probably put it
on there and walked away because that's how it goes. No, my dogs went eight. Well, my big one,
like probably scared them away because my, I have a, it's like a all-one unit. It's like a 20-minute
storm door installation. It's like the most amazing construction paid for it. But you pull up on
the handle, it locks from outside. It's all glass. I imagine my, my big dog price carrot, I made him
run away because I couldn't find him. They must have jumped in and gotten their car and raced off. I
didn't see you. They were, but anyways, that's, it's, like I said, the amount of the mailbox
placeholder type postcards I'm getting. And a lot, I'm getting a lot more from my garageers,
actually. But then I watched, like I told you, I watched like the Fox Live now, like when you,
I first get on the morning, it's like all you in and foreign news. And then all the commercials are
first thing is alsaid. Right. And then of course, if you see, I'll talk about this. If you guys
seen the release from my garageers, where I'll say he's at a sorrows function. If you guys
seen that, yeah, that's, that's pretty impactful. Everybody, everybody kind of knows who sorrows is.
I think seeing him in a mage dress is even crazy. All that's the Hassan Piker. That's, that's the guy
in a bag. That's with him. He's with him. He's in the, one of them is dressed like one thing and
they're both together, Bishop. Oh, really? Oh my God. What else is happening? All the American,
I want to check that out. The American.gov. I got to get on there and check it out. I don't see,
in the military, I actually was kind of crazy. You know, you see all these spy movies and,
and they open this, this like briefcase for this hidden drawer and they have like 10 passports.
I actually, I had a American passport issued by the Army or what to say, I guess you call
a civilian passport, Army civilian passport. And then I got another passport for the contracting
piece. I actually had two passports. And I've never actually got to experience what the civilians
got to experience of getting a passport, right? So like the length or the time. So it sounds
like it's a one click shop, you know, for the on American.gov to get your passport, you know,
because I've never been to Canada, but I'm way from Alberta because I might have to travel that way.
I want to, there's some pretty, pretty unique sites there, right? But you're going to have a passport.
Well, the new website, so I went down that rabbit hole yesterday just out of curiosity. And you know,
it, so the bones of it, it actually is combining all these separate sites. 39,000.
Another 50. And so yeah, ridiculous. Yeah. Exactly. Into one spot. And what's going to happen is
next year, as they bring online, a lot of the applications for it. So people that are are,
you know, you hit so security age, you hit Medicare age, you need to renew or get a first-time passport,
things like that. It's all going to be able to be done online. And it's going to take out the fact
you're not going to have to run to the drug store and get a photograph. And you're going to be able
to take a photo on your phone and upload it. And it's directing you. It's directing you where you
need to go in as few as clicks as possible. For instance, maybe you got divorced and you need to
change your name. And you're not sure how that process works. Or, you know, you hate your family
and you don't want to be associated and see what it changed your name. Whatever the case may be.
But it actually, even as new as it is,
