And you guys can take a look at it,
but I'll go and play this.
Oh, Tiffany, hey.
Hi, what do my co-hosts seem?
Well, I was talking to you about it a couple of times this week.
It's faced with all the news of the week.
Like it's been crazy.
So I was going to, there was so much to go over.
Kept asking you if you wanted to.
You don't have to.
No, of course I will.
But I don't know how long I'll be.
I may fall asleep.
Right.
OK.
So right now, I'm going to grab something to drink
unless you, if there's somebody you want to talk to the audience about,
if you guys could reshare it, they'll be greatly appreciate it.
But I'm going to play this clip.
It's about two minutes and 50 seconds.
Well, I get all this done of the scam.
You guys, I don't know if you guys caught it or not.
So we'll play it for everybody.
And that'll give me time to get going.
Kind of out of sorts.
I don't like to be late.
And it's been crazy trying to get into my account.
So here we go.
I'm committing fraud.
This whole entire lock is committing fraud.
As we were walking over to the store,
we noticed these individuals reading off
and calling the phone and on the back of one of the UBT cards.
Trying to go get the food.
What's the last one?
How much is on this last one?
120.
120.
120.
60 dollar.
I get you 60.
Next thing we know, this lady is taking us to the back of her minivan to drive us to
location where she's going to commit the fraud.
Where we go?
No, stay.
Where you going to?
Go buy a name.
Who?
Miami.
Glenn C. George.
OK.
OK.
We've been cheating that before.
Oh.
They give that me one time.
Couple of women.
Try to pin me off.
I was terrible.
Ain't great at the same time.
But it was fun though.
It was fun.
Thank you.
We then followed this lady into lamb's seafood.
She then went and grabbed one can of spam.
And she grabbed one more thing of sushi.
Oh, yes, bomb.
I like bomb.
Oh, wow.
You made that one 20?
Yeah.
Oh, to.
And magically just like that one can of spam and one thing of sushi was $120.
120.
12.
12.
12.
12.
12.
Yeah, 12.
12.
Yeah.
And obviously because I didn't have the pin to the card.
It kept bouncing.
Yet they continued to try and charge me $120 for a can of spam and a thing of sushi.
Yeah, but they're going to want to be 120 for spam.
No pin.
Oh, I know.
All right, here we go.
I'm going to pull that camera.
Get in the line.
Get in the line.
Get in the line.
Get in the line.
Get in the line.
Get in the line.
You know you're committing this.
This is illegal.
I know.
I can't do that.
She has no right to work in the USA under these conditions.
Don't talk to him.
He's going to try and send you to Shanghai for this trade.
Think of it to your boss.
Oh, no, no.
I'm going to talk if you don't stop clashing her under direct.
And where are you from?
Vietnam.
You're committing fraud.
It's all on camera.
This is a federal pride.
This is dealing from federal tax dollars.
Do you understand it?
Here inside the United States, we all pay taxes anywhere from 20.
Some places 50% of our tax of our money goes back into the hands of the government.
So you use that to commit fraud on people just like this for homeless and that are disabled and that are suffering here in the streets.
You use them to commit fraud, which is wrong.
Don't do it again and you're probably going to jump.
And you're probably going to jail.
So yeah, this has been going on all over the country for a very long time.
The scam for a long time or the hustle was, you know, pay me 50 cents on the dollar for your food stamps.
You got a thousand dollars in food stamps.
You pay them person 500 bucks.
They get the $500 cash and you get a thousand dollars worth of EBT basically.
Right?
So and that's been going on for a long time.
Now this one's a new one where they've actually got a racket inside a grocery store.
And they charge, you know, $120 on the EBT card for, you know, a can of spam and a thing of grocery store sushi.
Right?
And then they're pocketing in this.
So it's, it's a, again, more fraud upon more fraud.
It seemed like this week was the week for fraud.
And again, it almost feels like our entire deficit is just nothing but a tower of fraud.
There's been so much we've been uncovered this week.
And that was kind of the theme of tonight.
So have you seen this, Tiffany?
And you're probably making your way back to the phone.
But have you seen this?
Yeah.
I have seen it.
Yes, I have.
Yeah.
Sorry about that.
I'm just touching up on, I'm helping some people for Amfest.
And then for an event at Mar-a-Lago.
So I apologize.
I'm all over the place.
Oh, yeah.
That one at Mar-a-Lago.
I'm so, I looked at that one.
But yeah, Amfest coming up in December here in Phoenix.
So I'll probably will see a lot of you out there as well be out there as well.
So there was a lot of news that came out this week in a ton.
I don't, if you have to go, you can, you can bounce.
It's fine.
I can, I can handle it.
I just needed a little help here in the beginning.
But you're going to be busy.
So I'm settling ready to go, ready to rock.
Because there's been so much news this week.
So do you need to go?
Yeah, I'm a little covered.
I'm sorry, but I would, I'm a better, I would be a better listener right now.
Probably just because I'm dealing with four different people currently.
Right.
Okay.
That works.
Okay.
Love you.
Love you.
So where do I begin?
If you guys want to come up and grab a mic, you're more than welcome to do so.
There's just so much going on.
And my favorite of the week.
Was definitely the H1B shut down yesterday by four.
But again, like even like with Lee Zeldin here on Benny Johnson talking about it.
I was talking about Lee Zeldin forever about how they used the EPA for the slush fund for billions of dollars.
I mean, two billion dollars going out of the EPA to stay the Abrams.
We know what that was for.
I've covered that many times.
That got clawed back.
It's just been fraud after fraud.
And you know, the American people have been sold out.
The American worker has been sold out.
Did you guys know that there were 8.7 million US visas issued to Indian nationals alone just in the last nine years.
8.7 million million.
Just the Indian nationals alone in the last nine years.
That's insanity.
That's not a job's program.
That is absolute extraction of the middle class.
Right?
But also on top of that, it's with fake credentials and fake resumes.
Or on the other side of it, they got preferential treatment going into universities.
Well, Americans applying for these STEM fields did not.
And the whole thing has just been an extraction of the American people.
And we finally have a president and an administration standing up to it and shutting it all down.
So, but there's been so much going on.
So what I'll do, I kind of started with that.
That just kind of was an appetizer for all the things that have been going on.
But let's take a look at a few things here.
I think we can.
I think we can just start with what was going on yesterday with JD Vance and Stephen Miller and
everybody, you know, shutting this program down the H1B.
And again, it's not revoking current H1Bs, but it's not going to be renewing them.
And there's not going to be a pipeline to a green card.
It's not perfect.
It's a start, but it's a huge start.
If you guys didn't notice this as well.
And I'll get into this also, Operation Clean House over at HUD with Scott Turner.
Nearly 500 arrests and 12 cities per fraud for housing.
For criminal fraud for housing, taking again away from Americans and doing fraud out of our housing.
I mean, it's everything has just been fraud after fraud after fraud.
You know, the fees obviously to bring in people into the US.
It works it there.
But let me start with, let's just start with JD Vance here.
I think that he made a great point.
And I think that we can start there and kind of build on this a little bit.
Because there's just so much so much happening.
Nothing is happening, but so much is happening this week.
So let's start with that.
Here's the basic data.
If you are working as an H1B visa in the United States of America,
you're earning $20,000 less than an American citizen hired in the same position.
If you were brought in by one of these foreign outsourcing firms,
you're making $48,000 less than an American citizen in a similar position.
So I'm sure that everybody here understands the game that is being played.
You bring in indentured servants from outside the country,
you lay off American workers, and if you're a corporation,
you make a ton of money by undercutting the wages of American workers,
replacing them with people who frankly shouldn't be in the United States of America to begin with.
This is a terribly pernicious system.
It's gone on for too long, and we'd all encourage, by the way, Congress to do something about it.
But there are things within our authority under the law
our regular authority is administration to fix this problem,
and that's exactly what we're going to do.
And again, this is just the beginning.
Because remember, people like Microsoft, they laid off a bunch of American workers
and then turned around and hired a bunch of H1Bs.
So, sorry, Twitter likes to play everything, auto-play everything.
And so if you remember they did that, it's just insanity,
the extraction at the American people's cost, and then gets this.
The amount of money that the companies were saving by paying these people coming in on H1Bs,
we were subsidizing through other entitlement programs that they were allowed to get
because of their income levels, so and so forth.
So again, we were paying it there. So not only, where America is not getting jobs,
but then we were paying the taxes, the tax money was going to them to subsidize that company.
We subsidized that kind of lifestyle. I'm sorry, but the time of this is over,
and we're not going to do this anymore.
And again, this continues on and on and on. It doesn't stop.
But again, there's nothing happening, right? There's nothing.
Nothing's happening. This is a massive, massive win.
And again, I voted for this. I absolutely voted for this.
So what else is going on in that vein? Well, we can continue on because there is more of this right here.
I shared this person's post. It's from at humble analysis.
I worked for Microsoft for 20 years. This is exactly why and how Microsoft hired H1B workers.
It was not a secret, at least not in the finance department.
It was openly discussed. It was openly discussed.
H1B workers cost less and drove down demand for US workers suppressing wages.
Near the end of my tenure at Microsoft, however, the motivation changed.
Now the H1B program was primarily used by Indian managers to bring in more Indian workers
as a way to help their fellow Indians at the expense of Americans.
So once they're into management positions, then they were only hiring Indians to come in and work.
It's just crazy. But if that wasn't enough, you guys have seen me share this clip over and over and over again.
There were layers of consultants and lawyers.
There were teaching corporations how to do this and how to do it legally.
I mean, I played this. This was a hidden camera. And I played this. I'll play it again for everybody.
Because our goal here, of course, is to meet the requirements number one,
but also do so as inexpensively as possible. Keeping in mind our goal, and our goal is clearly not to find a qualified and interested US worker.
And you know, that in a sense that sounds funny, but it's what we're trying to do here.
We are complying with the law fully, but our objective is to get this person a green card
and he gets through the labor certification process. So certainly we are not going to try to find a place where the applicants are going to be the most numerous.
We're going to try to find a place where again, we're complying with the law and hoping and likely not to find qualified and interested worker applicants.
So that's the process that we will go through with you from the beginning on where Jan or Jan or somebody else on our team will go over with you what three options are we going to select?
Right. And this goes this goes to if you guys don't remember this at all, but if this goes to where what they were doing where they were they were putting the job posting to comply with perm, right?
In like random classifieds, like newspapers, things like that. Well, we comply with the law. We posted it for anybody to apply to.
But you weren't going to get qualified applicants where they were posting it. So what they were doing was going out and finding the least amount of qualified applicants that came through and you can you they were use the data through HR departments and hiring managers and companies all over the country and all over the world to find the areas where they had advertised jobs in the past to find the least amount of qualified applicants have gone through that.
And then they would advertise there some obscure listing for X amount of time to comply legally. And then they would just open the faucets go go go go go no holds barred and bringing in foreign workers at a fraction of the the the payout and salary that they would find and bring them into the country and get them on a fast track to having a green card and then they would work for these companies.
But that doesn't even scratch the surface of not just workers, but that also talks about we have banks lending out money mortgages to these people who they've gone through this system.
