Guys, I just came back from the Midwest last night. Hold on one second. I came back from the Midwest last night. It was great and I'll give you a little bit of my run down. You know, Andrew Tillman put on the event and it was kind of... He kind of piggybacked it off of this cannabis show. So we had a little bit of an overflow but not really. It was really just a Bitcoin event. And you know what I liked about it is I like going to events in different places. And you see all these kind of different people who you wouldn't think, you know, who you maybe not even run into on spaces. But you know, it was really a bunch of different people that I... I probably had a hundred conversations there. I'm not joking. It was just all kinds of people. Some of which were in our spaces. I hung out with Bitcoin Bull and Jacob Price and, you know, Tiffany from... Tiffany Vardy from Bitcoin today. Halson was there with her band. Hey, Bitcoin Bull, how's it going? I mean, I had a great time. It was a lot of fun. And you know, hung out with the arch lending guys. They invited us to a great dinner. Met a whole bunch of different people from different kind of walks of life in Bitcoin. And I thought it was just amazing. Bitcoin Bull, what did you think of the event? I thought it was like socially was a great event. I thought personally. I think it was great. I never really... I haven't really met many people here on X. It was a little overwhelming, but I was happy I went. I thought it was a cool event. I think they should have just maybe combined it to like two big rooms. Yeah, the big problem with the event was that they had... It was just two enormous, right? So they had this enormous room, you know. I mean, the size of Bitcoin Miami four years ago, you know what I mean? It was enormous. And the vendors, you know, like the... You know, there was a... You know, a 10 by 10 booth. But I mean, the space was just absolutely enormous. So... And then there was multiple halls. There was like a business stage, a VIP stage. And then the main stage, I mean, it was just too big. And one of the small, big, and the room stages were huge. There weren't just a stage. There was like a big hall each one of them. And then you had to walk if you wanted to go to the exhibit. You had to walk like, you know, half a mile to get to the exhibit. It was just... It was kind of crazy. But I enjoyed it. Nevertheless, it was fun. I met a lot of people from Ohio. You know, I can't remember the guy's name who ran the Cleveland Bitcoin Club. And the Columbus Bitcoin Club met them as well. So that was cool. Yeah, it was a great event. And, you know, looking forward to a completely different kind of event for Bitcoin Alpha. But, you know, it's... It just reminds me all... Every time you go to one of these events. And... But this one was really good. The Vegas one that I went to was... I was sort of a disappointment in my opinion. I don't know, Thomas, who are you in the Vegas one? I think you were. I went to Vegas a year ago, but not this past. Yeah. I didn't... I didn't think that one was that great personally to that one. It's turned too much into corporate scene. Plus, I think the Vegas venue wasn't near as good as the Nashville venue. So, if I were to compare those two events, you know, I hung out in the lounge all the time. But it sounds like I paid attention to your guy. A lot of the people streaming from... I am posting from the event. And it looked like it was... What I would say, what you just described as a great social event, which is one of the reasons why you go to these things. You're not going there to learn about how to do self-custody or the principles of Bitcoin. Yeah, I think part of the reason you go to these events... And, you know, I was talking with Ben about this. And, you know, we were like, what do people go to these events for? I think, ultimately, it's... Most of the people going to these events already have had Bitcoin for quite a while, you know, a year or more, you know. And it's just kind of... To renew their conviction. And to hang out on a bunch of like-minded people in North, you know? And to hang out with people, which is sort of one of the same, you know, sort of like... You hang out with people who believe, you know what I mean? You're going to be with the people who believe in what you believe in, right? So, I think that's what it is. Yeah, I mean, it's also like I just contrasted the events, because I went to Nashville, and I went to the Vegas two years ago, and this comparing it to... You also get a sense you can compare sort of the energy around what's being talked about, what's the vibe? It's even fun to walk the exhibit floor just to see the kind of side businesses that are starting up around... around the ecosystem. And you just walk away with an intangible sense of what's happening. And again, but for me, I would just say for me personally, it's nine parts social, one part signal. And you could talk to people face-to-face, draw ideas. You guys are chatting all about the same interests. It's definitely worth it. I mean, like I said, this is my first one I've been to, but I definitely recommend whoever hasn't gone to one to definitely go to one. Yeah, and like some of the people seem a little different in real, in reality. Like for example, I hung out with Mars Blit bars. And you know, he's very... he's very feisty online. You know, Bitcoin bulk can ascertain this. He's very feisty online, you know. Like, do we get a big Bitcoin is going to bury you, kind of stick. But you know, in reality, you realize like he's like actually super down to earth and super nice. Right, I was just saying this to somebody yesterday. I was like, because they asked me, you know, who I guess made kind of like an impact on me, meeting people. And I actually said Mars, that's the funny you said that because, you know, we started chatting. And it was just like, I don't know, he was just like a very cool, interesting person. And we just kind of clicked really hard. And I didn't expect that because I wasn't really like close to the Monarchs or some spaces or anything. But you know, hanging out with him in person was like a whole different experience. And he's really seems like a really good guy. Yeah, no, I kind of agree. And I spent a bunch of time with Arbent who was super smart, you know. And Freddie from Andrew from Arche. One time with them too. And yeah, and then kind of the big points today, Terence gave a great talk. I don't know if anybody saw his talk. It was amazing. The kind of the stories a bit coined this, you know, which I think it's really important because everybody forgets that all this stuff is a story. And you know, it's how do you tell the story? And I learned a few stories of that I didn't know either. And one of the stories that I thought was really funny was we were talking about NFTs with the Terence and he goes, oh yeah, yeah, I bought an NFT for like, I have a few of these edits. I bought for like $350,000. And I'm like, what? And I was sort of expecting one of these things like I bought it with ETH that would now be worth $350,000. But he goes, no, no, no, no, I paid like $350,000 for this one. I paid $200,000 for this other NFT. And I'm like, what? What kind of NFTs were they board apes? And he goes, no, they were goblins. So anyways, you know, you wouldn't really think that the host of Bitcoin today would be an avid goblin, an NFT collector. But you know, it turns out he was, you know, I mean, that was pretty funny. I was hanging out with him in Vegas and I had splurged to get the the whale pass. And Terence was, you know, they didn't discourage the resale of tickets. So when you, when Nashville ended, they post the prices and the prices go up from there. So I, I think I paid $3,000 for the whale pass. And so I was, so to me, that was just a lot of money for the event. But by the time the event went down in Vegas in 20, 20, 25, I guess, the tickets were close to 20 grand. And anyway, Terence said, yeah, yeah, I bought the whale pass. I did the same thing. I bought the $3,000 one, but it bought 10. So he laid that he bought 10 tickets and he sold. Yeah, I remember that shit. Yeah, he sold nine and funded his whole adventure. It was pretty wild. You know, I just thought that was, I would have never thought to do that. And, you know, you got to take a risk to make that kind of coin, I guess. But Terence was a lot of fun to hang out with. And he has this magnetism around the women of Bitcoin. I mean, it's in the women of Bitcoin. It was great. The event was great. I hung out with Paula. She's great. You know, from Zimbabwe. And then, you know, it's interesting. All these people who kind of who learn about Bitcoin in different ways. Like, for example, Thomas, if you ever been to that one of their shows, there's a not shows the booth panties for Bitcoin. Have you been to that? Have you seen there? Yeah, yeah, I see. Yeah. Did you know the story of it? I do not know. Okay, so this thing is the most interesting thing, right? So panties for Bitcoin is founded by this Argentinian Bitcoiner. You know, and he makes panties. That's what he does, right? And he had all his money seized by the bank. And he's like, oh, then I realized that's it. Man, I'm dedicating my life to Bitcoin. So he bought it on a Bitcoin really early. And he's like, I don't care if anybody buys my panties or not. He goes, I'm just because this is what I can do for Bitcoin. I'm just making panties for Bitcoin.
