K to 83 K it's the end of the world.
Yeah, unfortunately.
I can feel it.
It's, yeah, it's all over.
That's it.
It's all over, baby.
The sky has finally.
It's all dead.
Run for the hills.
Friendly reminder that if you don't want to end up working
at Dunkin Donuts, don't use leverage.
It's going to keep on happening over and over and over again.
Some people will never learn.
And unfortunately, what are we at right now?
How to build in in liquidations?
I mean, come on guys, like learn your lesson here.
It's just this is becoming absurd.
Hey, so Omar, can you explain why all of that happened at once?
Were all the Leopard longs in the exact same narrow area?
Like they all, like I don't understand why they all got wiped out
at the same time that went over my head.
Wow.
It's the same thing that keeps happening over and over.
Market makers, you know, manipulation.
It's not there's nothing that.
Meaning they dropped the price just enough that they're out.
Yeah, they go fish.
They go fish for those levels to trigger liquidations.
You know, I mean, we see it in all markets.
And fortunately, when it comes to the crypto market,
it's so much easier to execute than, you know,
than everything else.
But I mean, I just don't understand why people keep on using leverage.
I mean, you go on some spaces and you see people talking 40X,
100X leverage and other putting up.
I don't mean as the collateral.
And then as that goes down, that's what they're borrowing off of for longs
and setting the naked wiped out in both ways.
I got.
Yeah.
And that's the fastest way to lose that acid that you pledging as collateral.
So you could take a leverage position.
I mean, that's just the dumbest shit ever.
I mean, it's just absurd.
I mean, I don't even know what to say.
But again, well said.
Yeah, no, you stated that very well, Omar.
We're at 83K.
And I guess Leia Halterin was right.
We're on our way to 40K.
Lady Trader, RA was right.
37,000 come in.
The bottom is not in.
Sell all your Bitcoin because you'll soon be able to buy it at much cheaper price.
You know, so be ready guys.
It's coming.
It's coming.
We'll see it by October.
Well, they did move the goalpost.
So now we're talking about November 7th.
I just marked that on my calendar, got my pencil and took the calendar off the wall and
scribbled it in there.
So yeah, I don't even see this as news.
It's like the coins exchange rate went down 1%.
And it's a it's a negative.
It's a nutkick for some reason.
I don't get it.
Yeah.
Hey, Terrence, you came on that space last night that Bitcoin bull who's up here today hosted
and I got the order that you were over there.
And so yeah, yeah, that was interesting.
I didn't hear it all because I was trying to multitask and I'm kind of slow.
I like you when someone else is driving.
It was kind of nice to sit in the passenger seat.
It was very enjoyable.
I like you a lot.
Yeah, because you've got a lot of a lot.
It reminded me how much I hate it.
I haven't did what space is in a or at least hosting for one of the first plus months.
And like I said yesterday, I give you guys a lot of respect to be able to do this every
moment.
It's so fucking frustrated and dealing with all the different personalities and trying to make
everybody happy and everybody's complaining and commenting and messaging you.
Oh, the hate is off the charts.
People have no idea the DMs that you get.
There's only two ways to run a space and they're both wrong.
No, no matter what, you can't appease everybody.
So if we try to just homogenize and fly it yourself, I think that's not your duty as
a host to impose your personal views and do do's, duties.
But to just try to moderate and try to keep us on track versus just letting things get
derailed and escalating into some crazy shouting match.
So we do get DMs all the time of love and hate.
Yeah, go ahead Omar.
To his defense, the kids are usually asleep at 11.30 a.m.
You know, so it's more of a middle schoolish.
Yeah, I mean, he had a lot of elements that were.
That's true.
That's a good point.
Yeah, no, it's fun to jump into those other ones too because I did catch.
There was some some hate flying around in there.
AA was getting hate from asteroid, which I found odd apparently asteroid had blocked AA.
So I jumped into AA's defense and said, I think he's a straight up legit dude, man.
I like the guy from what I've seen.
I heard some other stuff, but it was loud in the room I was in and then I was also trying
to be engaged in conversations in real life and listen with one earbud.
And so I was struggling, but it was fun.
Great job.
Big coinble.
Yeah, it was cool.
I don't know.
I probably won't do it again for a while.
What happened at the end, by the way?
Oh, there was like a bunch of cow noises.
Yeah, Sam was having fun with.
He just recently is able to play with the noises.
The sound was.
He finally figured out where that was.
Yeah.
So you got to get ready with that.
And since I said I was about to end it, you know, everybody just started crashing out
a little bit.
But I mean, I don't mind a little crash out, but I don't, I personally don't enjoy it.
I like it a little bit more than that.
Yeah, but yeah.
There you go.
Oh dear God.
Thanks, Natalie.
Sorry, just having fun.
I.
Natalie wants an attention or so.
We'll give her some attention.
Hi, Natalie.
Hi Warren.
Hi, happy hom day.
Happy hom day.
Oh, a tease.
Terrence, who's up next?
Tidya.
Orange.
Which one?
No, let Tiffany go.
I'm sorry.
Just be honest.
You're not just.
You're just a wrench into things.
I definitely like Terrence.
Hi, Warren.
It was confusing.
Now, hi, good morning, guys.
I'm talking about spaces.
Since I said talk about spaces kind of morning, we did a Bitcoin security like chat last
night with our members of Bitcoin's social club.
And we have a new space that we're in and I'm just really excited about it.
I thought I'd share.
Like a physical, you're talking about, you know, how to, you know, how to.
Physical space.
Your stats properly.
So that was our physical space.
Yeah.
Oh, nice.
Really cool stuff.
I like that going on over here.
It's got to do.
Oh, man.
Terrence, we should move to Scottsdale so we can get in on that action.
Wait, so what did you do?
You were teaching people about self custody?
Yeah, any questions that people in our community have?
We invite them.
Welcome, welcome them.
And what's the main question that the normies have?
Should we use a cold card.
We did a cold card hack.
There you go last night.
And so they were aware of that.
Say again, they were aware of the cold card hack.
Yes, we had a few members that that Harry Beckwith helped through all of that as well.
So yeah, we got some, get some good people over here.
If anybody ever needs any questions or help, they can get you through terrible times.
And hopefully we won't see any more of those.
But if not, come to us, guys.
You'll see them.
I have a question.
Let's do your repeats itself.
What was recommended given the cold card hack?
I mean, is treasurer like the self custody wallet recommendation or what were those conversations?
Where should I?
Where should I hold my book?
Nice take Natalie, you're getting there slowly step by step.
Good job.
Look at you asking the right questions.
Early take Natalie.
Yeah, I mean, look at looking to multi-sale.
Oh dear.
That's the solution.
You know, Caso and Shane, they'll guide you.
You can't hop on a video call with them and they'll show you how to set it up.
I think it's the gold standard that's the only way to go.
Hey, Lauren, you're going to have to cut that news ad in your soundboard for future.
The horn or what was that?
What was Natalie take?
Oh, yeah, that was a good one.
Although I've been letting the bots just kind of roam free and do whatever clipping they
deemed necessary.
Well, George Costanza's got it figured out.
I did everything right.
They said take it off the exchange.
I took it off the exchange.
They said hardware wallet.
I got a hardware wallet.
They said cold card was the best.
And now gone.
How appropriate.
Anyway, go ahead, Terrence.
Well, I was going to say there's probably better ways to begin with people on self-custody
and it really starts with teaching them what the self-private keys are, how it's generated,
how it's stored, where Bitcoin lives, you know, just the principles.
And then they start to acknowledge it's yeah.
And comfort level they can then choose what they want.
But I think what Natalie's question was meant for Tiffany.
What were you telling those people that were exposed and scared because of the cold card hack?
What did you guys tell them at your space?
You know, our members are pretty like well versed in Bitcoin.
So that's one very helpful.
So we don't have to actually dive in because they've done a lot of the work.
I see.
Yeah, so it's kind of a different conversation.
You know, we dive into a lot of other avenues and the cold card hack was, you know, three
weeks of our lives.
So we tried not to, everybody was kind of like I said, well versed in that regard.
But of course, do your own research guys like I'm not going to sit up here and tell you what,
you know, to do with your your Bitcoin.
Do your own research is what we learned I think.
And I continue to do so.
I there are a lot of interesting options out there for sure that I was unaware of in terms of
how to secure your Bitcoin.
And when you're traveling and certain rings you can wear and cards, you can tap with NFC
protection and yeah, just a lot of different avenues that you can kind of do your own research
with if you type in like sovereign.
Um, who is this guy?
Secure, secure sovereign and yeah, if you get curious, right?
Like get curious about what you're holding and why and why people are talking about it and
why there's a ticker on CNBC and just, he's just a basic.
I'm curious, right?
But this is like, by curious and then come to our gathers and you'll know more.
This is like watered in rings a bit, coin.
Yeah, I was just going to ask that.
So there's a ring that you can wear that can protect from like a hack of your wallet.
Yeah, I have a video.
I can totally send it to you guys and I haven't, I haven't actually watched the video myself,
but one of our members shared shared with us and how she's kind of um, setting up for mom
and her brothers who aren't into, you know, into this face and or understanding and how
they're going to eventually pass it down and why this is helpful with traveling and keeping
whether, you know, it's your passport or your birth certificate or, you know, your, your
keys are your passphrase and or if you just know your passphrase and yeah, it's like
I guess I haven't watched the video, but just really interesting things out there that
I haven't heard of before.
So I can then form you all once I watch the video.
But that's the so I buy this on Amazon or you can find them actually at the conferences
that we attend if anybody goes to those you should.
You can find them there.
You can probably definitely buy it online.
Again, I haven't watched the video, but she sent it to me and um, tomorrow I will enlighten
you all.
Hey, really quick.
I'm Terrence.
You're doing a thing in alpha on time lock.
Did I see that on a nap?
Yeah, time locking and how it relates with inheritance and ownership and possession of Bitcoin.
Definitely, and I'm definitely interested in that.
I'm glad you're doing that.
I don't know too much about it.
I think you explained it once or twice in the past, but I think it's such a cool feature.
And you know, people should look into it more as well as me because I don't know much
how it works.
But I think that's such an awesome feature.
Yeah, I don't know if you saw my latest video, but um, you can get sort of a high level
view of it there.
And then I'm just, I'm going to dig in to more details.
Um, I'll just put it in the nest right now for you.
Let's see.
I got, I got a question for you.
Um, you know, I did a pretty good job protecting myself physically throughout this world so far.
What worries me is all this, this internet stuff, you know, so now I'm going to be traveling,
right?
With Bitcoin because I want to do it, right?
I want to, my, my wallets have never left the safe for where they are, right?
So I'm going to take a risk here.
I'm going to be traveling with Bitcoin.
You know, what are these things I got to worry about?
I got to worry about some like, you know, 19 year old hacker on a plane, hacking me.
You know, this is the stuff that concerns me.
How do I protect myself against this?
Is this something I need to worry about or is this just like, you know, overblown, you
know, propaganda that's been spread throughout this, uh, this Bitcoin universe.
Don't be guy contact with anyone.
Well, first of all, what was that?
Oh, T.C.
Did you want to respond to that?
What the, in the last couple of minutes, I'm like hearing about, let's buy a ring on Amazon
and let's go traveling with our Bitcoin.
Like what is happening, man?
What's going on?
Jumping T.C.
Tell them.
Wait, T.C.
I want to learn how to transact with the Bitcoin.
I've never done it before.
I've never actually used it to buy anything.
I never transact it with it.
I've only bought it and sent it to my cold wallet.
So I'm going to, I mean, I don't know, people have queued as people have shilling, but I'm
going to Fred's thing on California.
Yeah, you want to be able to sing a few sats around?
Yeah, exactly.
Okay.
So there's a lot of different form factors of that.
Starting from services and things, there's these different kind of Bitcoin exchanges,
neo banks, so to speak, like strike and things like that.
If you have an account with them, they'll give you the ability to pay a lightning invoice
or pay somebody on chain.
You could also use all kinds of more sovereign wallets.
The landscape's a little confusing these days, especially since all of these hacks and
breaches and all these kinds of things.
Several lightning wallets that are out there sort of stopped working for short periods of
time at various points over the last couple of months.
But you know, I mean, the best, the best.
