TPU USA preferred to hold the event in the fountain courtyard and use its own ticketing system rather than the university system. Those decisions placed the event in that area, in an area that was more difficult to control. That's a quote from the report. It's not mine. There's another part here where it names the meeting. Chief Long had to chase contact after the MEAC, which is their security council, their committee, right, their event coordination committee. We did not hear from Crofts or a member that's again, Macy Crofts, the TPU USA rep, or a member of the TPU USA security team following the MEAC meeting. Chief Long attempted to follow up on September 2nd. He emailed a staff member in the university's club's office, speaking contact information for TPU USA's security representative because no member of the TPU USA security team had contacted him following his request to Crofts. So he contacted again, Macy Crofts to schedule a security meeting and prepare safety. And according to him, it was ignored. There's one more thing. Okay, there's a Harpole Harpole's reporting, right? UVU had expressed concerns about the outdoor location, including the August 25th, MEAC meeting, but ultimately agreed to TPUSA's requested venue location when TPUSA representative Macy Crofts insisted upon it. Okay, that is a quote. Macy Crofts insisted that Charlie Kirk speak in that court yard despite warnings. Okay, despite objections from UVU. According to them, the initial email request from TPUSA to UVU was on July 10th, also specifically requested that the event be held at the fountain courtyard. So what does that mean? That means when they first reached out to UVU, they specifically asked for the courtyard when they had safety council meetings or event coordination meetings and security planning. They were advised that the courtyard could not be controlled. That is a bad location for a high profile individual and they insisted upon using it anyways. So I actually, you know, Macy Crofts is named all throughout this whole thing, right? That's report she's all up in there. She was point. I think I take it. She was the point on this on this event coordination, but I don't think that she's probably the one that made the final decision here. And I'm going to get into that in a minute because the event coordination hierarchy is very interesting at TPUSA to say the least. And the people that she answers to are very interesting individuals who are also influencers. They're not just like admin people. You think these people would be admin people? No, no. Macy crops is a senior field representative and strategic specialist of tours and personnel at TPUSA. So I feel like she's like the field guy. They send out to actually coordinate and organize these events on the ground. And she answers to Michaela Moriardi, the director of tours and personnel. And then Michaela Moriardi answers to Andrew Cipher, chief field manager who oversees the National Field Program. And then Andrew Cipher, and he's an interesting character as well, and I will get into that. And then Justice Strife is the COO. Now, if you don't, if that sounds familiar to you, Justin Strife was actually named in that leaked memo where Charlie Kirk said he was going to run a doge audit. He wanted to run a doge style audit on TPUSA and TPUA action financials the week before he was assassinated. Now, we don't know if that was actually ever carried out because he was assassinated.
