was phenomenal, but just a little bit about us is located here in sunny beautiful Thailand.
Prop base, we've had our full product suite out and we've got multiple tokenized real estate
assets. We have our native utility token, which is props, which has strong utility features
really in all the products we ship and build and deploy. We also incorporate with layer zero and
and you know kind of have ambitions for really an omnichain kind of advancement as tokenized real
state becomes more popular in the space. And you know another kind of hint on the types of assets
we tokenize is pretty much hotels and resorts. And so if people who are on the call just kind of
getting familiar with myself and in prop bases, you know Thailand's famous for tourism. A lot of
people probably on the call have been here one time or another and Bangkok was really the most
traffic, most tourist visited city in the world in 2025. And I think in 2026. And so it overtook Paris.
And so that's quite phenomenal to see. And so we love the industry, we love the sector and we're
we're very passionate about what we build and prop base has done a few phenomenal things is
we really do have a massive community. And people who are you know I call them kind of
aficionados in the space, people who are really into you know protocols that are building web3
decentralized technology. And that's really where prop bases at. I mean we built really
fully decentralized autonomous kind of protocol for tokenized real estate. I think it's you know
first in class. And obviously I'm biased a little bit, but because you know I'm the builder, but
but I love it. And we put a lot of work into a lot of our products and everything. And yeah I think
for us, you know we obviously we look at Robin Hood chain as really being RWA focused.
So our first kind of initial step whenever we launch into a new ecosystem is
to make a lot of friends. And then you know to deploy a lot of our tokenized real estate assets
over on Robin Hood chain. And I've always been a fan of Robin Hood. And I think you know we've
watched them phenomenally. And you know the growth and everything like that. So we're excited
to be there. And we hope that you know we'll we'll make a positive contribution to the space.
Thank you so much for that introduction. Yeah. You know I can vouch for that. Thailand is ash
definitely one of the most beautiful countries that I've been. I actually went to
Foucait recently as well. I think it was last month. Yeah I stayed in Baton Beach.
It was beautiful. I went on a cruise. Everything was beautiful. It was sunny. Yeah I mean overall
it's just amazing. So if you want to experience the nightlife or the daylife in that matter,
then go to Thailand one of the best countries in Southeast Asia for sure. But that's enough about
Thailand. I guess that's one of the reasons why you want to yeah I do want to tokenize real estate
in Thailand to definitely one of the highest or fastest growing country in Asia. But enough talk
about that. I want to talk about the reason why you guys are moving to Robin Hood. And as you
said you want to contribute and make a positive contribution to Robin Hood. Seeing how Robin Hood is
catching up all of the momentum with all the builders. With that said, with the recent rise of
Robin Hood, we have a lot of scams project. And I've experienced first hand a lot of these
so-called tech tokens where they just large-tech or like just vibe-coded tech and they launch a token
just like after three or four days or even after a day. And it went up to like a few million
dollars in market cap. Right. So it's really refreshing to see like an actual OG project back in
a day since 2022. That's crazy. And you guys have been around and you've been through multiple
blockchains, base, Ethereum, you know, app tours you guys went insane amount of market cap before.
And now you're going to Robin Hood making a difference. Right. So I guess my next question would be
like before we get into all the reasons why you guys are moving to Robin Hood, what contributions
you can make and why people or the Robin Hood specific investors should focus on your token.
Let's establish what you guys are building at the core. Right. We have a summary but we would love
to dive deeper a little bit into your system. Right. So let's talk a little bit about the core
problem. Right. In traditional real estate investing that your asset, your product actually
propays, solve for everyday investors if we want to invest in real estate but we have like again,
like a best minimum as a hundred dollars. Yeah. Yeah. Great. So we might my I'll start with
kind of a background. So my background is building very large property portals really in
Southeast Asia. And everyone from our leadership team where we're all American but we kind of live
in Southeast Asia, live in Thailand and we're very kind of experienced with building, you know,
sophisticated prop tech property portal platforms which is really largely in the web two space.
So we built up a huge reputation in that industry and we started, you know, doing really,
really kind of focusing on the transaction side of the business. And what we learned very quickly was
that a lot of people who are looking to participate or to purchase property are doing it largely
from an investment perspective. And so we looked at really the problem with speeding up the
transaction and, you know, traditional real estate generally takes, I'm sure that, you know,
a lot of people here on the call know, I mean, buying a property used to be kind of like a huge
decision. You'd have to talk to your wife, you'd have to consult with, you know, your brother,
you'd have to talk to a lawyer, you'd come and view the property and then you'd make this huge
massive investment decision. And if you did so, you know, take a loan out for it, then you'd
be leveraging yourself. And so we kind of looked at it and we said, hey, look, you know, the problem
isn't necessarily with real estate. Real estate is where many billionaires are born and that's kind of
the traditional wealth factor where people have stored a lot of their value, that gold, you know,
I'm a big, big coin enthusiast as well. I think hard assets are great. Real estate's a hard asset.
And so the problem was that the barrier to entry was incredibly high. People needed to have
half a million dollars if they didn't have it, they need to get, you know, together with a few
friends or co-investors, something like this. And it was a huge investment decision and then to get
out of that investment, it would take, you know, something along the lines of maybe seven or ten
years and you'd have to pay fees going in and out to real estate agents and everything. So the whole
process was really, it hadn't updated simple to, as you look back into, you know, the internet,
what did it do? It disrupted the information that was displayed and now all of a sudden information
was accessible when blockchain came around, Bitcoin being the one thing made really, you know,
financial inclusion made the transaction world, the financial world completely disrupted.
And tokenization, largely coming, I think it was in 2024, you have Larry Fink kind of say,
hey, tokenization is going to be the next wave for really real estate investment, but really all
types of investment. Tokenize stocks, tokenize bonds, equities, T-bills. And as we kind of enter into
an age where globalization was, you know, really prevalent, let's say in the early 2000s, late 1990s,
and now as, you know, globalization's not, not, not, people are becoming necessarily more
regionally focused, you know, blockchain is where really it comes into play. And where you,
you don't necessarily need to trust the third party, you can just verify it. And so our whole kind
of ethos was in developing prop base was we wanted to bring down the barrier to entry. We wanted
to provide a very simple way where a protocol in and of itself completely decentralized,
anyone with even a little bit of blockchain knowledge can look and see, you know, how many
particular holders are in each real estate asset we have, how many tokens they have representing
that asset are in each wallet. And they can see all the transaction history. So we really wanted
to create this kind of transparent ecosystem where, you know, you could become a real estate owner,
you could own the underlying asset, not just synthetic representation. So we have kind of direct
ownership based on our model. And yeah, and so we, we, we took about a year, I'd say 2022 might be
a little bit too long. I think 2022 would have been when we maybe launched our website where we
said we were going to do something. We got kind of going in the second half of 2023. We did our
ideas. Props was one of the most successful ideas in all of 2023 in terms of ROI. There's a huge
amount of momentum coming out from tokenization early 2024. And we've just kind of stayed the course.
So our team were, we're very passionate about the space. We saw a problem. We used blockchain
technology in order to to to to provide a solution to that problem. And we like what we've built. And I
think we've got thousands of investors on our platform. We've got people use our products every day.
And we constantly, you know, try and improve our products and create these more innovative
solutions where people can get in and out of an investment at the time and price they're choosing
if they so want to. And because, you know, faster blockchains, this is kind of the reason we didn't
launch on Ethereum first was really at the time, you know, transaction fees before moving to
proof of stake were quite prohibitive for, you know, smaller investment sizes. And so,
App does was great for us. We love base chain and Robin Hood chain, you know, the fees are very
very low. That's kind of what prop base the protocol in itself needs. So our kind of requirements are,
you know, a very a very low feed chain, very fast throughput. And that enables us to really
provide that value. So I mean, we even say $100, but our secondary marketplace, you can go down to
an eighth of a decimal. So it can be a fraction of a cent really. So, but the initial investment is
$100 when we bring new assets on chain. And so it kind of goes through a very transparent kind of
first crowdfunding aspect, which kind of deems should the asset be tokenized or not. And then once we
go through that, and we've been very fortunate on all of our new assets coming on chain to really
have a strong community behind us to really say, hey, look, this is good. And people kind of like
investing in Thailand and in reputable hotel operators, like a lot of the operators of the assets,
we tokenize our wind, their vany entry, their remata. So they're kind of brand names, you know.
And then the other aspect when we really set out to deploy prop base was, well, people don't
necessarily want to be involved in tenant management. You don't want to be dealing with property
maintenance and all that type of stuff. So we chose a sector in real estate, which we thought was
something that we wanted to invest in and had invested in before. And it was really the idea of
a third party operator, a hotel manager with a reputable brand to take care of the asset. And
for the asset to perform well. And so fortunately for us, they've all done well.
They're all operating. They're all built. They're very busy,
establishments. And one of our next assets is going to be down there in Puket.
So largely we focus in Bangkok, Thailand now. And then I'll kind of summarize your stance of,
well, prop base is kind of a long-term vision. So bringing assets on chain is a very long-term
play. I know in the space that there's a lot of new protocols coming into place for meme points
and that kind of stuff. And that's great. It's kind of fun for a different approach. But for us,
we're definitely long-term minded. So with a full focus for us to really be omnichain
and for us to really build out that infrastructure. And we've done a phenomenal job
over the last, specifically, the bear market. And bear markets are hard on everyone. But they were
great for us because we had launched and we had so we have a lot of momentum in the space,
but we really just didn't have enough time. And so we always, I always remember telling our
technical team myself who has a strong technical background. We were like, if we just had a little
bit more time and then the bear market kind of allowed us to really find tune a lot of our,
what we call our full product suite, get out our apps on both iOS and Android.
allowed us to do a lot of small UI UX enhancements just to smoothen out the user experience.
So we used it to a big advantage for us. And then we have a massive, what we call,
prep-based lind which we're launching towards the end well in November. And so we've been working
on that for a while. And then we have quite a big, we often kind of do these kind of mega
announcements. So we like to have fun with it as well. And so we have a very large announcement
that we're going to be talking about in the second week of December. And so yeah, I mean,
we're very, you know, passionate builders. We're very transparent. I think we're very passionate
about decentralized protocols. And so that kind of has echoed into all of the products that we've
delivered and deployed and it's kind of a testament to everything we've done so far and hope to do
here in the future. Perfect. Right. Thank you so much for that answer. Now guys,
in case you guys don't know what property base is, make sure to go ahead and follow them on their
ex account and do your own research following their website and through everything. Okay. And again,
they're very transparent about their products. So there is nothing to worry about. Now when it comes
to that too, let's talk a little bit more about, you know, your successful cases to get people
excited a little bit. So since trying to do you've been building this product and I was doing with
multiple real states under your hood, right? So what is do you remember the most successful,
you know, real estate fundraising, I'll say, a case that you've had with properties. Yeah. And what
was it turned? And yeah. There's two scenarios. So our fastest
