Clevel of selling your political future, I selling your vote. There are so many other ways to sell your political future. There are so many other ways to surrender your political future. And to surrender your political future can simply, simply mean that you are the opposite. You have surrender to tribalism, you surrender to, you know, to certain biases without any form of critical thinking. You know, selling your political future means you derive, you have come to a place where you just derive the immediate joy from a certain level of alignment that does not have any sustainable future. Aligning on, aligning on, what do you call it? Aligning on religion, aligning on tribes, it's not sustainable. So when you are, when we are talking about surrendering your political future, or selling your political future, this is what we're saying. So I'm still waiting for the argument to join me, so that we have it back on fourth and this. At the moment, we have, okay, having some speakers want to join me up here. I think I'll just meet fancy speaker, but it's still going to wait a bit. And then aligning my case, going to join me up. We'll go back to the topic, actually, some of the topics, so I'm sure she has a very solid foundation on it. All right, thank you. Excellent morning, Ghandi, Shokbe, how are you today, sir? Yeah, still we're quite well from yesterday. Oh, my goodness. My sincere apologies this morning. I assumed that something the way that I'm sounding, I could stay in bed and conduct the conversation this morning, but the network on my bed is not fantastic. My apologies, I sincerely apologize to everyone. Excellent morning, excellent morning. Yes, yes, I'm in, yes, I'm in yoga. I like it. I've got a shout too much. There's a bug going around in there. Some people say that it is COVID, and I've never been vaccinated. My throat is so sore. Oh, my God. I can't let you believe it. You know, I've lost my voice, but I feel so close to smell and all that. I feel so close to smell. You know, with the waste disposal issue, I was in charge of organizing private waste disposal on my clues yesterday. You know, I was sleeping there more than hot water. I was carrying, it was chasing after that. My gate manager said, yeah, chasing after toxic waste with your, with your drinking your hand. Anyway, we thank God for great health and hopefully, we'll be able to get a good job. And whatever, but the reason they got hopefully our government can handle it, because there's a conversation around, was this brought into my career for whatever reasons, you know, vice president, at the Co-Presidential candidate for the ADC, you know, questioning the governments on how 10 billion dollars is, Ebola prevention fund was spent. Anyway, our conversation on this morning, and on the citizen, one of the talks, X space. I usually are here from eight o'clock to 10 a.m. every Sunday morning to say welcome everyone, is asking why tonight, do you sell their political future? And I think I've got hinted on the basics of it, which is selling your votes, right? I mean, you already know that this politicians come only once in four years. So why do you sell your future? We remember very well, Senator Olujimmy from the KT States staying on the floor of the Senate to say, oh, she doesn't owe anyone in our constituency anything because she paid them to vote for her. You know, our politicians can be that shameless. That's what I just hope. She go back into the Senate. Yeah. I thought that would stop her, but she still. She go back into the as in, how shameless can we, the voters be? That you will still allow this Olujimmy get back in. But now, this is the beauty or the darkness of our electoral system because when she got in, it seemed like she got in dubiously. Her opponent went to the electoral petition tribunal as she was removed by the courts. That's known, she didn't get the votes that I make declared for her. So she was replaced in the Senate by someone else. You know, so all of these cases that were thin in our past, I'm very resent past. There are enough issues for us, the voters, to say we are either not voting at all or we protect the votes from source. And we already know what they do and how they do it. But you see my fear is the way we say that we know the politicians, they also know us. See how from our governor, we keep some talking about the Nigerian voter like they can buy us anytime that they want. You know, that is not in particular it's in or had the economy that will make voters not bring the APC back, they determine how the people vote. That is slapping our faces against what he writes because after he said that in February, 2026, you know, he said that recently in February 2026 during the Abuja Municipal area council elections, right? We get said to the APC supporters, go out votes, your council elections, just go out votes for APC and leave the rest to me. And 80% of the votes went to the APC. Regardless of what the then ADC, Dr. Moe, candidate was saying, you know. So why do we with all of the things that we know about our politicians, or their fake manifestos, their lies? I mean, 25, 27 years after this fourth Republican began, it's the same cycle of manifestos. Our building roads, don't give you fly over. I will come and put what I have in your village. I will give you stable electricity. It's the same promises. We hear them elections cycle after election cycle. And then somebody brings you, used to be 2,000 era, a loaf of bread and a car. It's because of inflation now, you went to 10,000. 30,000. In all states, elections this year, 50,000. Although the beauty of the Osho State elections was, they were showing us that 50,000 are dancing on the streets. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Both mean that the money has entered the, they collected the money from the APC. And they still voted their governor back in. But you will see the difference in the votes that a lot of people have conscious. After collecting the money, they still voted for APC candidate had over 400,000 votes. And Governor Adelike Belly had about 500,000. So the question this morning Nigerians is, why do Nigerians sell their political future? And like I mentioned, based on what Adelike Belly was saying, selling your votes is just one basic example. Let me give another example. I already mentioned that yesterday I had to supervise where it was in my area. And everybody who was involved, everybody who was involved, is a supporter of APC. So they started to laugh at me. I mean, of course, I'm not open about my political choices anymore. But I don't think it's worth anything to be arguing with family, and neighbors, and friends over my political choices, right? I'll do what I need to do. I voted a professor or a me, Sean Laihau of COA in 2015. When everybody thought he was not worried, they voted for Jonathan. They are 18 candidates in 2026 presidential candidates. You have a choice. It doesn't have to be one or the other. Anyway, what they knew, which party I supported in 2023 election. So they started laughing at me. I looked at all of them. I just like, well, one of them was the guy who had the privates with the sponsor vehicle that he pays the council. He pays the council is like a franchise, because it was actually my LCD and that both stats compacture. But they could manage properly. The former chairman died. He used to give it to us for free. I would go to him and say, oh, God, what are you even doing for us in this area? And you say, OK, we'll come and pack your waste for free. But he's not dead. Didn't you want us now listed out to somebody who manages it? You got to be using it and then come and be paying us. So that the vehicle is bad or needs maintenance is on this guy. Who used to be a former councilor? Follow me. Anyway, he pays money back to the council. So he was saying was $350,000 and I had to send that compacture just to my streets. We would normally pay my own house. We would pay $44,000 a month to the waste disposal company. So think about there are only seven houses on my clothes. It's a small street. How we are going to now pay $70,000, $60,000, you know, to dispose our waste. But the waste guys had not come in one month. And my street was re-camped. So we were forced to do it. Now, the guy who arranged it, of course, now is a local government employee, the essay to the chairman of the LCD APCAB. Then my direct label, I told you about him, who came from the UK? His saying in Nigeria is that where I can't be. He's before the APC. Nothing of them. And then they might family members who just think that I know that, let me not say no other open answer. Yeah, yeah, yeah, they believe that no other open answer to what president in the Google is doing, remove all the fuel so obviously my cousin believes, so even if fuel goes to $2,000, we'll buy it. The only problem, the only thing who changes, how far we go. So you may not go to home every Saturday, because fuel is expensive. But that's the great thing to happen tonight here. And it believes it's struggling. And my aunt is neither here nor there. She thinks, oh, we don't know his past, though, but at least what he's doing, we in Nigeria just to enjoy it so much before. So maybe we need to so fast for Nigeria to eventually get better. All the criminals in the forex and fuel subsidy industries for him to even go face to face with all of these people, that is the right choice for Nigeria. Anyway, they were all APC. And I just like, oh, sorry, my story is long. The conclusion I came to is, there are Ida Tropic, I've named everybody one by one. There are Ida Tropic directly from the government, right? There are Ida will team so Trump, or they just believe that look, you people are suffering. You people are enjoying too much. You need to suffer a little. So there's a class of people who buy into what the government is doing. So you ask such people are they selling their political future? They believe absolutely in what they're doing, because directly or indirectly, they was them. Now let some of us, speakers, who have come up this morning, speak, and then I'll come back with my thoughts. So I'm not just, you know, hooking the mic. Why do Nigeria sell their political future? Femzi is here, and then incoming virus is here. Excellent morning, let's take Femzi first. Femzi, how are you this morning, sir? And the last time you were here from this, you are not giving us hope. Good morning. I don't know if you think that is hopeless. Opless, so 2026, but this morning, sir, give us extra money. I can't hear you. Good morning, everyone. This is about things that, most of the times, when I speak, I know that I speak based on reality. I don't just speak just to woo the crowd. I speak based on the fact that I've seen many wars. I'm an instant, I was born in Delta. I went to school in Cross River. So I've transvested all the words and breath of Nigeria. I'm presently now, I'm a bros who I have tried to study culture, and I found out one thing. It's still the same thing. So when I speak, I know that most of the times, people may feel offended, but that's those the basic truth. No. For the issue, that's how, why do Nigeria sell their political future? The first major reasons why Nigeria sell their political future is because they don't believe in the political system. Everybody has a belief that when I come to vote, my vote will not count. So when they hold their votes,
