your co-host now, Landon, you have the power just like in your profile picture.
Try to use my powers for good instead of evil.
Yeah. Did you fill out some three by five cards for just send in the Tesla cyber
cab event? What is that? I'll tell me about it because I don't know what you're talking about now.
The since Tesla is going to start using cyber cab with employees this month
and they seem to have a cyber cab event planned without a date. They say you can gain access by
riding in robotaxies yesterday or the day before I think through the 23rd of this month at any
robotaxie city and they'll enter each ride for a drawing to attend the event but if you are not in
the area you can follow Tesla's sweepstakes rules and send in a three by five index card with your
name and some other stuff and they will give you an entry for every one that you send in in a unique
envelope. Okay, that's interesting. Now I can't go to Austin now. I'm going to go to Austin in
October. But if I lived near Austin I would definitely do that. You can just make Grocbo do it for
you. I guess. Well, it's kind of funny. I actually used Groc to analyze the rules. I mean it's like
if you're not doing that with stuff these days you're you're just behind and the rules the rules
are straightforward. But I was really curious whether it had something in there like oh they have
to be hand printed. You see my mom was like a sweepstakes queen back in the 80s and of course
everything was through the mail there. There's no internet. But I would she'd always she'd get these
labels these address labels and she'd be mad. I don't know what the hell that was all about but
she loved doing it. And so I was like interested. So these have to be all in a different envelope with
a different stamp. And so you know I was looking to see oh do you have to write them by hand? Can
you print them on a computer? But it seems pretty just basic. Yeah, I saw that Spencer and David Moss is
trying to compete on who gets the most rides in order to get an invite through the event. And I
was like thinking like just like David Moss wouldn't get an invite anyway. Right, of course. Yeah.
And then you know you can pay $18 you know to ride neurobotaxi for 45 minutes or you can
spend 43 cents or I don't know is that what a stamp cost? What does a stamp cost? Like Alexander
wouldn't know. Well, what the dress do you need to send it to Austin? Yeah, but you can just go there
just make envelopes and then you go there and put the stamp on your entries would be rejected because
it says must be sent in an envelope with a stamp. See there you go. You're out. Oh really?
Hmm. Yeah, this hard. Can you? Yeah, I don't know. Would you like me to post the rules of I'll put the
room? No, I mean, I'm going to do it anyway now. You can't stop me. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Does it match with the name of this room? What is I don't know. What is the name of the room?
Tesla is on the valued. Yeah, of course Tesla is undervalued. I mean, you didn't ask what's your
price target on Tesla and what's the date for your price target say like 20 30 something like that
20 30 20 32. At that point, it might not be called Tesla anymore. Well, that's probably called
SpaceX. Mm hmm. If that didn't happen, though, what would the number be? This is your room.
I think Tesla should be a $500 stock right now or even more, you know, with
Cybekeb coming. That's just like what I believe. It's just, yeah. Okay. I tend to think that a stock
should be, you know, if I'm looking to buy a stock, I want to pick a date for those events and not
just say, Oh, in the future, maybe if everything, you know, so you look at humanoid robot events,
you look at robot taxi and stuff like that. And so that's why I think it's going to take
those things in time to scale, to develop, to mature, to get, we could be on like version three
of Cybekeb by the year 2030. So that's why I say 2030 price target. Yeah, Tesla's undervalued today,
unless, is it $3,000 a share today? No, no, it isn't. But that's what I think it'll be in 2030.
Well, especially considering like, it seems like the community is pretty,
we kind of agree on that, that the companies will emerge. It's just like a question of when and when
it will be announced, you know, I think, yeah, it's probably hard to doubt that at this time.
And if you extrapolate that, like, what would, what deal would be on the table? And I'm pretty sure
the deal is not like, Hey, we are buying, we are, SpaceX is buying Tesla for $350. You know,
that's, that's not happening, you know, nobody would agree to that. At least not like, I
I wouldn't, I wouldn't believe anyone would you agree to that, Landon?
Well, I agree that I will analyze the merger deal when we get the merger details from Tesla and
SpaceX. Yeah, but I'm just saying like to prove my point here, like, if you believe they are offering
more than what the stock is worth now, well, then it's valued more, you know, and I don't know
that I agree with your earlier statement. You said pretty much everybody, but I know what you mean by
think that the merger is going to happen. And I don't know, I think there's a pretty decent
percentage that don't. I mean, I would say maybe 25, 30% of people think, Nope, I'd like to see
Tesla on its own blah, blah, blah, whatever. I'm not one of those people, but yeah, I think for
sure it's worth more than a trillion dollars, like it is or one, but one thing, right? That's what
Wall Street does. Wall Street wants to say, what will it be worth if everything happens the way we
think it'll happen? Not what is it worth now? Because I don't know, is it worth $300 a month now,
right right now with day-to-day operations the way there? Is it worth whatever it is? 3,
3, 60? I don't know where it is. Well, if you get the answers, no. Yeah, if you just look at the earnings
numbers, you're like, Hell, it's not worth that, you know? Right. Obviously. But that's kind of almost
always been the case. So that's not news really. But yeah, that's why I bought yesterday and I
don't regret it. I bought a couple of weeks ago also for even less, you know, so that is what I'm
going to keep on doing if the stock performs bad. Yeah, everybody complains about 420 a share,
right? Until it's 320 a share. Yeah, it sounds now like I'm complaining that the price is low. I'm
not like, I'm happy to price it low because then I can buy and you know, that's great. But I think
it's kind of retarded that it would sell. So what if it went to the service today? You wouldn't sell.
I wouldn't. Well, maybe a small portion. It depends on the circumstances. It depends. I've sold
Tesla before not much, but I've been doing some trades. Did you buy it back lower or did you buy it?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I sold it at 440. I believe it was 435, maybe.
Another four day traders. Yeah. No, I'm not that's like a month trader maybe.
Let's talk to Josh. Yeah, Josh from.
I'm doing what was a two months ago. We're talking about SpaceX stock and should you buy
SpaceX, you buy Tesla? How could SpaceX 10X, you know, and so here we are. It's a complicated world.
Yeah, I mean, we buy stocks based on what we think they will become. And when I hopped in the room,
we were talking about current performance and valuation. Well, really what it's doing today is what
we were thinking it would be doing years ago when we bought it when it was lower. So I don't know.
I think that we're in a really weird time globally, economically. There's a lot of really
new things that the world is going through and nobody really knows what's going to happen,
specifically with, you know, absolutely cataclysmic amounts of compute that are going to come online
over the next half decade. So yeah, I mean, it's, you know, you can guess, but at the end of the day,
nobody knows for sure. And the reality is is that I was actually on a walk with Matt Holm this morning,
President Tesla Club Austin, and we were just talking about it in general like, you know, nobody
knows what's coming with this AI movement and it's and it's affecting every single industry.
Even the ones you think that are AI proof, they're affected in some way, either directly or indirectly.
And the reality is is that we have always historically looked to the past for to just to shed light on
the future, but humanity's never gone through anything like this. There's never been an economy that's
gone through shift like what we are about to go through or what we're beginning to go through.
So really, it's all irrelevant. Everything when you look back over your shoulder, the only thing
that's consistent is human behavior, but the problem is now that we're introducing a secondary
intelligence that's not human. So how is it going to interact? So it's, yeah, it's really a wait-and-see
game is the way I see it. And the reality is is that you don't know. So okay, well, what do I do with
my money? Well, for me, I would be like, okay, well, who's the most likely to benefit from this
unknown? And if you look at even just what happened with COVID, right? Look at Elon, look how he
navigated his companies, even when the government was making massive errors, you know, and keeping the
factory closed, he fired it up and said, come get me off the factory floor. I'll be the first one
you should arrest. That's the guy I'm going to bank on when things get sketchy, when things go a little
bit, you know, dicey, that's the guy I'm going to bank on. And do I know he's going to win? No,
but his likelihood of performance is going to outpace anybody else out there, in my opinion.
That's why I invest with him. Love that. Josh, that came up in the space the other night, I think,
the reason that that I said I love that is I I like to invest in Elon as a CEO. And people,
I mean, there's a guy, some jokes, you're last night, he's like, well, what do you do if the Bluetooth
sensors in the TPMS and the in the wheels and people can capture that address? And I said, listen,
you know, whatever I trust Elon Musk and the team that he's built to have the best technology with
the best security, I trust him to protect my family. I trust him to protect my life. So I
don't need to get in the minutiae of how the TPS MS sensors could be hacked to whatever. I mean,
so that's why I invest in Tesla's product and CEO. You can you can play the what if what about
is in game till the cows come home. The reality is you look at petrol vehicles. All you need to do
is pour a teaspoon of sugar and just get a little couple little packets from your local coffee shop
for free and pour it in somebody's gas tank and that vehicle is now destroyed and somebody's left
without transportation. How often does that happen? It's so accessible and what about what if what
what not? No, it doesn't happen. Sorry. Like so, so you know, people can run with this nonsense,
but it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme. The what ifs of what about is what about isms?
I just it's a waste of time. I'm going to use that with the sugar. That's your right. That couldn't
be easier. I mean, most gas stores don't even lock. Yeah, the things you can disable whatever you want,
if you really, really want to. So what? You know, there's just so much scale and and there are,
I mean, they listen, they do, they do do their best, you know, to make sure that everything is secure.
