I'm 63 days. 63. It's crazy Rose coming so quick. And I'm just excited for everybody that's
going to get to that's going to get to celebrate and meet each other and all the new people and the
sun. And I think it's going to be a real special time, Rose. How are you doing on the Sunday?
I'm beat drinking. Yeah. It's going on. It's busy day, busy day, spent a lot of time on my little one.
It was an amazing weekend. Spent a lot of time just snuggling and being in the sun and
we're watching some movies. It was quality time. So I am completely complete and I'm exhausted.
I'm very tired today. It's a good feeling to snuggle in new Rose. I think Sundays are for
our first kind of celebrating the growth, the progress, the strength. And
then just let it all kind of do its work. And I think one of the things we forget is that
you know, I've talked about all the time like dreaming and the work that happens when we do stop
the physical movement, stop the mind from doing its organizing and scheduling and goal setting
here and there and just release. Yeah, it's like flying. Yeah. I agree. I know it's the spaces too
because I love them so much and I can feel like I'm doing too much. I can kind of tell.
You know, I won't deny. Like I went to sleep. I wanted to jump in like, well, first I got to say
I got announced today for the Alpha Room to be a player. Let's go Rose. So excited. So amazing.
And I want to go jump in this space and I got a call from like an old friend. It had like a
conversation there and then time slip by me. We hung up and I wanted to jump in the other
spaces and I just fell asleep and to be honest, I could have kept sleeping. Yeah. Yeah.
Your body. Yeah. Your body is like, let's go. We're off to the dreamland. But dream space.
Swag off, bro. I know. I know. And it's like, you know, prior to me co-hosting dream space,
I would be in bed. Like I would be in it. Allow me to wake up earlier. You know, but I noticed
like when I do this space the next day, and I don't know how MJ does this, right? Like she's a
machine. Like I give her props and stuff. But I always end up waking up around the same time
as she goes space. Same time maybe a little bit earlier. But um yeah, that's crazy. Yeah. So I think
we were talking about like time, like rest and like how many hours it's like the more you sleep,
the more tired you feel. And yeah, I'm just kind of like letting letting my
body essentially do what it needs to. I just know. I just yeah, it's a sun. The sun did its
thing today. It's did its job. Yeah, it's powerful. It is. But it feels great, right? Like it's
really worth it when you finally get time out there. Maybe I've ordered the beach next weekend
or something, but I just kind of spent time pool. And you know, just it is. So it just, it really just
zoos you, right? Yes. Yes. Oh my god. The water. Yes. Water is the ultimate one. You know, one of my
all-time life dreams is whale sharks rose. Like I just want to jump in the water and just
be in there with the with the whale shark just floating with these gigantic creatures and like
letting the moment be like that whole like what you're talking about like just the release.
