and directly and most importantly it's time to speak publicly about what has happened to my shareholders into our company. I'm glad you did it with Laura because she has a big problem and she is a relentless when it comes to getting stitches. She will let take down the little details asking question and drilling down and drilling down. So I know we're going to be absolutely completely enlightened on Friday evening and we've patched her show. But in our part of this is the real critical core of the issue is you make a short selling. It's not in. And then it's not alone in this unfortunate situation. This goes on all the time. The FTC and federal but the other way. They seem to be protecting the roads of the road street. There's been a lot of discussion about making short selling and that regulators have argued that legal short selling is valuable. The price of salary and liquidity. But what's your position on legal short selling? Okay well first off I'm not categorically opposed to the concept of short selling. But under regulations as they currently exist the claim that short selling promotes honest price discovery is simply nonsense. Two price discovery depends on an extraordinary simple concept. We all know about it. It's supply and it's demand. When demand is high and supply is limited the price will rise. So when market participants can create what is effectively an unlimited artificial supply of shares. What the fundamental equation is. Well it's correct. So at this point calling it price discovery reflects the person who either doesn't understand basic math. Or more likely someone who is a participant in this massive grip. So I mean I got one of the best examples I can give to you this is GameStop. If you look at GameStop they had over 140% of its total public flow reported is short. So how can more than a hundred percent of a company's available shares be sold short without distorting the market's true supply. So if supply can be expanded beyond the actual number of available shares how can the resulting price possibly represent what we would all like to see which is genuine price discovery. Now also you know a lot of people talk about liquidity. I got to say your question regarding the liquidity is yeah short selling does create liquidity. It creates fantastic liquidity for the criminals that are gaming the system but it doesn't create liquidity for anyone else. Exactly. Exactly. So it's been a plan actually in state of sense in the state. The brand gaming that was then said a month ago really not there that night was on beat. And you know he's treated out in a few months ago and he's just that was that make it short selling is a national security threat. Could you I know the law had you had a I know you you know put in a thing like a fire. But I'm just a lot you're assuming of that statement by the general that make it short selling is not necessary. But what does that mean to you? Well I agree with you know friend on the point because what it means is that foreign government. Right using a layers and layers right to hide who they really are or intelligence agencies who create companies right or sell companies. They can go through brokers and they can bring against your company to push you out of business. And so they can do you know when especially when you look at technology for example you know when you look at oil and gas right these things are critical to power and fueling the world on every single level. So of course do do the Chinese you know want to get American companies oil and gas companies out of business and then we're going to buy the company right or to buy the land. I mean of course it's a national security was because you're manipulating the market. And you're betting against the company so I mean fundamentally and ideologically it is it is Marxism at work right because you are you are killing hope. And then hope is central to the American dream victory. The chance and who is an absolutely brilliant mind he taught me something I did a story with him and he said to me there are many different conditions for Marxism to take root of both only one condition that has to exist and that condition is the end of the middle class because what is the middle class represent right what is it represents hope. But you have the ability to your own efforts your own product work product whether it's creativity intelligence hard work principle integrity whatever it is you have the ability to your own means to improve your station in life you can move you know from the working class in the middle class and the upper class. What it happens to be of your children but we will be say oh these are the first children in this family the first generation to go to college that is represents hope that you can lift your family out with you don't have connections you're not born with it where I was title in your name you don't you're not sitting on the rules of money but you have the ability to your own means to improve your life and so if you look at it that that question of hope that question of hope is at the core of Marxism. Because in Marxism there is nothing that you can do to improve your station at life and then you're part of the ruling party so it's both a physical tangible national security risk because it allows a fun exploitation of our markets that push American companies out of business and kill the American dream and kill hope which then creates opportunities for them when they're positioned in this country as we know they are to buy up land buy up companies dominate. And the industry is critical to our national security. I mean your position on the so how do you categorize that. I mean if you think about it we are the currency of the world and the best way to destroy us is to have people who space in the underpinnings of our currency and that's what's going on right here and right now I'm just I'm sad as an American to see this happening but also it's a great wake up call for us to speak up to our congressman and to the people and the positions of authorities that can help us the time to make our move is now. Okay we're going to put it in there thank you for that so on the big that is in the house is safe to have the earth to the ground face the sounds I know you have some questions for the group on the two. Thank you but thank for having me and then again I know I guess over the course of last. We could so you know I've communicated with great a little bit about some of the things that we've been working on and busy has been working on and you and and I just think it's great that Laura as as picked up on this story and and has run with it to help everybody out and I guess you know I probably know what the answer is but I'd love to ask great you know we've delivered a written request to the president of the staff I personally delivered a message to the vice president last Friday and asking that president Trump step in for not only for veterans and veteran families but the thousands of others which could be as many as a hundred twenty five thousand instead of the reported sixty five thousand but you know that I'm going to ask for a question. You know that have been financially wrecked in this the semifio piece scandal and the households have been you know they've used their retirement money their disability page back pay checks their kids futures and their emergency funds because this look like an impressive deal to them they did do diligence before investing in this. And not to be long what winded but the losses now are compounding with these folks and your group you breaking your silence tonight is wonderful but what what do you want these veterans veteran families in the thousands of other speaker from you directly. What what do you say to them well of course like everyone I'm so appreciative of the veterans and they put their life on the line to protect this great nation that we have that. And I am fighting for them but I got to say I'm also fighting for these there's these retirees and these pensioners the senior citizens that there are any years or behind them they don't have recovery time their assets have been frozen for the benefit of what I perceive as a criminal enterprise that's robbing American's blind so my message to you is stay the course steady to the storm we're going to continue to fight and I I did hear that you had a chat with Jason. I'm glad that we're getting to the highest level to hear our story and you know one of the things that somebody said what would what would you say if you could talk to JD Vance I say well I say my message is pretty simple. Vance is spoken for years about powerful institutions abandoning the ordinary American MMTLP would be the perfect opportunity to him to prove that powerful institutions can't crush ordinary American anymore and then can't hide behind regulators our veterans our retirees any hardworking American family has had their assets frozen for almost four years. I would say Mr. Vance opened the book count every share and then hold everyone responsible accountable no matter how powerful they are enough is enough. I love that I love that answer and part of opening the book has been done by the groundwork of this group of individual donors the MMTLP Army and if you're a bit of far this knows that has been thousands of boys that have been requested reading the information that's what's best. I love it is not immune to journalists who you know the bidding for your request to get information back I've done plenty of them I've had plenty that haven't been answered I'm in a garage of them now myself I want to put it for a quick to law and the journalistic experience that what was the freedom of information after play in your investigations and how do you see that differently for what's passed on with a lot of responses community has gotten when they submitted their. No one ever wants to give you for it so that I don't think that's unusual right but what we do is part of the cover up and that's the critical thing but but you know what's interesting and you'll hear more about this in detail in the interview that the right information that came out in those for it that actually is that the right information that I've done is that it demonstrates that we're actually talking to people on the outside who have showed it the position and we're raising with them when it came to the decisions that the regulator was making so if it's not bad enough that short selling and make it short selling is allowed and it's legal then you have actually there is very in some of this for information that's been released and almost that it's been with how they're adopted which is typical but the the the governor is in the detail and you know people have been greatest and ridiculous about going to the details and he's learned a couple of the other interesting things there but you know and what I'm. What you want one of the things that is always very frustrating when you report on something like this is that people you know what people know at the time versus what comes out later is often very different like when we learn certain things later we're like I've been an example all you know you find out years later that the Obama administration was actually supplying weapons to terrorists is on the table with groups inside of Syria. Now he found that out at the time when they were actually doing it and then it would have been a massive national scandal but by the time it comes out years later and then people have said it because they suspect it but they don't have the evidence they get dismissed as a conspiracy theory or you know just resided and then when it finally comes out hardly anyone gives about it because it doesn't have the same interest as when news breaks and so that's the benefit of them slow rolling people with federal requests right and it's that sometimes they can make sure that they take so long to to grant these requests that by the time the information after it comes out the moment has passed and the country has moved on over or you know politically with news done or people have heard about it so many times and I'm interested anymore whatever it happens to be they are experts absolute masters of manipulating the the timeline so that they can generally with it and the other part of it is that you know if you know that at the time that's fully conscious it's just like Henry Kim's email scandal right they said oh nothing was classified at the time the problem is that that was a complete and that's a lie it was a fabricated it's like in Gaza or it wasn't the truth is that they knew at the time it was a case of that but by lying and objectitating you know and pushing these things forward pushing them down the can they create time and space to get away with their actions and so if you break this down what you're doing is two different things right you always have the crime itself or in this case if it's not criminal it should be or interpired you know it's in fact that just make no sense like like being able to get some of it to allow trade in the company shows without when the the documents clearly say non-true them or not colliding but you allow trading in that anyway so that should never have happened then they're allowed about the position to be shorted and to you know the point of extinction and then they hold to trading early right and put that unusual hope on it where they pose everything that's the cover up right so when they when they when they did that they were covering up what they had done that was wrong and so I think that's where you know hopefully if you just get attention from the right people like to even like President Trump you know like well I know where was hopeful that when Gary Gainesau was replaced at the SEC that you know the new guy Lackin would do something about it but you know he hasn't so far but since he didn't create this mess but he wasn't you know the seller he wasn't the guy standing there with it with the knife the seller of the seller that did the initial murder you know hopefully he's the boss
