Bible, let me, let me go with my boy. See, they don't see Barbie, they don't know which one it's going to be, but it is, it is going to be, I'm going to stick with gender, neutral pronouns, and I am going to go to Shane and refer to him in the masculine, which is uncomfortable, but that's neither here nor there. Shane, what's up brother, how are you? How's the week? Well, somebody, yeah, it's funny at this point. I can't get to this space without thinking exactly what you just said time flies. We're here again. It seems like it was just Thursday. I wish I would have figured out this as a kid and making time go fast and all that. It really is strange though, like I'm serious, like it is very, it's weird that it seems like it was just yesterday. Maybe we're all just getting older. I don't know, like maybe if we were 18, it would seem like this was once a month, but it does seem like that we are right here. I guess maybe we do like it and we look forward to it and it just kind of pops up. Who knows. I don't know. Shane knows more about time travel and all that stuff and I do, but it just it does seem weird though because I like it the faces and it's our, it's all of our friends, all of our family in here and stuff like that. So it's Yeah, any big news going on with you, brother. What's the any shot in his shockers anything you want to reveal any any super secrets. Well, I mean, since you segwayed right into news, I will say this next week we're either going to have to move the study up an hour. We're going to have to either skip next week or I'm going to have to just turn it over to you too. And I can pick in and out, you know, when I have some time I have a board meeting next Thursday night. So yeah, that's. Don't leave me alone. Don't leave me alone with Barbie. I don't know what to say. It makes me uncomfortable. Did they hear that? Well, I know I can't imagine you being a comfortable speaking. Hey, Barbie. Sometimes these are just masks for pain. Okay. Sometimes comedy is just a mask for the pain. I don't know what that pain is exactly, but I'm sure that there's something that happened to my childhood that probably was painful. And that's just what I'm doing. I'm compensating for it right now. So, you know, that's all it is. So what about you, Barbie? How is your week? How are things with you any any good any good political fights going on on X. There's always political fights going on and X. No, it's been a pretty I don't know this. A little bit lost in my dungeon writing. So it's just the phone by. Well, what let me, uh, what can I bring up a few trigger words and just see how it how it works with you? Sure. Political madness starts there. Just go Jol. Get behind me. Yeah, get behind me. Say it. Yeah. They haven't tell you political madness. So this is this would be fun actually. Yeah, I'm having a hard time. I almost sometimes I lose. I lose the thread a little bit. I hear him talking. Some of the things that he says does makes. It's almost like, is he, let me ask you this and you probably know this better than me. Is he, is he, is he trying to pull a flint as where he kind of says things that kind of makes you like kind of wants to bring you on board. And then he just twist it and stabs it and throws it in the ocean and like, I can't really get a feel for for this cat and why he does what he does and why he says what he says. Well, considering he thinks that Genesis 6 is about like, oh my god, what is it about? What was he talking about? Nair, yeah, he put like some weird, asoteric occult, like pagan Greek gods. I forget specifically which ones were in Genesis 6 according to him, but it was one of those like, who are they? I don't know. I think my gods are not really. He's taking it from my mind right now. He's, yeah, he talks about like the Nephilim and junk like that. Yes, Enoch, Book of Enoch. This is where we're going with that crew, just so people know. Yeah, the Book of Enoch is, is that's the, that's a staple in some of the, in some of the little, and there's no doubt it's an interesting, it's an interesting story, you know. I think some people kind of take it, kind of take it to literally. What is that, what, that was in the apocalyptic. What else was in the pop macabies? What else? Toebit. I can't remember. First and second macabies. Who knows, I'm probably talking to myself right now. I don't hear anybody. They like macabies. They do like macabies. They really do. Yeah. But I think more, more the other side of that coin, because they like that, it gives them, you know, a version of purgatory. Yeah, true. Yeah, it's not about the, yeah, about those books. Yeah, you don't get it. So, yeah, I did some research on that and, and, and, you know, they, it's weird how they, they can just manipulate the timeline and say that, you know, about when it was canon, it was canon before, and then it wasn't, and then it was, and it's very, it's very interesting. thing, but, but we have, and we have our little inner family squabbles, and that's, that's what I'm sure will, they've done it for 2000 years. So, I don't think we need to beat ourselves up over it, because we still kind of, kind of, kind of go back and forth with our, with our peeps. So, yeah, but I think every person who gets, sorry, I think everyone just wants to join me boring. He did like a very good monologue. It's like a 45 minutes long. And it kind of goes over all the various Jew-Hater movements that are co-opting Christianity for their own purposes, but he did a phenomenal job of kind of laying it out, which side says what and why and, and stuff. And I thought it was great. I listen to it. Twice actually. Let me, let me do this real fast. If I can ask you to just put on your earmuffs real quick, because I want to ask Shana question. I don't want you to hear it. Can you hear me? Okay, good. Um, Shane, what's the, Barbie and Jeremy boring like she is what's the deal. She is pumping this boring cat man almost like she, uh, like she's working for the fella. You know, anything about this and my missing something what's going on. He's a sharp cat, but man, I can see you're trying to get me to break some news, but I'm not gonna, but I'll, I'll play back, you know, I'll parry back. If anybody, if anybody, Barbie's like having to, what are you guys doing to be if anybody works for anybody, you know, but we're going to start rumors. Let's just say Jeremy works for her, you know, which is not true. But it's not much more likely. Or believable or believable. That's better than I'm throwing it right. No, you know what? Why do I like the his show? So much I actually don't have a coupon code or promo code or whatever the people do, which I'm not knocking. I just don't happen to have one. But he's the only one who addresses some of this wolf right stuff. And for me, I think it's one of the biggest threats to not only this country, but Christianity. Why? Because I think as conservative Christians, we are very well adapted to the left and the left's lunacy. Like it's very easy to look, listen to a pastor say that the resurrection never happened and look at him like he has four heads. But it's much harder for us as conservative Christians to figure out what's happening on the wolf right. Why it's not correct. Why it distorts scripture and why it's dangerous for us. Whatever the anti-Christ is, I personally, you know, I don't think of it as a specific person that's coming. But that's not even the point. The anti-Christ spirit in general is about distorting scripture. It's not coming from the left you guys because we would spot it from a mile away. I'm sorry. It's going to come from the right. And so when I see the convergence of all of these movements happening that are all authoritarian that are all completely against everything that Christ teaches that worries me deeply. Not just for this country, although, you know, I have little kids so definitely for this country for all your kids and grandkids and everything. But for us as Christians, because if we don't understand the importance of biblical Christianity, we're in trouble. Like we are in trouble. We need to this is now the time where discernment needs to really be something we pray for every day. Not just for us, but for everybody around us because the fog of war is sick. And I think that for me, it's very easy to spot. But I've spent two years in this like little niche town of lunatics. So I see it from a mile away. But that's why I like Jeremy Bory. He's the only one who's like really addressing some of this stuff. And I think it's really important for us as Christians. I really do. I am a big believer of calling out my own side. The reason why I feel no guilt when I call it the left. Is because I hold my own side to a high standard. I expect from them what I actually accuse the left of. And so when our side, I don't want to call these people are not on our side. I'm sorry. Like they're all connected to this whole like destroying air to Kirk and all of these horrible like things that are completely just anybody who's read scripture knows that doing that to a widow. You're like asking for God's wrath. I really don't understand any of it. And so when they're all connected to that, I feel like it's very important for good Christians to stand up and be like, whoa, whoa, whoa. This is not really good. And it's actually like you're selling your soul. And I really that's part of why we started this space is because it was so dark for a while. It got a little dark and heavy. Now it's better because I think I've gotten used to it. But yeah, that's why I like Jeremy because he talks about these issues all the time. And he talks about them honestly. And he actually talks about them fairly. Like I understand we all have our own biases. I have my own biases too. The difference is I know that I have them. And so when I'm looking at stuff and when I'm thinking about stuff, I know I'm biased. And I try to factor that in to my conclusions. So I'll check myself. So let me so let me ask you this. And then and then we'll go to some of these other people and say hello. But so first of all, Barbie, you know that I would never call attention to myself. But there is a post of in the nest up there. And the title of it is basically, are you ashamed of your face? Like does your faith embarrass you? And and when you listen to some of these people like Talleriko's preacher and the things that Talleriko says and a lot of these Christians, you know, the is there more than one way to God. Is there this is so that, you know, they handled a lot of things that make people. Maybe get people excuses is a better way to say it. But they tap into a lot of things that make people feel like they're being compassionate right that they're being. You know, you know, empathetic to these people, but in reality, they're destroying them. And so I'm wondering, do you think that some of these people are just embarrassed by Christianity embarrassed by the standard that Jesus. I think for us, I think everybody wants his love and his grace and his forgiveness, but very few people actually want to be called out of their sins. And it's all about how you look at that dichotomy because It really, I'm sorry, but it really requires you to check your ego and really soul search because you have to be able to submit an obeyed and you have to understand what it means to submit an obeyed and you're going to have to struggle with that. That's going to be a struggle for the rest of your life, which is okay. But there's a difference between struggling and actively fighting your sin versus pretending like sin doesn't exist. So in my opinion, biblical scripture governs, you have to be able to speak the truth. If you can't speak the truth, we're all like living in a world where we're talking past each other. And so that's not actually helping anybody. First of all, it's helping nobody comes to the gospel is helping nobody to live a better life to get out of their sin. All of these concepts remain true. And so by pretending like they're not true, all you're doing is living in a delusion. And I personally, I'm not saying it's to be horrible and mean and there's ways to do things nice ways and mean ways. And as long as you're speaking the truth, and you're doing it for the right reasons. And only you know what those reasons are, but you know, we judge by the fruit. And it's usually very clear when people are trying to help people versus trying to beat them over the heaven Bible versus. And so I don't know the answer, but I don't think that's Christianity. I think that you can't you have to worship the God that is revealed to us in scripture. You don't get to choose which version of him you would like to worship. And so we have that problem. The left completely abandoned the concept, not all of the left. But the ones that, you know, we see clips of because they're so radical, they say things like the resurrection didn't happen. That's been abandoned that that avenue of truth. But the same is true in reverse. We also don't worship a God that orders us to like concernations and to subjugate them. It's it's two sides of the coin. But yeah, I definitely think that you have to worship the God that is revealed in scripture. And you have to get to know his character because if you don't understand his character, how are you ever going to spot the anti Christ? The anti Christ means that the opposite of Christ. How do you know what is it? We talk about this every day. What is his name? His name is his character. His glories is characters. The lightest character. It's about trying to embody that character within yourself. Imperfectly, I always say this is a caveat because I we are all going to mess up. We're all going to stumble. But do you want to be called out of your sin or do you want to continue to live in sin? And in which case, really, I'm not sure what the point of the gospel is for you to be honest, because if you want to center your life around me, that's fine. I personally don't think it's going to bring you peace and joy and happiness, but you can't, but then you can't say things like I'm a Christian. Okay, are you really though because are you able to submit an obey because it's not about you. That's true. And before I go to Shane, we'll fast that is some people want to center their lives around David Pollock and David Pollock Prime time, which is Monday through Friday, 10 o'clock, 12 o'clock PM Eastern on O A in net word. My boys in the house, when to give him a shout out, say hello. And if you get to chance, grab a mic, David, come up here and say hello. Before we get to Mandy, though, when I go to my boy Shane, see what's going on. And then we will see what the lovely Mandy has up and shout out to my cousin coming to you. And she's a second girl. Be ready. Shane, what's up, brother? Mandy's got her hand up. No, you can come back to me after Mandy. You know she's on the tight schedule, hop in there. I just, anyways, I just came up to you. So you guys I am listening. I love you all.
