We're launching new products always.
And I think, you know, us coming on on this AMA with you.
And you mentioned it was, you know,
you guys are kind of kicking off an AMA road show.
Propaces kicking off an multi-month marketing plan.
So we've kind of done these campaigns before in the past.
And I kind of noticed the news last night about,
you know, the Binance hack.
And then I'm thinking to myself and kind of joking
with a few community members
and talking with a few of our community management team.
I'm like, yeah, it's like, but proppaces kind of,
you know, always out doing fun stuff.
And the craziness of crypto is kind of going wild.
But yeah, so last night we launched on Robin Hood
first on Native Utility Token.
And second, we're going to be bringing tokenized assets.
And really the reason we like Robin Hood
is because, you know, our WAs are growing narrative
that really is beneficial for us.
When we first started early 2024,
a lot of people didn't, you know, I would talk to people
and they'd be like, I don't know if, you know,
tokenized stocks or tokenized bonds
or tokenized real estate is going to catch on.
And here we are, you know, two years later,
it's really the biggest narrative in the web through space.
And so I'm very happy to see that.
And it is a more efficient system.
So, but we can get into that later.
And so my expertise I'm Kevin, the CEO and founder of PropBase,
I have my background is entirely prop tech.
I built successful platforms in the past before.
And I lead, you know, everything from operations,
really everything from from PropBase
and incredibly passionate about, you know,
bringing assets on chain.
And our leadership team is largely from the United States.
We're all from, I don't know if you can catch by my voice,
but we're all American, but we,
we're all very familiar in Southeast Asia.
And so we love it here.
And, you know, our objective is really to bring, you know,
fabulous assets on chain.
And for us to be able to share that with as many people on,
on, on, on chain through through our platform products
is possible and for everyone to have a great experience.
All right, thanks for this because like,
this is something I just want to say because like we mentioned,
I'm bored, I'm bored, so I'm bored.
And the person like giving like so much negativity.
I think back then I would have been like so negative
because like people, a lot of people like,
how's your resolution going to work?
You know, like how was this going to be this?
And I worked for a work sort of project
before we were bringing a marketplace, right?
And an RDB marketplace and we stopped that for,
for your few reasons, you know, but, but, but,
but one of the, one of the problem we had was that,
that the issue we trust, right?
Because like people didn't fully get the idea of a rewood asset,
right? They know what rewood asset are,
but like they didn't really drop the concept of,
you know, merging rewood and cryptos together,
you know, like it was a lot of things,
and they were like, oh, they have a complication with this.
You know, come and United States has a lot of complications.
We all know this, so, it's, it's very funny.
And then this leave me like to my next question,
because like, I see you guys like start,
I learned properties, right?
I just want to be sure about that.
You guys started. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah, and why why Tyler right now?
Why why you guys started with Tyler and out of every country?
You know, I just want to know.
Yeah, it's a good question.
I think the real reason for that is a lot of it is
Southeast Asia has one, it has a huge population,
you know, 500, 600 million people.
It has a progressive stance for tokenization,
blockchain technology.
That's a big benefit.
There's a huge demand for real estate investments.
And really you have this, you know, huge adoption
into cryptocurrency or blockchain.
So I can't remember the stats off the top of my head,
but it is, it is like 13% of the entire population of Thailand
has either interacted with or downloaded or or or or done something
with cryptocurrency, whether it be opening a wallet
or something like that.
Vietnam is far, far greater.
You've got Malaysia, you've got all these different countries
in Southeast Asia.
So, so the adoption is really there.
And we started in Thailand simply because,
in particular, we started with a specific asset class, right?
So, you know, Thailand is famous for tourism.
I don't know if you've been here,
but I'm sure a lot of people on the call
probably visited Thailand.
Yeah, like I've seen a lot of beaches around it.
Yeah, man.
Yeah, it's got some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
It has, you know, a very friendly welcoming hospitality culture
and Bangkok really in the last,
I think it was last year in 2025,
was the most tourist traffic city worldwide.
So, it overtook Paris.
And it used to be Paris was kind of the most tourist city
in the world for many, many years running.
And so, yeah, and so, and that's great for us
because, you know, from us, from a real estate investment perspective,
because we benefit from the high uptake
or the high occupancy of hotels.
And they also have beautiful property management
that the hotels here like really a lot of the infrastructure
is new, a lot of the buildings have gone up
in the last five, 10 years, 15 years, something like this.
And so, yeah, and so, you know, hotels are full.
And the other thing is that the projection really isn't slowing down.
I mean, you know, the, the Ministry of Tourism here in Thailand
was projecting 80 million tourists.
And they got like 40 million last year.
And so, they're expecting, you know, a huge growth by,
by I think like 2028 or 2027.
And so, that's phenomenal.
And that's great.
And that's why, you know, we, we were, we're really aggressive
in focusing specifically in this market.
And, and it's also something that we know.
And I think that, you know, in, in the blockchain space
or in a lot of times, builders and founders,
you know, they, they're looking for that niche.
And so, I think prop space has really found it.
And we're just kind of doubling down our efforts.
And bringing on as many progressive assets as we can
and have had a, you know, a phenomenal track record
and, and, and onboarding in the assets performing
and everything that, that people like, you know,
and so people want to own a part of a hotel.
And they want to say that they're, you know,
in the Thailand market and, and, you know, for us,
then it kind of expands beyond that.
And so, you know, one of our objectives
that we kind of state clearly in our mission statement
is, you know, for prop base to be the largest,
most recognized, tokenized real estate platform
in Southeast Asia.
And so people like that because it's quite aggressive.
And, and we have the backgrounds.
We have the traction.
We have the products weed out.
We have everything that we need in order to do that.
And one other thing is, you know, we, we built
a phenomenal investor base.
We built a phenomenal web three community.
And we like doing stuff.
And so that's kind of our growth strategy.
And so, you know, we'll continue on.
And being on Robin Hood chain is, you know,
another kind of testament to that.
Yeah, man, I honestly love it because like,
I'm kind of like doing some research in Thailand right now.
And I'm like seeing a lot of potential for me.
You know, like back then, you know, like, I think a couple,
a couple of years ago, Thailand,
where it really progressed in entire zip.
And that, that, that was like the first time
I come across it because like I was looking
for countries that have the high, you know,
tourism and stuff.
And I was seeing that they were actually,
I think that was like where to get that more revenue from,
right, from tourism, basically.
And it just really, you know, it just,
it just really makes sense that you capitalized
on that kind of market.
And it just, it just makes sense.
So like, I just, I really want to ask,
like, how are you able to convince people?
Because like one of the major thing about Article A
is it's not only about the real what asset
is convincing people to only do something in real what asset.
You know, like tokenized through what asset.
So how are you able to do it?
Like, I, I, I, I know it's your, it's your,
it's your company's secret ball.
I just want to know it.
How are we able to do it?
Yeah. Well, we, I mean, I think it starts.
So this is what I say.
And I do a lot of panels.
I do a lot of things and, and, and to give you an example.
So we start, like if you were to tokenize, like the
Burj Khalif in, in, in, in Dubai or something like that,
it's really attractive, right?
So one of the things that PropBase decided to do was we're
going to focus in, in a place that, in, in, with an asset
that, that people were, you know, proud to own, right?
So, so, one of our best performing assets is, is a
windum, windum hotel, part of a windum hotel.
And, and, and it's kind of phenomenal because you have a
brand name associated with it and it kind of, it's an easy
onboarding for people who are new to tokenization and real estate.
And, but I mean, it is, it is effectively, I think in, in my
opinion, and I remember there were stats when I was at token
2049 events that, we were talking about specifically in, in,
in Dubai, they were talking about, you know, how they projected
maybe in, in by 2033 something like seven percent of all real
estate transactions were going to be through tokenization.
And so where I really see the, the industry going is now
with platforms like prop base, with platforms all over the world
who are doing maybe something within their own respective
mark. It is, it is just easier, right? It's, it's an easier
onboarding process. The barrier to entry is significantly lower.
You can have the same benefits. You, you can really look at the
same benefits of owning the entire asset, but you can own a
fraction of it. So you reduce your exposure. It's not this huge
complicated decision anymore. And so that was one of the hurdles
that when we first started to, to kind of get, get over was that,
hey, look, it's not this restrictive market anymore. You can
invest, divest at a time of your choosing and, you know, a few
minutes really. And so I think breaking down that was, was kind
of our first step. But really, I'll say a testament that, that
why we were successful specifically with, with prop base and,
and onboarding real estate assets was just because I, I am, I'm
biased here. I think we've built good tech, right? And myself, I
have a technical background. And we, you know, we're passionate
about the products. We're, we're, you know, we've got great
support. We've got great, you know, and we're, we're kind of
there 24, 7. We have, you know, good ticketing systems. We
have good customer support. We've, we've got phenomenal. And,
and really also in, in, in, in passion, investors. So they,
they want to see this trend go. And, and the stance kind of is
is that consumers, people in general are always looking for
something new or something easier or a new value proposition.
And so prop base really does capture on that. You know, the
traditional way was, it was hard tedious. Very to entry was huge.
It'd be like the biggest decision in your life. Now you're like,
hey, look, I can build the diversified portfolio on a platform
like prop base. You can choose five other platforms, three other
platforms, whatever it is. You can do Robin Hood stocks, bonds
now. You can get it in web three. The whole thing is changing. And
it really is, I'm a big blockchain enthusiast, big Bitcoin
enthusiast as well. And it really is, is that tokenization or
blockchain infrastructure is, is really just a more efficient
system. And you don't need to really rely on trusting that
third party. That was a big problem we had in, um,
the web three space in like 2021, right? There was a lot of
centralized platforms out there. And even even today or last night,
we had centralized platform with you. It's biggest hack, you know,
so by ancient. Yeah, man, I thought it too as well. Yeah, yeah.
But I mean, it is like so prop base is completely decentralized
non-custodial products. You can see really how many wallets,
own each property. You can see how many tokens are in that wallet.
You can access the protocol through an explorer. You don't have to
use our front end apps or anything like that. Um, so we like that
decentralization. And then what we did from a really good product
perspective was we just tried to build, you know, the best user
experience we could and, and, and going through multiple iterations
and constantly and refining and, and, and tuning that product. And so
I think, you know, that, that makes us feel good. And I think that's,
you know, what, what building in Web 3 is all about.
Honestly, and then this is very correct. It's like it just,
you just give me a circuit, man. You just, you just give me your,
your, your, your, your leader's secret. And guys, I think I think I'm
going to capitalize on it. And if you're listening right now,
come to lies on this, but I'm just, I'm just really excited about this
because like, you know, like for, for, for, for, for, for project for,
you know, company like yourself and your company to be able to bridge
the gap and also be, you know, open, open and transparent as well.
We just make sense, right? It just really makes sense. And, and, and
this, and this like leads me to a lot of questions because like, I
think I'm good maxing so more questions today. And you guys, I'm so
sorry, I'm maybe I'm so sorry because like we all tried, we're
honestly, yeah, the one other thing I love about founders is when I
hit him speak, I want him to follow love with what you're saying.
And then you just, you just take the book for me, man. And, and that's
why I'm going to turn a lot more questions that I am supposed to
today. I'm sorry guys, but this is, this is just me. Okay? This is just me.
Yeah, so like the next question I want to ask was like basically
because like, you guys there be Tyler night, what, what next? I, you guys
go to the buy, you know, like, well, what, what, what are the, what are the,
what are the country guys going to like, it's one of those, maybe just a
little bit tape or maybe an A4 about it. Just tell me.
It's good. It's good. I'll give you a little, well, wait, wait, wait,
wait, wait, wait, before you say anything, just to be clear, we are not
trying to make us feel anything today, man, we're just trying to get
yeah, yeah.
Well, we have that yeah, this is, well, one of our objectives is to be
the largest, most recognized tokenization platform Southeast Asia. I think,
I think I said that, but, but so that really leads to building, you know,
expands presence in more countries here in the region. That's big for us.
I'm an American, so I'm always biased to like tokenizing things in the United
States, but it's kind of, you know, for us, maybe that would be more of a few years
down the line. But we have, I know. Yeah. But we have, we have a, what we
