procedure. One is, do you know the rubber tree plant song? If you don't, it's bad. Do you
level of earnings surely if you don't, it's bad? And do you put pineapple on your pizza
and if not, then you deserve a not a rubber plant but a rubber room and a stray jacket.
Now Jane, I don't know if you want to reveal this, but do you, are you the kind of person, a
sane, fully functioning, healthy brain person that does indeed from time to time put pineapple on
your pizza? I always love pineapple and peeing. Well see there. I'm gonna call off the big, big
man, a little white coach coming to take you away. Hey, hey, hey, coming to take you away.
Doesn't look like hitch slop likes pineapple. Yeah, don't, yeah ignore him. He's, you know, it's,
it's been what established in hitches and nuisance. You got to watch after this guy. And by the way,
I said something out. Look, TMR's on stage and I'm just gonna say this out loud. Someone had the nerve,
someone had the nerve to, to criticize hitch and I said, yeah, yeah, that guy's a nuisance. But then
someone had more nerve. I could not believe this. It's really bizarre to say I said TMR has to work
very hard putting up with this guy because he already stole his logo color. By the way, that,
that is a DNA strand from TMR's, what's it called? PFT. Yeah, well, yeah, from his, if, yeah, from his,
from the genome of his PFP. And it was lifted. It, nothing was paid for this. There's been no
royalties. I can't say a whole lot. There's a lawsuit in effect. But this in progress. But this guy
said, I think it's the other way around indicating. And I know you guys won't be able to believe this,
indicating that it is in fact TMR. That is the nuisance. Can you believe the nerve of some people?
What's wrong with the world today? I mean, everyone knows hitch is a nuisance. Who would dare say that
TMR is a nuisance? I mean, it just showed you, it just showed you how crazy social media is.
And now, before the space starts, look, two, two questions up in the air. Two big questions.
One question is about my work out. Somebody asked me, you, you, you say something about working out,
what's your work at? Okay, here's my work out before the space today. Here's how you can do it.
Walk into your gym. My gym is in an extra bedroom. It almost caused a divorce. I keyed you
not. My wife says, now it can't even have overnight guests. Your freaking weights are taking a,
well, look, why do we want overnight guests anyway? I mean, these people are nuisance. I'm also
going to add, if we have an extra bedroom, it raises the risk that a little blue Australian may
show up or a blue brain. I mean, who wants these guys in your extra bedroom? Forget about it. It's,
it's their better use. It's what you use as a way. Here's what you do. My work out,
I've been over dumbbell rows. You warm up with 50% of, I'm serious, you warm up with 50% of the
max weight you're going to use, very, very important for me. I grab a 60 pound dumbbell, actually two of
them, one on the left hand, one on the right, and I do a rep out 30 reps with a pair of 60 pound
dumbbells. Make sure that your back is not bent bow, that kind of thing, bent over at almost a
90 degree angle, not quite, more like a 60 degree angle. It really helps if you look at the upper
corner of the room, depending where the corner room is. In my case, it's a cross on the other side,
therefore, I'm not straining my neck, and it's really neat, trick keeps your back straight.
Then, for me, I rest for about three to five minutes. I catch my breath. I like to make sure my
pulse is, I don't know, probably below 100, I want to get started with my working set. Then I do
one arm at a time in what I call a triple drop set or a giant drop set. Sometimes I do three,
sometimes I do four, but it's usually three. I grab a 120 pound dumbbell in my right arm,
and I rep it out in good form for 14 reps. I need to get a bigger dumbbell. The biggest I have
are 120s at the gym. I was used 160s, but I don't even know if I could do that anymore. I can do
120 for 14. You drop that and drop your weight 20%, 20%. Do the math. About 20% is 90 pounds,
and then I rep that out for 14 reps. I mean, I say 14 just because I couldn't do a 15th with good
form. If I could do a 15th with good form, I would do 15. If I could do 16th with good form,
I would do 16. That'd be too many for me. I like to keep my rep range preferably. It's far too high
now, but I like to keep it in the range of 10 to 12. The reason is you go beyond that, it turns into
a aerobic workout. I want an aerobic workout. I want an an aerobic, aerobic is with oxygen as TMR
knows. I'm not sure if he knows this because he doesn't eat pineapple pizza. It causes off-source
of brain damage if you don't eat pineapple pizza. A little known fact. It leaves me a second thing
in a moment. But 10 to 12 really stresses tight to a fast twitch muscle fiber, which is the type of
muscle fiber that experiences anabolism. It grows and gets bigger. It gets more efficient by
getting bigger. The other type of muscle fiber type 1 gets more efficient by better utilizing oxygen,
which is why we call it aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise does not build bigger muscles.
But it's alright. 120 for 14. Drop it immediately. No rest. No lally gagging around. This is why it's
really, I hate doing it at the gym because you get lally gaggers. People treat public gyms as freaking
bars. I tell guys all the time, look, if you want to pick up women, go to a bar. This is where we
work out. Go somewhere else to get your day, right? But 120 for 14. Drop it. 90 for 14. Drop it.
And then I do 75, although that's a little bit less than a 20% drop. And there's a bit of a secret
there for those that ask me these questions. The secret is in pushing set number three, a little bit
north of a 20% drop, or that'd be south. South of a 20% drop gets me ready to increase my highest
working rep, which is the 120's. Therefore, what I found at least, if I do that consistently
then over 30 days or maybe 45 or 60 days, I'm no longer doing 125 for 14. I'm doing 125 or 130
for 14. You see the bottom increases the ability for the top, which I can apply to a larger area of life,
which doing smaller hard things prepares you to be more capable of doing bigger hard things.
It works in reverse also. Doing fewer, smaller hard things reduces your ability to do bigger
hard things. And it becomes a slippery slope. The other confession is this. And write it down. It
hasn't happened often, but I'll say that I was wrong about yesterday, all wrong. I've completely
changed my opinion. I was sorely mistaken. It's really hard to get the words out, but it was actually
not an Italian that created pineapple pizza. I keyed you not. It wasn't even a human. What are you talking
with? It was an eye creation. It was, it was gosh, what was the guy? It was a Greek. Oh yes,
yes, yes, yes. Of course, a Greek guy, a Greek God created it is, if it was a pineapple pizza.
Now it is true that the Italians have cabbaged onto pineapple pizza. Of course,
an on-targeted on-targeted on-targeted on-targeted means grab the hold of. If you take my number
to pencil, you have cabbaged this as an equals order that a cabbaged onto something. If you
take something from me, you've cabbaged onto it. Italians, or at least the the high-cute Italians,
have the chefs, some famous chefs, have, and if you want, I can sing your names.
Not so many. You go to jail if you do that in Italy. These are American Italians.
Oh, these are American Italians. There's a difference. See, I'm not, I mean, is there, there's
a difference between American Italians and Italians. If you put pineapple and pizza in Italy,
the kind of manieri who has a special police will come and arrest you. Say that word again
because I'm getting all hot and bothered just hearing it. The Italian police called the kind of
manieri I believe. I'm going to look up to pronunciation, but it's something like that to
this person. Wow. Yeah. I'm going to say that word to my wife tonight, just see if I could,
you know, push things a bit further. If you realize you just made that up right.
Kind of. How would she, I'm not going to tell her. Don't tell her, I may, don't tell her
a hitch made it up. I'm just going to use it. It's, it's, you like pineapple pizza, Dr.
Is this a true question? No. Well, it's, there, look, David, my friend, everybody loves,
everybody loves David. If you don't love David, look at David's count, love David.
There's some things in life that I believe are self-evident. Life, liberty and the love of pineapple
pizza. Oh, okay. So let me ask you something. When you eat it, do you eat it with other members of
the Communist Party or do you just eat it alone? You know, all people are welcome at my table of
pineapple pizza. And I do not, I do not make distinction for political preferences.
It is a shout out that everybody else that likes it is, remember the Communist Party, right? I mean
everyone likes it. The likes of the election when you think about it, which, which just goes to prove
that people with bad political ideologies have redeeming qualities, right?
I like it. Do you eat it with ham? Do you eat it with ham? You know, ham is, ham is allowed. I'll
allow that. Okay. And then what about you? What about you with God's own?
What say this again? I have no idea what? I've got a loan. What is that? That's not a sexist.
He's his word. Yeah, if God's own is like a slob of cake. Oh, well, my wife would love that one.
You know, I'm not going to tell her that one. They would literally close that for eating pineapple.
Yeah, well, if my wife hears that word, she'll say it to me on purpose.
Oh, all day long. She's always looking for a new word to put me on my place.
Yeah, she's the local high-risk state that word, Katarbinieri.
Yeah, I just looked it up and I put in a jumbo. It's um, Katarbinieri, I believe.
I'm, you know, my pronunciation is not perfect, but it's in the jumbo paper I'm looking up to.
The special police in Italy. Yes, a fancier word for police. You know what we call those people in the US?
Tell me. Do you know? Um, the FBI? No, we call them the police.
Oh, interesting. Now, this is a special police. Like maybe like the SWAT team, right?
You guys have the special police. Wait, wait, wait. Our police are special also. The your police are not
more special because they're in a country that doesn't believe a pineapple pizza.
Our police are, our police are more special than your police. Just ask our president.
Yeah, I used to go to school with some special people. I just wanted to bit.
I'm not above, I'm not above the meeting where I'm wrong. And I was wrong on the
crease. I can't believe it. I really thought, see, it's, I really thought that I read that somewhere,
but it was this, um, this Greek guy, which I'm still trying to figure that out.
But now, now, I see you, DM, what do you think about that famous, or you said that that famous,
that very evidently famous Italian chef is a fake Italian? I'm saying that in Italy,
you, it's illegal to put pineapple pizza. You do it. You go to jail. I don't know what they're doing
in America, but maybe he's forgotten his roots. His ancestral memories have betrayed him,
but you won't find an Italian in Italy, uh, putting pineapple on pizza. Except maybe in the south,
they're a bit weird in the southern, southern Italians. Well, we have, we have a law, we have a law
in the south by the way that I mentioned on the space that if you don't, if you, and people
make fun of my pronunciation this, I don't know what their problem is. I have colleagues that,
that, when I said this word the first time some of my colleagues said, what is a far arm,
a F-A-R-A-R-M? Well, listen, uh, it is, everyone clearly knows what a far arm is. You know, even,
I mean, Jane knows what a far arm is. Uh, I'm sure most people know what a far arm is. A far
arm is a home protection device. Jane, what is a far arm? It's a gun. Well, of course, see,
that's my point, but uh, uh, I've been asking you know, do, do, do all people,
fire arm or far arm? Yes. Which one? Say a far arm. That's, yeah, yes, that's what, that's what I
said. Yeah. Okay, with your accent. What's the confuse? There's no accent. I speak perfect English.
I speak, but about me speaking perfect English, you're about the far
