Conclusion: Focus on hands-on logistics experience and safety awareness, and consider separating forklift certification into its own dedicated role.

Let's go I guess you want to know what I just To find a let it within let you know Yo happy Sunday let's get straight into it. Let's get straight into it Draw you can take a backseat this one and just settle down back up strap in strap on Take a nap do what you got to do. We're here to take a Live interviews you as well anthem Yeah, you guys can just keep that you put it on we have we have interviews to do we don't have Time to talk about crypto. We don't have time to talk about World news. We don't have time. We only have one hour We have multiple people I believe on the stage to interview for a role One of the first official roles in the community to actually Do some work and get paid do something great for the community. So that's what we're here for today I believe if you're here to interview you should probably raise your hand so I know that's the reason why you're on stage because if not you just got to get off the stage There's that part Rose you get one warning Do not interrupt You already started let me finish talking because this is your one and only chance now This is now your one and only chance. I will remove you I'm not here to play games and debate with you and do all that this morning Everybody deserves a fair opportunity to interview for the position without being interrupted So you know just wait until your hands called on if you can't do that. I can just remove you from the space and I have a problem Thank you All right, well Let's get straight to it the position I think we'll do the Forklift stuff because I think that's just a whole separate after seeing what I saw yesterday I feel like that's just a whole separate Position and we could probably do that. We'll give some people some time to get some video content if they have it prepare their Forklift forklift operator license to be shared or you know if you don't have one that's fine too just some videos are you whipping one? But you know, I think if you have an operator's license, that's gonna probably be a little bit better for you We do definitely want to keep safety and quality in mind so You can sure somebody that is experienced doing that You know if you do both and you know if you do that and you're looking to move some boxes pack some boxes You have some logistics knowledge as well That's gonna be Something that you can also just maybe mention on maybe ask you know, you can be a hybrid It might be good actually to have you know more than one operator just in case you know I'll hop in that MF or two I'll hop in that MF or two, so But yeah, so let's get this thing started. Is there anyone on stage that would like to go first or should you just? I'll go if you want I'm ready. I'm ready man. I knew you're ready. I knew you were properly prepared and so was I was probably prepared with Questions yes, and I posted pictures in the purple pill of me On the street corner in Brooklyn palatizing loading trucks in the pork lift. I do it all I could drive the pork lift I can palatize I know the high lows the tie highs for the pallets. I know everything. So let's go Can you tell me a little bit about your Previous warehouse shipping or fulfillment experience the types of products you've packed and shipped Well, I've never really technically worked anywhere other than my establishment which I've operated in home for 16 plus years But I expanded into wholesale where I do send tractor trailers every month to Texas Where we street load I do also ship my product which is a perishable which requires special packaging of course And we do that on a daily basis from the location. So that's pretty much my experience Barca's his hands up That's okay. We're in the middle of the year and you're right. All right. Okay. All right We'll go down the line and make sure we get we could touch every I'll touch every hand. Okay. Yeah, yeah, let's go So don't you worry so it sounds like you definitely do have a little bit of experience in terms of fulfillment and shipping, you know, obviously you can drive the forklift as well So that's that's definitely good thing. Can you describe a typical Typical day in your packing role how many units do you typically typically process? Um when we're doing the tractor trailers, it's More or less a thousand units because of freezo space. So it's a thousand units um Typically the pilots weight is about Two or three thousand pounds each due to the nature of the cakes that were shipping um but yeah Like I said my my product is perishable so it needs to be packaged properly so that don't break Canolaes especially 90 count to a case So those go in special inserts That go into a box that is protected with corner edges and and bubble wrap um But for the TCG I would I would say that it requires a special type of shipping Due to the nature and we don't want any of the edges to be damaged you definitely want to make sure From the double teas of the world that might just leave the package outside and the elements you want to actually put the TCG in Like some type of poly bag before we even bubble wrap Bubble wrap it and put it into a box, but I mean first you would need to know exactly What we're shipping how many we're shipping and then you need to do I as a plan on What type of packaging the size you don't want over-sized packaging and whatnot, but Yeah, so there's a lot required. I mean it depends on there's a lot of variables When it comes to the shipping you just need to know the details And then you need to devise a plan plan of action so Excellent one last question for you how do you prioritize tasks when you have a large volume of work? um I'm gonna have a large How do I prioritize? I mean it depends first you got to analyze what the task is and then you have to devise a plan and a system That works so you become efficient um almost like a Like a car factory plan where it moves along the line and you have certain individuals doing certain tasks so that you can Be super efficient and get the job done quickly All right, I got one more question for your other any other other any hurdles for you uh to Get to and take the time away from your life that's needed to fulfill this role To be honest, I have a rock No point intended in my wife where she can hold it down for me whether it's business or With my family with my son, so I am available I have no worries and no issues with that MJ MJ is solid Excellent and I eat you're capable of sleeping on a mattress in a warehouse I'm capable of not even sleeping. I want to get the mission accomplished whether it be four days straight whatever we got to do The most important thing because I am highly invested in the TCG as well is to make sure that these packages are delivered perfectly because people spend good money um and they need to get there
