Let's kind of Educate, you know, everyone's in a while give it like a brief recap of what we're talking about We don't want people to come in and just hear people yelling so Just I thought I'm taking Yeah, I mean, it was weird It was okay to go over real quick and you said that No, I mean what was going on real quick carb uh low carb is We were in that space earlier on and and everybody wants to provide their On our situation so there were people kind of jumping in and and and it was difficult And that's probably why you didn't get your opportunity But if you notice it got a little bit uh into the weeds and that's where we don't want to go If there's a way to somehow say hey who's Interested in coming up and explaining this but you know, we need to make sure they're on point At least having some sort of organization and I don't blame lol I mean he's trying to keep keep things going but people were kind of jumping in Um, but I'd love to hear what you're taking for sure Yeah, so I mean the easiest way to say it is Hey, uh back in back in June of 2021 or reverse merger happened with metamaterials and torchlight energy It's fun off assets that weren't supposed to be traded into a ticker that didn't exist which were oil and gas assets Those oil and gas assets started to trade in October of 2021 Without the company's permission either company Either the spin-off of the assets or metamaterials metamaterials And the former CEO John Berda reached out to get the stock to stop trading after John Berda And noticed that it went trading without his permission And his broker had actually reached out to him both thinner on the securities exchange commission didn't care Told him to pack sand practically to him and George Palakaris and Then Then the securities exchange commission forced Metamaterials to actually put in an s1 to get those assets spun off into a private company because They didn't want it to trade anyways, but they also needed to get those oil and gas assets off their books because metamaterials was a Or was a green energy company Um, so then fast forward the process started in July of 2021 Sorry 2022 July of 2022 that's when those assets started to go private And the securities exchange commission was well aware of it because they forced them into that process They finally had no further comments either after the fourth or fifth attempt They finally had no comments for From the securities exchange commission So they went with the process corporate action was released on December the 6th On December the 7th the OTC vice president Went on trader TV and discussed about how long the stock was going to go trade until And then on December the 8th thinner without the company's permission released another corporate action Uh My broker didn't actually hear about it until an hour before close But fast forward to At midnight on December the 9th they halted the stock even though we were supposed to trade on December the 9th and the 12th And this was back when T plus 2 settlement was uh was allowed So we had all of that happened to us before the halt And what I don't agree with is have the securities exchange commission was well aware of the situation because they were Contacted that it wasn't supposed to trade they put them into the process to the s1 Uh, situation and get it private And then they fumbled it and then they're pointing the fingers at At us investors is being being idiots But They were monitoring the whole time they were supposed to force close all the short positions that possibly existed And the last day of trading alone 13 million shares traded with nine of those being shorted shares So That's what I'm a guy listening to this now. I'm like okay, so what's the next one What's the corporate action? Like this is new guys coming in In the situation and and this is the things that are going through my mind because to be honest It's a it's a great we all know the how worked out right Well, it's this to it's just too freaking complicated It's not the next in the nightmare So I mean how how can we make this much easier right is you ever you ever hear it made off? You know what made off did They sold stocks and they sold stuff that didn't exist Basically They that you sent your money in and they got they got people they They took money away from people like stars and stuff like that people that had you know Rich people, you know that they trusted this guy who was part of some part of all these you know major organizations like Whatever he was anyways, you know made it that made off story And that's kind of like what it is then there was a room where they did all the fucking bad shit That room in this situation is called the OTC Right, this is where the OTC is That the 17th floor and this is where they sent us they put us in this freaking room and now it's quiet We actually have the OTC President Saying exactly if you if you turn on the lights you're gonna be afraid what you what he say Turn on the lights and you're not what what's what's the term he says?
