GGs Level 26: Holiday Survival Mode Activated

It's not gonna be as labor intensive for me, so it's gonna be nice, dude. I'm really looking forward to it and It's nice. Nice to hear your voice, dude. I know Life's just been crazy busy, but I like that. And how is your day, sir? Life is life, brother. No, I'm excited. I mean moving inside the house. I definitely I'm excited to see those pictures because that's where you really get to put your true craft. I mean, you know Outside you've done a great job, but it's kind of like boom. Here's here's everything build it And yeah, you got to do the right steps and make sure you're researching and doing all the right stuff But the inside is where you really get to kind of shine on, you know your corners and your cuts and your edges and and my Created yeah, am I happy with that piece and that cut in that corner? You know and then that's where you know, you're Perfectionist in that sense. You're gonna want to done right You'll take the extra time to do it and that's the best part of it So I'm excited for you to move inside for sharing get that damn root done But it's looking amazing. I'm super jealous of the black window frames and all that just came together Mochettes kiss so good stuff good stuff. My day was Not a great day, but not I mean always can be worse. So it is And it started off early early before I even started work. I was already starting work not happy so Just it's Come on. Yeah, I mean everything's kind of This job is all is there's a bunch of slow at first all at once And that's that's really and it's like man I've done my job like the second somebody says hey, can you do this boom? I do it. I'm just done Okay, I'm done. I don't have to worry about it and and my notes I don't have to keep a lot of notes because I just do shit when I say I'm gonna do it and it's done But then I'm sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting and then finally I get my response back And now I got to go back three four weeks of emails and figure out. Okay, what were we talking about and it's just a pain Dude, it's like answer answer the call or answer the email when it comes through but it causes a lot of headaches so Learning curves for sure, but not a great day can't complain girls Had softball tonight live pitched Two innings tonight did a great job. They're really really happy about moving them into the pitching position So it's been exciting to watch that actually their coach from last year was their umpest this game and he was just like He was screaming everyone's like I coach Those girls last year they didn't know nothing about softball now look at him Yeah, there's a lot of fun tonight. You know Boss was wanting to cut back hours and then he tasked me with 12 hours worth of work today. No, I know it's sometimes sucks, but It's also good to have it so Oh, dude, I I don't mind working the long hours It's just I wish I could do 12 starting at six in the morning, you know Trying to cut back hours. I start a little bit later and then they give me 12 hours worth of work And it's like I don't even get to see my family today. So At least if I started six I get to hug him good night That is true. I know do you guys have like laws in place where you construction and dealing with heavy equipment or loud equipment You can't start till certain time Not that we follow Nobody ever does till us. I mean, I don't know every week. We got a pretty stacked week It seems you know Monday night. We got our space Wednesday night. We always have something going on Friday night He's in the building right now poison this pin ups down there. We got the reanimated dead coming into the stream I've been having a lot of fun. I did a lot of Building on that Friday night stream last night and Connected to the the website and started checking out the game and everything I got a lot to learn still, but it's been a lot of a lot of fun learning this in understanding what they got going on So we're gonna have some fun Friday night for sure. Appreciate you being here Wednesday night I do want to chat about Wednesday So Wednesday night we're gonna do our we've done community game nights before, but this will be our first, you know Really community game night built around XP points. So we're gonna do dojo draw We're gonna do dojo dash and we're gonna really kind of focus on you know the XP points coming in and tracking them engaging them And then starting next month will be able to do the the giveaways based on XP points coming up towards the end of the month streams So the other thing Wednesday night we've done upshot before we're on our third month now so we just got our November kick in and I'm telling you do it if as a community most the people in this room right now come into the stream As a community if we can really buckle down on upshot and figure out, you know what If you know f1 racing speak up if you know football speak up and And when we enter these contests like we're gonna rip packs right so we're gonna take portions of what we get We buy packs with them. We rip them as a community And then we take those packs and we put them into contests Those contests for last month have us at about 180 bucks in our pot right now now that's not 180 bucks that we've got to spend on packs That's 180 bucks we get to withdraw if we want and do whatever So our plan would be you know, we got to kind of figure out our number But we're thinking maybe you know give away a good portion of that as giveaways just cash giveaways And then we take the other portion and we rip more packs and enter more contests with them If we can plug into those contests and start winning That money is going right back into re replenishing contests to win more money and go on into giveaways for you guys so I really am seeing a lot of upside to upshot to no pun intended But it just takes a little bit of learning it and you know, we've been doing pretty good So like I said, we're you know, we're 180 bucks into that pot And that's not our normal like monthly that we get to to rip packs with you guys and give packs away So stay tuned wins the night so we'll be doing random games. So holiday survival mode activated um We got november we got December so we got vacations. We got thanksgivings. We got family get together As we got Christmas. We got Christmas presents. We got new years like it's just back to back to back to back And everybody handles things differently everyone is going to have different stresses and uh, I'm just kind of curious how how everyone does their holidays And how everyone kind of works things out uh, I do have some like I said I've got questions which we can start with one just to kind of get the flow going Uh, when do the holidays stop feeling fun and start feeling stressful for you So at what point There's the holiday season Sound fun and then slowly turns into okay, this is stress flush. Wanted to be over If there even is a point for me, there really isn't because I've kind of honed in on What stresses me out and I said okay, I'm not doing that again and we are not doing that next year For me honestly, I think it depends who's around family-wise And now I'm very selective like oh You know, I don't want to say like party pooper but Everybody has that family member who can only handle so much of For me that's unfortunate.
