Um, so, uh, in regards to the Jeffrey Gaby's case, uh, let's see, always reading these posts is always a little weird because in my brain, I want to read everything out loud, but I don't know. Um, so objection to Davies evidence, NBH asked the court to exclude exhibits LDS arguing they were submitted late with Davies reply and contain hearsay or lack proper foundation, the proposed order, the order NBH wants the judge to sign. Oh my god. My phone. Why is it doing this? What does that say? Sustaining? Yes. I think. I don't know. I've got a line. Okay. So a couple of weeks ago, my battery, um, was having issues. And when I went to get a replaced, it had like literally the day that I went to get a replaced, uh, it swelled and cracked the screen. So I've got like this line running down my phone screen. So it cuts off certain uh, words that normally if I could scroll it down to the bottom, it will actually appear on the part of the screen. It's still good. But so I'm just going to read it and pretend I'm reading the right words. Uh, serve reply, blah, blah, blah, blah, at this stage, NBH says it needs only clear and specific evidence, not proof of in, out of this entire case. I don't know. Response, Davies, objections, Davies attacks portions of the McCabe Taylor and plant affidavits as hearsay. Speculation are unsupported. NBH argues the objection to man more proof than the T CPA requires at this stage, exhibit 22, recording of the April 23rd, 2024 X Spaces broadcast in which the NBH says Davies admitted contacting university lands, encouraged others to do so and claim the leases were forfeited. Amy Taylor's supplemental affidavit explains how she obtained and preserved the X Spaces recording, verified the transcripts and identified Davies, Greg McCabe's supplemental affidavits, establishes personal knowledge of NBH's operations, negotiations, records, and Davies communications, while avoiding speculation about university lands, private reasoning. How this may play out, the judge could exclude some evidence yet still find the corrected affidavits and recording sufficient for NBH's to survive dismissal. And the strongest point is that factual dispute should be decided later. Yeah, I mean Davies did say that on a space call. I don't know if he forgets that he was there with the host who couldn't remember if she was still the host or not. But yeah, sometimes when you're drinking, you might want to stay the fuck off of a recorded line, just a pro tip. Yeah, the irony is that I am also drinking right now, but I literally, I've had like maybe like a little over half of this tall boy. I don't need to ruin his credibility because he does a good job doing that on his own. Well, for somebody that's so right, why is he trying to block discovery or whatever to try to block evidence? I mean, I think I would want to get this done and over with and get some of that next bridge money of our him, you know, if he's in the right, why, why do what he's doing with that? I'm sure that I'm sure that McCabe slash next bridge hydrocarbons case was not filed without all of this information understood in advance and know that they'd be able to get through. You know, I, I, yeah, I mean, look, again, Davies has been on a bunch of space calls saying a bunch of wild things and it's going to be used against them. And I mean, in his own words, he contacted University Lands and that's, that's kind of like a whoops of daisies, right? Because if you're saying like, oh, well, this should get dismissed because I had nothing to do. They wouldn't have filed this fucking lawsuit against you if they didn't, if you didn't fuck around with their, their business, like clearly, they knew they had a case and that's why they sued you. And the judge honored, you know, tracking you down through your ex account because he saw the writing on the wall. I don't know, maybe don't do stupid things. It's also super fun when internet tough guys get their nonsense dragged into the real world. I don't know. That just, that just makes me laugh. Yeah. And we're just, we're just here trying to like fight to get transparency over our investment. And there's all these people that were just like button their nose in where it doesn't belong. Right.
