So, how to do?
The house.
The doggo goes.
Everyone knows this speaker.
And of course, everyone in this last section.
Thank you for joining us in this space.
Yeah, I, I co-treated this space and I said.
I hope after this space, I'm going to have sense.
So, hopefully it's going to happen today.
Thank you for having me.

I just.
Good evening.
How was work today?
Good evening.
How was work today?
Good evening.
Good evening.
How was work today?
Good evening.
How was work today?
It's good to have you here.
Fine, no.
I didn't go to farm today.
I'm on brick.
So I'm out home.
I'm working at home.
Well, that reminds me.
Well, it reminds me.
Here are the speeds that you're in crowd from a basketball.
So I've been.
Adventure into farming ginger.
You know, me.
I farm rice, beans, yam, rice.
Oh, lot of熱 stuff.
on a very large scale.
The only thing that I have on you, that ginger.
But I know you're something very good, maybe I'll be your.
maybe I will be in your DNA.
Who taught you?
No, no, it's not a problem.
So I'm home today.
My mom just came back.
So I will just do this.
So I had to stay home.
Oh, you have been here.
Fuck me, do it.
Good evening.
Good evening, Diva.
All right, go in or get a strike.
All right.
Talk to me.
Good evening.
It's been a year.
Hope you are good.
Good evening to everybody.
God bless you.
Thank you.
It's good to have you here.
Dr. Eddie, you all come to the space.
How is it going?
You can't meet your mixer.
Dan, how far are you doing?
Good evening, everybody.
I'm good.
Wherever you are.
I hope you're good.
OK, with mental health space, please inform whoever you know
or your friends or persons that are battling this to come here.
A consultation with a psychologist, a clinical one,
would cost you 100 to 200 pounds.
And you would still be on a queue if you're in UK or Netherlands
or Germany before they see you in some locations in Nigeria.
You have only 400 to 500 psychologists.
And if it was, you want to see psychiatrists,
it's still 400 or 500 for 2,000,000 people.
Now, the lucky ones you can meet that are not psychologists,
but we are taught some part of psychology,
trained medical doctors, GPs, general practitioners,
consultants to have a brief of what it looks like.
Because in every sickness, we manage.
There's going to be some element of mental stress
for some people.
Even the drugs you are taking can trigger some of those symptoms.
So here you are.
You may have some doctors, not just Dr. Eddie.
That will come up here to give you those free insight
and listen to you.
Today's session for me will be a little bit different.
It's not going to be more talking, talking, talking.
It may be more of like getting some of it to know
if truly you're OK.
But it's not to be stigma.
So I think people should tell us the same.
If you really want to know something wrong with you,
you need to answer some questions.
And those questions will be a little bit clinical.
But I will not make you to bring out
too much of your secrets.
It's just for you to go ahead and see somebody physically
so that it doesn't get worse.
So that's what I would add for today.
And there are a lot of talks.
And I really want to hear about things
like people that cannot do things by themselves.
For example, can you put and live in that house
alone without getting worried?
Something is going to be off.
Can you do that job alone?
Or you have some level of anxiety?
Something is stopping you.
So these are the kind of things I want to hear.
You are sleeping at night.
You're having nightmares and unstop.
You can discuss that.
Your relationship is having issues.
And you're trying to fix it.
Pastor cannot solve it.
Maybe we can solve it here.
Maybe you are the problem.
Maybe that person is not the problem.
So some levels of obsession.
A lot of things in a whole, you know,
you can put it too much or let's say two, three hours.
You should be able to touch a lot of them.
So that's just what I will talk about.
And then as well, you're on the space.
Don't feel irritated.
If you hear somebody say or sound like two extreme,
the reason is there are people that are going
to sound very extreme today on their problems.
So you have to condone them.
And I will now joke about it.
If you cannot accommodate people's emotional downside
or what they are trying to hide, they're trying to say it out.
It means you two may be having a problem.
It means you don't have some empathy.
Someone who doesn't have empathy or sympathy
of any kind is you're not still normal.
Yeah, could be battling anti social personalities,
but I'm not diagnosing you.
So you have to tolerate people.
And then the last group you may likely get to hear
and is not the default again, which you would think they
are pretending or acting.
We have factitious personalities that they don't even know,
that they just create things that are not existing
from just small incidences.
They now blew it up out of proportion.
These things you get to hear a few from here.
So don't judge nobody.
These people still need help.
Someone that is not sick, but assumes that they are sick.
It's a mental stress.
It's not their problem.
And adults that is acting like a child.
In the same way, we have adult baby syndrome issues too.
People that are supposed to behave like adults.
They are dressing like a kid.
They want to behave like a baby.
They want to sound like a child.
These conditions exist.
In the same way, you can't blame them.
They talk like a kid.
They're not mature in the conversation.
You're trying to judge the way they sound like this.
It's not a fault.
And a lot of things you're going to look into.
You're not smart at school.
You're struggling with math, calculation,
and you've paid lesson teachers or upon lesson teachers.
You're not still improving.
How can you improve?
Who will be the solution today?
What can you do?
You read a passage, but you cannot comprehend what you read.
You can discuss with me too.
You understand?
You read something and you understood everything.
But you cannot see it or talk like done myself.
And diva, diva, I didn't greet you.
You were welcome.
So you can have people that would bid out.
They can talk, say a lot of things.
You understand?
But they cannot still communicate with the next person.
So they read the whole textbook.
But to explain it to you is a problem.
They cannot pass exams because they cannot pass their orals.
Because what they read, they cannot see it out properly
accordingly to what is in the textbook.
How can you help yourself and pass that university exams?
That's why I'm here.
Thank you very much.
Let's get to hear other people.
Yes.
Thank you so much, Dr. A. D. for that.
Wonderful contribution.
You have said it or today it's going to be different.
We want it to be very interactive.
That is why from the very beginning, I said,
it's not just about you being a professional before you
can be on this speaker session.
You understand?
You could be an ordinary person.
Yes.
I am an ordinary person as well.
I want to see if I am mental-looking.
Me being a mental-heath advocate doesn't mean
I am mentally sound.
Maybe there are things I don't know.
No, it's like college or no, it's a therapist.
I'm not willing to learn.
I'm willing to be better.
Thank you so much, Dr. A. D.
Just like you rightly said, it costs a whole lot
to see these people.
These people are very expensive.
In Egypt, I hear they are not even there.
They are not.
Even though social media, it's very difficult for me
to come across somebody I would tell you,
oh, I am a psychologist.
I'm a professional psychologist.
It's very hard.
So please, this is another new way
social media has given us this very opportunity
to interact with great minds, with great people.
So let's embrace it.
Don't be shy to speak.
I am working behind the one together
a new number of sleep on the job spectrum.
We are other people that have different stories
for share, in case they don't want to speak of.
So Mr. Halas, are you there?
Can you speak my child more?
Over.
Great answer, everybody.
Good evening, Glenn.
It's always beautiful to be here.
It's brilliant minds.
Just like Dr. Eldes said.
Clinical psychologists, they are really not so much
in the country, but of course, we still have others
that can really help fix things for you.
I personally, I counsel.
I'm looking forward to doing my PhD
and like to be a clinical psychologist.
That's more like a future go-bots.
Within the boundaries that I've been able to learn,
I've been able to counsel a lot of people
and professionally I could literally now recommend
a clinical psychologist to do a lot of coordinated care
so that the person can bounce back fully.
I think this is more like a serious sickness
when asked to do with mental health
because nobody sees where you're going through.
And a lot of people have lent a lot of coping mechanism.
So sometimes we look at this person is arrogant,
but we don't know he's masking something behind
or this person eats too much.
He has a voracious appetite, but she's actually masking something.
And there are a lot of counseling methods
that could be used like the CBT, which sometimes,
which actually is very useful in helping identify the totes
that keeps that person pretending everything is fine.
They are just laughing all the way.
And OK, you know, and mechanisms like IPT also is useful.
When you see that a lot of pains are actually tight
to grieve, a lot of pains are tight to conflicts, loneliness,
and a lot of stress.
There's one of these I usually use sometimes
when I refer is the iceberg style,
which helps to uncover feelings
on the visible emotions, such as heart, heart breaks
and all of those things.
So in a space like this is really therapeutic
because once we have issues with our mind,
we have actually, we're going to have issues with our reality.
We start to withdraw self.
The reality is now will be so blurry.
It will be actually, it will be bleak.
So but when we get our mind fixed,
you know, regardless of what we go through,
you know, adversity is going to be part of life.
But of course, how we respond to them is what matters.
But if it jeopardizes with our mental health,
every other thing will be touched.
Every other thing will be disturbed.
So I am always anticipating to be here,
for either not just because I can counsel to an extent,
but also to learn and to re-learn.
And at the same time, to when you hear what people go through,
it has a way of building empathy in you.
It has a way of seeing life differently.
That's the way of looking at people from the lenses of love and compassion.
So it's always a pleasure.
Thank you, Darmatrix, for all you do.
And every other speakers, I'm always, it's a privilege being here.
Thank you very much.
Okay. Thank you so much, Mr. Halas.
It's good to have you on board.
Okay. Just a quick one.
Can you co-host for today as well?
No, this or my other thing,
you know, we are doing, they are being kind of busy lately.
It's okay. It's okay. Go ahead.
