Um, shooting her an invite right now. Um, yeah, I just want to say before we dive into everything, if everyone could just take a moment to hit that little purple pill on the bottom right of your screen, let's go ahead and share this show and get ever get more folks in here. Um, and again, I am just so excited, you know, this next week leading up to, uh, to tech week is I'm just so excited to connect with so many friends and community members. I know in the Bay area, uh, we're also getting, uh, an AI startup founder joining us as well. Any of you guys know Colin Lowenberg formerly polygon now working on 10 key, uh, very big proponent of community in the Bay area as well. I'm sure if anyone's here, anyone here is a San Francisco native. You guys know Colin. Um, so anyway, without further ado, again, just want to remind everybody, uh, take a moment to share this space out. We'll give folks a few more moments to jump in. And why don't we start with some introductions and, and Chris would love to hear from you, man. I feel like, uh, what we're back today, man, we're co-hosting again. How's it going? It's going well. I'm actually trying to set up the live stream to do the space as host. Um, so that's what I'm doing right now. But shout out to everybody who's watching us and listening to us out there on the interwebs. What a crazy, uh, a couple of weeks it's been a lot of crazy headlines going on. Uh, yeah, I mean, I'm still just kind of reeling that we've kind of been thrust as a society into, uh, the, I guess you'd call it the super intelligence era of America now with America. Gov. Uh, so just kind of kind of still reeling from that processing all of this and trying to figure out, you know, what's the world going to be like in the next six to 12 months with everything going on with regulations, tokenized stocks. And I don't know. It's been kind of crazy. But I know the tech week is this week. It's going to be, uh, it's going to be a good time. I'm excited for, for you to be there and excited to see how things kind of play out with everything. It's been already been announced in the last, uh, you know, 72 hours. So excited to see you there again. Thanks to everybody who's here. Please do share the space. Thanks for joining us today here at on chain media with our community space. Kitty, how are you, by the way? Hey, I'm good. We just finished our weekly with the Wagby space, which was a great one. It's our second time doing it together. And we had a lot of Wagby and mostly people showing up. So very exciting. And then I asked them to come over here. So if you see the Wagby or the little purple background, then, uh, that's us. Kitty's coming to say hello. It's two cats that hang out together. Amazing. Well, Kitty, thank you so much for being here. Um, I do want to turn it over to some of our featured guests today. We actually have Luke, the head of global operations from team one joining us today. A big proponent of the Avax community. And I'm really excited that we were actually hosting our first event together next Friday. Um, this really came together at Luke. I love to tell the story of how this event came together last week. Just so beautifully like, it's one of those things where we just had this inertia, uh, through the planning process that was really beautiful. So, um, anyway, Luke, happy to have you up here today and I'll kick it over to you if you're in show next. Awesome. Thanks so much Rachel and all great to be here today. So yeah, really excited to design chatting. So for those that may not be familiar with team one, we're a global network of community members, builders and other folks that are just really passionate about blockchain technology, AvaLantin, particular and just really helping to make AvaLantin a great place for people to use the network, build on the network and all other kinds of great things. So I'm really happy to be here. So I am a couple different roles that I have. So I've leaned team one US and then I also lead global operations for the team. So one of the cool things about it, just getting to work with so many different people across the country and across the world. So excited to chat and even more excited for our event coming up not too long in the future. I think nine days away. Yeah, and you know, this, uh, the event planning really started as an idea. I think, you know, Luke and I connected it, uh, rare evil and, you know, I think Miggie, Miggie introduced us in Las Vegas. And, uh, yeah, I just really vibed with every single person that I met on your team. I could just tell it's a team of really good-hearted people. Um, you know, obviously had a chance to connect with VanHoe as well. Uh, through Chris here. And I feel like every person I've met on this team, um, I've just really vibed with, I've really connected with. Uh, I also had a chance to meet VanHoe in DC the other week where we advocated for, for clarity act and work with Stan with crypto. Uh, so of course, super excited to have you here. VanHoe, how's it going? I'm glad you're actually thinking for having me. It was honestly amazing meeting you. I think that's the best time. That was so much for our, our adventures around DC were amazing. It was great. Yeah, actually, I'm really thankful you got me out of my room because I'm totally one of those people that will hold up and just stay in there the whole time if I don't know anybody. So thanks for getting me out and just like around the CDC. But yeah, it was great to meet you in person and learn like what you've been building and like, you know, what you've been aspiring to do. And, you know, where you've been from like, you know, last year to this year and Chris and everybody here. And yeah, thankful to be here. But, you know, my name is VanHoe for anybody that maybe doesn't know. I am the team one operation and graphic design for, for the social page team one. Also some of the graphics you guys might see behind the Luma. Um, I really love what I do. I love branding and design. So it's really nice to kind of like switch like out of creator mode and to do like just different types of creation. So I absolutely love it. But super excited to talk more about like what you guys are going to be doing next week in San Francisco. Yeah, I can't wait. And VanHoe, I mean, if there, there is a way we can just get you out here. If it's possible at all, I feel like that will be amazing. Yeah, I feel like, you know, we'll have someone create an art piece like this a lot of summer houses. Um, like you weren't even there, but somehow like in spirit, you were there and we were like, oh, Van, we know VanHoe, VanHoe connected us. So like I feel like it's really incredible to see you're that kind of super connector where you're not even in the room, but like you connected everybody in the room. So even though, you know, if you're not able to make it, I do feel like your presence will be felt. Uh, and we'll have to like we'll just Photoshop you into the pictures or something. A little VanHoe Ghost. Oh my gosh, the pondie ghost. I'm dead. Love it. I'm gonna stop the end. I know, girl. So, um, I do want to pass around. I mean, we're going to come back to this team one event because I mean, this is a really big focus of me going into tech week, like the one of the biggest things I'm focusing on throughout the event. Um, so actually pin the information above that you guys are going to be in San Francisco. I want to encourage everyone on this show to RSVP to sign up on the part of the link that is pinned in the second post above. Um, and yeah, I do want to kick it over next. We have an absolute legend here in the Bay Area. We got Kevin here. I believe it's Kevin behind the dime's account. Uh, how is it? How's it going, Kevin? Good, Rachel. How you doing? Good, man. It's, it's been way too long. We're running it back. It has been. Yeah. It has been. Where do you get into the city next week? You know what? I'm actually in Yosemite right now. I'm in Mary Posa. So I'm heading over to the Bay Area tomorrow. And then I'm there all of Tech Week, man. So let's grab a coffee. I'm going to come visit your spot. It looks like you have a lot going on. Um, I saw like Emily Jr. post a photo too of the front of the Howard. It had like the, the Grock or DRB logo on it. Like that was pretty cool. Yeah. No, it's, it's been busy. We're, um, S F Tech Week is, is actually one of the slower weeks throughout the year because there's no, there's no, it's not a major convention as far as Moscone. But it's definitely one of the, uh, definitely one of the more interesting ones in that there's a lot of, uh, just kind of a lot of a lot of random events, a lot of smaller teams, a lot of startups that are doing some interesting things. But now it has been a crazy week. We've, uh, a lot of people were, were texting me asking me, trying to get into the, the Grock event. We had a big Grock event last week where they launched. Uh, they did a live stream with the Grock bot, uh, launch and then last night we had, um, kind of a community engineer demo party for Grock with 200 people. But it's all that's come down. We have anthropic tomorrow. So it's just, you know, kind of back to back and the city's, you know, the city's just busy right now. Everybody's buzzing and there's a lot of, a lot of things being built as everybody knows. So, uh, I'm actually looking forward to S F Tech Week because it'll be, we'll get a downshift a little bit and kind of, um, not relax because all the venues are, are going, but it's just, it's just a different feel. So, uh, but yeah, come through. Well, we've got some, um, some personal things where I guess builds that we're doing over at local host, um, throughout the week. And then there's a really cool one on Thursday. So, uh, that we're doing with, with banker, um, that I'm super, just personally interested in it. We've been kind of working on some things with them for a while and it's, uh, there's some really talented builders. Uh, so anyway, yeah, I mean, I'm more than happy to answer questions about what's going on in the city, but the city feels good right now. The weather's great. You're going to get good weather and, uh, that should be a lot of cracked builders here in the city. Uh, I, I, I, and, uh, you know, maybe we should hop on a call, um, offline, uh, because I, I just want to get all everything on my attenurory that you guys are doing over there. Um, and yeah, we do have a community, uh, event host for, uh, for Anthropic who may actually be joining us today. I don't know if you know Travis, but I went to one of his events in Orange County and, uh, had, had such a great time and we're, we're chatting about different things that we can do, uh, just on the community and events side. So yeah, can you share about the Anthropic event happening tomorrow? Cause I'm, I'm personally interested in going to that. Well, it's, you know, that, I'm, it's one of my clients and they're doing a two day build. I can't, you know, you have to go through Anthropic, of course, uh, to get in. And it's, um, but yeah, I mean, they're, they're taking over 661 and 667. Uh, it's only a one day event. They're only, they're only there for one day, um, but they're, you know, most, like most of the companies, they, they need a full day to do their build, but it should be good. Um, and like I said, yeah, if you're, if you work with Anthropic and definitely go through their channels to get, to get in, get access, but, uh, but it should be good. I mean, there's just, you know, at the end of the day, there's a lot of these, I, they call themselves labs, but a lot of these companies are, they're putting these products out and they're all racing and they want to get them in the hands of, of both end users and builders to, to build on the platform. So they're all racing and they're all, they're all doing amazing work. I mean, I, I got to say, you know, like Grog last week, it, it's refreshing to see teams so focused. Um, and they move fast, you know, we were originally booked with cursor and then cursor was acquired and literally in a, I swear, it was like four days turnaround. They went from just a regular single day, you know, maybe a two day event to doing the full blown live stream for launching the product. So I, it's refreshing to see teams like that move. And Anthropics very similar in the kind of the cuff and the same cloth, different style for sure, but, um, but I'm sure they're, they're build in both, both buildings on Thursday is going to be pretty, pretty dynamic. Yeah, I'm excited. I signed up for the founder house. I've just been trying to RSVP for all things and thrott big and, uh, yeah, also seeing it, there's opportunities to go create content. Uh, you know, I connected with Travis, like I mentioned who might be joining us. Well, we'll see if he jumps up as a speaker. Uh, so yeah, we'll, we'll hear directly from him. What Anthropic all has happening. Um, but I do want to kick it back to my co-host to Chris. Chris, if you have any thoughts, I don't know if you've been to a tech week or, you know, if there's anything you've heard so far that that is sticking out to you. You know, I haven't, but, uh, you know, myself being California for a decade before why I'm here in Nebraska. Just the electricity of Silicon Valley is kind of crazy. Uh, we're seeing all of these announcements, right? So to kind of put everything into perspective. So we have this whole America dot gov, uh, situation where pretty much every major AI executive came to the White House and imposed with, uh, with President Trump yesterday. So, you know, we've got that. We've got, uh, yeah, the luncheon from yesterday, the luncheon, right? Yeah. And then so we had, we had today, Google has announced a brand new frontier model, which is, I think it's called argon for Gemini argon. Uh, we had open AI famously have a gigantic dev day, uh, keynote yesterday from San Francisco, where they announced dots and some of these other types of, uh, you know, just an infrastructure tools and, you know, ironically, Elon and the XAI group bot dot com and actually redirected back to the GROC bot website for a little bit of time. I think that's been, that's been resolved. But, um, it's interesting to see the level of, uh, the level of competition and basically what it tells me is if you are not using AI, any type of automation tools, any type of assistant agent fleet in your organization, you're going to need to moving forward because the, the industry is moving forward at a lightning pace. In fact, last night, Robin Hood had their, uh, keynote where they, they debuted agentic trading on the platform. So, you know, we've talked on this show previously where agents is the, is the new UX. It's the future of user experience. And I do believe in my heart of hearts that this is all going to converge and hopefully, hopefully, uh, with opportunities for all of us to go out and do things for ourselves to try and make a name for ourselves here in this spot. So, uh, just to quote somebody, you know, that I saw on the timeline, uh, if you don't have an LLC with thoughts of doing some AI, you know, inner AI back to AI generated fun for yourself, look into it because there's no time like today and the next couple of months to get everything together with everything we'll be hearing over the next couple of months and do something to, to better both your situation and hopefully better, better the world.
