to kind of go into the Paramount deal that has happened, the White House app, which I called Deadass, the name and all, which was awesome. And there's so much to get into that too because of the comments in the comment section are absolutely just retarded. Okay, they're absolutely retarded. So we can kind of combat that narrative. But why don't you lead us off since that's the first part of the title. Trash wants you lead us off on the Paramount deal. I will. As soon as if Millie wants to say anything on the intro because we both hog the intros there, give Millie a shot and I'll pop in after you're done. All right, well, the water's perfect. So everybody jump on it and if you guys could repost the space, we greatly appreciate it. And here's the thing, like a lot of people are probably going to be asking themselves, do I really care that much about the Paramount deal? Well, my answer in my opinion, those of you that follow me, the answer is yes, absolutely. Otherwise, we wouldn't, I wouldn't be talking about it. We wouldn't probably be talking about it here. The Paramount deal was a very big deal and all of the right people are losing their minds, including the man I love to hate. Mr. Czechoslovakian, ambassador, color revolutionary, law fair extraordinaire Norm Eisen, having an absolute meltdown over it today. And so anytime I see Norm Eisen having a bad day, I have a great day. I can't wait to see what the color of his eyes look like with when he wears orange and that's a jumpsuit while we frogwakum into prison. But that's another day. We'll see what happens. I'd like to get him on treason and color revolutionary activities, but we can start with law fair and lawsuits. With that being said, why was Norm Eisen so upset about it? Well, I will go and read his words. And then I'm going to kind of break down some of the parameters of the deal. And I would like to hear from my illustrious most intelligent women that I know that are in this space and the rest of the folks here and see what they think about it. But it was a big deal. We know that we fight woke and we hate what's happening with Hollywood, what happened with them. We want our culture and entertainment back. At the same time, it really has affected everything. And when they changed the parameters of how they did the award shows, movies and such, that's when woke became profitable. Obviously money and access to funds. We I've talked about DEI and woke initiatives and how having access to international funds to create the better bottom line, to grow the profit centers of your business, how that all worked, post occupied wall street, where the woke was really getting in there. And corporations were going along with it. Why would we care about this paramount deal? Well, number one paramount has actually been putting out some pretty good content recently. In the last few years, a lot of the studios are terrible in Hollywood, but the parameters of the deal is actually really important because it's not going to just tie into Hollywood. And it's not going to just tie into Warner Brothers, but it's also going to tie into the news networks that they own. And this is really why Normaisans really upset about it. I'm trying to find his posts. I guess I've been typing with a theory today. A lot of the commies have been coming after me today. Go on into our text trash. It's right there in our text. Did I send it to you? Uh-huh. Okay. I was like, Hey, Normaist, check this out. Okay. Yeah. That's my post. We want to know how good of a deal this is. Well, so here's Normaisans. The deal handing Warner Brothers Discovery to Ellison is bad for film, independent journalism and our democracy. Anytime Normaisans talks about our democracy, you know, you're way over the target. This battle may be over, but our fight is not. D.D. Action, which is his deal. And then partners with Block the Merger Coalition will be watching the Ellisons and you'll be hearing from us. So he's going to be suing back to his law fair deal. That's how he raises money. We all know that. Here's his official statement. You get to listen to this. We evidently oppose the agreement to allow David Ellison to take over Warner Brothers Discovery. There's a bad deal for the future of film entertainment, independent journalism, and strong democracy in this country. We are disappointed and angry that the interest of average Americans have been trampled to benefit Oligarch billionaires. God, the audacity of this guy. Quote, the Ellisons and other forces arrayed against us. But that didn't stop us and so many others from standing up. We are proud of what we accomplished and together our coalition will keep fighting from the thousands of leaders in film and entertainment industry and elected officials to the hundreds of thousands who joined there to make their voices heard even in the face of potential retaliation. This was a grassroots movement that proved Americans are not going to take this corruption anymore. That energy is not going away. This isn't the last you'll hear from us. We will hear the Ellisons and the fall out of this merger. And it's not the last you will hear from us at block the merger with never just about one merger, but about the harms of media consolidation and promoting diversity of voices. We will continue fighting the for accountability and policy reforms to break up and prevent these large conglomerates. This one battle may be over in our efforts to defend democracy, but we won't stop fighting until we win the war. So what didn't happen was they started talking about doing this deal where it was going to be Warner Brothers Discovery. If you guys remember that was a pretty hotly contested merger on its own. If you guys remember the fall out of this, this was the fall out of a lot of like the media orcs and everything else where they started basically the who they had put in a CEO and Ellison at part of that merger, they basically went to Washington Post and a lot of these other places said, hey, everything that you guys tried to work over the years doesn't work. We were talking about Washington Post and New York Times and mainly Washington Post and the Washington Post they tried to storm out under new ownership and it was like, hey, you tried. You failed. It didn't work. We're going to do it my way. This was just during that merger. Then Paramount was going to do a merger with Warner Brothers and they were going to take it out of Hollywood. So they were going to take it out of California and they were going to go to Tennessee with that merger. Sorry to what's that? It was Tennessee or Georgia. Yes, it was Georgia. I'm like, absolutely not please no. All right, go ahead. No, no, I was saying because I mean, keep going. You're making great points. My eye rolls are really exaggerated right now with everything that he said, but it was either they were coming south and they were about to, you know, you read my mind Tiffany because I was literally thinking when I was listening to them, like I wish they had an eye roll emoji on this panel. I said the same thing to myself. Where is it? Our minds were literally reading each other while. I mean, if Normaison can't make you cringe, I would question your sanity and you know, probably our side of the politics aisle is probably not fit for you, but no, that was a statement from, you know, Norm and crew. But so there was 11 or 12 state AGs that got into a lawsuit that tried to break up the merger and they tried to stand up a group. It's funny. USAID is basically destroyed. I mean, I think they're running it like 16% of what they totally had and that was just based on commitments that were already in part of it. But it's funny. You watch USAID destroy you watch Ag Blue completely crater, which we should touch on that too. There's a lot of intrigue on that. That's a crazy story. Hilarious too. It's fun to watch them die. But, you know, you watch what happened. They can't stand up these groups like block the merger, like even Normaison who's you know connected at the very tippy top of subversive inside the beltway politics and activism and color revolutionary activity in law fair. Even he couldn't really stand up and these 12 AGs once Gavin Newsom capitulated because they were going to take it to Tennessee or Georgia as you pointed out. Gavin Newsom folded. He blinked and that's when the AG started folding on this deal. And so basically there was kind of a deal that was put together. So in the short term, they could they could say, hey, we fought the good fight. We won, you know, continue to donate to us and we stuck it to him the best we can. And there's a few deal points here that we wanted to point out, including we saved California jobs and removing it from, you know, and all these things. And this studio thinks that there's just going to dog walk everybody will guess what, pal? It's staying in California and there's going to be there's going to be parameters to this deal. Well, let's go through these parameters. What do you got there? Tiffany? No, Texas you that for later. But basically the parameter, parameter, I'm sort of being the, how do I want to say? You all know I'm the color commentator. Okay. Yeah. Let's be, let's be real. But basically, Paramount has promised to do what they said they were going to do in this, which I think is funny and people are trying to block it. But yeah, keep going. Okay. So I'm going to get into the parameters of it. I just want to read one more person, this Marcy Winigrad, they are very, very big mad at this attorney general, California. Because once, like I said, this, this Rob Bonta, he's the AG out of California. Once they capitulated on this deal and they allowed it to go through and they're, they're hammering out these deal points to make it look like they put up a fight. They are big mad at attorney general, Bonta out of California. Listen to this. This is, and this tells you everything you need to know. You're approval of the Paramount Warner Brothers merger handed Trump a stranglehold hold on corporate media and Netanyahu a commit genocide free card. Protections for workers, a recent Los Angeles County Economic Report predicted the merger could lead to an estimated 4,500 workers in Los Angeles region, losing their jobs as Ellison works to combine the two companies. The LAT Film Fund of $1.5 billion. That's pennies for the Ellison family whose net worth is 200 billion. Bipartisan editorial board, oh, I get it, Larry Ellison, who lowns with Netanyahu on Ellison's private island can appoint A-PAC shills, Brian Masson and Ted Cruz, along with British tourism, Jared Moskowitz, all rapid Zionist, but, but they're bipartisan or they're proxies to censor the news on CNN, shameful capitulation. So, I mean, I could unpack all of that, Millie can unpack all of that, Sabi can unpack all of that, but you guys understand what you heard, right? Like, do you want to add anything to what you just heard? No, I'm just laughing. I just think this is absolutely ridiculous. So, I think that leads me well before I talk about what Spencer Pratt's been talking about, because he's been talking about it too. Before I get into that, let me just kind of go into this deal. So, this is the deal here. Paramount has reached a settlement with California and other states that sued to block its $110 billion merger with Warner Brothers Discovery. Paramount will invest $1.5 billion in California production, keeping its studio properties in the state. Paramount could, now, this one, I found this one to be really interesting. And actually, before I go through the rest of the bullet points after I read this, I want to get your take on this, Sabi and Millie, what you guys think before I give you what I think about it. So, again, Paramount is going to force to invest $1.5 billion in California production, keeping all the studio properties in the state. This is the one that it really stood out to me. Paramount could face a $30 million penalty for every movie. It falls short of the annual target to release 30 movies a year in theaters. To me, this one stood out the most, right? Okay, so I'll just keep my take on it then and I'll keep going. Yeah, keep going. Okay, so the reason it stood up to me is because it's saying that, hey, part of this deal is you're going to have to release 30 movies a year. If it falls short of the annual target, each movie that falls short, you're going to be penalized $30 million. So you can't risk making movies like the Snow White and the Seven Doors have that woke blowback from Rachel Zeigler and have the movie tank because you're going to end up having to paint a additional $30 million on that penalty for every movie that falls short of the annual target and releases a 30 movies per year. So they're going to have to put out 30 movies per year. They're going to have to hire all kinds of script writers and everybody back. Woke won't be acceptable because they're going to have to hit their target and say they don't, they're going to get, they're going to lose a ton of money. That in my opinion is kind of like an end-around back door of a way of destroying Woke and anything that Paramount and Warner Brothers discovery releases. Let's be clear also that Paramount is a billion dollar. I mean, Billy is plural. plural in assets. I mean, if you're looking, total assets is 44 Billy, stockholders, equity is 12.8 billion. I mean, they have plenty. So if they do fall short, you know, that it'll be in a drop in the bucket, you're exactly right because all of these, I mean, you've seen it even what was the Odyssey, right? It's supposed to be some huge smash hit, but you had freaking Juneau girl, right, playing a dude's role with her zipper boots. And like that didn't hit, you had. It's so cringy. Yes. And then you had weird face, Rachel Seabler doing some snow white bullshit that nobody wanted to say. I mean, I've ripped through that. I've never seen it, but there's a content creator that ripped through that movie and it was hysterical. I mean, it was just, it was just,
