as today we have FIMON and OpenStox and we also have Leon from United Stable,
which is a stablecoin which used the most on BSE for the trading of pre-APO assets.
So just a quick disclaimer for everyone, as usual, this AMA is fully not financial advice,
not your call to action to buy them because always remember if you're going to buy something,
you can always lose money. So always do your own research in advance and know what you're doing
in BSE. Just a quick round of introductions for my favorite speakers, we're going to start with
the FIMON. FIMON, welcome on stage, give really a bit introduction who is speaking behind the
account and what the project is focusing. Hello, hi, thank you, but hi, a good morning, good evening,
everybody. Hi, my name is Gui and I'm the founder of PIMON Finance,
great to be back at BNB. So we are the issuer of pre-APO tokens and we're also the issuer of the
first pre-access token on pancake P-poly. And P-poly we launched at the end of September and
fast forward to today we have around 3 billion total trading volume excited to be here and talk
more about how we select asset, how we tokenize them, how we enable trading and what will happen
up to IPO. Thank you, Gui, I'm very lovely to have you here as well on stage. We're going to come
back to you in regards to the selection of assets people is specifically and much more. The next
one it's open stocks. Open stocks also stages yours, Mike is yours, please give it a very good
time. Thank you, glad. Very good and great to be here. I'm Kingsley, founder of Open stocks.
We're building a protocol for pre IPO stocks on BNB chain. We're tokenize economic exposure to
companies like Anthropic, Figure AI, Neural Link, Andral and Open AI. And we've hit over 30 million
dollars in volume in a short amount of time with over 200,000 wallets. And I've been investing
in private markets since 2013. I've made over 200 investments in companies like SpaceX and
Thropic, Figure AI, Neural Link. And I'm very bullish on the democratization of pre IPO stocks.
So great to be here. Thank you, thank you. Yes, it's nice to be bullish on BNB, on pre IPO assets as
well. And the next speaker we have is Leon from United Stable Team. Leon, hello, hello.
Hey guys, can you hear me? Yes, yes, we can hear you. Oh sure, yeah. Thanks to BNB chain and
also there for hosting this amazing way. So this is Leon. I'm from United Stable,
so I'm leading the DeFi also on shingers. So I have a pre IPO and assets which actually are not
from the process that we did with some payment for any of the parts that might most end there.
There has to be a very good traction for users to treat. And some introduction about United Stables.
So we are building the stablecoin liquidity here on BNB chain and across four chains right now.
We have around 1.6 billion in two-wheel and also around 80 K users. So good forwards. We want to
be a more utility for United Stables and the partners as much as more SGs. Shures to enable
them using United Stables to treat. So excited to be here and looking forward the discussion. Thank you.
Thank you, Leon. We're also very excited for your growth on BSC. I'm very happy to see how
United Stable got adopted into pre-APO assets and any other things we're trying to push
actively on BSC. Thank you for your participation. So I think we can start because I have some
questions prepared for everyone. For Leon, for payment, for open stocks. So we can write into this.
The first topic we are going to do. We're going to be discussing about current macro landscape
in regards to the YPAPO, YNAL, YSUS assets wasn't popular a year ago. What changed since then?
So the question is the same for payment and open stocks. So we're going to start with the
open stocks first and then payment. It's going to be your continuation or different view on
a situation. So the first question for open stocks. What is driving interest into on-chain
pre-APO right now? Why people so excited to trade your assets? For example, why people excited
to trade neural link or Android or Anthropic or Figure AI? Yeah. Definitely. Yeah.
So I'd say two main reasons. Firstly is returns and secondly is the lower friction.
If you look at companies like Anthropic, they've gone from zero to $1.5 trillion in valuation in
just five years. So these types of returns are very crazy. Like even if you look at crypto,
you haven't had that extreme, you know, recently you haven't had this extreme price appreciation.
So companies are staying private longer and there is a lot of value creation that happens outside
of public markets. So you're firstly, the returns have been incredible in pre-IPOs stocks.
Secondly, the friction has come down. So previously to invest in a company or to get economic
exposure to a company like Anthropic or Open AI or Neuralink, you would have to have invested,
you know, something like a million dollars plus. And this was very prohibitive for, you know,
other investors to get economic exposure. But now what we're seeing is investors getting access to
or, you know, putting up less than a dollar and getting exposure with less than a dollar.
And this is really the democratization of private markets that, you know, you can have people all
over the world participating and getting small amounts of exposure to these high growth profile
companies. And is it happened because, for example, you're saying that before you've been
needed to invest minimum a meal, do you think it's happened because something, I mean, not you think,
is it happened because something changed from a legal side or because you found their way of
how to give access for this pre-IPO with the minimum investment capital? I'd say that it's a bit
of both like firstly, it's a market shift that not just the tokenization of economic exposure, but
there has been a shift from investing in, you know, more public markets to private markets. And
you have lots of family offices, lots of funds, focusing more on private markets because
the value creation and return profile has been a lot better than public markets on average
over the last few years. So the return profile has been part of this. But I would also say that
with the new administration, they have been more pro crypto. If, if, you know, we're talking,
let's say five years ago, or even three or four years ago, it was crypto was on the hit list
for the US administration. And so the amount of innovation was a lot lower. But the US
administration has been very pro crypto. And so they have made it more accessible and they have
been less aggressive on cracking down on crypto. So we've seen a proliferation of new platforms
offering different types of economic exposure. I see. I see. Okay. Okay. Sounds good. We're going
to come back to this question because I have some things to cover about SPVs and what's the
coverage when users buying pre-IPO from open stocks. Okay. Then, Guyan, the question for you
and Piemann as a project. In regards to the interest, what's the
driving the interest in your opinion and what are you learning from user behavior right now?
Sure. I would say now is a perfect timing at final or the style lines up. So my background,
I have been working on Wall Street 4 more than decade to work for different
familiar offices and launch my own H1. I have been working on trading those SPV
like a lot of times for many years. And always want to say, hey, there's very inefficient.
People are doing through email, doing their phone calls and those papers, PPM and those that
sit on a balance sheet. Billions of dollars of those SPV private funds sit on a balance sheet
of a family office or in government with zero liquidity with the zero credit condition.
So I always want to try to figure out how can we make it more efficient. However,
the infrastructure was not there. The technology was not there. If you look back a couple of years,
you have STO and didn't work out well. So until I will say 2024, you have a huge wave of
starting from stablecoin, which is tokenizing the nation of money. And then you have tokenization
of US treasuries. Then you have tokenizing of US public equities. Then at that time, I feel,
hey, the infrastructure is there. The technology is there and the compliance is there.
So when I was saying that style lines up and then I was like, hey, and at this moment,
we are in, I shouldn't sound so pessimistic, but it's we are in the latest stage of the cycle.
And when doing the latest stage of the cycle, usually secondary or those private market are doing
very well. So like Tinsley has said, you have huge wealth creation and appreciation of the private
companies like Zorapek OpenAI. So we believe you have all the infrastructure,
technology compliance ready. And you always have this demand from the Treffer I to make it more
efficient. And also the assets that are performing very well in the last couple of years and also in
the years coming. So that's why we believe this is a perfect timing for tokenization of private
US assets. Go ahead. Let's cover quickly one thing. I think this free letter is going to sound
today very frequent into our AMA. For the users, somebody who is never touch threat fine,
who is like, for example, very young, never touch threat fine, never touch any investment path.
Can you explain what is SPV in a simple language? Yes. So SPV means special purpose of the
vehicle. You can think about as a found with only one assets. Basically, SPV is a way for you
institutional investor to invest into those private companies. They
are so basically for retail user, you won't be able to buy directly buying this year. And any
transfer of the share needs approval of the company. So for retail user, the one way to get access
to the company is to buying into the SPV become the LP, which is called Limited Partner,
which is the investor of SPV. And SPV by standard insurer. So SPV that found. Yeah.
Okay. Okay. Hopefully it makes much more clear for the new users because in general, our focus
as a foundation is to explain in a much more simpler way of how everything works on a backend.
Okay. Okay. Thank you so much. We're going to also come back to this SPV and what's happening
on the backend. The question now, Leon, Leon, are you here? Yes, sure. Got the question for you.
Got the question for you. So as we know, as I was mentioning, the United stable
is used very frequently now for trading pre-apial assets. And it might happen because of the
Binance wallet adoption, which we're going to speak about a little bit later. And Binance Alpha
as a trading, can you give us an overview? How does pre-apial access feed into your
general broader, recognized ecosystem, which you're trying to build around you, United stable?
Yeah, sure. Yeah. Thanks for the question. I think for any stable coin, one of the key things,
where key kind of objective for us is to expand in the utility for stable coin as much as possible.
So we do see there is a lot of assets right now at crypto, like the bullish assets, big coin,
Serium, B&B. And also there are a lot of emerging kind of assets coming out as well, like
any, you know, our other assets. And then for in terms of pre-apial assets, I think that's
pretty important for us to focus on. And there are maybe one to three reasons. The boy is that
we can't do the trading scenario for stable coin. We need to find some very niche markets for us to
you know, dev in too. So right now for the blue should we kind of access? I think people can use
use, easily use the TUS, DC to trades. And there is no any barriers for us. But for the pre-apial
assets, I think they're pretty niche. They're also pretty new for any users to try. So this is a
very good chance for us to, you know, to dominate or to enter the inter-dise markets by partner with
you know, amazing project like here, Pem and Feignness or OpenStuck. Because the early we joined the
markets, the early the users will get interested to use United stable to trades. So I think that's a
big reason we want to make it happen for United stable. And I mean up here we launched the
people on the kind of trading peers. We also see things there are some you know, space for us to
that we that deeper into our later stage. I think that's why that's about the access. It's about
the meaning. Because for any pre-apial assets or ever any good those kind of very early stage
assets for normal users, they don't got a chance to trades. And you know, trade deals, no kind of
the finest worlds.
