Welcome, welcome everyone.
Hope you're all doing well.
Welcome to yet another hood market spaces.
Good to see all of you again.
Well, some of you again and some of you for the first time.
We'll get started in just a minute.
Just gonna do a quick mic check with my co-host
is always Rome.
Rome, how is it going, man?
Good morning, good evening, good afternoon,
everybody doing good man week here.
We back at it going good.
Yeah, good to hear from you buddy.
Hope all is going well.
Hope that Texas weather is treating you better.
Hope it gets better over the weekend.
Hope today's a good day for you and everyone else in the space.
And everyone else has a hole.
But yeah, it's good to see all of you guys.
I see probably even more owl pictures
than we had in the last space, which is really, really nice
to see.
If you guys, I'll talk more on that in just a bit.
But if any of you guys have NFTs from the Mystic Alice
collection, by all means, feel free to update your X-Browthal
pictures, your Call of Grand Provault pictures.
How if you want to stick it as a decal on your car?
Feel free as well.
But yeah, hope you're all doing well, guys.
We'll get started.
There's a lot to talk about.
We'll open things up for a little bit
towards the end of the spaces as usual for comments, questions,
feedback that you guys might have.
But hopefully you will address everything that we think
and should be addressed before we
get a whole barrage of questions about it.
So I think we have done quite a few spaces already.
So I'm going to skip the intro part that I typically do.
It's been getting shorter and shorter as we do more spaces.
If any of you guys are not familiar with what hood market is,
I'll just do a very quick one sentence introduction.
And for any more information, please feel
free to check our website, our documentation, go to our
Telegram and ask whatever you want or our Discord.
We have a Telegram channel, a Discord channel as well.
Or just feel free to drop it as a comment on this space right
here.
And Roman Eye will be taking looks every now and then
on the comments on the space to see if there's any questions
that need to be answered.
Without further ado, in one sentence, hood market
is the first fully dedicated NFD marketplace and creator
friendly tool space, if you wish to call it that further
Robin Houtain.
We have not just your typical NFD marketplace features,
but we also have a lot of creator friendly tools as well,
as user friendly tools on top of that.
So like I said, very, very quick overview.
We've been live for three weeks, and that's all I'm going to spend
in the introduction for hood market.
Like I said, if you guys have any more questions on that,
information, our website would be the first place you should go
to take a look, our documentation, if you want to get a little
bit technical, or just drop a comment or a question on this
space, or feel free to speak out at the end, or go to our
telegram or Discord channel.
So after the intro, I want to focus on probably the elephant
in the room.
So we'll start off with that.
We have had a relaunch for those of you who may not be up
to date.
I don't know how many of you are.
But as of two days ago, we relaunched on ponds, on Robin
Hochain, so we did not switch chains.
We just switched launchpads.
There's a couple of main reasons before I actually get into
the couple of reasons.
I want to emphasize that this was a relaunch.
It was not a migration.
It was not an airdrop.
It was not anything that has to do with the old contract.
It was a pure relaunch from scratch.
And the reason that we relaunched on ponds specifically
is because number one, creator fees are a whole lot better.
Creator fees or more creator fees means more money that
comes back to be invested in the project, which is very
important, because we do not have taxes on the contract that's
being traded, on the token that's being traded.
So realistically, one of the main, if not the main source
of kind of funding for the project is the creator fees.
And so far, we've been able to do quite a bit since we have
more.
I'll speak more on that in just a second.
But we've been able to do a lot more than we've
been able to do in the last few days before the relaunch.
So yeah, I just wanted to get that out of the way.
That's one reason.
The second reason is that ponds is the biggest launch
pad on the Robinhood chain arguably.
And of course, for us, it's something that can only benefit us
to have visibility and kind of be linked and present
on their ecosystem.
So that also helps a lot.
And definitely is something that, again, we
see has paid off since the relaunch.
So I don't know what you think, but I think all things
consider the launch seems to have been the right move to do.
You can probably never please everyone with relaunches
and whatever migrations, air drops, what have you.
But realistically, it's in the best interest of the project.
And it's important to also mention that for people
who are asking about migrations or air drops
and stuff like that, the new relaunched token or the new
relaunched contract, so to speak, was at quite a significantly
low market cap for literally hours.
I mean, I think we stayed around like 10 or 15,000 market
cap for, I don't know, four or five, six hours.
I personally was sleeping because it was around 5 a.m.
My time.
I don't know, Rome, did you see it?
But from what I understood and from looking at the chart,
it was there.
So there was a lot of opportunity for people to buy.
Bear Rome, what are your thoughts, man?
Yeah, I like it, man.
The more fees generated to the project for the team
to be able to reinvest into the project,
is always better.
Yeah, 100%.
And the...
I think it was a good strategic move.
100%.
And I mean, if you think of it from a longevity perspective,
even if people, myself included, had to kind of buy the new token
from scratch effectively, the fact that you have creator,
friendly, sorry, not creating friendly, creator fees,
percentages are higher on ponds, allows the longevity factor
to be even more in effect.
Basically, you'd be able to potentially,
and I want to be very careful here, potentially,
or have the potential to deliver more in the project,
which potentially translates to more ROI itself.
So it pays off in the longer term, four holders as well.
So I just wanted to kind of make sure we start off
with that clear of the air out.
Again, if there's any questions on this,
or really anything else that we talk about in the space,
I've already mentioned the different ways that you guys
can drop your questions or take the mic
towards the end of the space.
So after that, or aside from that,
there's a whole bunch of updates that we want to share
with you guys, some that happen, roughly within the last week,
some that are a lot more recent as recent as today,
the yesterday since the relaunch as well.
So I'll start with a lot of you guys,
may or may not know the treatment feature
that we have on our website or the marketplace as well.
Essentially, it allows token or collection minting
through buys of a certain token
and the collection has to be created either through,
or by the owner of the token against which the treatment
is being created, or by a white listed wallet,
by the token that could be the artist
or something like that.
So with that said, we've made sure that since we've relaunched
effectively, that's a new contract
and now we're on a different launch pad being pawns.
So treatment has been made available
and has been integrated for teams on pawns
and it also automatically migrates to Uniswap after bonding.
So compliance wise, treatment function works on pawns
and on Uniswap both have been covered.
So we've made sure that since we're on pawns,
that this is also covered on pawns for other teams
or other tokens that may want to create a treatment collection
through a token that's created on pawns.
So that's something that's very important
and that's been done at the time of relaunch or shortly after.
So covered, done, no worries, that's already completed.
After that, I wanted to just kind of reiterate
the fact that we have released our Mystic Owls NFT collection
and that was around, I wanna say like a week,
maybe eight days ago roughly, plus or am I just give
or take a day or two and that collection is the collection
from which a lot of these profile pictures
that you guys seen the spaces are taken.
So Rome obviously being one of them, Miguel, Mr. Rabbit,
there's a whole bunch of people here.
I don't wanna just kind of miss all of you guys,
but thank you all of you guys who have actually taken part
in this and have actually updated your profile pictures,
Danny Shadot, too, as well.
So basically that collection was launched with 2000 NFTs
through the treatment function that I just talked about.
So basically the minting was fueled by buys of the
hood market token and that was a great success.
Basically we are now at 1,300 NFTs minted so far
and the last basis that we did,
so I wanna say it was two days ago I think,
two or three days ago we were only at 1,000,
so we've had 300 new mints in just a couple of days,
which is really, really good.
That's about, I don't know how much that is,
that's a lot of buys, but pretty much we have
just about six rare NFTs left.
14 have already been minted and gone to a bunch
of lucky holders.
Six are left to mint, so we've had out
of the roughly 700 NFTs left,
made a little less than that.
We have six rare NFTs that are yet to be minted.
So if you are, if you are sewing client
to grab yourself an NFT and potentially a rare one,
there's still a whole lot of time for you,
maybe not a whole lot of time,
but maybe a little bit of time for you to still grab one.
So that's something that we wanted to mention as well.
And then over the last week or a few days or so,
we have also enabled multi-chain minting.
So we covered this in our last spaces as well.
We mentioned that we were going to release that
after the space, the last space, and we did.
So now you're able to basically create...
