So it's like in my phone battery is just dying. I want to get the 17 pro right now, but I'm just going to wait. Like this will be paid off in time by the time the 18 pro comes out. I really get an 18 minutes, 17 anyways. Oh, yeah. No, my thing. I think I got like four or five months left on my phone plan. So it's going to be paid off well, except least as well. I know if you just think that I'm off and then you do the extra two months after that. Then they'll like lock the phone so then you could take your phone to any provider you want. I got a watch on there and I got my phone on there. However, I lost my watch. So I got to order a new watch. And then I thought that I had lost my phone when I was in Del Mar like over there for the racetrack kind of opening day and all that. And so I was just running around phone list for five days like not giving a fuck. I couldn't find a key to my truck. It was just a disaster, bro, but I was just accepting it. I was like, well, I'm at my grandma's house staying with her whatever. Maybe if this is a sign just to be off my phone for right now. And then like I didn't report a stolen or anything. And then finally I was like, you know what, I got to get this all fixed. So like I tied my truck to it up to my parents house up in LA, which was covered by triple A. And because they had a sparse out of my keys. And they're like, dude, you're a mess right now. What's going on? I was like, don't worry about me. I'm 29. Shut the fuck up. But they're just concerned, you know? My mom's more concerned than my dad. And then they're more concerned about my dog than me. They're like, are you feeding rooters? Are you eating enough? Like all this? And then, yeah. Yeah. So then like I ordered a new phone. And then my buddy hits me up on like Instagram or something. And he's like, he's like, dude, he's like, I got you. He's like, he's like, I found your phone and I brought it to incinitas. And I was like, how the hell do my phone end up from like, lolla, Del Mar, up in incinitas? That's like 20 miles. And he's like, I don't know, I just dropped it over there. It doesn't seem like a place you hang out at a lot. It was at this pizza place. Like if I get any money in my bank account, I literally just add it to my cash app card because I've had so much fraud on all my bank accounts. And I'm just over it, dude. So they had like a farm of wind turbines? No, her cannabis farm. Oh, that's cannabis farm on 28 years. Oh, that's tragic, bro. Yeah. What was the reason for that? Freaking they cut off the, um, they just shut it down completely. They shut all down like any sort of growing cannabis, selling cannabis, anything, even though, I mean, our family goes back like centuries in Thailand. Um, and my mom comes from a huge family and like very well connected with everybody out there. But I don't know. So it's just like one of those things, my, you know, she's like, it's done. My dad said, it's done. You know, they had, they had a farm on 20 acres, all fully outdoor grow. And we were, you know, positioning in it. And I was getting the right like investors where we were going to put containers on there. And, um, I mean, actually the calculations, I did, we were able to fit like 1140 by 40 foot containers. No, yeah, we're going to do something similar, but just not with cannabis. We're going to do like aquaculture and aquaponics systems, um, use like miners and ships to like be able to heat during the winter off set towards like other systems during the summer. All super cool. What location? Uh, we have 25 acres, like just at like 20, 25 minutes away from where we're at. I'm on like six acres here. And then we got 25 acres down the road. I'm like two hours south or like an hour and a half south of St. Louis. Yeah. That sounds awesome. Yes. Yeah. No, we are like selling lots off right now. People are investing for us to like just start building homes out there. Um, but yeah, since it's been pretty dope. I just, I just met him and he's literally doing a full like build out of a city, like a retirement area in Arizona, like kind of closer to the border. That is interesting. I hadn't heard that he had started working on something like that yet. Yeah. Yep. So, um, yeah, we, we ended up having like a separate call together and he kind of explained more of it. And he's like, well, what space do you want? I was like, because I want to put my, my fitness wellness center out there, you know, because I mean, what do retired people need? They want, you know, to do stream training still. They want to have access to supplements and, you know, massages and cryotherapy and, you know, infrared sonas and all that good stuff. Yep. Yep. Yeah. Hi, tech. You wanted accessible. That's expensive too. So it's like investing into like the wellness centers and stuff. It's really, really good money in there. Yeah. Yeah. So I'm going to try to try to get for myself like two acres, like, and then maybe just use one of the acres for the wellness centers. Like I'll have my house there too with the, you know, just walk to work from the wellness center. If I go over there for a couple of months or a month or whatever, just get everything going. Yeah. But I'm going to do some similar stuff like not with as much like advanced stuff. But since like my 501 C3 is a branch to like the Native American church, we can do like sweat lodges and different like, you know, healing therapies and stuff like that too, integrated with the sustainable living ecosystem.
