And we should talk about that because it's,
I mean, first of all, if there ever is a functioning justice system,
again, that motherfucker is going to jail.
And second, I mean, he confessed on camera.
And second of all.
And second of all, it's just so indicative,
I guess we could start with this if we want,
but it's so indicative of how desperate the mega side is
to win, to cheat, to lie, to do whatever they have to,
to make sure that no one can bring in their minds.
No one can bring accountability to the dear leader
because they get that they've driven the American economy
and the American people into fucking ditch.
They have no ideas that are good to bring it out of the ditch.
And we can tell this by the polling
in the fact that they don't actually announce policy positions.
They just try to attack people's character,
which to be fair, politicians on both sides do.
And how panic they are.
I mean, the idea that Donald Trump,
the head of the Republican Party,
always pains me to say it because,
I think the Republican Party's been destroyed,
is spending his time and the Republican campaign committees
are spending their money in Mississippi,
in Iowa, in Texas, in Kansas, is bonkers.
But this is where we are.
So if you want, if you want,
we can start off the Tel Aviko thing.
Let's wipe that out of the way real quick
because it probably doesn't deserve a whole lot of time.
I think this dude's just gonna end up being a very poor man
for the rest of his life.
So what happened was, for those of you guys who didn't see it
and haven't been watching our time lens.
The last time the people of Texas elected
a Democratic Senator was in 1988.
It was the, what, third election I voted in.
And I'm old, so how long has time we go?
Not that I voted in Texas,
but I voted in the 88 election.
And it obviously it's been trending,
you know, redder and redder and redder
over the decades.
Also has been, I just learned this the other day,
you know, look this up plummeting.
I'm not saying this cause and effect here,
although I might be saying that.
Texas has also been plummeting in literacy.
Someone can look this up, but when Ann Richards
was the governor in 1988, the last,
I think the last Democratic governor of Texas,
they were like in the top 10, top 15,
in literacy, education, et cetera.
And now they're like in the 40s, I think,
somebody can check me on that.
But anyway, so that's happened.
So that's the last time they elected a Democratic Senator.
So this guy, Talleriko, shows up.
And some of you may recall I'm a minister's kid.
So I kind of started paying attention to him
because he is a seminary student,
I think a Presbyterian seminary student
if I'm not mistaken.
And he's a preacher.
And so I've been paying attention to this guy for a while.
He's crazy young.
He looks much younger than he is.
I think he's in his late 30s.
State representative.
And he kind of came to national prominence
during, I think it was the first time
that Abbott and the Texas legislature
tried to do the gerrymandering.
I can't remember, but when there was a walkout
in the Texas legislature, two or three years ago,
Talleriko was one of the people that led that.
So that's when he got a my radar.
But he's been surging in the polls.
He's gone all around the state.
He does this thing.
And he did it last night in the town hall,
which they invited his opponent, Ken Paxitou,
and of course, Paxitou didn't show up.
But he does this thing where he takes people
that disagree with him.
And he'll sit there and one on one debate them
and try to change their mind, which he did
in the televised event last night.
How we could circle back and talk about Talleriko
and his merits or not, merits in the Texas race.
But the key thing we're talking about here
is that I think because the White House
knows through their own internal polling
that Paxitan in Texas is in real trouble.
And the reason we know that they know
that is that they sent Trump down there a few times
and they're spending hundreds of millions of dollars
in Texas all of a sudden, which again,
hasn't elected a Democrat to the US Senate since 1988.
So they're desperate to defeat this guy.
So you have shit going on, like JD Vance,
landing at an airport down there and coming out
and some guy says, I love you.
And he says, I love you, too, sir.
Of course, in an entirely platonic way
because I'm the vice president, not James Talleriko.
So they have nothing to say at all about his economic,
policies, his border policies, his religion, nothing.
They just want to convince Texans that he's a gay man,
which apparently is a fatal sin,
they think among red voters in Texas,
I think Texas is gonna prove him wrong.
And that he wants to trans all their kids,
which is obviously complete horseshit, too.
Anyway, they're desperate.
So a few days ago, and I kind of watched this happen
in real time just by accident.
I was working out and I just stumbled into this space
by this.
I guess he ran for Congress one time in Texas
and he's a self-proclaimed influencer, Tom,
something or other.
And there's all these people in there.
This is like three or four days ago.
That are pushing this story that James Talleriko
has been admitted to a mental health treatment center
in Ohio.
Now, first of all, let's just pause and think about
how far we thought we had come in America
where Republicans and Democrats in the last few years
elected officials and actors and sports people and others
have been very courageously coming out
and saying, hey, I suffer from depression or I'm bipolar
or whatever and I got treatment.
And we thought that we had gotten rid of the stigma
of mental health treatment.
And for those of you, I'm actually even too young
to remember this, but I know it from history
that in 1972, I think the presidential race,
a candidate for vice president had to drop out
because somebody found out they got mental health treatment.
And in fact, Nixon's plumbers in Watergate,
their burglars, their black bag operators,
broke in to the psychiatrist's office
of someone who was criticizing the Vietnam War.
That was 50 plus years ago.
And we thought that we'd made a lot of progress
in terms of getting rid of the stigma of mental health
treatment I've had in my family.
I've gone to counseling during divorce.
I'm not afraid to admit it.
And so they thought they had a slam dunk way
to knock him out of the race,
despite Paxton's corruption, grift investigations
by the FBI impeachment by the state legislature
in Texas where I think is the own wife voted against him,
his wife divorcing him for quote unquote biblical reasons
him as the attorney general cutting a sweetheart deal
with a pedophile buddy of his, all of this stuff.
So the thing that they thought they had on Tallerico
was that he had left the campaign trail
and gone and sought mental health treatment.
So point number one, who gives a fuck?
Even if he had done it, it shouldn't be disqualifying.
Unless he had some sort of actual mental illness
that would not allow him to perform his duties
as a senator, query the 25th Amendment
and the White House, but that's another conversation.
So they, as I understand it, this guy,
what's his name Eugene?
Are mocker?
Yeah, I believe so.
Yeah, I believe so.
Yeah, so if you look, if you look at this guy's account,
I mean, he's a kind of, I mean,
I don't like to throw stones,
but since he wants to criticize people
for their sexuality and mental health condition,
he's a big fat slob this guy.
And apparently he's either got some position in DHS
or he's up for some position in DHS.
And he by his own ad mission,
uh oh, I always make mistakes and tears gonna correct me,
but let me just find that they were gonna get some facts
in this.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
By his own admission, this guy called this facility in Ohio,
who by the way is run and founded by Trump
and Republican mega donors.
So he, this guy, uh, Armacher,
uh, White House adjacent guy,
by his own admission calls up the facility,
lies that he's a cousin or something,
a relative of Talleriko
and claims that he has a recording
in which the clerk or the front desk person,
um, quote unquote admitted that Talleriko had been treated there.
So if his story is true and if Talleriko
had actually been treated there,
then Armacher has confessed to a federal felony
because it's a federal felony,
punish punishable by up to 10 years in prison
and $250,000 fine to lie or misrepresent
in order to get protective health information
from a healthcare facility.
Uh, he probably will never go to prison for that for two reasons.
One is of course this administration's never going to prosecute him
and they might pardon him,
but more importantly, Talleriko was never there.
So even though he did impersonate,
he did mislead the facility,
he didn't actually get any protected health information.
So maybe they get him on an attempt charge,
Tyrann, I can talk about that,
but, but the reality is that he also
altered the recording.
And for a while, they were talking about,
maybe it was AI, this is what's his nickname,
Nick Sorter got involved,
but it now looks to me mostly like he just altered the recording
and, you know, took a six-minute call
and reduced it to a 10-second snippet
in which it misleadingly sounds like
the facility was quote unquote admitting
that he had been treated,
but in reality when you listen to the whole thing,
it doesn't say any such thing.
And the facility itself came out officially and announced
he was never treated there.
So this dude, Armacher and Nick Sorter,
the, you know, phony ass,
poser, right-wing influencer,
who likes to go around to Portland and elsewhere
and instigate violence at ICE events,
amplified all this shit
and so did many, many, many other people,
including Tom Slocum, that's some other fucker's name.
That's the space I was in,
this kind of Texas self-proclaimed influencer.
And all these people were in there in real time
and there was one dude who was on the other side
who was challenging them
and they just doubled down, tripled down,
tripping in Grant Cardone, that fucker,
that phony real estate, what would be the polite way
to say it, grifter, let's say.
Carpet beggar.
Yeah, well, also that.
He's amplifying this shit
and he's on a record, he's recorded in this space
saying to, I think it was Armacher,
but one of the people who claimed to have the goods,
well, it doesn't matter whether it's true or not,
it's good that we get it out there.
So these people who amplified this claim knowing
or having reckless disregard of the truth of it,
they are, they have committed defamation,
actual defamation, they've shown,
they prove an actual malice,
especially to do that lied and altered the recording.
And some of you probably saw,
I put up a post saying, hey, James Talleriko,
if you need somebody to represent you, I'll do it.
Knowing that if he's a smart politician, which he is,
he's gonna just let this run off his back,
he's not gonna sue anyone about it,
at least not until after the election,
but I was just making the point
that he's got a slam dunk case against these people
and lawyers who know what they're doing
would be willing to take that case.
So then this is all happening,
the influencers, the Nick's orders,
the Benny Johnson's are jumping on the bandwagon,
the whole mega talking points,
universe got ginned up.
And then it turns out most of them have now backpedaled
and admitted the whole thing was alive
from the beginning, including our bacher,
trying to whitewash history.
Why?
Because all these people don't want to get sued
out of existence.
So that's my obviously unbiased summary of what happened,
but I'm kind of passionate about this
because I was in the room when Tom Slocum
and all of his Ken Paxson and Jason Cronies
were pushing this even when it was starting
to be pretty clear, even then that it was bullshit.
Nick let go ahead.
You sound like you got a little bit of bias.
So everybody knows.
Oh, OK, just so everybody knows,
the Linder Care Center is in Mason, Ohio,
which is the Northern wealthier suburb of Cincinnati.
And the Linder family, you can look them up,
is a very rich conservative, and I'm sure he
donates a shits on the money and or the family does
to republican or Trump.
So I just find it very ironic that it all comes out of there.
So anyway, just put for people who don't know the area
or anything else that they understand.
And of course, that's super helpful, Nicklet.
And of course, they, oh, beach just called me out
and said, that's something really good.
Why am I starting a space when the Seahawks started 45 minutes?
Well, the reason that is forgot.
I forgot.
And that's a major.
I'm going to turn my TV on.
Thanks for that.
Yeah, that's a major sin.
Well.
