Crypto Space Network hosts and Rose discuss public speaking fears, mental prep for the 3rd event, and Rock & MJ's stage journey, urging authentic self-expression. - The event on the 3rd is a mental prep opportunity: be a "sponge and reflector," absorbing information and light, then reflecting messages back humbly with authenticity. - Public speaking is a constant community challenge, not an obstacle — Rock exemplifies this, going from refusing to speak at all to now co-hosting on stage with MJ. - MJ's natural speaking gift — her sharp vernacular and ability to hold a room — was built over years of improvising with customers at her bakery; it's a trained muscle, not magic. - Comparing yourself to others blocks the flow ("blocks the muse"); you must feed your own flavor and journey instead of imitating someone else's path. - Rose shared her New Year's resolution to be more outspoken, admitting fear and actively working to conquer it in spaces — growth happens by taking the chance. - Speaking is an art form: you "dance on the edge" and adapt your style to each space, like knowing exactly which restaurant you're in, adjusting your approach smartly. - Having a trusted partner makes the risk easier and more special — Rock and MJ are doing it together, and that shared journey is beautiful to witness. Conclusion: Treat public speaking as your own muscle to build — take the stage, stay humble, and lean on your people when the nerves hit.

on the crypto space network we are live and blessed and official. Time is working. We got you. Almost let's go. How was your day, Rose? How was it? It was good today. It was good. My energy back. So I'm feeling super chill. Level. Are you feeling the New York bubble, like getting what is it? Smaller, bigger, what would it feel like to you? I don't. It's just closer. I feel like I'm like, I'm right there. It feels like it's just getting here quicker. And you know, like my girl mine is like making sure like mentally I'm good. I'm getting sunlight. It's like a mental prep, even though it's days out. It's really like a mental prep in a good way. In a really good way, right? Because you want to be the best, um, sponge and reflector. Like that's what this is all about. It's really like receiving all the information and light and then reflecting the images and messages back out. It's just a continuing, good and be a cycle of that. And that's the real blessing, Rose. I feel like it's our, but one of our best muscles is to, to have humility and then offer that reflection back. Um, and just think about dog talk, just what's going to take place on the third. That's just such, that's the epitome of it. How many voices we're going to hear? Let's get some of that up there. Let's post to our speakers. Let's go back a couple who are last two or three. Riched, Zach and Raf. Let's just throw. Oh, yes. Sure. You got them. Let's throw them up there. I think this is one of the hardest things to do. A lot of people say they would rather do anything other than speak in front of people. And it's one of the constants in this community, Rose, is that people encounter a challenge, not an obstacle. It could be a fear, but then they look at it and they take it on. Like, you know, I think rocks and the epitome of it. He just not did not want to speak at all. Yeah. And now he's speaking with MJ and I'm like, wow, those two being on stage together and hearing them. Um, it's just going to be beautiful because I think rock is going to be the epitome of that taking the chance. It's not easy. There's not easy. It's definitely easier when you're with like the person that you love. Oh my gosh. It's like, you know, it's, it's, it's a little bit different to not saying that it won't be stressful or the nerves aren't there, but at least they have that and it's like they're doing it together, which is so nice. I mean, that's special, right? Like they really is. They've embarked in the journey with the spaces together. Like she is, you know, hosting, he's co-hosts and MJ so good. Like she can, oh yeah, she could take the whole 25 minutes easily. She's so good. I admire the way that she can just like always have like the vernacular, the, the, the speak always has like, she's got it, right? She's got it. It's her gift. It is her gift. It is. It's really just realizing it. I've heard her talk in ways where she's like, oh, I've always wanted this and she just seems like it's been something she's been doing her whole life. And I think she really has, right? Like with the news things, but just being in a bakery and having to improvise and speak to people as they walk in and remember their names and being able to engage them and they go all the little mini stories she probably tells when someone comes through her line or comes into the bakery. And the one she hears, it's a muscle rose, everything we're doing. You know, that's what's really cool about being human, especially when you find a safe place to, to exercise. You can do anything. You really can't. You realize it. Now again, the comparison to anybody else is where it gets, I think you block the muse, you block the flow. You have to realize your own flavor, your own journey, the way you do it is what needs to be fed. And that doesn't mean blindly going into something that's, you know, maybe it's not your easiest gift. Like if the tube is pretty hard for you, like I wouldn't say keep trying the tube. Well, it's like, it's like, I've had this like my whole life and I hate to like bring it all back to to me. But even like at my work, I was always, I never was like as outspoken, I was always afraid to speak. You're so strange. Yeah. And I knew, and this is actually one of my, my new years resolutions was to be more outspoken in spaces, be more out there. And I definitely feel like it's, it's happening. It's one of those things that I have to achieve. Like I've got a conquer. Well, it's not even easy though Rose, think about if you did it and you were boisterous and people didn't like you, or they didn't recognize you for that. It's an art form and you definitely dance with it. You definitely dance on the edge at times, right? You push it. But you also know how to change for each space. Like you literally know like what restaurant you're in. It's so funny. I love it. Isn't that interesting? Well, no, it's brilliant. You're very intelligent Rose. You are. You're very, very intelligent. And this is an art form. It's a craft. And yeah, I think the more similar to what we said about MJ, the more that you work, you're craft. And this comedy thing, you know, it was the first time you've told me that. I'm highly encouraging you to just check it out more. If you're having that calling, there's a reason and you don't want to be in the later journey of your life and be like, wow, I wish I would have tried that. Like there's never a better time. You're never younger than when you think of the amazing idea. You got to go for it. You got to just take the shot. Well, like it was said yesterday, it was something like, if you can have the ability to teach while also being funny. Yeah. And like, take over the world. Like you can do so many things. Yep. You're right. You know, everything should be. Everything should be. I've been thinking about that a lot. Yes. Everything should be fun. The ability to make it funny is a whole nother flavor. But, you know, when I'm teaching, whenever I work with younger teachers or other teachers or aides, I'm always saying, you could tell the kids stand in line. Right? Like what does that really mean? And then you get frustrated when they like bump into each other and then they argue about their spot and stuff. I'm like, what are we even trying to do? What is this line thing? Like do you really want them to just go stand there and stare straight forward and not move or talk? Like, would you be happy? Or would you freak out? Would you be like, something's wrong with these kids? Right? I don't understand. Right? I don't understand. I mean, my thing is like, all right, if we want to get them to the next location, there's so many ways to do it. You can make it a game. You can send them in and shifts. You can give them jobs to do when they go in the room. You can use their imagination. This weird thing, this weird system of education is to break that spirit of rose. It's really designed for that. It really, really is. And so I think we have to remember, especially in this community, we're doing the opposite. It's similar to what you were saying about yourself. You made a declaration. You spoke it out loud. You wrote it down. You manifested it. And then you followed through and I honor you for the art form of it. It's a craft and it's very similar to anything that grows like a plant or your heart and your soul. You're going to keep changing. And so keep changing in that amazing direction. I think you being in here is awesome. It's a good muscle for you to work. And you fit. You know how to do it. That's what I'm saying. You know how to go into each space and make it work. So let's go, Rose. Let's go. You know what I'm saying. So you put a bird picture up today, did you? I did. I might have done a video real quick because I didn't do a video earlier today. So it's like I got to do a video a day at least. Yeah. I saw something with the bird. There it is. It is a video. Yes, Rose. This is sunlight. There it is. She's so sweet. She gets in my hair. She lives in my hair. She's so little still. She's still got like green on her brother. She's very cute. She's super cute. She looks like she likes the camera. She looks like she's not. She definitely looks comfortable in front of the camera. She's very curious. Yeah. She's like looking at it. She's like, wait a minute camera. Am I going to be? Am I going to be up there? She goes. She's nustling. She's going in the hair. Why do they go? Is that just a comfort thing for them? They feel like a nest or something. Yeah. I think she just feels comfort. Even in her cage they'll have little tiny huts and sometimes they'll go in there. But they are very attached. She's super attached. They are like a Velcro bird. Birds are so interesting, Rose. This is your third bird or second one? My second. Mango was your first and only. Yes. And they're the same kind. These are the same kind. Same kind. Same kind. Yeah. Amazing. I love it.
