Bounties on Gib.Work

What is up guys? We got some exciting news today, so I hope you're all strapped in. But before we stop, if you haven't already done so, make sure you join the Discord. That's where all the awfuls at. If you have questions about a bounty or even a comment or even a concern, Discord is your friend. So if you're not already part of the Discord, guys, make sure you get your hands on a Discord invite and join the server. One of the prerequisites is all before you can see all the channels on the Discord servers that you have to connect to give work profile to your Discord account. That allows you to unlock all the channels and see all the activity in the Give Work Discord community. But before we start, guys, again, if you haven't already done so, make sure you join the Discord. Lastly, it's time. I've heard it all on Discord. It's been three weeks. I'm getting yelled at. We're going to drop the code at the end of the space. No prerequisites. It's time to drop the code. So make sure you stick to the end. I'll give you a code. Most of you guys already collected two of them. So it's payday for some of you guys. So if you've already been on a couple of these spaces, I've given out a code at the end of the space, which allows you to unlock a bounty on the Give Work platform, which puts dollars in your pockets. So go get your paper and pen and make sure you write that code down because I only see it once. One favor, guys, though, before we get started. One favor. If you haven't done so, make sure you smash the like button and hit the retweet button. Tag a friend on the comment section. I will pause, you know, midway through the space and check the comment section and you might get something. So who knows, right? So make sure you smash the like, hit the retweet tag of friend. The more people who hear this message become more familiar with the Give Work platform, I may walk away with some offer. Again, make sure you stay to the end. At the end of each space, I'll go through the comments and send tips to whoever was engaging with our post, hitting retweet, and again, you get the code. So last space, guys, just two weeks ago, we announced 4,000 referral payouts. That was just two weeks ago. Today, I'm happy to announce that we had 6,000 referral payouts that have been made to users on the Give Work platform. So what does that mean, guys? What does 6,000 referral payouts mean? That means every person who joins the Give Work platform, they get a Give Work, they get a referral link. They share this link with a friend to their network. To whoever, that person clicks on that link, becomes a Give Work user, participates in Bounties. That means every time that person now participates on a bounty, the person who referred them gets paid instantly. So if I get paid $5, $10, $100, if somebody referred me to Give Work, they also win along my way. So there's no excuse, guys, if you haven't shared your referral link, make sure you do so. That's the easiest way to win on Give Work is referrals. You all see the notifications, right? If you're on the Discord channel, it's not a lie, right? If you're on the Discord channel, there's this channel called Notifications. Every time someone gets paid on the Give Work platform, there's a high chance that that person was referred by someone else, and you'll see that the notification says that that person also got paid a referral payout. So it's not a game, right? It's real life. People do get paid for referring other users, especially users who are willing to participate, right? Like if you are just spamming your referral link, that's not the right strategy because odds are you're going to track people who don't participate. And then you're going to have what we call lazy referrals. They're never going to make you any money. They're just sticking around. So make sure when you do share your referral link, you're sharing it to your network and you're sharing it to people who have a high odds of winning a bounty. Nothing's better than getting paid a wisely. Or touch grass or if AFK. Like I cannot begin to say that, like, you know, the times that I've been laying in bed and I get all these notifications of, you know, five cents, 10 cents, sometimes even 50 cents, you know. I am very grateful for those. Yes, they are small guys. I get it. They're small, but trust me, you see my screenshots, they do build up. They do build up. Again, those are the best type of notifications you can get on give work aside of the new bounty ones and the other ones, but getting a referral payout because you know, you already did the work. Those are just, you know, payments that were, you know, met for you at that time. The other thing is like it's extremely simple guys to get a referral. You find someone like if you go on the give work platform right now, you find all these bounties, some of them are even for developers, right? Maybe you're not capable of doing that, but I mean, that's $1,000. It's got some align. Right? So if I'm not a developer, the first thing I'm doing is I'm just going to go find someone in my network who's a developer and I'm going to share the link to them with my referral code so that the moment that person wins, I am too winning from them. The best strategy though that I have with a whole referral game is, referral links do work, but the best way to ensure that that referral gets associated to your account is making sure that they download the app. Once they download the app, they get punching your referral code and you're almost 100% guaranteed at that time that that person participates, you will get a referral award. And I'm not going to lie guys, you know odds are you're not going to get paid immediately. That's not the strategy of a world, right? Most people, when they come to the giver platform, they have to come understand the strategy to win bounties, etc. So it may take some time. But the best thing that comes away from that is like you get a referral payment when you least expect it. And sometimes like I've seen, I have a couple of people I've referred, I didn't not expect them to win so many times, but by them winning so many times, it means I've gotten paid several times. Anyways guys, I can talk about referrals all day, not this better than free money. So I hope you're there with me when you're thinking like okay, right? I'm going to join the discord. I'm going to go look at the notifications. I'm going to call him on his BS, because if you go to the notifications and you know there's nothing there or there's something missing, call me out guys, but you can just go to the notifications, see what's been happening on the gate work in terms of payouts and terms of referral payouts. And it might not be your thing, I get it, right? Maybe you don't have time to share your referral link, whatever you don't like free money, it's okay, not for you. But on the other news guys, there's also nothing out there. I just realized that there's we have an update. So if you're on your mobile device, if you're on your Android, if you're on your iPhone, make sure you go to the Play Store or the App Store, make sure you hit install or update on the gate work mobile app. There's an update. We've already gotten a lot of good feedback about this update. We've completely redesigned the homepage. So if you've been following us, for the last couple of months guys, we've been trying to get this interface to your expectation. We want to make sure that when you log into the give work app makes sense, right? You're not just logging into a complete disaster, it's not overwhelming. You don't know what's going on. We're trying to simplify it, make it easier for anyone who comes on your work to at least walk away with a couple of dollars without having to understand how to start. So if you haven't done so guys, make sure you install and update the give work app on your mobile device. It's so much easier now to see submissions or even the bounties you created. If you're a creator of bounties, before it was a pain in the ass to find these bounties, now it's not. It's right up top. You'll be able to see how many submissions you've got. What's the best next step you should take on your bounties? So make sure you create bounties, make sure you install the mobile app. It's a far better experience currently than the web. One thing that I can say though, I know a lot of you guys aren't going to install the app. So I want to also tell you what's going to suck if you don't install the app. So if you don't install the app, guys, one thing that's going to end up happening is you're going to lose out on certain features or going to be releasing over the next couple of weeks. So that's the awful guy. So if you do anything immediately after the space ends, make sure one you update and install the give work app to make sure you're sharing your referral link. Guys, because as we grow back to the referral link, guys, because I really want more people to take advantage of this free money. The more that the give work ecosystem grows, the more payouts get sent to people who seeded users onto our platform. So that's an awesome thing about this whole referral stuff. It's like, as we grow, we're able to now put dollars on people to help us acquire users. So there is no excuse why you don't have the give work link pinned on your profile or you haven't shared it with anybody. You haven't like, you know, it's pretty money, guys. Someone out there is looking for opportunities. Be the person who brings opportunities to the table. Anyways, guys, I'm going to pause here for a couple of minutes. I can already see, like, there's, you know, a good thing about this community is like, you could already see the people who are very active and what ends up happening is the people who are the most active end up winning the most because they're always present. Just looking at this whole comment section, guys, I can already see, like, you know, familiar faces and it's so awesome because I already know they have a give work app. So what I'm looking for though this time is like, let's find somebody who, you know, I haven't seen before and see if they have the give work app. I don't see anybody yet. I think I see a lot of familiar faces though.
