When you're standing there you reach the final everybody good morning good morning Welcome to the conservatory it's Thursday fight day. It's have a good fight day today If you didn't recognize that song, I don't know what to tell you That was from the cruddy kid and I can honestly say I've probably seen that movie not because it's the best movie Because it was always on like some form of cable when you were a kid I think I've seen that movie probably more than any movie in the history of the universe Or like either background noise or someone else was playing it. So Classic I was watching Kubrick High last night, you know some of those Watching it again, so I figured I'd play that get us home a little motivated So anyways guys Thursday fight day, you know, we're gonna talk about but I want to get a little more in depth today When we talk about this not the same stuff I want to really try to get to some solutions You also want to talk about like look like Republicans ever want to get want to win again. They're a we're gonna have to find a way to coalesce and how do we coalesce? Where do we meet in the middle ground, right? So I'm not gonna seed my values I don't think any of us should but how can we because I want to tell you guys right now There's a lot of mega people out there not not the hardcore ones you see on some of this app and stuff. There's a lot of I don't think a lot of people that really we're still caught up on this app that we get caught up and All this drama, but there's a lot of just regular people that you know like the president of the United States supported them weren't really super political How do you reach all of branch those people without Not the sick of fans, but the all of branch to the average people that you need to win elections, right? And then we also also What I'd like to talk about today is I saw some I was after seeing some of the exoples or some very shocking things We need to have a real conversation about conservatism in the right Some of the numbers coming out with young men and young people and stuff are not good and I'm not just talking about like in purple states Or blue states. I'm talking about in deep red states. I have my own suspicion So it's probably gonna start some fights. That's part of the space, right? So anyways, let me get to the host Come on up and speak share the space and I appreciate you all Nathan how you do today, buddy I am wonderful Yeah, I have a lot to say, but first about this song My wife has sung that song Anytime any certain lines come up she starts singing that stupid fucking song So because I'm gonna have that song and my head probably for the rest of the week Fuck you Chris that was unnecessary But as far as fight day. Yeah, I got a lot to say Because I do have an issue just with It seems like some people want to just yell at other people and I'm like if that's what we're gonna do That's completely unproductive. I'm like you man. How do we fix it? How do we because we can all yell and say why we don't like each other and all that stupid shit But how do we fix it? How do we get past? The because the big tent. I don't know man the big tents It's not it's not working for a lot of us and I feel like we got to figure our way around this somehow I mean, but we'll get into it, you know, but yeah, man. I'm definitely ready to fight So darn yeah, so during a national election. It's always good to build a big tent But you need to have your own tent line and our base is an online right now, and it's all twisted at all Excuse me. It's all over the place. That's the problem You build a big strong base and then if you want to bring in Coalition's that's fine, but your whole base can't be based on loose coalitions that have no same political that are completely different politically Ideal and just like way too different. So yeah, we're gonna have that combo, but um salty how you doing today? Salty is ever a couple points. I agree with you, but they didn't ask us the leaders and the elected officials and the ones with the money That decide who are elected officials are they didn't ask us about Expanding our tent. They just did it. I mean, I didn't get it a questionnaire and someone asked me do you want to do this? They did it and I was being somewhat sarcastic the other thing I noticed about trying to Get along with each other now that this the primary is over the one thing that I've noticed is that you know we have bad Apples in every faction. Chris, you know this there's bad police officers. There's bad Catholics. There's bad conservatives There's bad Christians. There's bad MAGA, but there's also ones that they consider themselves MAGA But they're not so die hard That They weren't the ones that said we don't need your vote. They weren't the ones that said We don't need you or leave the party or they a couple times they said that they were probably saying it Um without realizing the consequences of their actions And I think we still now that it's over. It's never too seen to at least listen Find out where they're at find out what they want to do Uh, just like I wouldn't want to be judged because another Christian added a fool and then now At there everyone considers all Christians horrible people So I just think that we need to get back to being careful like when we hear all Democrats suck. I hate all Democrats Well, no, not all Democrats are bad either So I think that's one thing that we can maybe work on is Trying to figure out who we can align with and who we can't The other point I want to make is and I really want to bring this up You were talking about the young people That is really true, but the one thing that I can't get over is how this new The Democrats that were nominated how their centrist and how they were able to sway independence and Republicans to vote for them By just being in the middle But as Nathan pointed out and so many other people have pointed out are they going to stay that way or they gasped Lying in the voters only time with will tell However, but they reached a lot of people just by trying to say they would work on the economy They cared about the grocery bills. They cared about health care cost and um so Yeah, we got a lot to talk about but that's kind of where I'm at today Oh, yeah, um a couple things there and then we're going to go to Lauren because she's essentially a co-host I do know I agree with pretty much what you said until the end I don't I don't really find any Democrats are running a centrist they didn't have to They they didn't have to run on anything that that was my thing all they did was run on the The mistakes and then even push those mistakes the American people out the other side main All I heard was trump trump trump trump trump trump Oh, we're gonna lower the we're gonna lower the economy they did say that but they they issued absolutely no plans for right Anyone can say they're gonna. Oh, we're gonna work on prices. That's a well. Okay. How? None of they didn't present any actual policy Yeah, and some of the policy they did push is straight socialism You know, that's all of the government's gonna help this and that and but that's what people that's what people want to hear I don't know what to do and that and that's the conversation What I saw That is what I said well I spent with the fresh eyes going and back and looking at how can you call ill-spying you to mother hold on not everyone but him Now that's fair everyone but him or doing an Omar Well, I'm not talking about her. I'm talking about the new. There's nine of them that ran centrist Then and also the one that ran against my candidate Scott golem How he is defeating her It's actually was very smart and I don't want my DMs to blow up saying oh, we said you were a Democrat No, I don't like it either, but I'm gonna tell the truth on how they ran and what they did correctly With this with this election cycle and the temperature of the country He did come out and say he did mention our hospitals He did talk about plans. He talked about taking the tax tax dollars and putting them where they mattered So where she never addressed any of those issues at all So that's where I'm at with it and I saw that with many other ones Look at the one that ran against Paxton go look at his campaign and look at Paxton's campaign But you're correct there are some that are really far left But that's not the ones that I was talking about Yeah, I didn't see that and I'm not talking about their money does far left a lot of them did run as far left with the R far left They had a very simple message nationwide Just like in my state when you're blaming the governor of Lombardo for the Iran war and terrorists But economy's king right so if you're smart and you come together You're just gonna push that narrative and you're gonna push it and you're gonna push it and you're gonna push it because it hits own Like there's one thing you can't argue with you can't argue with someone's wallet All right, like they know what's in their bank account and Democrats that are really good job regardless Let me try to get Lauren up she keeps dropping Democrats did a really good job nationwide pushing the economy and it's smart like and Republicans did a pretty good job with it in 24 right I think just I and that happens in elections sometimes sometimes one parties of messaging is better than the other It's not always Democrats. It can switch right so 24 we had the we had the we had the edge in the messaging Nationwide right and they they tried to counter it with whatever the local ones they had It was pretty much trump trump trump trump trump trump From the first term right and January 6 and all that ship but that didn't ring home with the American people because why Because they felt like their wallets are being affected All the messaging Republicans did about trans kids and this and that and this election In the census was saying the yesterday that fell flat this election because why because people looked at the gas pump And if you're in Nevada It would it got over five and your food prices started going up and then who are you gonna blame for that? Well, you're gonna blame the people in charge right so That's how I feel a slow time. I'm not saying you're wrong like they did run some better candidates and good spots good for them That's what you should do But they also ran a lot of shitty candidates. Just don't want them landslides. Well, don't get me wrong I'm talking about what they did to win the election That's where I was looking at where we're why we lost the election now what they choose to do with it is left You know, we haven't seen that yet because I believe that they're gonna be liars And they're gonna misrepresent the people that voted for them Then it's gonna scream right for us and it's gonna benefit us in 2028 So I'm anxious to see exactly how this plays out you can laugh all you want Billy Do you have do you have you seen a crystal ball a lot of the Democrats that were nominated are generation They're actually out here I mean a lot of the ones that are a younger brand of people that say that they are not going to align with the party So are we supposed to just say yeah Because of history we don't believe you are we gonna wait and see and then judge I'm just gonna wait and see and then judge that's all I'm saying Well, we have no idea what they're gonna do in 20. It's gonna come down to there'll be a lot of factors going on Then we'll see where the economy is uh, it could bounce back to bounce back strong We don't know right and if it does they're gonna have to switch and we'll see Um again, there's it's two years away There's gonna be a lot of things that happen between now and then and we'll see what the president and as a cabinet could do I mean if you if you ever I mean, you know, you can judge them for what or how you feel This is gonna be a make or break time for them even though Trump's gonna be kind of lame duck is not getting any legislation passed But there's other things you can do there's other ways to use a bully pulpit and let's see if he does it If he doesn't then you can call him out for it if he does then say hey, let's go Laura. Let's go Lauren and then Billy and then QQ Lauren, how you doing today? I was trying to bring you in like a host, but you dropped Lauren going once uh, did give her a few minutes. She's on her way out All right, well, she that's what happens when you get sick and have Anyways, uh, she's probably just in see she's pregnant just kidding um go ahead Billy how you doing today? He did on a purpose It was more so at the point I do think No offense, Alty I do think you're underestimating kind of what what just took place There's potentially two supreme court justices that could that could be vacated and filled by by the Democratic party and And these individuals that they ran. I mean, there's a reason why all of these campaign managers and recruiters Thought out these people that appear to be normal because Although the progressive politics don't win elections um when when when they're when they're matched with a face when they're paired with somebody a little bit more normy Right like if you look James Talleriko he appears to be a normal person However his politics are extremely progressive and he outlined that he outlined that very early in his in his Acceptance speech he said that they plan on nuking the filibuster because the individual body that gets elected should be deserve deserve the right to govern And I think what it's going to come down to is The progressive party and and kind of the old guard Democrats Making some concessions to support each other. I think the old guard is really focused on Continuing war effort and Ukraine and possibly Iran and then the more progressive side is going to focus on things relevant to do with taxes another Social social societal system reforms, but no, I just I don't see any Call call me Blackpilled that I think this is the first time I've ever been blackpilled in my life to be honest A majority of my political career being optimistic, but I am now blackpilled I think 28 is a watch when you look at the Senate seats that are going to be up for election. They're already tough tough seats to begin with At 2030 But really hold that thought having said that But can you hear me, Billy? Yeah, I have a question don't go too far ahead. Okay, so stand right there for a second with me Having said that put my point with me that that could have been why they won however if they missed
