know what's important to you about Alberta no crown tonight.
Hey, let us hear from you.
That's how you do it.
And it helps repost this space and populate it across X so Canadians can come on in here
and enjoy this space.
I want to thank everybody for doing that tonight.
If you don't want to quote it, go ahead and repost it.
That's fine too.
Thanks so much for that.
I myself am kind of a little bit in a weird situation here tonight guys.
Of course with everything that occurred over the weekend and also with what occurred
yesterday, there's a lot going through Joe's mind.
So I've got a lot to say tonight, but I think it's Canada talks tonight and I want to hear
from Canadians.
And I think that's what our whole mission here isn't it Wolf is let's hear from Canadians.
How are you tonight?
Oh, I'm okay.
I'm a little frustrated.
I'm a little antsy.
First off, let's just get right to it.
The music intro.
I don't know what's happening.
Me neither.
It sounds like from my end of things and probably from the other end of other people's
things.
Is that?
Yeah, it's like you're having your microphone and you're using it to pick up the sound,
but it's got noise cancellation.
So the music isn't coming through.
All that's coming through is the occasional lyric.
The music is like not there.
It's going to be a little bit here and there, but basically it is a complete mess.
So is anything changed?
Well, it's interesting the feedback that you're giving me.
Quite often when I relisten to the spaces, the music quality is quite fine.
Well, you go back to last episode and you listen to the end.
I'm not done.
Okay.
Fine.
Don't always interrupt in me here, dude, especially on this topic because you always
got a complaint, okay?
Yes.
Now, the reality is as I have noticed over the last several weeks, there's a real issue
developing with this.
Okay?
So there's two points.
I'm thinking about changing over an entire new system, but that's probably going to happen
over the winter because I've got some other plans to take care of over the next 60 weeks.
So I'll be addressing that, but I think right now for the setup that I have, it's quite
great audio wise.
Now the other unique thing that I'm thinking in the back of my mind is of course I've downloaded
the archive.
So I've got season seven, six, and most of five just downloaded.
So I'll be parsing through that and feeding it into my fiddle, bought and dealing with
that.
So I'm able now to actually recreate the spaces and perhaps even edit in the music appropriately
and put them up available.
So there's one aspect to that.
The other aspect is, is I could put a memory card in this little box of mine, might be
track four.
And I could, you guys would have to put up with not hearing anything, but I would be able
to actually create a podcast intro and then move it into the live section.
There's several different ways that I'm looking at doing this from a tech point of view.
Being the guy doing the tech, right?
So that's where I'm at with that.
So it's pretty much got to be either the X platform because I don't hear a lot of other
people trying to do this in spaces.
So I love what we're doing and usually it works.
Right now it's not.
And I think it's just a matter of figuring out what has changed.
Is there anything you're doing on your end of things?
Have you?
No.
Nothing at all.
You're putting this.
It's not the same.
No additional devices have been added to the network.
The computer has not been used for anything other than what we've been dealing with here
on CDT.
Well, it's takes it's not like a personal computer.
There's nothing of my information on here.
So.
Well, let's take some time this week.
Let's put her around with it and see if we can figure some stuff out.
Yeah, we play around with some spaces over the weekend here.
I think it's important.
I like our production.
I think people come to expect what we put forward.
And it's part of our brand.
I like it.
I think it really sets us up.
Well, I know it gets me juiced.
And I think it does for the people as well.
But I digress.
It is what it is, folks.
X is depreciating communities.
It's causing all kinds of havoc.
So that's just something we have to fight through.
Joe did touch on something we're working on.
We are touching.
We are working on an expanded off platform space, which
will archive all of our episodes, leaving them accessible to you in perpetuity.
Good ideas alongside that.
Also, we will be implementing in order to expand what we're doing.
It's all in an effort to give you more.
So we are working on things.
It's not just a hackney production where we're throwing whatever, you know,
I thought that's exactly what it was.
It's ironic.
There's a difference between a haystack and a haxi, right?
Yeah.
So here's a difference here between Mr. Rampart and I.
We'll be going into the next episode.
And he'll say, it's bigger and better than ever.
You're not going to believe it.
And I'm like, holy shit, don't over sell it, Joe.
We haven't even started planning yet.
But I am just basically saying we're working on getting this up and running in as good as possible.
Is it?
No, no, no, it's totally hackney.
OK.
So well, Wayne Wright.
Oh, yeah.
Saturday, 17th of October, approximately 4 p.m.
CFB, Wayne Wright had a massive grass fire and high winds during live training and C company
3rd Battalion, Princess Patricia's Canadian light infantry preparing for deployment in Latvia.
Apparently there was an accident.
Nothing is known.
I know there is no shortage of opinions on what happened.
Why it happened?
What they do know about running these exercises on their base in perpetuity is they have been
doing use that word twice tonight.
Look for it a little bit more.
It's usually kind of my thing.
But sadly, we report that there are four dead, confirmed soldiers of the Canadian infantry,
Sergeant Morgan Wong, private Sean Farrell,
private Aiden Golding, private Hayden, like Mark.
There were 39 other injuries, 19 critical at last count.
Maybe someone can update that.
Cause of course is still under investigation.
There is no confirmation of terrorism or conspiracy theories yet unnamed, no confirmed oil
and gas involvement, which would be damn near, well, incredibly disappointing.
Yeah, there's preliminary talk of a munition explosion from the exercise, but that hasn't
been confirmed.
Range control is aware of a fire roughly a kilometer out.
They judged it under control, training continued.
And then what happened was the wind drove it within 30 seconds to a minute.
They saw no fire then there was fire right on top of them.
It's what can happen in a perfect storm.
Yeah, so I guess the federal government chose to use it to their advantage just before
a very important day in Alberta history and Canadian history.
You know, Karne called it one of the worst peacetime tragedies on Canadian soil and flags
across the nation were at half mast.
The moment of silence in the house, forced the unity pitch came in full-throated.
And advanced polls and wane right were disrupted by the event.
So the federal government definitely took an opportunity to clot the fabric of this argument.
That can't be denied.
The aftermath, the investigation is expected to take a month or more.
And the battalions are still slated to go to Latvia in the spring.
So CTT Canada talks tonight.
We take the service of the Canadian Armed Forces very seriously here.
It's in our song from Ypres to Candahar.
We celebrate, commemorate our soldiers.
And regardless of the ballot, the cause of the fire or the narrative being spun, the
dead must be honored.
But with that, we're going to have a moment of silence in honor of the fallen.
Joe, thank you everyone for recognizing that very important moment.
Joe, just so you know, I know we agreed to playing caps tonight, but it didn't come
through again.
We have to work that out.
Needless to say, there was a lot of silence still with me.
Yeah, I'm here and it's not absent.
The last post.
Yes, don't sorry.
The last post, yes, which is used quite often in such a situation as this today.
People often forget that perhaps maybe I should approach this more pragmatically.
I think people need to remember, they need to remember that these four gentlemen, they
were someone's son, someone's grandchild, someone's brother, someone's lover, someone's
friend.
They're Canadians and we lost them in a tragic accident or was it an accident?
All the same was a tragedy, absolute tragedy.
There's more to come on that over the time.
There's a lot of opinions you can listen to them all over spaces the last three days
even this evening in other spaces, but at the end of the day, we mourn our loss.
Absolutely.
Four four souls that you know chose to be all they could be for a pit and so forth.
So that we can express our opinions and live in this land.
Whether you respect Canada as a nation, whether you want out, irrelevant, these people, they're
fighting for you regardless of where you are and your politics and never ever forget
that.
I think the only thing that's kept me sane the last five days is pragmaticism.
Just looking at things pragmatically.
I'm ready to move to the opening, sovo on a very, very important night for Canada to
talk tonight as soon as you are my friend.
You know, I'm ready to throw the doors anything else.
I'm ready to throw the doors wide open.
You how with the moon, all you want.
Let's get people talking.
So wolf how with the moon and let's get the mics loaded up.
Folks, go ahead Mike.
Go ahead.
All right.
Here we go.
Good evening, patriots and welcome back to Canada talks tonight where we look beyond the
headlines, challenge the prevailing narratives and confront the fundamental ideas shaping our
nation and the culture war broadcasting live from the cockpit of Canada's immortal,
Avril legend, the egg, myster one this season every principle has a price, every choice
has a consequence and every Canadian gets a seat on board.
Wheels up Canada.
The mission begins now tonight is no crowns Alberta part two of two in the no crowns Canada
series.
I'm going to keep this opening as succinct as I can to honor the purpose.
