is way too late. Here on the East Coast it's only 1220. It's very early. So thank you for anyone on the West Coast.
That's still awake right now because you guys seem very sleepy.
Anyway, the vibes are high. If you haven't already, Max engage like, repost, tag a friend, bookmark,
hit that post at top. Let's fill up the room. We have a lot of exciting things to talk about.
We're not going to go too long, maybe just a fun power hour, but we got to get with it and have this energy harvested.
I see you shout out to you back to you, Jen. He fell asleep. That was quick.
Chill, chill, chill, chill, chill. I was just going to tell you. You got to chill. Listen, you got to chill at
that West Coast stuff. We got to be more PC now. We got to be more professional.
You know what? I'm feeling like my to miss the Rogers in here. It is a beautiful day to
end the region hood. Let's go, baby. Get in there. Pop the latch. Yeah, you know, you can't get a
tie in from Brooklyn and more chosen as well. So I got to do shit for myself sometimes, you know.
This is culture, baby. Super high wasn't even a swimming experiment this point.
Just like did it this time. We did 10 years. Five days of the 11 years freeze brother. Got it great.
To laugh all you want, but this community is resilient. It's fucking, fucking free,
fucking mental. Mech or somebody on the bench is in real estate. A pay-ta-wantor.
And Mexico here. Where is Mexico? I've seen him get up here in Mexico.
Roll me into this fucking job. No fucking, we were fucking in the hole. We weren't even a positive.
We were in the hole. No royalties. We didn't tell me anything. Mech, love you, bro. Come up here when you can.
But, uh, this we're going to say what's up to you and then we'll say what's up to everybody who's up here.
Thank you for coming. Yeah, I'm a little fired up today because, uh,
you know, earlier in the year we had Gary Ve,
sweep by one of one post, one of 11 projects. He only posted 11 names. He added 11 projects. We were one of them.
That smack dab in the middle of his post. That meant a lot to me because I respect his grind. I respect him as an entrepreneur.
So just the fact that he noticed the work we're doing.
You know, they gave me gas for a while. And now today, another thing like Adam's got a lot of one of ones.
What how many projects does he want or invested in, you know, the floors? Not many, you know, not many rebits.
My boy, Sargeto, he's always cooking. Who else did he take care of? Quirkeys. A couple of projects, he, he bought, you know,
a bag. But most projects, he's got one of ones and supported and you know, he's supported.
Way gave with the heavy metal. But a shit man, a shit means a lot to me man. He wants an investment, you know.
And I know he's still small. He do squeezed us around. He's, that's how they get to that.
Me that be word don't think so. Like it ain't fun. It ain't fun to go see him. And these dudes like,
he thinks he's easy. It's like, oh, no, I'm alright. This is not easy. So the one of one was tough. And this one was tough.
But we got it done. Thankfully we got some good people in our community that understand the long-term vision.
And not worried about short-term praise points. So, but with that list, I'll throw it over to you and we'll say
what's up to everybody. And then we'll get it started.
Alright, let's get it started. I'm pumped. Happy Thursday or early Friday if you hear on the East Coast.
We are doing a pop-up jet talk. This was not on the schedule tonight. But sometimes things happen and the
energy is so high that you just got to open a space, right? The group chat's not enough. You really just have to
talk about it. So if you missed it, again, Adam Weissman is now the owner of over 100 regents.
So we're obviously pumped, Jetspump, the community's pumped, and that's why you know, you need a Jets talk.
And yes, it wasn't fun. Negotiating with Adam, I told you guys if you read my post, he is one of my mentors.
And I think one of the things I'm learning from him is the art of negotiation, being a businessman.
And I feel really lucky to be where I am right now. And I want you guys to understand this because
I've said this before. I never saw my role in Web 3 leaning so heavily towards NFTs.
But the opportunities that have come my way through the regents. And I don't just mean financial.
I just mean as far as growth and learning. And the entrepreneur that I want to be.
It's been exponential. And like I, today, like I'm so fired up about all parts of my life.
Like all cylinders are fired up because I just cannot believe everything that's happening.
And when I mention in my post about the opportunities I've had with Adam, whether it be dinner at the
Stefano's, the ape events at the Stefano's, him inviting us to his home in the city,
getting to have a private dinner. And then one-on-one conversation with him about my business and my goals
and the kind of business owner that I want to be someday. Like I don't take that for granted at all.
And we talk about this a lot in our spaces, right? And we've been talking about this for almost
300 days in a row about resilience and commitment and consistency and being motivated,
betting on yourself, betting on your team, surrounding yourself with the right people. And for me,
I feel like I see the vision coming together. And I had a really great conversation with the
client about that today at the Stefano's. And we're just looking at all the pieces, fallen to place.
And all of the hard work that's coming together and the beautiful new community members that we're
welcoming. And we're not taking it for granted. I want you guys to know that. Not one second of this.
Am I taking for granted? I am completely pumped up and I just want to work harder. I want to double
down. I want to do more. And our whole team wants to do more. And even better than that, I feel like
our community even wants to double down and do more. Like we're all so in on this that I will
remind you, it is a beautiful day to be a region. And I just love it here. And I'm super excited
because this is only the beginning. We have a lot more that we're planning. But right now, I do want
us to take a minute, take a step back and enjoy this moment, right? Recognize what we're doing.
Remember our why. Remember why we joined the regions. Remember why we committed to this cause.
There are a lot of cool people in this crew and more people joining every day. But we have the
core. And I see the core kind of branching out and bringing their people in and we just keep
multiplying and growing. So a lot of great things. Come hang out. Come celebrate with us. This is
completely, you know, unscripted. It's the re-gang. We're going to do what we do.
Jed back to you. This is your space. I don't want to hog it the way you do re-envisioning.
That's only when I'm cooking. That's almost every day. I had a face time a super-heraly.
After Adam, you know, the news went out. And you know, I say a joke on like he's not easy to
negotiate with it. And that's how they get what they get. But I'll be honest with you, I'd
demore I thought about it over yesterday and today. I'm like, I don't think it's about like,
when it comes to Adam, like the dude, I mean, he just spent a million dollars on stockpilers, right?
I don't really think he is worried about what the investor is going to do.
As much as he's worried about the people that he's investing in. And I think his kind of
negotiating strategy is more about seeing like how much do you value him? Like do you value him
enough to sell your NFTs today for half price? Like do you understand the long-term value of having
somebody in your network like Adam? That's what I think it's more about. I think he's kind of like
testing like let me see, you know, if these people really understand the importance of network.
And I definitely do. And thankfully, we have some, you know, strong whales that really understand
business and sort of the same thing as I did. So it wasn't really about like, oh, how, you know,
how much of a discount we sell on these on? Like it's it's not about that it's about, do we want to
create a one? Do we want to align with somebody who seems to be all in all web three? Who's all in
what you who's all in with so many projects? To me, that's that's invaluable. And like the value
of the bag today is nothing compared to the value he could bring just from being a friend and
just being part of the network. So if you ever get the opportunity, it's going to be tough. But
just remember one thing, network is 10 times more valuable. The connecting aspects that Adam has
and the genuineness that he moves with, I mean, he's been to my restaurant, he came 350 miles
coming up my restaurant like, who the fuck does that? And then he hung out with my pops hung out
with me, I have a list like, I mean, I don't know, I just wasn't expecting that and I do just
really down to her. So I appreciate that. But yeah, I just wanted to kind of put that out there and
let me throw it over to my guy super high who was pumped and sent him post text or whatever he was
knowing and we jumped on a call. How you doing? So bye. I'm good man, dude, I just want to say like,
I don't know, dude, honestly, bro, like how how this started and like, you know, I think I
think I I found out about you guys a little bit after you minted. And just seeing what you've done
like you particularly, but also like everyone else, you know, but like you setting up this team.
And like, if I'm not mistaken, I think this did you did or I guess I want to ask like, if a
list came into NFTs because of Regents, I just know that she came in like kind of recent.
Anyway, like you spotting all these talented people and putting them in these places like,
I don't know, dude, it's not it's not like an uneasy job to like look in this big ass sea of people
all over the place and everybody like says that they want to that they want to work in Web 3 2. And
you know, it's not like you kind of got to find people who are down with the vision and still are
going to do an amazing job. And I think like you've done that. I think like the people that you have
around you now are literally like such a perfect ass group, dude. And not to mention like the
network and the art like the artist fund. It's like it's like different in its own way. It's like
it's not like a derivative, but it's like it's like, it's like the name is like regenerates. Like
instead of degenerates and you guys put the re on everything like, I don't know dude, like there's
so much so much shit to be to be excited about. And like like I've said before, like I think
you know, getting to know Liz, like she operates how I imagine like huge company owners with
offering, right? And like you spotted that. And like I can say this stuff about every single
person on the team and like hella people from the community granted. I don't know everyone in
the community. But I mean like, I don't know dude, I just I see how you guys move and what you've
done and like, dude, like this is top of the top type shit. You know, like and you're two years in
not even like you you were a freeman. Like in my eyes, it's like you defied all the odds. So
even though there's still a lot more to go and I know you know that and I know you all know that.
Like like Liz said, it's still just worth stepping back and and just being being
fucking happy for for how much.
