And this is very counted to the DOJ policy
of doing this kind of enforcement close to an election,
especially one in which the candidate is running
that they hit the door of.
And yet they did it.
They must have really had some compelling evidence
that they felt they had to get on
and the judge agreed.
Now, where's it go here?
Well, first of all, we've all heard the stories about
how she might have committed immigration fraud
by claiming she was 17.
And therefore coming in as a child
under her father's refugee claim
or maybe she did this thing
marrying her brother as a whole series of stuff.
And there are financial allegations as well.
It's a couple of things here that I find interesting.
Number one, the conspiracy charge.
There's a blanket conspiracy charge here.
Well, federally you need two people
for a conspiracy charge.
At the state level on some stage,
you can have one and an agent of the government
and undercover or something.
But in this case, you need two.
Who's the other co-conspirator?
What are they alleging here?
What are they contemplating?
That's interesting to me.
And that could, to me, feels financial.
Let's see how it goes.
Number two, a lot of people are pouring water on this
and saying, oh, why are they bothering?
They've already covered their tracks.
No, no, it is extremely difficult
to completely disappear financial records
and even regular cyber records
because this stuff goes into the cloud.
Remember, Hunter Biden used to lose his phone all the time.
He thought it made him safe.
We didn't realize this at the phone,
back to the laptop, the laptop,
the laptop from hell that he left at that store.
And that's why they got all the stuff from his phone,
not from the phone itself, from the laptop.
So a lot of people don't realize
what the cyber universe looks like and it's always evolving.
So of course, you're in there.
You're looking for electronic stuff
that they think they deleted is probably still getable.
Paperwork tends to be lying around.
You forgot about it, you got up in the attic.
So no, it's a worthwhile endeavor.
And even if they think they covered their tracks,
they may find out they're wrong.
They being Ilhan and any other co-conspirator here.
Programming the whole Nidal Hassan public execution thing.
I understand that there are some people that oppose it
because they're just against the death penalty.
There are other people that oppose it
because they think life-streaming the death penalty
is a moral, slippery slope.
And I can respect these opinions,
even if I don't necessarily share them.
The opinion I do not respect is the one
where we can't publicly execute Nidal Hassan
because it will be used as a recruiting tool
for others long and terrorists.
I'm going to help you with that one.
When Nidal Hassan murdered a bunch of Americans,
it was used as a recruiting tool for us long and terrorists.
When he was arrested, it was used as a recruiting tool.
When he was put on trial, recruiting tool,
when he was since the death, recruiting tool.
If we execute him publicly, it will be a recruiting tool.
If we execute him privately, it will be a recruiting tool.
If we let him go in an extreme act of mercy and injustice,
it will be used as a recruiting tool
because they don't respect your weakness
and they don't respect your civilization.
You know what they do respect?
Force.
I know this one firsthand because I've had the privilege
of kicking in their doors at two o'clock in the morning
and putting my rifle in their face.
And all of a sudden, they became super polite and tossile.
So if you don't want to do this for some sort of moral reason,
fine, but if you don't want to do it
because you're afraid that it might make them mad,
they're already mad because they're at war with us
and you should probably wake up to that fact.
If you do not honor social media posts
from his half-sister are now calling that claim
in a serious question,
can you set the record straight about whether you or your family
have any ties to the Muslim Brotherhood?
No, but let's talk about this.
No, you don't have any ties.
And your family doesn't.
No.
But back in 2012, L. Syed's half-sister, Aman Abdel-Hadi,
who shares the same mom as L. Syed,
appears to have posted on acts multiple times
that her family is Muslim Brotherhood
and supports the organization writing, quote,
my family has long been MB,
but I've always felt it has navigated
the political sphere poorly, slash destructively,
another one, quote, praying for all my family
that supports the MB in Egypt, Lyleau, stay safe.
And another one, quote, had an amazing talk with my mom
about her activism in the Muslim Brotherhood
during the early 70s while she was in college,
hashtag Respect.
Well, as you can imagine, the Rogers campaign
already making a political ad out of this situation.
A dual L. Syed's sister tweeted,
my family has long been supporters
of the Muslim Brotherhood.
L. Syed's birth mother reportedly
works for a designated terror group
that provided financial supports
to have some of them lied in the Taliban and also Hamas.
We did ask L. Syed's campaign for a comment
on these social media posts they got back to us,
a spokesperson telling Fox in part, quote,
independent fact checkers have repeatedly debunked Mike's lies,
but their campaign continues to use bad faith attacks
on Abdul's faith and family, end, quote,
and bred the organization that L. Syed's mom worked for
was the Islamic American relief agency
which was sanctioned and then shut down by the US government
for funding al-Qaeda.
L. Syed's campaign tells Fox any claims he or his family
are affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood
have been debunked as, quote, racist and untrue.
Well, listen.
Right, singing all of you.
So services got a lot better in tabernacle over the last few years.
That's right.
President Trump calls you and says,
I'll do whatever you want.
What do I do in Iran?
What's your answer?
It's finished.
It's finished that war and it tears the man in the bay.
Wade halfway through and decided
we don't want to do this anymore.
The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps
is a radical terrorist organization
that has deprived the Iranian people and the Persian people
of their history and of a decent life.
They have murdered, raped, tortured, assassinated, promoted,
and the terrorists involved throughout the world,
especially in the region in Middle East.
They are a cancer on human existence.
I remember the young boy watching those walls
of November 1979 watching the radical Islamic terrorists storm
over the walls of our embassy in 52 Americans
held for 444 days.
And ever since November 79, the IRGC in Iran
has done nothing but export terror, murder, rape,
oppression, and assassination to the region and to the world
and it's time it stops.
Four decades is enough.
The Iranian people have suffered enough.
And I would say Mr. President, put your cowboy hat on
and get out there and kick some ass and get this done
and done right.
Like an empty fire, like your desire.
Like an empty fire, stand tall, go to the wall.
And I say, hey, what's up with you?
I'll be fine too, what's up with you?
Oh my God.
Hey, me and she get G up here.
I want to know what the Pope's about this no execution
of this murderous Muslim, traitorous soldier at Ford Hood.
I don't know, man.
I just hear that the Pope is gay and the Pope we had before.
This is gay.
And it was common knowledge.
Well, no, I'm just saying the things that he speaks up
or whoever captures the information that he speaks up on,
it's always a movement against any action
that's being taken place in the United States.
Like, dude, why are you not?
Why don't you show up to the United Nations
and just rip them all to shreds?
And why are you united?
People are dying left and right.
You get, like, as Trump says, he what?
Ended eight wars, right?
Basically, bring them to the table and stop your tomb foolery.
Why did it take Trump to do it?
Why was the Pope doing this?
That's just one we'll spin on that.
So anyways, just thawing it out there.
I just, and the guy's Nick free-tasked,
the one that said he basically,
putting guns at their face, kicking doors in, clearing objectives,
door to door.
But I just, I don't get it.
I just, this United Nations, back to Omar.
I think the most impactful thing to take away from all this,
because we already know everything is,
and it is very, Washington DC judge signed off on it.
They were like, well, why didn't they do Minnesota?
Because they probably wouldn't get a judge to sign off on it.
That's one span of it.
But still, a Washington DC judge signed off on this raid on Omar.
But I learned just today, I didn't know that she might have just,
they say on all of her social media,
she changed her birth date from 82 to 83.
So it reflect that she's 17.
It's something needs to come of this.
Something needs to happen.
What else did I have?
That was the biggest one right there.
Omar is the biggest one.
I'll say, and his mom's connection is,
he's social media, back to 2012.
Tom, did you have an ex account in 2012?
No, I did not.
I was not on the Twitter back then.
I wasn't on any social media from roughly from 2008.
Wait a minute, you're probably still in high school.
Graduated college in 2005.
I didn't have any social media from 2006 until 2015.
And I think I made some burner accounts in 2015.
Actually, I did that several.
And I never was revealed who I was.
But I had lots of fun.
And yeah, I mean, but it was all anonymous.
I didn't have a Facebook account for a very long time.
And to all ran for office, that I actually create social media
with my own name on it.
So I mean, when I was in college,
I had Facebook from 2004.
And I kept it for a little bit after I graduated.
And then I decided that didn't need to be on Facebook.
It was stupid and waste of time and not really productive.
So I just got rid of it.
That's crazy.
And to think about it, 2007?
2008.
2007, I was just trying to figure out
how to become a civilian.
I mean, for years, I didn't have nothing.
Yeah, actually, I didn't pursue or see anything
until things weren't right in 2016, right?
I didn't really spend a lot of time on Twitter either
when I had the anonymous accounts because I knew it was run by Loftus.
And I knew that my account was going to get nuked, essentially,
and sure enough, all those anonymous accounts.
I started, got Shadowband nuked, suspended.
It was funny because I had people still today in my replies today.
I had a guy that said, do you have a lawyer yet, Tom?
You need a lawyer.
You better lawyer up.
And I said, well, why is this?
Is that illegal to host the space and ask questions?
And oh, you helped spread a hoax.
You made demands of a campaign.
The people that are on here are the type that are criticizing me,
Loftus, or the type of people that used to run Twitter
and would see something that I post and just said,
oh, we got to ban this person.
So I'm surprised how many crazy, just absolutely insane,
Loftus, that don't understand how freedom of speech works
is still on this app, telling me, I
need to go hire an attorney to host spaces.
That's pretty funny.
Paul Marrow.
It's so funny.
We all know about his describing maybe
why they went in there.
Maybe there's a little bit of electronic media.
I'm just learning, I set up my iMac here, AirMac, whatever
this thing is, laptop.
I set that up with my Apple account.
Yeah, I see incoming text.
Help my phone in near me, my laptop rings.
It's like, what's going on?
So I didn't realize that Paul Marrow's saying
that could be one of the reasons.
But the little tidbit there that I didn't fully understand
when we heard Biden's, I mean, it's kind of,
it's not, it's unrelated, but it's still the technology piece.
I didn't realize when they're saying
that laptop of hell he must have had an Apple or a Mac.
And then it put his phone in his MacBook together, right?
That blew me away.
Just a little bit of information because always thought
it was laptop from hell, right?
Like, man, when did this guy find time to download
all these pictures?
Well, I guess I guess that's the answer, didn't it, right?
Or put all this debauchery and discuss whatever,
I never looked at any of this stuff.
So, but Marlon, did you hear the new Jersey clip I played?
Were you even in this pinch?
I had no idea.
Oh my God.
You're mouth-harping.
You're mouth-harping.
You gotta get up underneath the bridge.
You need to truss them underneath the dragon.
Oh yeah.
Go ahead.
Oh my Omar.
And my God, Justin Murphy's going viral.
My God, if we can get him across the line
at the Voper America Bishop.
And I didn't hear the Jersey clip though.
