the ECB did raise at the last meeting as well, but they're way behind where the Federal
Reserve is, so we just have to say, and half a lot of people said they wouldn't be raised
to show raising rates, that's not going to create more oil supply, but there is a scarcity
now on money for investment and banks and investors are reprising that money, so yeah, I suppose
if it lasts true for the next year, maybe 18 months, it might take the dampener off house
prices, about a year, give first time buyers a bit of a break, yeah, to be paying higher
rates, but if the house prices are coming down enough, they'll be able to afford more houses,
you know, instead of maybe then perhaps one bedroom flat, they'll be able to afford a
standard tree bedroom semi, but yeah, I can't imagine the people who are invested in property
and landowners country will be happy with interest rates going up, but there you go, I suppose
the open borders will be still there, that's the way the government are playing the property
market in Ireland, we just need all this demand, we just need endless amounts of mass
immigration, that'll push your house prices, that doesn't work in the current climate,
if our unemployment is rising, all your loans expand in the social welfare class, eventually
that's going to hit the government tax intake, and you're going to have cuts, as you said
there yesterday, and that take what happens, you have to make cuts to social welfare for
all these farmers, it could be a very, very scary time, so yeah, it looks like it's going
to be plenty of re-balance and going on in the financial markets, what that means, this
was wild swings, it could be more volatility in the markets next year, there's something
that we're going to be watching, you know, the price in the central company, another two,
by the end of the year, I don't see them hiking interest rates in October, just before
it was midterms, after October, the money hikes, so yeah, we just have to say, it does
affect the cost of money, and it affects, you know, where aisle prices just, yeah, it's not
going to increase the supply of aisle, everything is still going to go up, Mike can go up as fast,
I see the euro did take a tank as well, it's down in the large, with the interest rates
rising in the US dollars, but yeah, so that's going to make the aisle even more expensive,
if we've got a weak euro, that could force the ECB to start raising interest rates at a
even quicker pace than a quarter percent, it could be a half, a percent or three quarters
percent, you know, so yeah, it's just another day in the financial markets, you know,
the way it goes, it's swings around about scape, that's what I was watching today, thanks.
Yeah, it's all heating up, all over heating, I see Ben Scanning, gosh, got a few words,
there were Simon Harris, Sarah there in the Centre Mall, would you say the, the tax receipts
from the government is obscene, and to all know, I wouldn't say that, we're giving out a lot of it,
you know, he's such a slime ball, he's got the gift of the warm tone, whatever you want to call it,
or yeah, it's all heating up, it's going to, it's going to have to give eventually, the
inflation is what's going to kill people, like the Americans are facing more than $10 or $11
a gallon, which was unheard of never seen before, and you were not far behind in Germany,
who had 252, 60 or a few, obviously that's going to have enough gone effects across the
whole economy, everything shirts, the lifeblood, like blood is teorium body, you know, diesel is
to the global economy, and to the domestic economy, like road diesel treviding puts down,
there's a few vital components, actually one of them I hadn't heard before, was on the list of
stuff I wanted to bring up, I sent you down, Mike's there, going to part, Claire and whoever else,
I don't know if you got them, this thing is kind of acting up, I don't know if you've seen it there,
it was just a post, I was reading it before I came on it, it's from, and I never got a chance to
do any research on it, some shortage, I know it rushes up to come in to supply of it, so for
so sure acid, you're not about that, you're on, they're, you know, first thing I look at
that, Gav, we got a post, sticking in the bubble, there's that much going on, GAP politics with
the oil, with the cost of living, with with walls, which you know, everything else is going on,
it's hard to keep up, as you said, their acceleration, those seem as if things are speeding up,
and that's the dangerous position in, we could hit a wall and crash the entire economy could be
crashed, you know, in a month or two, months, we just don't know, it is a, it is a scary time,
but if you have that tweaked or if you have any information, stick it in the comments or that
and Gav will have a look at it, there, thanks. Yeah, there, there, there it is, just come up to
on the list, most of the world's of fewer acid, vital for fertilizer and industry, etc, coming from
Russia, and it's now restricting exports, and the Middle East, a fossil fuel processes,
sudden loss would hit agriculture and manufacturing hard, Ireland imports, almost, almost all its
fertilizer, so that's, with a few, I don't know, there's a few like really necessary inputs that
are on, on serious strain, I would always carry on and told fewer acid is one of them,
yeah just wonder where it's all going to end, but uh, just reading the comments that Gav,
I think you have it up the top, is it Michael E. Lee Reg, I got a slap and Dubliners open,
did you see that one? Yeah, he got his head punched in or something, he was driving along in his car,
but he has his name all over, like it's like a red rag to a bull, and you know, I know he's a slime ball,
you know, but like assaulting them, you know, it probably is going to be about far right,
some far right to assault an amintral window, you know yourself, and you know, people do have
legitimate grievances, but like there's worse than him in there, it's hard to get worse than him,
but there is worse than him in there, you know, he does answer certain things, I think he was
jarred, did or jarred with Zony, or wouldn't like, and he was in contact with more of the cancers,
these horrible cancers that's going on down in his area, so like we know he's a gone bean man,
which for the country is full of them, you know, rubbing hands together and the video there,
I see Michael Keith reshared it, fair playton, uh, with him sitting in the mosque, like is still
my turn, that I will sleep in, he slid away that these lads go on, but at the same time, you know,
he's not that full worst of them, that's up there, he's reactive on certain things, he's just a
little money grubber, and you know, a little shitester, but yeah, he got the head punched off of me,
he took away an ambulance or something, uh, someone asked him was he okay, and he said, how would
you be okay when someone, while these punches come in and talk to you in the car or something?
So look at his, what it is, um, you know, his car had all his name on it, his face on it,
probably driving through Dublin, and then just lads very upset, and rightly so, it's going to,
this is destroyed, the country's destroyed, just, you know, physical violence on it, and I
lied like that, I got attacked before in the car, and it's not a nice thing, you can't really,
you can't really defend yourself for that, and like that, you know what I mean today, it's a bit of a
slay day, because like, like hitting someone whenever a back door, and yeah, um, going to far, how
you keep it, you're up there, and I just really, really, really just really have no, I'm good, yeah,
this is day two of, of puncture, your politician basically, that's what it seems like, the guy that
was arrested yesterday at the plowing championships, the 60-year-old and Ross Common Farmer,
seemingly a transpired day, I think it was the mirror I read it in, I'm not quite sure,
but then he tried to punch me, Hall Martin, and that's why he was arrested, he's going to be up in
court over it, and they have named him, yes, Annie, her, but that was yesterday, and today, um,
he lay, it's Michael, he lay Ray actually, the guy with the flat cap, not the guy with the beard,
so the guy with the black flat cap is Michael, he was pulled up and stopped at the traffic lights,
and he had his window down, and someone took their opportunity basically, and launched at him
in the front of the car, you know, so they threw a few punches to say the least, and seemingly the
guards came to his assistance first, and he was brought to us, but laughter, that's, so that's day two
of it, now I'm just wondering, is it the cost of living fuel, people can't afford to live, that's it,
and then there's predictions, the fuel is going up, the west coast of America, the Californians,
they seem to be on the same price as we were there for a few a week or two ago, when it was around
the 192, 194, it skyrocketed since as we all know, and there's spas and out, that's all I can say about
them, over the price, they're going absolutely wild over the Americans, so they're not pleased,
I watched him, professor, what's his name, Jang, and oh boy, what he's predicting, it's good for
for the world basically, he reckons that the Iran war will go on for something like 20 years,
that's what I was watching, and Trump is going to serve a third term as president, he put a
bet on which your man Steve from the Diary of the CEO, he was put on, he put on 100 euros for
Trump to do a third term in 2028, January, 2028, and he told Steve that the 100 euros will be
absolutely worthless by then, with what's coming down the tracks, he's predicting the end of
civila of the civilisation, that we know now, it's the pack of America, he's saying the new world
order since after World War II, it's reaching its end, and what's going to bring it to its end,
and all the changes we've seen that happening already, as George Hoop said, if you're at a bus stop
in Dublin or even down the country, and you just look around you, and the people standing around
you, it's hard spot on Irish person at this stage, nearly, you know, you'd be doing well in Mollengar,
if you measure someone you actually knew, it's that bad, so it's obvious you look around you,
they're from outside of the EU, they're not even Europeans, so it's completely changed,
Zhang was saying that Islam will take over what's going to happen is, and Drouge is the next big,
is Tang, he was saying not actually oil, oil is going to hit us and affect us, and another thing
that's going to be a scarcity of out of the street for movies, not just virtualiser products,
but helium, and helium is used for the manufacture of semiconductors that go in your computers,
your phones, all your electronic devices basically, so you may have a spare phone or a spare
computer or mind which I have, because that's the one thing that we're going to miss out on,
in the first world we call it, we're not going to be able to access, what should I say, technology,
any sort of equipment like that, that's what's going to happen, they're not going to be able to
manufacture it, or it'll be twice the price basically, that's what's coming down the tracks,
but the famine is going to drive people, especially out of the mid-least, and he was saying water
shortages, water scarcity, so I suppose we're lucky living in Ireland from that point of view,
that's a bit of a mad rant, but Johnny, that's a summary of what I've just noticed in the last 24
hours. Yeah, and also I play good take, 100%, yeah, I wonder what I could be that has these, you know,
disenfranchised, dis-facted voters, punch and politicians, or trying to punch politicians, could it be
the rips, could it be the murders, could it be the lack of housing, could it be the cost of living,
could it be the cost of fuel, could it be a cost of food, could it be government overreach,
removing free speech, could it be what they've done to us over the call, but long this, very long this
is the way I remember going, I don't know, I don't know why anyone would want to do any harm to the
politicians, God loves them, poor old Mike, he's Michael Hulu Rea, and our dear leader,
Meal Martin, you know, that's shocking, carry on, go on there, go on to fire, yeah, I went to
an abit of a tangent there, Bogeyne, Danny Hulu Rea was the within contact with Gerard Gerr from
Limerick, that's who it was, the other brother, the guy with the beard, or what have you, that's who
was in contact with Gerard over the vaccines, and there was an article, I don't know what paper
was, this was the carry man, I'm not quite sure, it was a big examiner, anyhow, there was an article
a write-up about it, he did, he did take notes of it at least, and was looking into it, so we have
to give him a feather, he's the guy without the cap, we give him a feather in his beard instead of his cap,
sorry about that, yeah, what else was I going to say to you, oh yeah, Peter Burke who is a finigale
TD in Longford Westmead, I think it's enterprise, he's over, or is it state,
Jesus, it's something to do tourism, something to do tourism, it could be entry, I think
croix is enterprise, it doesn't matter, anyways, he is a qualified accountant, so that's his
background, and he was predicting when they ran more broke out first, and that we would be seeing
food and fuel prices and energy costs going up, one guy said 9%, and he said as much as 30%,
now what's happening in the Middle East at the minute, basically, and they're saying that it could be
25% rise in our food, so you see what's happening, Gavon is it's eating people in the pockets,
and that's why they are a rage with the politicians, the politicians are saying they're not
sort of factoring any energy credits in the budges, they have really factored mojins, they're
given, I think it's the old age pensioners or people on social welfare, whatever, something like
a tenor, it's like a token issue, that's all it is, you know, it's an insult, and everybody's,
well at least mine, I got a notification there from board, gosh, I got an email telling me my
electricity, the plan is changing, the sixth of October, so that's something to look forward to,
a 10% hike coming into the winter, you know, so take everyone in their pocket, there will be
backlash, that's why I imagine, and that's why people are so arrayed, you said it yourself,
Gavon, about an Irish man, you take a fuck for out of an Irish man's pocket, yeah, that's when he'll
feel it, and that's when he let you know about it, and I reckon that's why there's somewhat to push back.
Yeah, we've been saying it here for years, it is the truth, George says it as well,
take a five-rower pocket, and we're ready to backstair off, it was a John Waters, it said before,
it was the good one, it's like the alcoholic or the junk fella in the pub, you know, and there's a
lad teasing them and teasing them, and there's nothing said, nothing said, and then at one stage,
she just kicks the stool out from under the other fella and attacks them, that's kind of the outspan.
