Hold on. See, I really don't like having co-hosts, but that means I've got to do management as well, and I'm jet lagged as well. So. Tell me, if you ever done like 20,000 kilometers and five time zones in a space of a few days, no man, I haven't even left the country. What? I haven't even left the country man. I don't fly, I don't fly like that. I haven't even went to the East Coast yet, to be honest. You've never been to the East Coast of America? No, man, no, I've grown up poor. My poor, I'm one of the pours. I come from the hood. Yeah, I'm going to take a bus to go see one of the greatest cities ever in history. God damn. That's what I mean, big coin, man. That's what I mean, big coin. I'm trying to level up. I'm trying to create that. You just said you made 12 grand delivering Instagram or whatever it was. Last month. That should give it a second, man. That should get you at least an American airline, the economy ticket to New York, no? No, I mean, for sure. I just haven't had the need to want to travel out there, to be honest. You got to go back. I do want to do more traveling. No, no, no, for sure. No, no, no, fuck traveling. Don't do traveling. Don't do traveling sucks. Anyone that tells you traveling is fun is retarded. Traveling sucks. I'm traveling right now, and I'm telling you it sucks. What you want to do is you want a holiday. You don't want to travel. Okay? Traveling sucks. Holidaying is amazing. Hold on, let's... Friend Grunt. What's the difference with that? Traveling is only useful when you've got money. I find it already annoying. Grunt, do you like traveling Grunt? I don't mean holidaying. I mean, traveling, like a lot of travel. No, not really. Right. That's what I was just saying. It sucks. I read it sometimes. I'd rather stay home. Yeah, me too. I love the environment that I create for myself. It's fantastic. I love it. I like the consistency of it. But a lot of people love traveling. Like, I don't know. I like holidaying, but I don't like traveling. Yeah, I don't even like traveling on holidays. There you go. Oh, man. And you've got a private jet. So that's even better than first-class or business-class. And even if you're saying that, that kind of puts that into perspective as well, it's just sucks. Do you monitor any of your blood markers and stuff off the travel to see the response? No. Very. No. I thought about doing that. And then I was like, yeah, I don't want to know. Well, dude, I mean, you got to do what you got to do, bro. Like, I know. You know, I know. I don't need to monitor every. I think people could get into over monitoring, you know? A friend of mine sent me a post by Brian Johnson. He was like, oh, his body's completely wrecked off to the travels. I'm like, yeah, well, you know, like, who cares? Like, at some point, you just got to do it. You got a little life, bro. Right. You know, what are you excited about? What's going on? I haven't been out of the loop for a couple of days. No, I mean, I'm excited about what Bitcoin's doing. That's for sure. Price action is good, huh? That's great. So what do you think? I was actually curious. Like, do you think at some point you are going to get a premium when you exit some of your structures because you have Bitcoin in them? Or do you think Bitcoin premium is basically one to one because you can buy it in the market if you need it? No, I think I'm going to get a premium when I go public. Yes. That's the truth. I think. Yeah, I think people are going to see that this thing solves a real estate problem. And I think institutions that want to invest in real estate and have a mandate to invest in real estate because they understand it are going to see that this thing does more than produce a solution for a return, for a cap ex issue or for returns. It also solves a problem for capital calls and cap ex in the future and loans maturing. Like, nobody's in control when a loan maturist. When a loan maturist, the loan maturist. And it doesn't matter who you are or how big you are or how good your connections are when the loans do, the loans do. And I mean, maybe you can, you know, and if everybody has their loans coming to you at the same time and I'm the only one holding Bitcoin, then I'm a fucking crush. Yep. Because I'm liquid when they're not. They have to sell and I don't. By the way, I was wondering, do you take international investor funds or can you do that? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, we do. Yeah, we do. Because I'm looking at my parents and I'm thinking, you know, they've obviously got a bunch of real estate. And I'm like, well, why don't we just dump all of that and just put the funds into your real estate and Bitcoin acceleration plan that way? They don't have to worry about managing it. Because they're going through the same thing that, you know, the every aging person is going to go through, which is their kid, a KV. Doesn't want to have any real estate. Well, they can't, and unfortunately, I mean, just families can't buy enough good real estate. Right. You're buying from the middle of the real estate stack rather than the top. And, you know, by raising money, I'm able to buy these mega deals, man. These are, these are, I couldn't buy these deals. I can't buy these deals by myself. I mean, I can buy one of them, but I can't buy 47 of them. Yeah. We're building them. I'm building, I'm basically building a book of business to sell to a big institution. Well, that's what I meant. Or, yeah. Yeah. Or I become one of them. But, man. Yeah, I don't know if there would be a premium simply for the Bitcoin if you sold privately to an institution, but if you go public for sure, there will be a premium. Yeah, that's the only, that's the, yeah, but they're gonna, they can't do what I do, though. Okay. If they have a reach structure, I mean, they might, they might do me because if I'm big enough, but would they pay a premium for the Bitcoin? Maybe they would, but I don't see it. I don't see, I don't see, I don't see a premium for the real estate, but I don't see them paying a premium for the premium. Yeah. Yeah. I think they would pay me a premium for putting the both together. Maybe, yeah. Okay. Yeah, maybe. And buying me out or taking a position in me to take me public. Yeah. Yeah. So what structure have you thought of, I mean, I don't know if you can tell by that way, have you thought about what structure you would use to go public? Yeah, there's only so many ways to do it. Either I go a fresh IPO or I go a SPAC or I go a reverse, you know, I basically buy a shell that's existing that didn't, that didn't have any concerning liabilities. There's a bunch of reach out there that are gonna dissolve. So because they're too small and we would just basically de-read them, we wouldn't be, we don't want to be a reat. We would de-read their structure and then just slide in to them, dump all their assets and, you know, just go about doing business. And what do you think, how do you think it's, do you think it'd become easier for you to raise capital if you were to do that, go public and do that? Yeah, because I could raise probably a couple billion dollars and I'd go buy, I mean, if I had two billion right now, I'd go buy three billion dollars a real estate. There's probably worth four or five today. So it's still a bunch of real estate. And then I'd load up, I'd buy myself another billion dollars with a Bitcoin. Yeah. And go. And are you waiting for some kind of like market cap kind of minimum to do that or like what do you, what do you think the next day? Yeah, and then what I would do is I'd up below the seven deals that I've done already. I'd contribute to seven deals I did already. So everybody that's already in the current structures would benefit from any kind of premium because we would just, we would liquidate the member shares and convert public shares. They'd be locked out for six months. But no, I mean, I got a meeting next week on it. So I'll hell you. Okay. Yeah, we're, I'm moving, man. I think the timing's going to get good right here. No, right now, I mean, if you remember what I told you about the 50 week before anyone was talking about it, like if you look at that, if you look at that, the futures, this is the other thing that people got wrong. Like they always look at the spot price, but the institutions are in control of the markets and they use the futures markets, right? So really what I was waiting for was a close above the 50 week on a futures market. And that just happened. Wait, obviously Bitcoin will see whether it does that by two or not. But the futures is done. Like futures just closed. We are entering, unless there's like a drastic chop that happens for whatever reason. We are, we're entering a new structure here. So the quicker I think you do that, I think the longer benefit you're going to get from that. Yeah, and where do you see? Sorry, go ahead. No, go ahead. No, I'll tell you, I'll tell you. Where do you, so where do you see the futures market? Where do you price that? It's just on, I use the CME price chart on trading view. The symbol is BTC1 exclamation mark. OK. Yeah, so I just put the 50 week over that. And I basically, to me, I'm a long-term holder, right? So the short-term stuff doesn't really matter for me. And so for me, I have a bunch of rules. And it's basically, the 50 week is a really good indicator for me, I think, just for long-term narrative change. And then the 200 week is like, no matter what the hell happens, I'm buying. I don't care. The 200 week, it doesn't matter to me. Like, we touch the 200 week, I'm buying, no matter what. I don't wait. If it goes below that, I don't wait. If it comes back up, I don't care. But the 50 week is a really good narrative shift. They kind of sense this where liquidity's going to go, at least from what I've experienced. So I'll definitely be now starting to use and execute more on the tools that are available with the 50 week as a guide. Oh, I guess Grant had to drop. Let's see. It's Sam and Sam. Hey, British. How you doing? Fucking exhausted. I can tell. Are you in the States already? No. All right. Grant was on my space this morning. He was talking about being at the White House for the past couple of days. He was there meeting people and doing stuff. And he was talking about being in the different rooms. You remember that grant this morning? And we couldn't remember the name for the situation room. Well, we made all know. We made all be more familiar with situation room over the common days and weeks, I think. Grant, what's going on? Did they tell you when they're going to stop the war? I mean, and pump markets and lower the rates. Did they tell you about the conspiracies? No, he did not tell me that. Shit. It's a real alpha. It's like, okay. Yeah. But I mean, I was in his office and they were doing the Greenland deal to the same day. So can I can you just I apologize? I've been traveling a lot last few days. But the Greenland deal, what exactly is that? What's exactly happened? I'm not. It's an agreement. It's an agreement for us to basically run Greenland. No money exchanged, no trade. So you're not taking great? So it's not officially US territory, but you're running. Why are they setting up a military base there? I think that was the big reason for being part of the military base there. Well, I think we did. We just guarantees that the United States will forever have the complete ability to do whatever's necessary in Greenland in Greenland in order to secure and defend the security of it and the United States of America. Well, that's awesome. So basically without absorbing Greenland, AKA paying whatever you wanted, you basically secured the right to control it. So it's controlled without ownership. It's an infinite life agreement, by the way, is what it's called. There is no end to the agreement. Wow. So you basically effectively own it. Yeah, the problem was British. It wasn't it wasn't Greenland. You were talking to it with Denmark and Denmark along with the rest of Europe as you well know. Cotton dealers with China. So it was really important. It's a really important move. It taught me the best price.
