for GameStop starting to improve.
They were getting a better hold on inventory.
Ryan Cohn talked about this.
He talked about this for like game consoles,
he's game releases, and as a brick and mortar,
hardware, physical location sort of business,
you gotta have that inventory.
And so when they made that transition
to go towards like Pokemon, Powerpacks,
and more like these collectibles,
you know, it was a big transition,
which now makes up a bulk of GameStop's revenue.
But what is it, like 35, 40% now?
It's probably gonna go for 50% soon.
And it's all going in line towards this global commerce.
And behind this, powering all this
is artificial intelligence.
And AI now it's being integrated
in all, in all, every department within GameStop,
it's at the executive level for sure.
Ryan Cohn is using it.
They're using it for management of resources
down to the employee level.
They're using it for the managers,
they're using it for internal communications.
AI is like fully baked into GameStop now.
And they've had a run away of this for the last two years.
So when this post came out,
and I wrote about this, this G-America pin pose,
I started to see all these things
which aligned with the GameStop filings.
I had a hunch of this, you know,
So when the GameStop announcement about eBay earlier this year,
these things started to fit in line with it.
Because once eBay gets acquired,
and that's a given, it's gonna happen, guys.
I know there's some people that are reading a lot of news,
and there's a lot of other nonsense out there
saying it's not gonna happen.
It's gonna happen.
And it's critical because of what eBay represents.
It's a global platform.
And the moment they activate
artificial intelligence agents on it,
you're gonna have agents that are gonna be able
to buy, sell and trade anything.
And it's gonna go beyond just Pokemon cards.
The Pokemon cards things just kind of like a pilot,
prototype test through GameStop's platform.
And then there's gonna migrate that to eBay
once they acquire it.
And Ryan Cohen has already stated that.
He's stated that several times on these eBay podcasts
with eBay sellers on YouTube,
there was that, what's that guy's name?
Amit investing.
And that's when Ryan Cohen talked about agented commerce.
They're weaving all these things in together,
this technology stack,
the hardware software infrastructure,
this American Curetzu that I've described,
vertically integrated, horizontally integrated,
companies, partnerships, vendors,
the building of the super structure
to build a super highway.
And at the end of the day,
I mean GameStop's gonna reap all of that.
But GameStop plays a part of it, a component of it.
So with the rise of all these technology
and this infrastructure, it's gonna cut their costs down
significantly, it's gonna boost our bottom line profitability.
And for someone like Ryan Cohen
who is the executive chairman and the CEO combined
with a flattened hierarchy within the corporate structure.
I mean, he named it about it years ago.
There are no overpaid executives in the metaverse.
They're building towards that now.
And we're like at this tipping point
with Rantaff auto, GTA 6.
I mean, the White House has named about it.
There's a history behind Rantaff auto
and the game publishers,
which are linked to take to interactive
where Brett, Brett icon was a former chairman.
Even though he's no longer holding a position
directly within the company,
that doesn't mean they're not working together
or all part of this care rescue structure.
And the foundation, the thesis of a care rescue structure
is that they don't need to be like this direct monopoly.
They don't have to be like Google
that has the search engine, the ad platform
and YouTube and all that.
With a care rescue partnership,
it's just like signing a business contract
that you're gonna be friends with someone
as a vendor partner,
you're gonna get resources.
But in the care rescue structure
that I'm describing through GameStop
and all of these White Hat portfolio companies,
like icon enterprises
and even the former Bebath and Beyond
chapter 11 partnerships.
And many of those that were discovered
through Bebath and Beyond's chapter 11 dockets,
like hill co-partners, the retail association,
it is a super conglomerate
and it's like an invisible hand
of all these partnerships working together,
pulling a resource this.
And so when Elon Musk recently made this announcement
about XAI becoming S-I, right?
XS-I, this kind of clicked.
So when Ryan Co. made a suppose,
he wasn't only for AI builders,
he said looking to hire people for S-I, super intelligence.
I don't know what he means by that.
Love to hear his thoughts on what he sees as S-I.
But I see it as like this foundation
for all of us to be able to participate in,
to be able to build upon.
So I've been cooking up something for the last 18 months now.
And we're in private beta testing
with the members inside TMC.
And the website is live, by the way.
I haven't made the announcement,
but I posted in Discord.
So some of you are on there.
You can access the private website.
It's only for members only now.
And we've had tremendously great feedback on it.
It's a tool.
So in a nutshell, I built a tool that allows anyone
to take an idea or concept and take it to a production.
It's an AI software factory.
That's what it is.
The two-learned didn't read short version.
It's an AI factory.
And what's cool about it is that
it's powered by Cloud Code, the number one
artificial intelligence tool harness
with the number one AI models in the world.
So those that have had questions about concerns is,
Edwin is, is whatever you're building
you're going to get replaced by the next AI wave.
No, absolutely not.
Unless Cloud Code disappears off the face of the planet Earth,
Code Max is here to stay forever.
And every time Cloud Code comes out with a new bundle,
they come out with new updates, Code Max.
It's just an interface layer that sits on top of it.
And it makes the whole experience better.
So if you've been building with AI tools,
like vibe coding platforms, or even if you're messing
with GROC or GROC bots, right, you've probably run into
a couple of things with these bots acting a certain way.
Sometimes they're context limited.
You can't give it a lot of tasks to do
and if you want to bring dump it.
That's because there's different types of AI
that are out there.
And without getting into all the weeds of it,
I've built a single tool that allows you
to build all the other tools.
It is the super Swiss Army knife of AI, literally.
I know there are many members inside Discord
that are building trading bots connected to Alpaca,
connected to what weibo connected to unusual whales,
connected to the trading view, or if you're using GROC
and you have the connector with some of these brokerages,
you can connect and you can build your own trading bot.
And you don't need a sophisticated trading bot.
But you can build a bot that helps you buy at 52 week lows
if you're a deep value investor.
If you're looking to set up an aggressive buying portfolio,
you can program your bots to do that.
And TMC code max, the tool that I built can create these bots
for you, like real bots trading with paper money
and also trading with real money.
And then these bots go an extra step too.
If you like to speculate on some of these meme coins,
there is that possibility too.
It can do micro transactions scalping.
If you want to go big with SPX and you want to trade futures,
it can do that as well.
So I built the tool that builds all the other tools.
And it's not limited to just trading bots.
I've built myself personally.
I've helped build software for multi-seven figure corporations.
I'm building a new system, which is called TMC command.
And I've been sharing a bit about that.
I believe TMC command, which is a new product
that I've kind of put together,
is it's going to solve everyone's problem
for AI.
The number one issue with AI is this knowledge base,
having essential lives, location,
where you can get all your information.
Let's put in the context of GameStop.
When Ryan Cohen and GameStop corporations
had to do this turnaround about two, three years ago
in this timeline, they started building all this infrastructure.
You could find all of these articles
from mainstream media, where GameStop is cutting their costs.
You're also signing up new vendor partners.
You could find it inside the SEC filings with GameStop,
talking about who they're going to partner with,
what sort of technology they've been investing in,
like Google Cloud, Microsoft, Azure, Dell PCs,
like, GameStop has to disclose all of that.
So you can find it in their filings.
And if you map it on a trajectory,
like a timeline, you can see where GameStop
is making all these investments and changes.
And at the same time, you can see that
there were downsizing, reducing capital expenditures.
Ryan Cohen flat-out said he didn't want so many decision-makers,
that weren't really getting things done.
And people that were maybe not making the most time
or being as efficient or productive,
creating proposals and having conferences, right?
He gutted all of that.
He removed all that excess and it improved the bottom line,
improved the business, improved the balance sheet,
the income statements, this huge turnaround, this huge shift.
But at the same time, that leaves these roles in these tasks,
vacant, and how do you fill that?
With AI, you build AI bots, you build AI processes,
and then you can just have one person as an operator
that manages a fleet of AI agents
that can do the same things that other people would have done
or would have taken longer.
But at the core of it, you still need a brain.
So the tool that I have built TMC codemax,
which is powered by Cloud Code,
now can build all these other agent tools.
They can build trading bots,
they can build a central command center,
and the command center that I've built is,
it allows you to just bring dump everything.
If you wake up at four or five a.m.,
and maybe your business owner and things are on fire
and you're worried about cash flow at 6 a.m., or 7 a.m.,
or two weeks out for pay periods, right?
This TMC command will solve all of those issues
for a business owner.
If you're an executive of a higher level company
and you have all these tasks and these conferences,
and these meetings and these calendars,
and you gotta take notes,
but you're always at it, feel like you're burned out,
and people are leaving at five p.m.,
but you're still clocked in until eight.
TMC command will solve those issues for you as well,
and it will spin up agents that you need
to do the things that you want.
I built two tier agents, executive agents,
which you can program with like a CEO, C-O-O, C-F-O,
C-A-T-O, the executive C level,
and then right below those C levels,
they can spawn rock bots,
and those rock bots can have very narrow task,
and they can solve problem for you.
Now a task would be like reading my email for me
and summarizing most important stuff,
prioritizing people I need to contact, respond to,
this applies for everybody.
And pretty soon I'm gonna be doing live streams
to kind of showcase how I'm using these tools,
and how I'm gonna be giving it to the members inside TMC.
My goal is to build a guild now.
I'm gonna come up with this concept,
like what do I call this thing?
Is the TMC community, is it TMC investors?
I'm like, no, I'm thinking long-term.
I wanna build this first guild on X.
I think this is a great place to kind of nurture it
and put it together,
because I've been building all these tools
and testing them, because guys, I'm not,
I'm not just building software,
I'm building tools for fun,
I'm using it for real businesses,
solving real business problems.
So TMC code max is built on top of solving
real business problems,
real revenue generating problems.
And at the same time, solving complex tasks,
solving planning, researching,
and through this whole experience of building all these things,
I've gotten to be very, very familiar with AI,
like understanding it innately,
understanding how the models work,
understanding how, understanding how the agents work,
understanding how certain things are connected,
certain limitations.
I basically got down to reading the research papers
from the top frontier labs.
I follow the guys that engineer and build clog code.
I follow the guys who build meta.
Yes, I'm curious about meta.
I follow the guys who are on X,
who are building the X platform.
So I get like this really good concept
of how the ecosystem works
and where things are headed in the trajectory.
And when I see things that Ryan Cohen talks about,
Agentate Commerce or eBay,
Super Asci that he's hiring for,
Web apps that he's hiring for,
I can kind of pinpoint where the next timeline,
I believe is gonna happen next.
And right now, it's in this preparation mode.
It's massive preparation to build the super global commerce.
Meanwhile, the partnerships are already happening
and they have been happening over the last 24 months,
like Shopify, the CEO,
