So you're supposed to be excited to have it.
So we'll be getting started soon.
And yeah, just in three minutes for the students.
So they don't start off in celebration.
And let me say I can watch all the city on counts.
And also obviously everybody.
It's been a plan exact same session.
We're going to be the record patient and appreciation.
Address.
Awards.
And record mission as well.
And some spotlight.
All right.
So yeah, welcome everybody.
By six o' three.
We're getting started.
Proper.
So welcome.
Welcome.
Let me have your reaction.
So once again.
Yeah.
We're getting started by six o' three or six o' four.
Welcome.
All right.
So welcome everybody.
We're getting started.
You know, it's amazing to have you guys there.
All right.
Let me have your reactions.
Once again.
I'm not a reaction.
So I'll say.
Just for musical.
Yeah.
You can.
I can see our reactions.
Okay.
So we'll get started now.
Proper.
Yeah.
Welcome everybody.
And yes.
As I always like to see in more graduations.
That's, um, today's not just about celebration.
It's about.
Flexing on you guys is joining out for you.
Come right from the level of application to this very present moment, you know.
It's not an easy task.
Neyda is in a easy feat for you to be here out of over 20,000.
Over 20,000.
Over 10,000 application.
application to about you guys were selected and you guys are here today among
those that are graduating basically you know there were a series of things that
we said when you guys were coming in and it was okay consistency or course and
commitment and I could see that a whole lot of you have put that into place and
you guys are here today graduating at this very court court seven so like I said
today is not just a day of okay doing this we're doing that it's about
reflecting and thinking about new beginning you know it's it's an end of an era
and it starts over new era let me put it down with it does not end yet and it's a
day we're being anticipated by very long time and yeah for those that are
here you guys were selected among thousands of applications not because it has
won cup April but because you were being selected and you are here today and
even though I can't see you physically I can confidently say that we made the right
choice for a really into this program and you guys being yeah this
particular time you've exceeded our expectations and now like I said today
we're just about celebration it's about flex reflection on the old journey you
know it's not just about learning technical skills it's not just about knowing
how to code you know to design you know to write that virtual assistant management
so more that courses what's your track you applied for it was about transformation
you guys are going to agree that they were a whole lot of periods that you're
working on my assignment I'm doing this with my quiz my exams my
capital project it was a whole lot of journey and you guys being yeah it's
amazing it's amazing to have you guys here being among those that are
graduating today being among those that are graduating today so over the next
hour let me say a couple of minutes we'll be celebrating your achievements you
be recognizing those that are supporting this journey and yes it's like I
said you guys actually did our expectations so we are inspired and then after that
we'll be comparing the title that you and but yeah before then let's get
started let's get started I'm just going to you know I love to say this and I love
to reflect over the reason we even started this in the first place you know
and when I talk about this I usually say there was a vision and the vision was
to make education accessible or take education accessible and at the our
outputs it the lowest possible input it out for everyone so you can be so you
can have access to this take education and yes to we've been able to record
success to me I'm so you know you're going to go away and yeah success to people
that I've got to enjoy doing well in this industry so it's just about reflecting
about the vision wants to have the to ensure that Africa Africans access to take
education out there and it's going beyond Africa Africa Rada it's going global
and it's so nice to see that and exciting to see that and you guys are also part
of this story and like I said it's exciting to have you here on this
tradition session and it's it's beyond your technical skill just like I said
earlier you guys have developed several source skills like communication and
problems always strategy to your custom projects and so what are things you
guys are really that's maybe we're talking about deadline assignment and that
two things have actually taught you time management from your custom projects
we actually intend for that to see you how to solve problems there is one
thing I usually say that's it is nobody's the judge and you money okay we just
want to pay you just because you can't call just because you can't do this
just because you can't do that or people pay you because of what you can do
people pay you because of the contribution you can make to their business
and the way or whatever they're doing and as regarding your skill and that is
the place where the food the problem solving skill comes in and why we had the
capsule initiative and then you guys in your presentation you were giving
the administrative feedback so yeah so all this way to view you where to
transform you into industry ready candidates and we are so proud of you that
we are so proud of you guys and why why today matters and I usually say this
it's it's about celebration of your achievements you guys have worked incredibly
hard and you guys are not just learning these skills you are transforming yourself
into a skewed professional so you guys deserve this celebration you guys
deserve this graduation so it's a moment of gratitude basically that's the
second aspect of why today matters and you know we want to appreciate those
that made this exercise you guys did not just succeed alone you guys are
successful you are mentors during our series of webinars mentorship webinars and
some of the things you have peers your communities your families that believe in you
and today we're going to recognize everybody that actually contributed to your
success story and then totally it's a launching part you know I said it's an
end of an era and the beginning of a new era which means the graduation is not
an end it's a beginning you guys are going out there now you guys are going to
be applying for jobs probably some of you already have jobs and this is one
that I would like to say even before going further and that thing is always
trusting the process we are the webinar two days ago and I was saying on the
webinar that the process might be different my own process is different from
your own process and person A process is different from person B
process one beautiful thing about it is just trust and believe in your own
process there are people that once we finish this graduation process maybe in
the next couple of weeks they're getting their jobs there are some people
moving in the next two three months they are still applying what they now
would like to say is there are been people in this particular stage that you are
and definitely people are still coming at you only thing that I want you to do
is trust in the process believe in yourself know that you can do this and don't
be discouraged you know when some speakers we're talking about the webinar
they're talking about you know I know that about people that are graded
these days or people that are getting it to take at it they don't want to work
for a few days and I'm not saying you should work for a few like I said some
people will get their roles and stuff what's if you're not getting
it you want to probably follow it's how you want to it would be available
on the end you want to keep and ensure that you are doing something something
add into your portfolio something add into your knowledge something add into
your bank of to your confidence bank and position that when you get our
opportunity the opportunity is going to read readiness which is the best
thing that you can do for yourself I can say this is a launch part this is not
that end you are equipped already within a session and you're entering into
the tech industry with our confidence and you guys are capable professionals
ready to make your mark as I said the purpose of today's ceremony is to order
your past efforts to celebrate your present achievement and also to inspire
your future success so it's it's not an end it's just an end of an era so you
guys are no longer students you and you guys are going to be comfortable with
the distinction that actually carries with in the industry so welcome to the next
chapter of your journey like I said you are so excited to have you guys graduate
today so yeah moving forward to the recognition and appreciation session and
the recognition and appreciation section and basically I will be recognizing
everyone that has made this particular day is success you know I said earlier
that's none of you actually succeeded in there are some people in the
barbell that you guys might not even know about but yes they are working they're
working tirelessly to ensure that you guys are getting the best possible
tech education out there so like I said we'll be recognizing those particular
group of or set of people and the first and foremost is going to be the two
two of us I want to recognize our two to us they are like the backbone of this
program so your two to us are like the backbone of this program and you know they're
not just two to us they are talented professionals and they didn't just
teach you concepts I can attest to the fact that some of them were like
I know some of you guys were dystopping their records, dystopping them with DMs and some other things and
Dayway there every single moment to teach you culture to mentor you and to even encourage you when some of your films
Discovers and this is why we're recording recognizing them this evening and I know a lot of them actually challenge you to think deeper
Particularly in your culture and project, they teach you and some other things that you can do more than this and
They actually pretend a small stone which you I know like I said I know you guys sent a lot of games
The and the answer countless of questions
Reviewed your assignments provided detailed feedback and some other things from their own pool of experience and many of them are really stupid and
Just to ensure that they are getting you to the best of your potential and today we are
Recognizing our teachers with dedication as actually transformed like I want you guys to actually virtually clap for them and
Your passion for teaching us actually
Inspired a lot of people so today we want to recognize you guys and also moving forward
We want to recognize our web ennomeness. We usually do this even though they don't want to change you on some of them
So yeah during this series of mentors you they are actually sharing their
Experiences which you from the stats do you making that decision?
Do you making do you picking your choice?
Of course even to the mid-term webinars to the CV will be nice to the positioning will be nice
You know a lot of webinars that we put into please just to ensure that you guys are getting the best of
the
industry so yes
we are also recognizing our webinars and
For their insights truly webinars series and mentors
mentorship
sessions and yes
They provided real-world experiences and perspective even though we call them giving their time generously and
Some of you have even that's what we then and some other things so to allow mentors
We want to see want to appreciate you guys. Thank you for investing in
The new set of techies
Also, it's our organizing team who wants to recognize them, you know behind every successful program
Is a team working tirelessly in the program. Like I said earlier
There's my notebook that you guys are only working with your tutorials and your SS
But there are some other people also in the program working tirelessly to ensure that you guys are where you are today
and
Yes, we want to recognize our organizing the dedication and
your attention
To do is our protest to really as a day. So thank you so much for the exception of
work so yeah
Thank you to you to everyone so yeah just a special notes this program
Soxited because of everyone involved right from the tutorials or mentors or
SSEs
organizing and to the students so
Everyone is the share mission and we are so glad for the dedication for division now. We are sharing
Thank you all for making this bootcamp a success. Thank you for making this court
It's success. So let's let's continue
with
the program of the day and
that will be
The CEOs addressed that will be the CEO's address that you be coming up right now to
share some things with us as we go out and
Let me say job industry or tech industry or there's a good nothing to do. So it's going to share a
bit of things with us in the scope of minutes. So yeah, you have to make this part yourself
Yeah, all right. Thank you very much. It's kind of comfortable. You can hear me. Yes, we can
All right. Thank you very much. Good good morning
They're about that good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening to everybody. We understand that we have
various people across Africa
Right that actually came into this program and if there's something I've always said is that
When you come into this program if you want to be
If you really allow the program grew through you
You would realize that something else shifted
Idaio mindset
Idaio communication
Diotype time management. We've had several people
See that after a program like towards the transformation not just what they've come to learn
But also some other aspect of their life to shift it. But let me ask you in one word
How will you describe your take-rosh experience? Let's do that quickly in the comment session
In one word that would
Will you describe your take-rosh experience?
What is that one word? I want to go to the comment session and read
What is that one word that you find your take-rosh experience?
What is that one word that define your take-rosh experience?
With green firsts. I'm checking for the comments also amazing amazing amazing amazing all right great. You know
We built this program. Let me say God helps us to build this program with intentionality
It's we saw the gap
So many people would comment to a program
It would just after two three
Blah blah month they would just say that's okay. They've the asset's right
Right. There's no skew did you know already grill them?
It just feel attending classes not doing assignments
So five made the payment or something or something like that is it most for you to get satisfied?
see if
To get satisfied right or what we've done basically is to ensure that we bridge that gap
We we've tried as much as possible to ensure that we make take-assessible
You know try to get sponsors here and there also try to find the way of making it accessible
Right to everyone and we don't have our own ads
Or we also understand that you know as there's this saying
Basically because super partner paying the full amount of tea to 40,000 error
You know, there's this thing that if we don't pay you don't pay attention and because of our regulated
We are with our accreditation bodies. We need to ensure that whoever we are and in over as specific
He gets to actually
Know what's they are carrying about so for all suggest like sub-bifiquette
If you're not not from people from nature like you really sub-bium you most know it
We are not just giving it because what we are trying to create is that to ensure that
Use code 90 so on a squad 40 some other eight to thirty-two takes will give you certificate
But they want you to retake your exam to retake your test just to ensure that
You mean just certificate to requirement all they take to pay a lot of them will be just 32 people
If you get without caring about every really must study or not or not that right not that is how we're doing from
Quotes one not in the crochet. So we are trying to really give value just as because that was the reason we said 80% as the
Passmark for people that I put to score that 80% we are trying to give value to your satisfaction
He gets basically we are trying to ensure that yeah, it has a lot of value
We are not just pouring out the just just giving anybody
We are trying to ensure that when you put that certificate
Another person that probably if it was before I don't know if it was anyhow another person that actually at 20
You both apply for the job net net nepotizen comes up if I send us course 20 gods the job
Right and they realize that this person knows nothing you that you you you born
In midnight candles you did everything you scored around 80 90 right
Your certificate in the long run will not be regarded they would just see it as
As you guys are the same thing right so does the bridge we are trying to
That's what we are trying to do and
We also created this program with so much intentionality your tutorials are then your asses is at there
Everybody is there you get reminders of your classes you do test every two weeks
We don't allow it to actually go jeep into you
Before you are being before you
You actually attempt towards respect to do and you know to
So just like a recap of what's your plans we also put test and yeah, sorry assignment and assignments is to test your time management and how well you can practice right so
Because
We and one thing that actually gives us so much joy is when we you know
I was really not linking on someone today. I can't remember the track. I think from course six who got a job from I think you UK
Complino a US
US company I can't remember without people who got jobs from paper or people who got amazing jobs here and there right
It's gives us joy. It's gives us great job. I was in one to the song who got a job from Dankelsey
Right finishing for Dankelsey group finishing from our program again, and they are so so so so many like that
Within another century. There was I think our course for what's five the best-graded students in technique
I write in coated job with an Indian film right and they are painting which in six
Because basically what I'm trying to say is that where you put your ass into this as you guys have done
I cannot show you while I also why I always say that tech is a marathon or this prince
There's also a time for you to keep on learning very soon you you guys get on board in our alumni
groups and you also get to participate in build that zones and some other things and show you participate and show when when you are
Group to build the product and show you build it and show if that's there is the product from the build that zone
That was recently doing that we are interested in funding it we we are not just
Don't wait with all the leg and everything required to for fast track with sports much argument as we wish know
We give you wings to fly we make opportunities
We've done everything to ensure that you know it gives a perfect start
In the world of like tech and you know today
Some of the news you guys want to hear is that okay
The best guidance to students your past mark if he is going to be a retraction or not
If some of you are checking your or that if you find out result that may release you will have seen
You know means the requirements and now let me also say something even if you'll have
Go eight to about eight to the world, which is not possible without capstone project without capstone project
You are not getting certified right because
No possible for you to be a doctor who can just cram and not on me
The book without being able to really perform some little little tissues
Staring and opening right so we built this thing with so much intentionality
That's reason we don't allow anybody to take to it is rigorous. It is intense
But we definitely going to bring the best out of you. I think I'm still going to like come up later
To announce the bgs but for now I want to wish you guys a very good congratulations
Thank you in fact me personally. I know our program is intense and but it is to bring the best out of you
Goats are not just refined on the bed full of roses
Goats are refined
True ad work true consistency and tropasy variance and
As let me run the puts this segment with this to give you side got guide some
Some like comfort and also give you guys some kind of
um
So so also let me say I most of appreciate you for what you've done
Because I definitely know there's no comforts in groups and there's no growth in comforts
So if you've made it this wise because you've stretched yourself to bring out the growth you've neglected the
In comfort zone and also you know live general is unfair
You'll be not fair to your decisions to your want to make it fit to yourself
And I wish you guys a very best we can't wait to hear amazing amazing amazing amazing feedback
From you getting jobs getting opportunities. We really can't wait. And it's a perfect sale
You know sell means perfect. You guys are our quote seven our expects nothing for the
What the best thank you very much. A congratulations once again. All right. Thank you so much for that
And yeah
All right um so
Yeah, I'll be
We'll be moving on to the next session of the program and that is key announcement
And yes, this you will be doing that as well
so um
Yeah, you can go and start just if we're having the
All right, thank you very much. So I only have three announcements to make
I want to know the bgs. I think the each of you would do the best to to announcement and the assesses
right and
As you guys are graduating today, let me just say something that
I always say something that nepotism sorry the nepotism of tech is networking
And show you network and show you know
Two Saturdays ago
No last Saturday, you know to last Saturday we had a launch of
By the way behind our butcher
We've opened a physical training center in Guarampa
Right and we also have a core in space in Guarampa with fiber with star league with spectra nets, you know
So for cell phone lights a very comfy environment
You know, we are we we met with abuja, you know tech rush alarm. No, so for instance
Last week and was really an amazing session
And something I got from that was you know, we also had some of them come over on the Wednesday
They were sharing ideas and I could see how they are already planning to even start up a brand, right
Um, that's it how it starts that's how it starts right
Neb the the the nepotism in tech is net so you just have to net talk with
People I let me also use this medium to announce that we'll be having legos people get ready
Uh will be in legos by goes with ending of this month
We have your own uncouth not just for abuja people we have your own uncouth so if you are not the legos coming time from legos
So you can make it down and show you join the community and most importantly we have a big event coming up in legos
November 27 on 20th
Um to be an amazing time to have everybody around it's a two day tech event you guys you should know
They're when tech rush is planning something we are planning not somebody best
We've brought a whole lot of activities together and if you want to join our volunteer in group the link will be dropped on the
On your premium groups after this session. Yeah, and also some of you have been on our neck um
Your friends your loved ones your
blah blah blah your close friends relative wants to lensek when we when we learn next quarter
It's quite nice currently on and to be closing in few days in very few this time next week. It has closed already
It is all planned so um
Yeah, so they can see our plan application is still on now um
You guys really want to hear about the cutoff mark
If you are if you are everybody's graduates indefinitely for not everybody's getting us and be fake it
So but let me just say if we get our certificates that would be
verifiable
On that will be sent to your meals not today each of you will be announcing when to be sent to your meals and
Yeah, so right now, you know
At the beginning of your course. I always say something that is that you are you add to these parts or you are a star
Right and there's some people that have
um
I've shown that they are more than just now we are still going to have a star group
There will be a cutoff month that we announced for a star group
We are people that we are standing across the court to join the star group
I will also get to showcase showcase their more by one on our churches
Um, and they would also have some very close mentorship maybe one or two sessions there about with me
Right, and it's always an amazing session just to ensure we give more to people that
um
That actually puts so much effort into learning right and you know, you were able to um actually
um
Get to this page basically
So um now um
What we do I want to announce the bgs now what we do we only pick people
Yeah, I mean I announced maybe safe for example, Sebastian security someone's got
97
He sends just here for example
um
if
If um sorry moments
Sorry, please the moment
All right, so um let's just almost go 9 to 7 to be sense we are only
announcing the best part track
Not the best
Overall we are only announcing the best part track
Right so and yeah
So um
So yeah, I can see I have a list of names there
And I'll be announcing one by one
And you know when we say that 80 is achievable
The best guidance students from this court is 96
Right, you know, I always say something that go with no blessing on your mindset
If you believe you can achieve 80 the yeah is so only getting 96 the assignment is that the time I
The
attendance is not this the exam is this you know
Your excuses may be valid but you know you if you capitalize on your excuses
You just realize that you are not making requests whereas
There are some silent move as bonny the midnight candles putting the real walking to it
And I think there was a time we had 97 points something about for this course your bgs
As 96 and that's just really really amazing. We have 95 point 95 point three
And so amazing to now I will start from the bottom
Down to the up
Then we we go on like that. So for technical writing
And for all these bgs the course advice was going to put the template out you know
We have
Elite to spoken for all of you
I think you're also going to have another session with me
Specifically and with the course advice on with some other people as well
And we also have some
Some world social showcase you guys on all our socials and I leaked in the long. We have about 60k followers
We are going to showcase you everywhere

Alright, so I'm going to continue the announcement.
And yeah, just a moment.
So, we stopped at Buck in development.

The person is from ethical arcane truck.
With an angry score of 96.
So, as I said by the statistics, it's all about market sets.
While some people are like, ooh, what happens against 80 as an angry score?
Some people out there.
They will exceeding expectation gets 96.
So, yeah.
That is that regarding that.
Moving forward to the cutoff mark for course 7.
And like we said, the cutoff mark is for us to ensure that not just anybody is getting our certificates,
not just anybody out there is going out to tell our certificate, but to ensure that people that are actually worked for it, are actually getting it.
And what around was making a decision?
We're like, okay, we are two people getting 80.
But we still want some other people that are actually putting in work.
So also have the opportunity to get the certificate.
So the brand has made a decision in lower and lower because of market bid.
All right.
The decision regarding the cutoff mark is not 70.
It's not 75.
It's not 65.
But the brand has decided to make it 60 or 10.
So if you get anything less than that, you are most going to get a certificate.
As I said, everybody has got it.
But not everyone is getting a certificate.
And this is just in the, if we need 59.
If you are not getting it, I think the brand has tried enough to ensure that as much people that are put in the work,
also get in the chance of getting a certificate.
And as much as we have a lot of people, 80 and 80 plus as well.
And also want to give some other people upwards in the work a chance as well to get a certificate.
All right.
So I'll be concluding the recognition award.
