So, definitely a lot further along than they are publicly saying.
The thing that bothers me the most is that they don't seem to be worried about it.
I don't know if it's because they're stupid or what.
Like, yeah, I know we were pretty caught up on my updated things or at least what they're
trying to tell us the latest things.
But I'm starting to see not even in the medical realm is developing my dumb technology.
Just like these systems and programs are talented, right?
I believe we're a lot closer.
I believe honestly, I don't know about tech response.
I'm hoping like within that, I centers them.
There was an article that would be right.
It was called when transhuman in that article, like they outline making sure everything is
in place.
And then I don't know.

Which I think they're going to use, you know, neural modulation to literally, you know,
white people's memories and minds and kind of control it and put false memories and
false thoughts into people's heads.
And they're going to do this in a way that's not invasive, whether they, you know, use
nanoparticles through aerosol inhalation, aerosol injection with photovoltaic or photo,
photoactive nanoparticles, right?
People will inhale these and then they will use something.
It's non-genetic.
They don't have to use a, you know, synthetic genetically engineered protein, like an
optogenetics.
They can just use a link to actually our photo bio modulation, right?
And shift these frequencies and change your brainwave potentials and kind of, yeah, go ahead.
But they have to map it first, right?
So like what they've been doing is storing a lot of our information right now.
I posted this article one time about the smartphone brain scanner, right?
And I wanted people to read it because they're saying in that article that these smartphones
have the ability to measure our brain signals or brain waves.
That's important because in order to manipulate brain waves, you need to map them because
everyone's slightly different, right?
So like, oh my God, Ryan's like 100% dude.
They have to map it.
That's what the whole blue brain was.
Now project, you know what I mean?
Blue brain waves.
Blue brain waves go, maps the brain waves, bro.
It maps everything in five dimensions, man.
Call it.
Dude, they're going to hide the frequency on all their frequencies.
They call it layering.
So let's say you're listening to a radio station.
They're going to put a frequency hidden in that frequency that triggers that whole process.
Like I'm not going to lie, dude, they have it really well thought out.
Yeah, it's called hetero dining, where you split a frequency over another frequency
and you sync them together.
That's how they do like the Havana syndrome and all this stuff where they actually use
two frequencies and sync them together and shit.
Yeah, it's important because like, you know, there's a part of me that says, yeah,
so okay, they're going to do this and they've already done tests.
They tested this out back in 1992 when they were in Iraq, right?
They used this technology against the Iraqis supposedly, right?
And the technology was to convince them to give up instead of fighting, right?
And they did it through their own radio station, right?
So they broadcasted a hit-and-stick though within their radio station so that while they were
listening to radio, they were literally being programmed to not play back.
Like, the government's speculation on whether or not that's real or not, but I can't
say one thing.
There's no way that I know that that technology exists.
I know that it exists.
Like, that was 1992.
So imagine what they can do now.

You know, I was, I read an article kind of on the same topic, not about Iraq, but it was
about New Year's Eve in Berlin, Germany and where they were like playing on the regular
radio station.
They played this frequency over it and it made people like all happy and festive and they
kind of controlled their emotions and stuff.
And this guy on the radio station, it was an article talking about how they're able
to hold on my dog, my little old dog has hard time breathing and he's hacking up.
So if you hear like a hacking while I'm talking, it's my puppy, man.

It's a poor little guy, man.
But you know, it sucks, but we just, you know, give him medicine and stuff and he gets
a little bit of relief.

But anyways, with this article, man, this guy, the guy on the radio station talks about
how this ex-dysignal that they played over the Berlin main station during New Year's
Eve, them to New Year's was able to literally control people's emotions and make them happy
and festive and all these things.
So if they can do that, they can do the opposite and make people's emotions fear, anxious,
play with their hormone levels, you know, their cortisol, their stress levels, all this.
So they can definitely, you know, control people with external frequencies.
I mean, there's so many patents about it, old patents from the 80s, 70s, gamma, theta,
waves, all that stuff.
I mean, the list goes on.
You ever wonder why the covariance of the coronavirus were called gamma, like all the other,
I had the same names, right, as the brainwaves, right?
That's important because like, you know, at first I thought it was the same as bacterial
pages, right?
Because they've got some ones and they also had to incidentally the same name.
So I mean, were they testing that combination out and that's how they were announcing
that variance?
Because what they're doing this in front of us, but they're not saying it, right?
So it's like how else do you test it in front of everybody without anyone raising an eyebrow?
You come up with some fake variant for this virus that you said existed because whatever,
right?
But really, what you're doing is you're reporting to everyone, transfer, like, oh,
we got to transfer like now, if you have this variant, variant, they make that announcement,
right?
That announcement, I think they were testing this for the entire different deals with the
weapon, right?
It's going to be a combination of bacteria of just garantages, recently nanoparticles and
protein corona.
Protein corona goes on, they can do with it.
I mean, RNA is only just a really, obviously a lot of pieces of, yo, the thing I just
said about the, uh, it did your twin.

Before you go into that, I just want to make a comment about the whole alpha beta, the
the how you kind of correlated, um, the coronavirus variance to like different states of brainwaves,
right?
Now, remember when I shared that, um, paper with you about the use of wearable technology
to enhance response to coronavirus pandemic and how it had three different parts to it,
where it was, um, an infrared thermometer, a global positioning system and a radio frequency
identification device with the UID number, that's important.
So think about that, right?
They were using that wearable to literally send those variant frequency brainwave states
over, um, you know, wearable technology, I think.
And wearable technology doesn't necessarily even have to mean like a smart watch or like,
um, these fitness things, wearable technology can be embedded into your tissue through,
um, you know, like, um, what do they call it?
Trans-dermal thermal, uh, trans-dermal devices, um, where they actually use these micro
needles, polymers that, um, go through your skin and they inject small molecules using
electrical signals through your skin and to your tissue.
And that's it, you know, they can, that can be embedded into the, the components of
wearable and you won't even know it.
In our foe, the phone is the wearable self-assembling, uh, tissue chips that they're building inside
of us using carbon nanotubes because they are doing it.
And they're building the biological chips.
Then the physical hardware they have already set up in place, right?
And then they synchronize it.
It has something to do with the digital twin microfluidics and the actual human being,
right?
Like a physical human being.
This is why they're really, right now, just gathering as much data on us as humanly
possible because they need a lot of data and they need to make sure that data is accurate
because obviously if you're trying to control somebody and you send a signal, right?
Um, to induce, uh, suicidal tendencies, right, or fear, which is literally what their
lens are.
Um, you need to make sure that that person, right, there's no outside in variable.
That's kind of stopped that signal from hitting that person.
So like we all say next to other people, we all have cell phones, which I think the
fixed social distancing was really all about.
Like it was just about clarity on it.
So they can test this remotely, that's all.
And it's insane.
Like when you posted that thing about the tiny ML, tiny ML is all about micro processors.
It's an OS for that, right?
They are literally like the whole embedding.
That's why inferno is an embedded OS system, right?
That's why the human will be the human embedded system, right?
They're going to do this all wirelessly remotely.
But in order to do that, you know, they need a couple of things in place.
It can't just happen.
Like if they're going to get micro machining techniques, right?
You need gold nanoparticles for that to work.
Not everybody has gold nanoparticles, right?
And it's the way they synthesize the gold nanoparticles that make that construction of
that neural interface massively important because they're building it inside of people.
I promise you, like seriously, if you ever wonder why people were reporting that they
were producing Bluetooth signals, right?
Then you look into that and you find out that NXP is the one that all the vaccine companies
use to track their vaccine batches.
NXP uses a very special, like a, it uses that NXP in your phone to kind of verify the
vaccine batch to a phone number, right?
So when you got a shot, now, not only do they have your information, but now they got something
inside of you that's linked to a batch number, to a chemical or whatever it is.
And that's all pie to your digital ID.
That's important.
Those that compound in those shops, the ones that they will not help people, what they
are, they're hit with an attack.
It goes back to the tissue chip consort in 2010, right?
