ramble for a bit because crypto Twitter a place where everyone all of a sudden is an investigator a lawyer someone who works for the SEC someone who knows all the laws look not of us know shit we don't know a fucking thing we get nibblets of information and people go to conclusions in 30 seconds I know it's tough for people but you gotta be patient the goddamn facts have to come out before you start smearing people on any side of anything and I want everyone to be very aware that when there's any sort of little door to open for fud for uncertainty for negative smear campaigns and look I hope I'm on the right side of this I'll fucking tell you I hope I'm on the right side but all I'm saying is don't jump to fucking conclusions you gotta let the facts come out and in a situation like what we're dealing with right now with the last couple hours of this lawsuit coming there are people's livelihoods on the line and they're gonna do it the right way they're gonna do it through proper channels there's obviously been something brewing that's been going on people are dealing with it and now the public's getting little snippets and little breadcrumbs and it's an absolute witch hunt on the timeline and just because you've got an article that no one knows how to fucking read you are not an expert all right I'm gonna go on fucking record and say that to everyone it doesn't even matter what the topic is you got six lines of fucking information you don't know anything none of you know anything might go ahead I'm fired up oh man you kind of read my mind bro you said it way better about go ahead well a couple hours ago news dropped that there is an ongoing lawsuit and investigation that might become a class action lawsuit that is implicating a company that Jason has a stake in to the sum of $60 million and we know some things and other things have been jumped to conclusions on so I mean we're only really able to talk about what we know and we don't know that much we know there's an article that was published today ironically in Wilmington North Carolina on a local news I think it's a local news station that went live with it and Jason's lawyers have responded he just posted a response on his account so we know what we know and we don't know a lot so there's gonna be a lot of speculation there's gonna be a lot of fuckery there's gonna be a lot of finger pointing and I've already listened in on some other people that are you know doing what they do jump into conclusions cousin go for it please yeah so same same as you man hell of a day kind of just disgusted at some of the behavior that I see but I wanted to point a couple things out Jason Williams is not being sued for stealing any funds the QBC is it QBC yeah that's the that's the company QBC QBC is being stoked being sued for mismanagement of funds QBC has has removed a clive Smith from his role with the company and is having a federal investigation into clive Smith for diverting the funds to where they went exactly the the investigation is not it Jason is a manager there apparently so his involvement would be that the funds were taken obviously it would be a failure to protect investment funds but being that the company's response was to launch an investigation and charge clive Smith with stealing the money the article suggests that Jason Williams and the other guy are not a part of it now it would be unbiased and reasonable to say that there could be situations where they work together but it is completely not valid and disingenuous to pretend that there's an investigation accusing Jason Williams of stealing the money yeah it's literally false and it's a lie and it's not what it's not what's happening and it didn't even take I mean I did a little bit more in that like there's not much information out there there's a little bit more but it says all that in the little article that everybody read and everybody on this app goes how can I take this information and present it in a way that will destroy what's being built here and whether it's whether whether it ends up being even worse than we thought or not that's what's happening right now nobody here wants you to win every single time you do anything worthwhile in this space there's going to be fucking thousands of people lined up to stop you and they're going to be the fucking people that were sitting it says the complain alleges that Mr. Smith which is this Clive Smith guy misappropriated funds investor funds mr.s grillo Williams and diva zonti are working to recover those funds for quantum blocks capital investors many of them they're on close friends and family members and are focused on illuminating the truth and restoring their reputations in the communities where they live and work so I'm sure CTMZ is in the grease trap due to brain cock-a-brain clip that before you start viciously attacking Jason just because he called you a do-do brain and a cock-a-brain on a space like a month and a half two months ago and you didn't like it and stop creating group chats we add like everyone under the sun that's in crypto crypto crypto twitter I didn't request to be added to your group chat and so sorry if I'm being so direct gain but I'm just tired of it and it's ridiculous and uh you know that's how I feel basically get all the facts read the article see what's happening for a media company or whatever you classify yourself as you do a pretty piss-poor job at covering the truth of the story so again you can clip that up to CTMZ I don't really care so it's a it's a crypto twitter thing it's not not it's not even CTMZ it's not specific to anyone in particular it's the the overall space in general will find a small little thing and find a way to make it either a bigger problem or to fit an narrative that it doesn't even relate to and look I understand I feel terrible that Jason's name's a part of this I'm sure he feels terrible this is uh no matter how you slice it it's not good for him because now he's gonna have to defend himself even more than he's been doing lately and the truth is if you read the article he is not the one who is being attacked he's not the one the FBI is investigating it would be a very different story if that's what was said we and we would all by the way we'd all have to take this very differently because that would be a very different reality right but that's not what happened that's not what was said and what happens now I mean let's talk about TBB and the momentum from the last 24 hours prior to this TBB went through it got up to about 15 million in market cap it had new wallets buying it had wallets that have been trading buying it went from nine million all the way back up to 15 million then like normal things start getting sold and then this lawsuit comes out and the US starts bombing Iran again and everyone loses their mind everyone starts pointing fingers everyone starts grave dancing everyone thinks that they are investigative journalists and again that's not I'm not calling out CTMZ I'm talking about everyone and I'm actually a journalist I work in the wine space but I am actually a journalist so I know some things about maybe get your facts straight before you publish them around here everyone is guilty first you are not innocent until proving guilty in this space and it's it's an interesting thing about crypto twitter it is what it is they can have a lot of effect to someone's personal life it can have a lot of effect to their credibility and have if they're running a coin it can have a lot of effect to their actual financial well-being and I know that people don't care because there's a lot of people out there who want people to go down and no one's no one's fucking no one's a saint around here no one's no one's a saint around here but I do believe that people prove that they are more on the side of good than bad and those are the ones I tried to back and the ones that I give my personal time to and put my money into their projects and want to have on the stages that I'm a part of and want to hear their opinions on and yeah I go listen to stuff because I want to know what's being said I think it's fair for us to be aware of what's being said so I don't know what the fuck goes on here I don't know how we move forward from this I don't know how the larger crypto twitter space benefits from any of this I feel terrible Jason has to go through another fucking thing that he's gonna he's going to have the crosshairs on him even though he's not the center of it yes he's part of it because he was someone who was out raising funds for this for the the group for QBC or whatever it's called um and and uh someone who's an actor in his his company did something illegal and they're now being held accountable for it and the crosshairs go on Jason and of course TBB isn't being attacked for it and Jason's himself and all the things he's done are now being attacked again so it's look it's crypto twitter at its best and worst at the same time it's exactly what happens it's the playbook and it's very frustrating when you're here around it listening to it no matter who the
