A business coach teaches that achieving big numbers in sales requires leverage, belief, and uniqueness—not necessarily large capital. - Big numbers don't always require big capital; they can come from more leverage, risk, relationships, planning, and understanding of numbers. - A small seller can grow from 100 to 200 units simply by negotiating credit from a supplier and paying back quickly after selling. - Fear of risk holds many back, like a tailor who refuses to hire more workers because she's afraid she can't pay them. - The first step to big numbers is believing they are possible—mindset alone isn't enough, but genuine belief matters. - A strong uniqueness (or unique selling point) drives big numbers; without it, you'll struggle and stay stuck at average levels. - Examples of uniqueness: a water business needs a distinct edge, and an egg distribution business scaled by competing on price and volume. - A participant in building materials shares progress from 100 to 200+ bags of cement, but still faces pricing issues after restocking. Conclusion: To scale up, clearly define what makes your offer different and take calculated risks—like supplier credit—to expand without waiting for huge capital.

Hello everyone, please join in. We are about to start. Hi, Abby, welcome. Your first here, welcome. Welcome, everyone. Thank you for joining in. We start at exactly 8 p.m., Good evening, everyone. And welcome. Good evening, and welcome, everyone. We start at exactly 8 p.m. We have less than a minute to get started. Good evening, and welcome, everyone. Good evening, and welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Good evening, everyone. Welcome. We start at exactly 8 p.m. Welcome, everyone. Welcome. Hey, it's exciting to be doing this. This is my first. What do you guys call this? My first. Is it a Twitter space or an X space? What the right school these days? Welcome, everyone. It's 8 p.m. And I think we should get started immediately. I think it is recording. I hope it is. Hello, everyone, and welcome to this session. I am so excited that you agreed to join me to do this with me. My name is Chema Ipanie Eze. I am just a regular woman who loves to talk about business. Just talk about the things that others aren't talking about in business. And it is such a delight that you have accepted to join in. In my first ever Twitter or is it X space? Welcome. So tonight we are discussing the topic how to do big numbers in your business. How to do big numbers in your business. Many of us are doing business. Many of us are entrepreneurs. They are selling different products and services. But we are either doing small numbers or average numbers. Or we are not growing. We are just at the same place many years. And some of us have come to accept it. Even when people talk about big numbers, we insult them. We get angry. We mock at them. We say they are lying. We have normalized small numbers. We have normalized average performance. We think it is normal. So, outliners are insulted for saying that they can't do such numbers. I am sure that I am one of the voices that has strongly advocated for big numbers to say it is doable. Why are you insulting someone who said I can't sell 100 crates of X a day? What did the person do wrong? Because you don't believe it doesn't mean it's not doable. And just as I was about to start this session, something dropped in my heart. And that's Proverbs 23-7. For as a month think it. So is he. As you think is how you are. Right? You are the product of your thoughts. As you think. As a month think it. So is he. He dropped in my heart. And I said, wow. This is really just talking to us about the way that we think and the results that we think. And the results that we produce because of the way we think. So today we are here to talk about how we can do big numbers. We don't want to be like anti-risic art who is still in the same shop several years later. Without having increased inventory or increased sales or anything. She's still at that same level many years later. We don't want to be like her. We want to start business and grow. We want to do numbers that people will hear and they would open their mouth and say, is this thing possible? That's really what we're here to discuss today. And I know that this is very, very achievable. I will be inviting a lot of people to speak. I will just start off share a few with us a little bit of some points with us. And then I'll have a lot of people share their thoughts and speak. And in between I can also interject with my own thoughts. Let's make this very conversational. Let's make it very interesting. Please feel free to share your brilliance. We really want to hear from you. I expect that this is going to be very interactive and very fulfilling for all of us. So we often think that doing big numbers in business means that you need big capital. People think that for you to do big numbers you must have big capital. But guess what? Recently I realized you don't necessarily need to have big capital. Sometimes to do big numbers you need more leverage. You need to take more risk. You need maybe more relationships. You need maybe more thinking time. You need maybe more understanding of numbers. It is not always that for you to do big numbers you must need big capital. Sometimes you just need to talk to somebody. And the person will give you more leverage. Maybe you were selling 100 units of something. And because you understand big numbers you desire to move to the next level of selling 150 or 200. Maybe just talking to the supplier. He will agree and give you the next 50 or the next 100 on credit. You sell off quickly and return his money. You see you are increasing. All you needed to do that was just more leverage. But sometimes we don't even open our minds to doing big numbers. We just were just comfortable where we are. And that's the first thought I wanted to drop with us. That when we talk about big numbers it isn't always about big capital or more capital. It could be more leverage, more risk. I know someone who makes beautiful clothes. She shows. It's just her and one Taylor. And I keep saying to her, why don't you bring in more Taylor? She said, I don't want to want to end and I can't pay them. I don't want to end and I can't pay them. She doesn't even want to take risk. And that's one of the things that can stop you from doing big numbers. So oftentimes like I said big numbers isn't always about big capital or big money. It could be more leverage, more risk, more relationship, more thinking time, more understanding of numbers, more planning. It could just be any of those. So welcome again to this session in case you're just joining. And right now I'll start letting people in and start hearing our thoughts. So Doris Dairy, you requested. Please go ahead and speak. I've let you in. Doris Dairy, please speak. Okay, she declined to speak. Okay. Who else requested if I need to be requested invite to speak. I keep getting declined to speak. Is there a problem from my end? Is there a problem from my end? I'm not sure what the problem is. Let me try to let someone else. Share if Dean Leque Sholeier. Let me invite you to speak. Okay, I think this is a technical problem because when I click on anyone inviting the person I get a message that the person declined to speak. I'm not sure why that's happening. But let me try again. Sorry, I'm just figuring this out. This is my first. This is my first. When I click on anyone, I see it says the person declined to speak. Let me try something else. Let me try to. Who knows what I'm doing wrong. I wonder what I'm doing wrong. I wonder what I'm. Fee, can you try your cohorts? Can you try letting anyone in to speak? Fee, can you please speak so I can hear you? Hello. Hi, can you hear me now? Yes, I can hear you loud and clear. Let's try letting anyone speak and see if he works on your end. Okay, I'm trying from here. Let me see, so we have sorrow. So run it. Let me see. Let me try and bring up an Sienter. Are you able to speak. I'm seeing quite a number of requests here. Coming in. Alright, let's see. Okay. Hi, so can you try speaking? I can't good evening everybody. All right can you hear me? Okay. All right good evening. Madame Chiaumara the host and fee. It's good to be here. Thank you very much for this opportunity to be the first speaker for today. So I want to talk about my business. What I do is I sell my money and when we talk about big numbers at times I have issues selling everything out that's the and due to the fact that I cannot sell sell my money because it will not taste the same. So I need ideas how how do I grab these big numbers how do I captivate my audience what am I doing wrong that at times I don't really have sales like I should so it's it's it's it's it would be my pleasure to learn one or two things today that can help me sell in big numbers for my business. Thank you very much. Thank you Turo for coming and sharing with us and I'll quickly say that the first step to doing big numbers is first of all to believe in big numbers. I think that many people have a belief problem and I am being very careful not to use the word mindset because we have bastardized that word when you say mindset they roll their eyes and say motivational speaker. So I'll just say believe start by believing that big numbers are possible that's the first thing and then I'll say the next thing to do to get big numbers after you believe is to put in a uniqueness. It is honestly for me the uniqueness that drives big numbers that thing that makes you stand out is what pulls the audience to you is what pulls the market to you. Few days ago I was on social media and I saw a friend of mine her husband sells water. He delivers water to homes and I chatted up my friend and I said what is special about selling water what what is there there's water what is your husband doing differently. I said oh I don't know I can act same. I think I think his speed I say speed no there's water in the shop next to me. He can't be faster than the shop next to me. Water is reachable it can't be speed. What really you know what is he doing and she's struggled to answer and for me that's the first the second level after of course the first which I said is believe that's for me the business like what is unique what is special what marketing people call the USB what is that different thing that's really the underlying thing that drives the big numbers. We all know many people here maybe not everyone know that my family started an egg distribution business about 14 months ago in June 2025 and the uniqueness that is driving our smart numbers is our price. Chama will not start a business that has nothing unique in it. I will not sell egg at the price everybody selling if not I will be where everybody is I'll be struggling there had to be something something had to be different so for us the uniqueness is our price and the volumes we are doing that's the reason that people are pouring in and that's the reason we can't do unbelievable numbers so when I see people have businesses and you can't say what is unique if I ask you now this my my okay what's what is special is is there flavor is there taste is there is I don't know what is it about the oil is it just we should just buy my my which I don't know which we can buy anyway there has to be something there has to be something to it if not then it's a you know that just has to be something to it is either the Moimo is cheaper than normal or it's maybe the special ingredient that for me I will not just wake up and just cook Moimo and say I'm selling Moimo maybe same as everybody that that just has to be something about it yes so if I don't get that uniqueness I'm not sure I would launch that business because I feel without the uniqueness I would struggle with the numbers okay feel let's let in the next person to speak if I need to who is waiting hello my good evening ma ma yo ma hi good evening welcome so happy to be here all right I knew you since 2023 from Kenya and all of that so I've been following you on Facebook I love the Amazon work you're doing are you helping businesses any business that that you announce boom everything we start working well for them so I really want to thank you and I appreciate you for that okay that is it so please what I want to ask regarding the big number is I'm into building materials okay I sell your building materials I specialize in class style Paris that is POP materials under accessories okay that is it so regarding the big numbers I started earlier in in February this year all right and before six months by God's grace all right I started with 100 bags of cement but now I carry a 200 200 plus okay that is it so my problem is sometimes you you are new woman so sometimes after a big like after a paying for input us to bring good for me then after bringing it it's now a reduced price which would drastically like affect the price I'm selling and all of that you know as a we are inside markets now inside the building material international markets so you're selling a higher price because you bought later then people that are flooded recently will be selling a lower price than you it's affecting me honestly honestly ma the team has been disturbing me please thank you thank you fine so I think I'm noticing a pattern which is beginning to worry me so in this session what we wanted to do was to come in here and share and learn but what I think is happening to me is I'm seeing people who are coming to ask me questions and that's concerning for me I felt that when we ask anyone to speak you have something to share with us how you did big numbers something we can learn from but if I unmute everyone or invite you to speak sorry and I get a question then we will never leave here everyone talks about their business the first lady said I sell my my I'm struggling tell me what to do the next guy says I do POP tell me what to do maybe I unmute the next person I do this tell me what to do and then the session will not be worth our time it would just be that show my guard at people to come and do free consulting which isn't what we came here to do I'm hoping that you only opt to speak if you want to share something with us if you want to ask a question or you want to learn about how to do big numbers I would suggest that you don't act to you don't act to speak through the session you would learn how to do big numbers we will keep talking we will keep discussing I will keep bringing in points or the speakers will keep bringing in points so please help me so that the session will be very interactive interactive and useful to all of us and beneficial please don't come up and ask a question come up and share with us we are here to learn how to do big numbers I know how to do big numbers I've done it in my business I will share with point by point but I also wanted us to learn from other people I don't want us to turn it into a question and answer but I'm trying to tell you what to do but I'm trying to tell me what to then we could well not have had this session I could just have typed out what to do and we all go home and read it so please I see a lot of people asking to speak I beg of you don't ask to speak because you want to ask a question don't do that to us please don't don't do that to us ask to speak because you want to tell us how you're doing big numbers and there's something we're really going to learn from you so please in case you already indicated interest to speak and you know it is a question you want to ask not like you want to share with us please take it off and let's just bring on board people who really want to share with us how to do big numbers I hope that this is how to do it no no no it's fine it's fine I just need that to make the correction it's it's not a problem because I see like hundreds of people asking to speak and I'm wondering is everyone really going to share something or are they all coming to ask me questions to respond to the specific business and that's not going to be helpful for us sorry I'm generally who I know. Mem I want to contribute please go ahead hello please go ahead in Manuela okay thank you so much ma'am Chema I am so privileged to be here I have been learning from you for the past three years now and the first time I did big numbers that blew my mind that was about 7.5 million within a month I actually did it this way number one like you said believe you can't make a million if you don't believe that you are able to do it and for someone like me that came from 30,000 that was my salary making millions was so it was something like ah is it possible but listening to people like you my mechanobase it actually helped me not but when I believe them myself the next thing is you're going to do the work it's either you run ads you put a lot of money into ads in my own case I didn't have money for ads so this is what I did I doubled down on organic content after that time I used to create as much as static content that is crazy right but I didn't have money for ads so I had to back to back content I did a lot of free classes a lot of free webinars got at a lot of leads so let's say I look at how I do it if I want 500 registrations 500 was my target that time that means I need to reach at least 50,000 that was my target so I paid some influences I rallied around paid friends I even did contest talk about this my class and you get 50,000 error talk about this my class and you get the thing and at the end of the day I was able to get 500 registrations again in 7.5 million in a short time so big numbers are it's very possible but you got to do the work you said that you run as or you do back to back organic market thank you very much thank you Manuela valley point she says we have to do the work and she's shared a strategy with us she did a lot of organic posts on social media she said some days she did 30 organic posts in case you're just joining us welcome to this session I had already shared two points I said the first is believe those who don't believe in big numbers do not make big numbers and the next point I shared is have something unique there has to be something unique for you to do big numbers there has to be something unique it is that uniqueness that draws the crowd there has to be something unique and the next thing I want to chip in is you have to have the systems ready for big numbers you rise and fall not to the level of your desire but to the level of the systems you create so here I am I opened an egg shop to sell egg now normally when people open egg shops they don't have technology because they don't expect anything amazing they open it you know they don't have maybe more than one or two staff but I started with five or six right they don't sit down and learn operations we opened a month before we opened the doors to customer to learn operations learn egg handling learn certain things so I set up a system that allowed the kind of numbers we want today in the egg shop on the payroll we have 19 employees on the payroll of fresh eggs market 19 employees how many egg shops have that kind of capacity how many for you to load a van carrying a thousand or two thousand crates of eggs you need no less than eight to ten people to do that job so the kind of numbers I was looking for I planned for the people I planned for you know the resource the things needed now somebody listening to me say aha that's big money now well you can also start and move up the problem with people who don't understand big numbers is they start and stay there you can start with two people as you make money you bring in the third you bring in the fourth but the people who don't understand big numbers they stay there they open an egg shop with only them on one staff and they remain there they are not interviewing anyone they're not trying to increase the numbers they're not doing more marketing they're not doing anything they don't build the systems that allow for more people and these things matter have you noticed that people like to buy things from places that have a lot of inventory when you go to the market and you see people queuing up to buy rice it is intervening, the woman who has their big boots. They like to buy things where it's implency. So you also need to give them that feel that, OK, I have this in a decent enough. So even if I chose to sell eggs on a table outside, I would at least put that little table, and place 20 crates of eggs on it. So something that gives off a feel that, OK, at least aint decent enough quantity. So that's one point I wanted to share that your systems matter. How you can't say I want to do X number and you don't have any plans for the systems. By systems I mean people, technology processes, activities, everything it takes to do that number. You have to be planning that number, right? You are making 10 dresses a day, you want to move to 30 dresses. How many tellers do you need to do it? How much fabric do you need? How much space? How many machines can do it? Are you thinking in that line? So that's really important to think about the systems too. All right. Who wants to speak next? Please. Yes, my, I do want to speak please. I would like to go. Okay, fine. Let's share if they speak. Please go ahead, share if they. All right, good. Thank you for having me. I'm sure you think so. I mean growth marketing especially I mean basically. So I run a marketing agency. And recently we have been doing some very good numbers because we are working on it. Put it out there. I actually tried to respond for. So we are the target of whether we need to work with it. So in addition to the things that you have said about systems and operations. I think the adaptions that helped us is our automation systems. So recently we used this common. Just on our EOS API integration. So very good to actually use it to set up an automation because usually we run ads. And it goes to WhatsApp. You know, it's always go around. The ability to keep responding not always there because of limited staffs. Even though we have a couple of staff that are connected to the WhatsApp business. Or where we did this. New WhatsApp automation with API integration. To the extent that this automation was speaking also. So customers want to know. You know because none of our staffs could actually handle conversations in our. But this API integration could actually handle it on the WhatsApp. So I mean this kind of automation was too close. From 3 million to 3.5 million to. How much do I have to have to have to have to have. So that's like 3x of what we're doing. So I think having this kind of systems like automation is a very beautiful one. And at the same time, put the analytics because we create things understand. The details of our users like we know the exact number of people who are adding products to cards. And we can actually track these methods and try to understand which are the best-selling products. Then we use those. Then we will also run the ads. We are doing it as a team. So this is a good one. Actually, I did this product to the card before. So we are using that data. And this is like. Is that my dear? I'm not hearing him. Is this his network or mine? I think we call it. I don't know if he knows anything. Okay, because we couldn't hear you at some point. All right. Thank you, Sherry. I think we got your point. You shared some really valid points with us. You asked us to do automations because at some point in trying to get big numbers. If we try to do things manually, it would it cannot scale. You also talked about using data like you studied the best-selling products and then use those best-selling products to run ads. And then got more people through the door. Thank you so much, Sherry. I also would like to talk about the next point I have for doing big numbers. And that would be writing your target numbers and deliberately growing those target numbers. So every time I do big numbers is because I deliberately wanted to move from one number to the next. So I always start with small reasonable numbers. You know that thing that people say if your dream does not scare you is not big enough. I don't know that thing. My dreams don't scare me. I don't have any scary dream. I just start with a reasonable number. And then from that reasonable number, I move it to the next. I move it to the next. I keep moving it. I never wake up honestly and just throw out a random scary number. Me personally, I've never done it. I've never, people come to have one-on-one session with me and I ask you, maybe the person is a cost creator. I ask you how many students did you have the last cohorts? Oh, I had 20. What's your target? 5,000. Me, I don't say things like that too. I don't know how they do it. If I had 50 and you asked your mother, what's your next target? I'll say 80 or 100. When I do 80 or 100, my next target, I want 200. You know, I keep moving it up. That's for me. I start with a realistic number, but I keep moving the number. But I find that people wake up and throw out any random number from anywhere. They say that they believe that their dream was scared them. I don't know how that works, but it doesn't work for me. I start realistically, but I keep moving it. So I can wake up and say, today, I will sell 10. Then I do the activities I need to do to bring 10 sales. I do my marketing. I do everything. Then I end up with maybe 12 sales. I'm like, oh, wow. Okay, tomorrow, I'm going to go for, you know, 15. Then I do more marketing. And then I land in 18. You see, so usually what happens for me is I keep moving the numbers. And then I keep, you know, increasing my marketing effort. Then I notice that at some point, the numbers just go instead of increasing. The numbers just start multiplying themselves anyhow. That's how I know that marketing has a compounding effects. You know, so I can say that my target is 100. I will get 120. I say, okay, my next target is 150. I'll end up with 180. Then I'll say, okay, my next target is 200 or something. I'll end up with 350. It will just multiply anyhow. You know, at some point, so all I know is that I am always deliberately moving the numbers up. But there comes a point where even you, the number will just blow up in your face. And I think it's because of compounded marketing effort. And so that's the point I want to share. Please deliberately write your target numbers. And this is not anything spiritual or motivational. No, when you write your target numbers, your mind immediately starts axing. What do I need to do to achieve this number? And that's why I said, I don't like people that write unrealistic. You know, those people that come for sessions with me was your target. 5000 students. What was your last batch? 20 people. I don't like because they just throw out anything unrealistic. And their mind knows it is so unrealistic. So their mind is not in tune to make it happen. I don't throw out unrealistic numbers like that. I start with realistic numbers from one realistic number to the next. But I keep moving it up until by itself, it gets unrealistic. It just blows up by itself. Maybe the effort some puts in it will just blow up. Then as it blows up there, then I start moving it up based on where it is. I planned for 100. I saw 120. The next I planned for 180. I got 200. Next, I said, okay, let me see if I can do 300. I just saw 500. Oh, wow. You see? Then I said, okay, another way and 500. Let me go for 700. I just see 1000. The thing starts blowing up by itself with more and more marketing effort. That's the way that I've experienced it happened. Right. But all I can say is that at each point in time that I write down my target numbers not because I'm being overly spiritual. I want to write it and pray over it. No. But because every time I write it, I sit down and say what are the things I need to do to achieve this number? These numbers. I write out the strategies that I want to follow to achieve that number. Not only the strategies, even the systems. For example, if you write down your target numbers for a class that you want to teach, maybe you say I'm targeting 2000 students automatically your brain knows it cannot be a WhatsApp class. You cannot do a WhatsApp class for 2000 students. You see? So you start planning maybe a telegram class or something else. So not just, that's why I said that writing the numbers is not just about being spiritual or being no. It also helps you plan the systems and the things you need to do or you need to prepare to achieve those numbers. So writing the target numbers is one thing that works for me, but not just writing it continuously moving it up. So in my academy, here's my target, the next cohort, here's the next target. I keep moving it up and like I said, it does blows up. All right. So who's speaking next? Who are we letting in next? Please go ahead. All right. Everyone, can you hear me? Loud and clear. Okay. Thank you very much, Ma. Thank you for having me. Thank you for hosting this Twitter, X-piece. So I just want to drop, I believe, three factors that greatly affect doing big numbers in a business. And you mentioned something, you mentioned uniqueness, right? Unicness is something that can't be, you know, underestimated. Now recently I started a popcorn business. All right. So when I started, or should I say when I was about to start, I didn't want to just say, I'm telling popcorn for popcorn sake because there are a billion people making popcorn. And if I am to do big numbers, then there has to be a differentiation, something that can set me apart from the crowd. So now beyond the product, beyond the taste of the popcorn, now our own uniqueness is our branding is the popcorn pack itself. So I made a couple of packs and I went out, I went to a program and I sold it. Everybody that came to me, that bought it, they came back and they gave their feedback. They said they didn't just buy because of maybe the popcorn was sweet. Now don't get me wrong, you have to make your product do what it says is going to do. Okay. If your product, if you have a good brand, if you have a good packaging, and your product doesn't do what it says is going to do, then I believe that product will still feel so have a good packaging, which is your uniqueness. Now for our own, ours is the packaging, ours was the brand. A lot of people after they bought it, they came to me and they said, we bought this because of how your packaging looks. We love it so much. And yes, your popcorn was very sweet. So for every person who wants to go into a business, I believe having a uniqueness, having something and additional spice and additional variety to your business will set you apart from the crowd will, I'll say it will highlight you. It will be just turned out from a large number of people. And the second thing I want to say is social media. There are a lot of people who are on the extremity power of social media. I am into video editing content creation and marketing. I do Facebook advertisements for people. It's for it. We shot it. You realize that there are so many people right now. We don't understand the power of not just organic reach, but even in organic, in organic reach through Facebook advertisements. They are so shocked. I was talking to a lady who makes a very good fashion design and she, I thought I had to expand on a reach beyond a WhatsApp. And this lady says does it work? I'm like, when 2026, you're asking me if Facebook advertisements work. So please, if you are listening to me, leverage on social media, leverage on Facebook advertisements, do something. Put yourself out there. One of the things that made me attracted to Machiyama's, what's it called, page, what's the way she talks about her business. Beyond, you know, most people would think that maybe she has, because maybe she has $300,000 for us or something like that. No, there are people who have $300,000 for us who are not doing the same numbers that she's doing. So there are some people who have the grace of social media. I believe if you are into business and you want to do big numbers, understand how to leverage social media and the human social media to feed what it is you are trying to do. And the last one is that if you want to make big numbers, I hope I'm not talking too fast. If you want to make big numbers, you need to understand the place of wholesaling. Now, retailing is good, right? But big numbers are done by people who go into wholesale. Yes, retail is the backbone of the economy, but an au cela makes the most money. And if you are an au cela, au cela is not limited to physical products. There is au selling in digital products and that means you've been the creator of the digital product yourself. There was somebody in Nigeria that came up, I think that was around 2022 and 2021. It was an it created expat near, right? Now, the founder of expat near is an au cela for digital products because he is the creator of the platform himself. So if you want to have a digital product or even to have a physical product, understand the place of au selling and if you are able to supply in mass quantity, that is where the real money is. Don't say you want to open a kiosk somewhere and let the four walls of your kiosk limit you to a location. I believe there are sometimes when having in fact, sometimes having a physical location can even limit the minds of people because all of the thinking is okay. I would buy sell to the next person that's coming to my show. Whereas the internet is there, you should be thinking of how to expand your business to the world out there. So I believe those are three factors that I learned. I also want to say something. Machia mama mentioned something. She said she makes sure our targets are realistic. Yes, that is something very important. I have big dreams about set realistic goals. It's very, very important. From 100, you go to 200, to 200, to 200, to 500, to 800, and you know, this guy is your limit. So I believe that's everything I want to say. Thank you very much for sharing one point you said that I really like is leverage social media deeply. I would say that social media is such a massive market that if you leverage it, you I can't even begin to explain the depth of the miracles that social media can bring. You know, today I was at the egg shop and I was saying to my to my GM, the manager, I was saying to her that social media is beginning to scare me that even when I write one sentence, I just write. Some people have been asking of my ads class. Here is the link one sentence. I that one sentence by evening when I check I've made 50 sales of a product that's 10,000, I wrote one sentence. People are asking of my class. Here is the link. Then I will not go back and say what did I write? It was one sentence I wrote. Is this how powerful this market can become if we keep leveraging it? So social media is such a powerful market. Some of us are even scared and you know, we are still in all about the things that social media can do. Become your own influencer, become your own influencer, become your own influencer. I could say that sentence a thousand times. I belong in many Facebook groups and I would see someone post something in a Facebook group. Then I would go to the person's page to see if the person posted that thing on his page and he didn't. And in my mind, I'm like, hmm, so this person, this thing is in a group. Why is not on this person's page. The person is not trying to grow his whole page. He's trying to grow this group. And I'll be laughing like, really, is this how people think about this thing? So for me, I did the opposite. I grew my own page. I spent a lot of time on my own page. Then I spent time on other places in groups, on other people's comment section, other people's pages. But I see people do the opposite. They spend more time in other people's, you know, pages than theirs. Please, I think we need to get this thing right. If you are going to really leverage social media, you will spend more time on your page growing it, writing, creating content, you know, you know, whatever it is doing it on your page. Right. And then then visit other people's pages. It's like the way that we all spend more time in our houses than other people's houses. Right. So if I imagine you have children in your house or you have your own home and you're always in other people's home, how will you grow your own children or your own home. That's really the way it works on social media. Become your own influencer, grow your own page, your own space. Right. Say your own stories, sing your own songs, tell us the work that you do, you know, and then we will follow you and we would learn from it. One of the ladies who spoke today, Manuela said she wanted to get 500 students into her class and she did crazy organic posting. She was posting like 20 30 content a day on her page. And she said she achieved her targets. Alright, let's have talk where Mark or did you speak. Talk ways good to have you here. Please speak. Okay. I'm so happy to be here. That what dragged me here actually. You have to be here. I say, okay. And thank you for for redirecting the course of the conversation because I was going to run away when I hit the first line of conversation like, oh, these are what I've here for. So my approach is going to be different big numbers. Thank you, Tim. I thank you. Thank you, that one. I think that some people, some, some people, your business model doesn't have, there's a cap to the opportunities within your business model and you need to be to face it. So just small money, but if you're small money, you don't have capacity to do big numbers. Like you don't have capacity to scale. You would make a million, but you have to be sure that how like how fuck and I go. So I used to do makeup before going to three less. And while you can make a lot of money in makeup and I made millions of nine makeup enough to travel, do trainings in go for international fairs around the world and do international trainings on makeup. I cannot even compare the numbers I do. I was doing in makeup then with what I'm doing in real estate one transaction is intense of millions. One transaction can be hundreds of millions. So it's sometimes is just basically your markets. It's that we're selling it. The number big numbers can just be that I'm selling a kind of car that is such locks three big car that just by virtue of selling that car automatically selling one in a month. I'm ready to do the numbers. The numbers that you are needing five thousand people to achieve one person can do it. And I think it's just about having a mindset and it plays in different fields. I do realize that there was a time I started selling one million nine property. And I just told myself like how many one million would it take me to one billion. And it's just that simple. Okay. Let's stop selling one million in a property. Let us sell a party that are like in the tens of millions because automatically we are increasing the opportunity for us to hit a hundred million. That was how we went for big numbers. My first few months I was selling one plot of land a half plot for one million. I realized I'm selling in a cheap location. If I sell in more expensive location if my S is each plot of land is going for ten million. I just need ten plus and I've done a hundred million. So big numbers means I should go for a higher valued products and it gives less stress at the end of the day in my perspective. That's one option that people can think of. Another thing that I did that I would talk about is what I want to do big numbers I collaborate. I have this power in collaboration with sponsored mad marketing was one station is sponsoring that we did like was two years ago. And we know the mileage we got from it we didn't get mileage from the mad marketing conference itself. Because of the time in the Jamaican teach the event was packed. So everybody was busy learning we couldn't sell but he was able to post a product on her page. And we had the people waiting. So the moment the customer came in from that channel of Thomas posts were able to close them straight up straight up. I had collaboration with people that have communities and building my own community actively now. But I had and then FFA that's from Kefélix Adegimo just by our collaboration tons of like we just in one of in one of ten twenty plots went to in one of fifty plots deposit just just because we're able to leverage a collaboration. And because I've taught this many times people make mistake without to go back collaboration is not for us and I'm saying to my demon say I love you so much come and post my kidney because she was said we should collaborate no you need to understand offering value you also need to understand that your products and brand needs to align with what the person wants to do you must have relationship beforehand. So I know that when people when people enter into classes like this they get inspired to pass by or pass by to expire for the right is and then we jump on the bandwagon of looking for this collaboration or I'm getting myself selling high ticket products no you need to check your own where you are who you are. I was cut his own board and she was like she selling premium healthy baking products like almond flour. and sugar free cakes. And she's selling in a rowdy crowd. Like she lives, where she lives? A client don't live there. There's nobody in a community that will buy that product. She doesn't have the network that will be interested. If I choose today that I want to sell sugar free something, everybody around me is already sugar free. Like we're all looking for ashwagandha, we're looking for nim oil. We're buying expensive motivitamins and things that are not lost because we just feel like optimizing our lives. But he was in the wrong market or in the wrong environment with for her own market. So yes, he had a good product, but it did not fit into that market. And he was a high ticket, put on my advice to her. I was sell what your community can buy. Don't sell what ecoe people are going to buy when you're living in the wrong place or you don't have the right network. So yes, my initial advice was to scale the products you're selling so that you're able to achieve. Because that's what I did. I obscaled the value of my product. I totally changed what I was selling to sell what was higher value. Right now we're doing the same thing again. We entered this year with our big number goals and we realized to sell it we need to sell houses. So if we're selling houses, 150 million, 350 million, 50000 for one house, we don't want billion in a month. It takes us to the place faster. Rather than saying we're selling 10 million, that would take us months before we get to the same number. So sometimes it's just to reengineer your products and who you are selling. And then find collaborators who you already have relationship with. Or take the time to build those relationships. If what you use to build a relationship is to comment, you can comment, not show hype, keep commenting the next two, three, four, five months, showing your value and building yourself so that when the opportunity to collaborate comes, you have what it takes to take advantage of that platform. It doesn't shut you down completely. The last person that contributed spoke about social media. My business is entirely on social media. Like yes, I'm on television. Being on TV, I don't advertise on TV. I host a show on TV. I'm not allowed to advertise my real estate offering. So I get disability from TVC. But the conversion happens on social media. There are a million and one popular faces on TV who have not been able to monetize that disability and platform they have. I was able to take it to social media where I can fully market what I want to show. You know me from TVC, you encounter me on social media. Then you get to see me more personally. And you can then buy my products from there. So I've met people that they not use TV. But they built like, you might build a community right there on social media. She didn't want me to be on TV or anything. And she's impacting her world. So these are my principles. Employing big. Changing up products. Just a few things to contribute to the conversation. Well, I've been here. I don't know how you'll be able to implement it. But please, I show you implemented in your own business. From all the things that were getting to discuss here. Thank you so much for the conversation opportunity. Thank you. Thank you so much for where thank you. I want to share with us exactly how I think that we can implement what she has shared with us. So she shared with us that. How on the way of doing big numbers is to look at what you're selling. And say, this thing I'm selling is is it going to get me to the big numbers. Or if it's not, maybe I can try to sell a different type. So she was selling cheaper land. She went from my expensive land. But here's how you can do it in your own business. Whatever it is, you are selling. Increase how much each customer spends with you. You can deliberately increase how much each customer spends. That's what we call the average order size. The AOV, average order value. You can deliberately, consciously make customers to spend more. It can be engineered. You can do it. A few days ago, I posted a video on Facebook. And I shared with us that my family and I wanted to start a cake business. And it was going to be called easy cakes. We were going to sell plain whole cakes in large numbers. Now, one of the ways, one of the strategies I had written out for the marketing was a deliberate and intentional increase in the order value. So one cake is, I think is it $7000? Is it $8000? $340 or $340? I don't really remember what the numbers were. We were working with at the time. But in all of the marketing that was going to go out, you were never going to see a place where we say, come and buy one cake for 8K or $1 for 10K. You will always see $340 or $340 or $340 or $340. I don't remember, but let me assume it was $340 or $340. That we were going for. So all of the marketing you would see is $340 or $340 or $340. Take any three flavors. It can be vanilla, red velvet, chocolate. It can be two chocolates and one red velvet. It can be all vanilla. It can be all chocolate. Whatever. But all of the marketing that you are going to see was always axing you to buy 3 cakes. It was intentional to increase the average order value, the AOV. That's very important and that's what Taupei is saying to us. Have you deliberately, consciously, make sure that customers, when they come to buy from you, they spend more than they ordinarily will do in other shops. In my egg shop, wholesale price starts at 10 crates of eggs. People have come into say we want to buy eggs. We give you price. But I saw this price on social media. Oh, that's the price for 10 crates and above. Okay, give me 10 crates. Let me share with my friend. You see, we made them buy more. We have seen neighbors come together. Say I want 5, this person wants 5, let's go and buy together. So we can get wholesale price. So you can see that other egg shops are willing and open for you to buy one crates. But we have an intentional strategy to increase the AOV. And that's really what Taupei is saying. What are you doing in your business to increase the AOV, the average order value? Have you sat down, you sell dresses? Are you marketing it as 3 for this price? Are you marketing, come and buy this dress 20k? The way that you have crafted the marketing messages. I remember having a session with a lady in the North. I think she's in the Kanua Katsuna. Who sells this incense and incense for the house? You know, Noddena's love their houses to smell really beautifully. So they have all these incense and incense that they burn in the house. And she booked that session to speak with me. And she said every time she has a sale, she has major sales like 2 or 3 times in a year. She always caps at a certain point. She doesn't make above this amount. And she wants to speak with me because she wants to crush this level. So let's say, I can't remember, I think that level is 50 or 60 million. She never has made above it. So she would do the sales, she would do marketing, she would spend on ads, do everything. And it will cap at that point. It never goes beyond. Guess what I did, I just tweaked the AOV. I said, you know what? All of the marketing we're going to do, we're going to get people to spend no less than, is it that? I can't remember how much AOV I put it at. So before she would do marketing, you come and buy one thing. It's K 3 K 5 K. When I did it with her, that was the one we crushed that number. She had never passed the only thing I did. I tweaked the AOV. I said, listen, we're going to make people spend no less than that. Even if it's one product you want to buy, one particular scent you like, you buy three of it or five of it or whatever, but you can't spend less than 30 K. That was the magic and she crossed that number. So that's really all taught by saying and that's one of the ways we can do big numbers. So who's speaking next? Tell us, tell us how can we please go ahead. If I could go ahead. Macho, thank you. I brought that up. I salute you. See you. How I do big numbers in my business. So I started February this year. And you know it's about building material. There are people, there are bosses and dogs as we call them. There are those of them that are doing business with 50 million, 100 million, 30, 40 million. So I started with a very little amount of money. So I do not know what to do. So at some point I started taking inventory of myself. I said, OK, so I learnt affiliate marketing for four years. I've been into affiliate marketing for the past four years. OK, so what we are the major since I learnt I said, you can know how to build a personal brand or a business brand on a social media. So I said, OK, which social media platform I might take. And I said, all right, let me go to Facebook. OK, so the other account I had something happened to each. So I abandoned it then created a new page for my business. OK, so I started for the magic happened. So within one month of taking down my Facebook page seriously. All right, I made my first ever million in my life. OK, that is it. I made money from affiliate marketing.
